Abstract

The Health Service requires an accurate, comprehensive, and efficient immunization vaccine administration information system (SIAVI) to support better immunization vaccine recording and reporting, as well as to assist policymakers in planning, managing vaccine stocks, and managing vaccine distribution to public health center. The West Aceh District Health Office was in charge of developing the immunization vaccine administration information system (SIAVI). The focus of this research was to compare the quality of information provided by users of the system before and after it was developed, using a weighted average. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument in this study. The questionnaire, which was provided to seven people, contained 15 questions categorized into 5 categories: completeness, convenience, suitability, and timeliness. Based on the weighted average calculation, the overall value of information quality before system development is 2.27, and after system development is 3.36, with a difference of 1.09, indicating that there is a difference between before and after system development, and it can be concluded that the administrative information system immunization vaccine (SIAVI) has a good information quality aspect and can be used as an application and operated by the immunization program manager at the Health Office.

Abstract

Illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing poses a significant threat by depleting fish stocks, damaging marine ecosystems, jeopardizing economic livelihoods, and undermining long-term environmental sustainability. To address this, the government has implemented a public policy of measured fishing within the blue economy framework. Given the involvement of numerous stakeholders, it is crucial for the government to gauge public sentiment through tweets on social media platforms to evaluate and refine the policy’s implementation for greater effectiveness. While the long short-term memory (LSTM) method for sentiment analysis is adept at handling text sequences and context, it struggles with capturing contextual semantic correlations. Conversely, the latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) method excels in identifying these correlations and uncovering dominant topics. This study shows that integrating LDA for topic modeling with LSTM for sentiment analysis enhances overall performance, providing more accurate and comprehensive insights into public responses and identifying key topics discussed in social media tweets.

Abstract

Limited access to information and interaction with artifacts in museums often hinders visitors from gaining a deeper understanding of the culture and historical context presented. This study addresses this challenge by developing a three-dimensional (3D) augmented reality (AR)-based interactive museum that enhances the museum visitor experience through an intuitive user interface (UI) and enriched content related to the exhibited artifacts. This study explores the potential of 3D AR technology in enhancing visitor engagement and interaction with museum exhibits, providing a more immersive and informative experience. This study uses the multimedia development life cycle (MDLC) as a framework to develop a 3D AR-based interactive museum. By applying the MDLC approach, this study integrates advanced AR technology with comprehensive and detailed content, resulting in a structured and user-centered interactive platform. Key benefits of this approach include enhanced interactivity, enriched artifact information, and an intuitive interface that facilitates easier access to museum content. The findings indicate that the developed interactive museum successfully overcomes the barriers of limited accessibility of information and interaction with artifacts. Through the application of advanced AR technology, the museum visitor experience is significantly enhanced, making the museum more inclusive, interactive, and educative for visitors.

Abstract

The relevance of libraries as learning centers, gathering places for the scientific community, and access points for resources not always available online underscores the importance of understanding the factors that influence library visitor interest. This study aims to analyze the factors impacting visitor interest using Factor Analysis and Discriminant Analysis. The key factors explored include service quality, comfort of facilities, quality of book collections, access to digital technology, and frequency of visits. Data was collected through surveys conducted with 500 library visitors across five different locations over a three-month period. Factor Analysis revealed that comfort factors and access to technology were the most significant variables influencing visitor interest, accounting for 65% of the variance in visitor behavior. Discriminant Analysis further classified visitors into high and low interest groups, showing that library facilities were the primary differentiator between these two groups. The study found that visitors with high interest were more likely to be influenced by the library's physical comfort and technology access, while those with low interest were less engaged with the library's services. This research provides valuable insights for library managers to enhance services, optimize library environments, and incorporate technological advancements to increase visitor engagement. It also contributes to the theoretical understanding of library management by identifying key factors that affect visitor interest, which can inform future strategies in the field. However, this study is limited by its cross-sectional nature, and the results may not be generalizable to other regions or visitor demographics. Future research could explore longitudinal data to assess how visitor preferences evolve over time.
