Abstract

Land trading as investment is sometimes find some barriers or problems. One of the problems is illegal or misclaimed of the land certificate. Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) and Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) as institutions and correlated parties in the process of land certificate making need a system to handle the problem of falsification land certificate. The purpose of this research is to make secure system of digital land certificate document with a data protection system to detect if there is a falsification activity from certain party. This research hopefully can help BPN and PPAT as authorized institution of land certificate making and to lower the number of falsification. Digital signature SHA 512 and RSA are used in this research as a solution to keep data integrity of land certificate in a digital format, in this case, in an electronic book with.pdf format. Digital signature derived from xref table in.pdf file. This program has been consulted with BPN and PPAT officer in Salatiga. The result is, this program can be used and applied for authentication process of digital land certificate and help BPN to solve the problem of high number of falsification digital land certificate. Keywords—Sertifikat Tanah Digital, Digital Signature, Hash SHA 512, RSA, Integritas Data, Xref-Table

Abstract

The effort to keep customers is one of the important CRM strategies in each business that can increase profits for the company. The XYZ workshop which became the case study in this study focused more on attracting customers than implementing customer retention strategies. The aim of this research was to analyze customer transaction data in the XYZ workshop using the K-Means clustering method with RFM attributes to classify customers and determine appropriate strategies to retain customers. This research was conducted using a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, whereas data analysis was carried out through the stages of data selection, preprocessing, transformation, processing and continued with RFM strategy analysis. The results of this study obtained 5 clusters with different strategies according to the RFM score obtained. This strategy can be used by XYZ workshop as a strategy to retain customers to provide more benefits.

Abstract

Fire is one of the problems that must be observed by everyone around the world, because fire is a disaster that can make the occurrence of damage, changes in the earth's surface and death, to be able to see changes in the earth's surface on a burning field can be analyzed using remote-based sensing vegetation index. The purpose of this study was to analyze the value of the six types of vegetation index and with the use of IDW analysis method in the area of fire that may result from the low level of vegetation index in Seram Island, Central Maluku to know whether the analyzed areas are which is prone to fire. Data collection obtained from BMKG (data of fire point number 2015), electronic news, USGS web (landsat image 8). IDW analysis results for the NBR index, resulting in a value that shows that all areas have the potential to fire with the value generated from 0.5 - 0.6 which is a medium - high fire rate value according to the classification of values and found in the 6 districts studied.

Abstract

The process of scholarship awarding especially for the university students through the sub-section of student affairs is influenced by the students’ background and achievements. The background of the students and the process of scholarship awarding in the sub-section of students affairs have the important role to support students’ achievements and academic finance. The method that used in designing knowledge method to this scholarship awarding is the kualitative method with the soft system methodology approach and the steps that added in accordance with the case study. Knowledge management of FKIP Unpatti Ambon is ecpected to work well if there is an interaction between each component and there is no imbalance of the three components, they are knowledge management plot, appropriate technology, and conducive workplace habits. Knowledge management that is modeled using the SSM approach can provide opportunities to FKIP Unpatti Ambon in catching and analysing the information in the faculties. Faculties can implement it strategically in the form of warehousing, and decision support system. The establishment of a process for accessing information to all outside societies through the internet, groupware, and group decision support system is very needed, so that the stakeholders in the fakulties are informed properly, informatively and inovatively. This makes the motivation of knowkedge accumulated from organizational experience.

Abstract

Information technology is rapidly developing and applied in any field of interest. It can be used as simple to the complex computation. It can also use greatly assisting human performance in managing inventory items. This paper discusses a website-based item inventory system applied in a very remote village in Desa Kusik Batu, West Kalimantan. The research goal is to facilitate the performance of village officials in managing data items, where overall data input is still done manually. The method of this research is using interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The implementation of the system resulted from this research is the following features: user data, all goods data having by the village, incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, avoid physical calculations, asset mutation reports, and goods reports, as well as making goods inventory reports can be easily done. With the existence of a web-based inventory information system website, at the village office of Kusik Batu Lapu, West Kalimantan, can improve the performance of village officials to manage goods data.

Abstract

This research explores the integration of waterfall and scrum methodologies in the development of the SIMARGA web application. Integration aims to maximize the strengths of each methodology, with Waterfall contributing to planning, analysis, and initial system structure, while Scrum supports the creation of product backlog and implementation of Scrum events. The combination results in a structured and methodical product management process, simplifying task lists, and improving efficiency. The achievement of good efficiency and effectiveness in task execution is facilitated by leveraging both methodologies, reducing waste. Progress in product development and team productivity is measured through daily meetings, evaluations, and sprint reviews. Emphasis is placed on fostering strong relationships among the Scrum team, customers, and stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration. However, challenges are identified in team commitment to daily meetings, which are potentially influenced by their involvement in additional business activities. Future efforts should focus on improving technological resources and maintaining software to achieve the product goals initially outlined. The effectiveness of this product development initiative can be measured using metrics such as views and user data, particularly in the Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang.

