Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of IMBT and Murabahah on the level of profitability of Islamic banks. Sharia Commercial Bank is a sharia bank which in its activities provides services in payment traffic. In Islamic banks there are several contracts used in transactions, namely: Mudharabah, Murabahah, Salam, Istisna, Ijaroh, Wadiah and so on. One of the things done in the banking business is to gain profit/profitability. Profitability is the bank's ability to obtain profits, one of the basic tools is using ROA (Return On Assets). This research is quantitative descriptive research, based on secondary data taken from PT Bank Syariah Indonesia publication reports for 2021-2023, then data analysis techniques were processed using the SPSS application by carrying out classic assumption tests and multiple regression tests. The research results show that IMBT does not have a significant influence on profitability, whereas on the other hand, murabahah has a significant influence on the level of profitability of Bank Syariah Indonesia in 2021-2023.

Abstract

Era destruptif telah mengakibatkan terkikisnya ekosistem sumber daya alam dan lingkungan hidup. Jika terus dibiarkan akan mempercepat perubahan iklim dan goyahnya kesimbangan alam. Prilaku konservatif terhadap lingkungan hidup perlu ditegakkan unuk menjaga bumi tetap lestari. Kawasan pembangkit energi panas bumi (energi geothermal) merupakan salah satu area yang rentan akan timbulnya kerusakan alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan urgensi penggunaan aplikasi android-geofinder sebagai multimedia informatif energi geothermal berbasis geographic information system (GIS) dalam mendukung prilaku konservatif lingkungan hidup bagi mahasiswa. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan angket kuisioner dan wawancara di Kota Surakarta. Penelitian sampel terbatas ini diikuti oleh 94 mahasiswa. Pengolahan data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-ekpolratif untuk menjelaskan fenomena kejadian yang ada secara mendalam sesuai kemampuan berfikir dan analisis peneliti. Data menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan multimedia relevan dalam mendukung prilaku mahasiswa agar lebih konservatif terhadap lingkungan. Perkembangan teknologi tidak dapat dibendung, sedangkan multimedia informatif terhadap lingkungan hidup masih terbatas ketersediannya. Melalui aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu menjadi rujukan peneliti dalam upaya meningkatkan prilaku konservatif terhadap lingkungan, sekaligus sebagai solusi dalam menjaga keseimbangan sumber daya alam dunia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatarbelakang dari rasa penasaran terhadap sebuah alat tradisional yang dipakai oleh petani untuk mencangkul di Sawah berupa pacul. Yang pada kenyataannya hanyalah sebuah alat sederhana namun ternyata memiliki makna simbolik atas penamaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan makna simbolik pacul dan nilai pendidikan yang terkandung di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian teori mengenai makna simbolik, simbol dan nilai pendidikan yang terkandung di dalamnya. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil transliterasi wawancara dengan narasumber yang ahli dibidangnya mengenai makna simbolik pacul dan nilai pendidikan yang terkandung di dalamnya. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan mengenai makna simbolik pacul yang merupakan kesatuan dari bawak, tandhing, lempeng dan langkir. Juga dapat mengetahui nilai pendidikan yang terkandung di dalamnya diantaranya nilai religius, dan nilai sosial yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Learning motivation is a person's psychological condition that encourages learning activities. Students' learning motivation can be influenced by several factors, including the condition of the infrastructure available in schools and classrooms.  The purpose of this study was to see the condition of infrastructure facilities whether there is an influence on student learning motivation in class XI RPL at SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar. The research method uses quantitative methods by collecting interview and questionnaire data with a sample of 30 students in class XI RPL. The results of the study show the influence of infrastructure on learning motivation as evidenced by the results of the correlation test rcount> rtable value, namely 0.748> 0.361 with a significance level of 5% in the range of 0.60 - 0.79 which is categorized as “strong”. Each instrument is tested for reliability which results in a value of 0.80> 0.361 which means reliable. While the percentage of each instrument gets 75.1% for infrastructure facilities and 74.9% for motivation. In other words, school infrastructure facilities have an effect on the motivation of class XI students in learning activities.

