Abstract

Abstrak Karakteristik dasar dari Grameen Bank adalah pembiayaan tanpa adanya agunan/ jaminan berbentuk fisik (materi), sehingga dalam penerapannya anggunan/jaminan berupa Capital Social (Modal Sosial) dibandingkan Capital Economic (Modal Ekonomi) dan juga disiplin, kesatuan, dan bekerja keras serta dengan didukung oleh keyakinan dasar, keterbukaan, dan saling menolong satu dengan lainnya agar dapat mengurangi kemiskinan dan memperbaiki pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dengan landasan ini maka Pola Grameen Bank dipercaya dapat mengurangi kemiskinan yang terjadi di negara-negara berkembang seperti di Indonesia. Abstract The basic characteristic of Grameen Bank is the financing without collateral/physical guaranty, so in the application collateral/ guaranty which in the form of Capital Social ; is compared to Capital Economic and also discipline, unity, and hardwork also is supported by basic believe, openness, helping with each other so it can minimize poverty and fix the economic growth. With this basic then the pattern Grameen Bank can be trusted to reduce poverty which happening in the developing countries like Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest Muslim country in the world, but also a country whose management of zakat is far behind when compared to other Islamic countries which are much smaller. Baznas stated that the potential for zakat is in the range of 217 Trillion, but which until now is managed by BAZNAS and LAZNAS is only around 8 Trillion. The wide gap between potential and achievement raises the question of how the implementation of marketing management in zakat management institutions and what causes them to not be able to maximize the existing potential. This research was conducted to find out more about marketing management within the Amil Zakat Institution specifically in Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Pusat Jakarta. The research uses field research and table research methods by collecting data in the form of interviews and institutional documents. The results of the study found that the actual programs in Baitul Maal Hidayatullah had run well, but the lack of creativity and innovation to package the program to be more attractive reduced the interest of donors / muzakki to channel more funds to the institution. The limited available staff also plays a role in the non-optimal marketing performance at the institution, too heavy a burden is placed on individuals who are in the marketing environment, making them less free to create creativity more freely. Add to this the lack of mastery of marketing science which further hinders the development of marketing in Baitul Maal Hidayatullah. Baitul Maal Hidayatullah needs to recruit more professionals so that the excessive burden borne by managers and marketing staff can be reduced and their creative potential can be maximized. And in the field additional volunteers need to provide assistance so that the benefits (funds / assistance) received can improve their standard of living.

Abstract

Development of BPRS can be developed quantitatively through BPRS financial ratios. The BPRS has a high BOPO which proves that the BPRS experiences financing and inefficient performance problems. This study aims to measure the efficiency of BPRS in West Java for the period 2016-2019. This type of research is quantitative research with non-parametric Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Source of data used is secondary data collected from financial statements issued by the OJK. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling by taking 11 BPRS samples. The results of this study indicate that of 44 UPBs, 8 UPBs (18.19%) are at the efficiency point as a whole, 14 UPBs (31.81%) are technically efficient, and 9 DMUs (20.45%) are efficient. in scale. The factor causing the inefficiency of the BPRS in West Java is the inadequate use of inputs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi pengembangan wakaf tunai pada Global Wakaf. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah; 1. Mengetahui strategi yang digunakan Global Wakaf dalam mobilisasi atau sosialisasi dana wakaf tunai, management pengelolaan atau investasi dana wakaf tunai, dan pendistribusian manfaat Wakaf Tunai pada Global Wakaf. 2. Mengetahui kualitas dan kuantitas Global Wakaf pada aspek aset wakaf tunai dan Networking. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang bersifat naratif, dimana penelitian dimulai dengan pengumpulan pernyataaan narasumber sebagi sumber data yang kemudian dianalisis dengan narasi untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan wakaf tunai pada Global Wakaf. Pengumpulan data berasal dari wawancara dengan Pimpinan Global Wakaf serta pengumpulan beberapa dokumen yang terkait dengan penelitian. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa aset wakaf tunai pada Global Wakaf setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkata yang sangat signifikan tidak kurang dari 70% setiap tahun, hal tersebut dikarnakan adanya pengelolaan yang baik pada tiga strategi pokok dalam pengembangan Wakaf Tunai yaitu; Mobilisasi dana Wakaf Tunai, Investasi Wakaf Tunai, dan Distribusi Wakaf Tunai. Dan didukung dengan pengembangan jaringan Networking Global Wakaf dengan beberapa lembaga dan komunitas

Abstract

This research examines the relationship of student knowledge on sharia banking on savings interest in sharia banks (in the foundation of Darunna'im Yapia Parung Foundation). This research is based because at this time it is happening more closely the conventional bank concept so that it makes many people use conventional bank services. This study aims to determine the knowledge of students about Islamic banking, and to determine the relationship of knowledge of Islamic banking students on saving interest in Islamic banks. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The researcher also collected information through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The partial test results (T-test) of Islamic banking knowledge variables have a significant effect on saving interest variables as evidenced by the significance value of 0,000 t table of 2.042.