Abstract

The Health Service requires an accurate, comprehensive, and efficient immunization vaccine administration information system (SIAVI) to support better immunization vaccine recording and reporting, as well as to assist policymakers in planning, managing vaccine stocks, and managing vaccine distribution to public health center. The West Aceh District Health Office was in charge of developing the immunization vaccine administration information system (SIAVI). The focus of this research was to compare the quality of information provided by users of the system before and after it was developed, using a weighted average. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument in this study. The questionnaire, which was provided to seven people, contained 15 questions categorized into 5 categories: completeness, convenience, suitability, and timeliness. Based on the weighted average calculation, the overall value of information quality before system development is 2.27, and after system development is 3.36, with a difference of 1.09, indicating that there is a difference between before and after system development, and it can be concluded that the administrative information system immunization vaccine (SIAVI) has a good information quality aspect and can be used as an application and operated by the immunization program manager at the Health Office.

Abstract

The case of drop out at the Weleri STEKOM is often done by the campus. Drop out is a problem that is often done by Weleri STEKOM students because of a GPA of less than 2, Number of organizations followed, Tuition not paid for students and student who have exceeded the limit of 14 semesters. This study discusses predicting drop out students with C4.5 and ID3 decision tree methods that are useful to assist the campus in anticipating student dropouts. This study uses student data as many as 1087 students. Student data is divided into training data and testing data in order to obtain a model or rule in predicting DO students. Variable of this reseach contain V1(GPA) and then V2 (Distance beetween home and campus), V3(how long the lecture has been done), V4(Having a Job), V5(Family) and V6(school fee). This   research  The results of this study obtained 18 rules or rules for ID3 algorithm and 8 rules for C4.5 algorithm. The algorithm ID3 test results obtained an average of 95.17%, precision of 94.7% and recall of 96.18%, while for Decision Tree C 4.5 obtained an average of 96.45%, precision of 96.90% and recall of 95.38. This research prove that Decision using C4.5 is better for prediction of drop out students at STEKOM.

Abstract

Kecamatan Bandungan dan Sumonowo merupakan wilayah di Kabupaten Semarang yang ditetapkan sebagai kawasan Agropolitan. Dalam beberapa survei dan penelitian di kawasan yang memiliki kesamaan administratif dan geografis tersebut menunjukan tren perubahan produktifitas pertanian akibat pembangunan. Pendekatan sistem informasi geografis digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan alasan untuk bisa menganalisis objek spasial secara menyeluruh pada kawasan terkait. Penelitian ini berusaha memetakan penataan ruang secara objektif dengan metode Artificial Neural Network. Dimana hubungan antar objek spasial dikalkulasikan potensi perubahannya pada dua data spasial yang berbeda   tempo. Hasilnya didapatkan bahwa simulasi objektif dengan metode ANN terhadap data spasial hasil klasifikasi menggunakan metode minimum distance diperoleh min validation error 0,0656. Hasil validasinya juga cukup baik, yaitu memperoleh prosentasi kebenaran 85,3% dan index kappa 0.80. Peta simulasi dihasilkan sampai pada tempo 2021. Dari peta simulasi didapatkan pengetahuan bahwa sistem pertanian terbuka akan terus mengalami pertumbuhan luasan secara positif dengan kisaran 0,015%. Adapun sistem pertanian tertutup akan terus mengalami penyusutan luasan pada kisaran 0,01%. Pengetahuan ini bisa menjadi alternaif solusi dalam mempertimbangkan implementasi rencana tata ruang dan wilayah pada kawasan terkait.

Abstract

 This study aims to design a mobile-based sports field rental system by applying the Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectural approach. The main problem addressed is the limitation or manual systems in terms of efficiency, schedule transparency. And ease of booking. The research was conducted through several stages, including data collection, user interface design using Figma, backend development using Laravel, and API endpoint testing via Postman. The system evaluation was based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, particularly focusing on functional suitability, performance efficiency, reliability, and maintainability. The test results show that all endpoints responded correctly, with an average response time ranging from 200 to 600 ms, and no server errors were found. These findings indicate that the Backend for Frontend BFF approach is effective in supporting a modular and efficient digital rental system that is ready for integration into mobile applications.
