Abstract

Sektor perekonomian adalah salah salah satu sektor yang terdampak Pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Upaya pemerintah untuk mencegah penyebaran virus dengan menerapkan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM), yang berdampak pada berkurangnya mobilitas kegiatan masyarakat. Dengan adanya kegiatan PPKM ini banyak pemilik UMKM merasa rugi. Salah satu pemilik UMKM yang merasakan dampaknya yaitu Saudara Muhayan selaku pemilik usaha  “Bina Ternak Lancar Jaya” yang bergerak dibidang peternakan ayam potong di Desa Randuagung, Singosari, Kab. Malang, tempat kami melakukan KSM-Tematik. Sepinya pasar adalah salah satu dampak yang didapatkan sehingga berpengaruh terhadap turunnya omset. Untuk tetap dapat mempertahankan keberlangsungan usahanya, dimasa pandemi  ini pemilik UMKM dituntut untuk bisa menyesuaikan dengan keadaan yang terjadi dan selalu mengikuti perkembangan zaman salah satunya dengan mengubah cara pemasaran produk dengan menggunakan metode digital marketing sehingga tanpa bertemu dengan konsumen penjual dapat menawarkan produknya, jangkauan pemasarannya pun dapat lebih luas. Selain itu digital marketing juga mempermudah bagi pelaku UMKM dalam pengefektifan biaya dan transaksi lebih mudah bisa dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja. Tidak hanya itu para pemilik usaha juga harus memiliki ciri khas pada produknya agar lebih dikenali dengan mudah oleh konsumen dan berbeda dengan yang lain salah satunya dengan cara memberikan Brand/Merk yang menarik pada produk. Dan untuk mengambil keputusan yang sesuai dengan masalah yang dihadapi selama pandemi pelaku usaha perlu membuat pencatatan akuntansi sederhana untuk mengetahui arus kas yang terjadi.

Abstract

Peningkatan akuntanbilitas dan transparansi keuangan pada BUM Desa (Badan Usahan Milik Desa) menjadi sesuatu yang wajib di zaman ini. BUM Desa yang memiliki dana besar wajib memiliki media yang harus dapat dipertanggung jawabkan untuk penggunaannya. Selain itu trasnsisi pengurus BUM Desa lama dengan pengurus BUM Desa baru terjadi masalah administrasi tersendiri. Dengan menggunakan google drive dan QR code BUM Desa diarahkan menggunakan media teknologi online tersebut. Sehingga dengan adanya teknologi tersebut dapat meringankan tugas dari pengurus BUM Desa yang baru.

Abstract

In language classrooms all around the world educators contest to get students to address in the target language (Yashima, 2018). Educators in University level are steadily attempting new methodology to enhance students with WTC to efficiently speak during teaching-learning process. This qualitative study was designed to investigate the link between students' Willingness to Communicate (WTC) English via Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL)by the media supporting devices used in online learning. To gain the data, some interviews to ten lecturers and seven students’ participant have been conducted. the finding revealed that media supporting devices in online learning relate to students' WTC English via MALL such as (a) teaching-learning media flexibility, (b) teaching-learning media clarity, (c) teaching-learning classroom sequence formality, (d) teaching-learning media consistency, then (e) techno pedagogical discernment over lecturers and students. This study necessitates that heightening the WTC teaching-learning capacity via MALL through mobile devices extends substantial learning assistance, predominantly in the concept of efficiency for online classroom activities in real-time concurrences. HIGHLIGHTS: The importance of media supporting factors, including media flexibility, media clarity, formality of class sequence, class consistency, and techno-pedagogical wisdom for lecturers and students. The impact of students' access and proficiency with media support tools on their engagement and success in online learning. Well-equipped students, who have access to devices like laptops or notebooks, are better prepared to use platforms like Zoom and Google Meet. In contrast, students with limited media tools find platforms such as WhatsApp and YouTube more accessible. This study highlights the influence of economic background on students' access to technology and the subsequent impact on their choice of online communication tools.

Abstract

Enhanced Recovery After Caesarean Surgery (ERACS) merupakan metode seksio sesaria yang menggunakan pendekatan multimodal untuk mengoptimalkan kondisi kesehatan ibu sebelum, selama, dan setelah pembedahan dengan tujuan mempercepat pemulihan pascapersalinan. Metode ERACS terbukti memberikan manfaat klinis bagi ibu, namun penelitian mengenai dampaknya terhadap kondisi bayi masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan skor Apgar bayi antara prosedur seksio sesaria konvensional dan ERACS. Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional analitik dengan menggunakan data rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Bina Sehat Jember periode September 2022–Agustus 2023. Total terdapat 92 sampel, terdiri atas 46 bayi yang lahir melalui seksio sesaria konvensional dan 46 bayi yang lahir dengan metode ERACS. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji chi-square untuk menilai perbedaan skor Apgar antara kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 76 bayi memiliki skor Apgar baik, 16 bayi memiliki skor Apgar sedang, dan tidak terdapat bayi dengan skor Apgar rendah. Analisis statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara skor Apgar bayi pada kelompok seksio sesaria konvensional dan ERACS (p=0,099).

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of Synchronous Distance Learning (SDL) and Asynchronous Distance Learning (ADL) in the teaching and learning process of Business English. The research aims to evaluate the individual and combined effects of SDL and ADL on students' learning achievement, providing insights for educators to design and implement appropriate teaching strategies. The study involved 30 university students enrolled in a Business English course, utilizing a questionnaire-based data collection method with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis to test three hypotheses regarding the impact of SDL, ADL, and their combined implementation on learning outcomes. The findings revealed that neither SDL nor ADL significantly influenced students' Business English learning achievement, and their combined application also showed no measurable effect. These results highlight potential limitations in applying SDL and ADL as standalone approaches for teaching skill-intensive subjects like Business English, which require interactive and practice-based learning. The study underscores the importance of addressing challenges such as technological barriers, digital literacy gaps, and the need for innovative instructional designs to enhance the effectiveness of distance learning. It suggests adopting a hybrid learning model that leverages the strengths of both SDL and ADL while incorporating interactive and collaborative elements tailored to the unique demands of Business English education.