Abstract

Enhancing student participation and learning outcomes largely depends on the instructional strategies employed. This study was conducted to explore the implementation of a teaching method. In Grade 10 of the Mechanical Engineering Department at SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar, the use of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) has proven effective in increasing student participation and academic achievement in the Informatics subject. The aim of this research is to evaluate students’ responses to the teaching of Programming Language in Grade 10 Mechanical Engineering at SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar using the PBL approach, as well as to improve student participation and learning outcomes through the application of PBL.This study employed a classroom action research method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through tests and observations, with instruction used as the research instrument. Data were analyzed both descriptively and quantitatively. In Cycle I, student participation in learning activities reached 79.17%, which increased to 85.83% in Cycle II. The participation rate in Meeting 1 was 80.0%, and 79.0% in Meeting 2, reflecting efforts to enhance student learning outcomes during Cycle I. In Cycle II, participation increased to 80.0% in Meeting 1 and 90.6% in Meeting 2. A participation rate of 90.6% indicates a positive response to the learning activities using the PBL approach, showing a significant improvement in this aspect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil belajar kognitif dan tingkat motivasi siswa SMK antara yang menggunakan metode e-learningberbasis schoology dengan edmodo.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Sampel terpilih dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pretest posttest control group design.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes untuk data hasil belajar kognitif, kuesioner dan wawancara untuk data motivasi. Uji validitas menggunakan Product Moment dari Pearson dan reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach'sAlpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Mixed Methods. Analisis kualitatif menggunakan interactive model.Hasil penelitian adalah Pertama,Hasil belajar kognitif metode e-learning berbasis schoology lebih baik dibandingkan dengan edmodo. karena schoology mudah diakses, peserta didik mempunyai target nilai, lebih memahami pelajaran dan lebih aktif pada saat pelajarann yang berdampak pada hasil belajar kognitif. Kedua, Motivasi siswa dengan e-learning berbasis schoology lebih baik dibandingkan kelas dengan penggunaan e-learning berbasis edmodo, karena schoology membuat tertarik pada pelajaran Simulasi Digital, membuat lebih semangat, lebih senang serta mudah belajar dimanapun dan lebih termotivasi belajar. Tingkat motivasi siswa yang menggunakan e-learning berbasis schoology dan edmodo termasuk kategori sedang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengimplementasian aplikasi SIFOR (Sistem Informasi) TERPADU untuk pengelolaan keuangan menjadi lebih mudah karena e-modul ini simple bisa dibaca sewaktu-waktu dan dibawa kemana-mana. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan dengan menggunakan model 4D. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yakni ahli media dan ahli materi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan angket dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dengan hasil review ahli media (90%), hasil review ahli materi (88%), Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa bahan ajar e-modul yang dikembangkan berada dalam kualifikasi sangat baik, sehingga sangat layak untuk dikembangkan dan dibelajarkan kepada peserta pengelola keuangan serta nasabah yang ada di BKM Sejahtera Mandiri

Abstract

Mastery of the 4C skills (Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity) is essential for success in 21st-century education. However, the persistent challenges in developing collaboration skills highlight a critical gap in current educational practices. This research seeks to develop a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) video tutorial and assess its impact on enhancing students' collaboration skills in high school biology education. Using a Research and Development (R&D) design based on the Alessi & Trollip model, the study involved two media experts, two content specialists, three teachers, and twenty-nine students as participants. Data were gathered through observations, interviews, and questionnaires, and analyzed using the N-Gain technique to evaluate improvements in collaboration skills, alongside descriptive percentage techniques to assess the feasibility of the video media product. The urgency of this research lies in addressing the limitations of traditional teaching methods, which often fail to foster active collaboration among students. Findings from the planning phase, including interviews with biology teachers, revealed a lack of collaborative interaction in conventional classroom settings. In response, a video tutorial was developed to enhance teamwork and collaboration during project assignments. Expert validation yielded a high feasibility score of 85.3%, and user testing showed excellent results with an average score of 83.7%. The video tutorial achieved an N-Gain value of 0.52, categorized as moderate, indicating a significant improvement in students' collaboration skills. This research is significant as it provides a practical, scalable solution to improve collaborative learning through innovative media in biology education. Further studies are recommended to expand the development of PjBL-based videos for other subjects and to investigate their long-term impact on 21st-century skills.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are among the foremost essential competencies in 21st-century education, playing a crucial role in effective decision-making and systematic problem-solving. This study aimed to analyze the impact of implementing Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to enhance critical thinking skills of elementary school students in Indonesian language learning. The method employed is a systematic literature review guided by the PRISMA protocol, encompassing the identification, screening, and analysis of relevant studies. The findings revealed that PBL significantly improves students’ abilities in analysis, logical reasoning, evaluation, and argument construction. Beyond cognitive skills, PBL also enhances social skills such as communication and collaboration within the learning process. Challenges faced in PBL implementation include limited time, teacher preparedness, and curriculum demands. Overall, PBL proves to be an effective and relevant instructional approach for cultivating critical thinking skills, particularly in Indonesian language education at the elementary level. These findings support the adoption of PBL in teaching practices to create more meaningful, student-centered learning experiences.