Abstract

This research is based on the framework of thinking that worship is an effort to get closer to the creator. One of them is the Duha prayer, prayer can improve the quality of life of a Muslim because many things are educational in prayer. One of the benefits of dhuha prayer is that it can increase intelligence. spiritual intelligence is very necessary considering that spiritual intelligence is a necessary foundation for the effective functioning of intellectual intelligence (IQ) and emotional intelligence (EQ). The main purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Dhuha prayer program for Class XII students at SMA Negeri 2 Bogor City, namely 1) To determine the implementation of the Dhuha prayer program for Class XII students at SMA Negeri 2 Bogor City. 2) To determine the spiritual intelligence of Class XII students at SMA Negeri 2 Bogor City. 3) To find out whether there is a significant relationship between the Dhuha prayer program and the spiritual intelligence of Class XII students at SMA Negeri 2 Bogor City. The research method used is correlational quantitative method. The population of class XII totaling 331 students and the research sample as many as 80 students with a sampling technique using simple random sampling. The results of the study through the correlation test showed that there was a significant moderate relationship between PAI learning outcomes and emotional intelligence. This can be seen from the results of the correlation test for variables X and Y of 0.551. A positive rxy value indicates the direction of the two variables is positive. Abstract

In an effort to improve the quality of education, it is also necessary to have an update in the field of education. One of the efforts to improve the quality of learning is by updating relevance or teaching and learning model approaches. It is said to be good and relevant if a teaching model during the learning process has succeeded in delivering it to achieve an educational goal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative learning or jigsaw type cooperative learning on the learning achievement of seventh grade students at MTs Al-Khoiriyah Tapos, Depok City. The method used in this study, entitled "The Influence of Cooperative Learning Models on Learning Outcomes of Moral Aqidah Students of Class VII MTs Al-Khoiriyah Tapos Depok" is a quantitative approach, the design that will be used in this study is pre-experimental (non-desings) where in This design is not yet a real experiment because there is an influence on the formation of the dependent variable originating from the participating external variables). From the results of hypothesis testing from the pretest and posttest, it shows that there are significant differences in learning outcomes of aqidah morals on reprehensible morals, riya and nifaq, which are significant between students who use the jigsaw type of cooperative learning model and students who use conventional learning. This can also be seen from the average results of students using the jigsaw type cooperative learning model, which is higher at 69.84 compared to students using conventional learning or before the implementation of learning with the jigsaw type cooperative learning model which is lower at 42.19. Based on the results that have been obtained, it can be seen that this jigsaw cooperative learning model has an effect on the learning outcomes of class VII students in the lessons of creed, morals, reprehensible morals, riya and nifaq. Abstract

Zakat profession it self is one of the themes of contemporary jurisprudence that has not been fully accepted among Islamic scholars. Some circles still doubt even reject the validity of the withdrawal of profession zakat imposed on various professions "wet" which results far above the farmers' income. But the supporters of zakat profession seem to be more powerful influence and its teachings proved in "Act No. 23 of 2011 on the management of zakat in Article 4 point h on income and services has been declared by the Act as one of the objects of zakat mal in Indonesia". This research uses quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis assisted SPSS program 16. This paper aims to determine the level of awareness of the implementation of professional zakat in the measure of variables such as the perception of zakat profession and other factors affecting the implementation of professional zakat . The results showed that perception, other factors together have positive and significant effect on the implementation of zakat profession and affect the level of kedasaran on the implementation of professional zakat.

Abstract

The more advanced development of science and technology makes every cosmetic company to create a good brand image so it can provide the attraction of purchasing decision through the use of celebrity endorsers. This article aims to determine the effect of brand image and celebrity endorser on the purchasing decision of wardah cosmetic (based on the study of Muslimah in Bogor). The population in this article is muslimah in Bogor who have bought and used wardah cosmetic, and 100 muslimah as the sample. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The data used in this article are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 16 program.

Abstract

Sektor perbankan syariah dan sukuk merupakan sektor yang dominan per Desember 2020. Sektor perbankan syariah berada dalam urutan kedua pangsa aset keuangan sebesar 33,80% setelah sukuk sebesar 53,93%. Pangsa aset terkecil terletak pada sukuk korporasi, yaitu sebesar 1,68 %. Besarnya persentase pangsa aset perbankan syariah dan sukuk ritel pada sistem keuangan syariah di Indonesia membuat perkembangan 2 (dua ) sektor ini menjadi salah satu indikator yang dinilai dapat mendukung perkembangan keuangan syariah. Kementerian keuangan Indonesia sejak Februari 2009 telah menggunakan sukuk sebagai sumber penerimaan negara untuk membiayai berbagai pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mekanisme penjualan sukuk di bank syariah sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 76/DSN-MUI/VI/2010 tentang SBSN Ijarah Asset to be Leased, dan mengetahui keuntungan dan hambatan penjualan sukuk bagi bank syariah sebagai agen penjual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan pengambilan sumber data dari Wawancara dengan pegawai di Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Bogor Pajajaran Sukasari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Bogor Pajajaran Sukasari telah melakukan praktik penjualan sukuk ritel SR014 sesuai dengan memorandum dari pemerintah dan telah sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN MUI No. 76/DSN-MUI/VI/2010 tentang SBSN Ijarah Asset to be Leased. Adapun dengan hambatan yang dihadapi yaitu pembelian secara digital yang menyulitkan nasabah lanjut usia, dan pembelian sukuk mengurangi DPK Bank Syariah. Dan keuntungan yang didapat oleh Bank Syariah dilihat dari aspek tangible, bank mendapatkan fee sebesar 0,3% dari total penjualan satu kali dari pemerintah. Sedangkan dari aspek intangible, Bank Syariah mendapatkan kepercayaan nasabah untuk keperluan layanan syariah yang lengkap. Diharapkan Bank Syariah lebih mengedukasi nasabah agar lebih banyak nasabah yang tertarik pada sukuk dengan tetap menjaga prinsip syariah dan membuat strategi agar sukuk tetap tercapai diiringi dengan DPK yang stabil.