Abstract

The objectives of study were meant to perceive the impact of videotext on reading fluency over MALL in remote area student. Nonetheless, the writing is moderately simulating the concurrences with the impacts of videotext, drained of any current methodology investigating the impacts of videotext as a part to small participants reading intercessions. Methods were quasi-experimental, non-randomized pre-test and post-test design with 60 students over remote areas and interview case study plan as testimonial with six pseudonyms contributors. along with comparation of two intercession correspondences to one another. Well-separated of all participants scores mark. Findings demonstrated moderate to effective impacts for the two intercessions across all members, with little distinction betwixt the two instruments. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pemanfaatan ampas tebu sebagai sumber tepung tebu dalam rangka meningkatkan potensi ekonomi mikro di Desa Wonokusumo. Tebu, sebagai tanaman penting dalam industri pangan, memiliki potensi yang belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan, terutama pada bagian ampasnya. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi alat, bahan, dan proses pembuatan tepung tebu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tepung tebu dapat dihasilkan dengan menggunakan ampas tebu sebagai bahan baku utama. Tepung tebu memiliki keunggulan gula alami yang dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah produk pangan lokal. Metode penelitian melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat setempat, melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam proses produksi tepung tebu. Analisis SWOT dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi potensi dan kendala dalam pemanfaatan produk tepung tebu di pasar lokal. Diharapkan, inisiatif ini dapat membuka peluang usaha baru, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat, dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap ekonomi desa.

Abstract

The distinction between public and religious campuses often occurs in the community, the dividing barrier between the two has implications for the favorite attention of the nation's generation in choosing universities, and campuses based on religion are always superior. However, in the traces of developments at the State Islamic University KH. Achmad Siddiq has made significant progress every year, and the increasing interest of prospective students is forced to reject many applicants. It is the main attraction of this research for Then answer how the progress occurred. This research is a type of qualitative research, as a bridge so that the results are more in-depth the author will use integrative theory and approach the problem above with a psycho-sociological approach. The focuses that will be studied include; How is the pre-attention anomaly of new students in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Jember? What is the process of reasoning? And the new paradigm of attention is developing? The results showed that the attention paradigm that emerged was the reasoning that was built after the anomaly and crisis in the selection of Islamic universities, there were three adjustment processes, namely economical commensurability, formal education commensurability, and moral commensurability. All three are carried out using a negotiation process of general expectations and the impact of anomalies which are believed to be a necessity of the era.

Abstract

Modernity has provided a distinction between religion and science as advised by Western secularization. However, the Indonesian administration does not practice such a treatment, even the structure of the field of Islamic studies in educational schools indicates a link between religion and science. This article aims to comprehend 1) the interrelation of religion and science in the Islamic studies field structure, 2) the forming background of the paradigm of the Islamic studies structure as a critical study, and 3) its implications for the Islamic studies development in Indonesia. To bridge the discussion of this problem, the relevant descriptive research method is used to collect library data. The study found that 1) the Islamic studies field structure is integrative, 2) the forming backgroun of the typology formation cannot escape the influence of Western education culture on Muslim scientists as well as the Indonesian values that regards religious and state values in a symbiotic way, and 3) the impact of Islamic scholarship integration toward paradigm on systems and learning methods in Indonesia. Modernitas telah memisahkan antara agama dan sains sebagaimana dalam sekularisasi Barat. Namun, perlakuan seperti itu tidak dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia, bahkan struktur bidang studi Islam di lembaga-lembaga pendidikan menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan antara agama dan sains. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memahami 1) keterkaitan agama dan sains dalam struktur bidang studi Islam, 2) latar belakang pembentukan paradigma struktur studi Islam sebagai studi kritis, dan 3) implikasinya bagi perkembangan studi Islam di Indonesia. Untuk menjembatani pembahasan masalah ini, metode penelitian deskriptif yang relevan digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data kepustakaan. Dalam kajian ini, ditemukan bahwa 1) struktur bidang kajian Islam bersifat integratif, 2) latar belakang pembentuk pembentukan tipologi tidak lepas dari pengaruh budaya pendidikan Barat terhadap ilmuwan Muslim serta nilai-nilai Indonesia yang memandang nilai agama dan negara secara simbiosis, dan 3) dampak integrasi keilmuan Islam terhadap paradigma sistem dan metode pembelajaran di Indonesia.

Abstract

The pandemic has impacted the global economy, includingMSMEs,especially in financial issues such as minimal revenue flow and inadequate financial management. On the marketing side, there has been a decrease in demand due to the implementation of social restrictions, which will affect the company"™s existence. Therefore, MSMEs need to adapt by transforming to online marketing. Improved financial and digital literacy can enhance MSME performance. This study aims to determine the moderating effect of financial literacyanddigital literacyamongMSMEs inimprovingtheir businessperformance. A Quantitative research method with Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data. The results show that financial management and digital marketing have a direct effect on MSMEs"™ performance. Furthermore, financial literacy can moderate and improve the performance of MSMEs, whereas digital literacy cannot effectively moderate the implementation of digital marketing to improve MSMEs"™ performance. This study implies that MSMEs must improve their financial behavior and decision-making during crises and enhance their knowledge and skills in managing digital marketing.JEL: L250, M310, G41.
