Abstract

Clustering algorithms can be used to build geographic mapping systems to determine crime-prone locations. This study aims to establish a geographical mapping system to determine crime-prone locations that can help police control certain locations that often occur crime and provide information to people in crime-prone locations. Criminal groups are calculated based on crime data from November 2018 to October 2019 which occurred in 9 districts in Kudus Regency. The crime grouping process uses the k-means method used to classify based on regional vulnerability and uses a weighted product method that functions as a vulnerability ranking that is vulnerable to crime selection. The grouping results obtained from this study are that there are 1 very vulnerable area, 5 areas in the vulnerable category, and 3 safe areas. While the weighted product method produces Melatilor area as a vulnerable area to be defeated by a score of 0.182093. This research provides benefits for the public to see crime-prone areas so that they can be more vigilant, while for the police to analyze crime so as to speed up the process of resolving crime and increase and improve crime prevention measures.

Abstract

The Salatiga City Government has launched an electronic market levy (market e-retribution) which is implemented by the Salatiga City Trade Office. Market e-retribution is an electronic market retribution management system innovation to improve the quality of services that are transparent and accountable, minimize revenue leakage and illegal levies, as well as orderly irregularities in market retribution for compulsory levies. Market e-retribution is included in the regional non-cash transaction implementation agenda in the City of Salatiga. The application of new market e-retribution innovations was carried out in two traditional markets, namely Blauran I Market and Pasar Raya I as a pilot project before being implemented in other traditional markets. This article is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This article will focus on discussing the innovation of market e-retribution in the City of Salatiga.

Abstract

Forest and land fires are national and international problems. The frequency of fires in one of Indonesia's provinces, Riau, is a significant problem. Knowing where to repair the burn is essential to prevent more massive fires. Fires occur because of a fire triangle, namely fuel, oxygen, and heat. The third factor can be seen through remote sensing. Using the Landsat-8 satellite, named the Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI) variable, Normalized Burn Area (NBR), Normal Difference Humidity Index (NDMI), Normal Difference Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Soil Adapted Vegetation Index (SAVI), and Soil Surface Temperature (LST). DBSCAN, as a grouping algorithm that can group the data into several groups based on data density. This is used because of the density of existing fire data, according to the character of this algorithm. The selected cluster is the best cluster that uses Silhouette Coefficients, eps, and minutes value extracted from each variable, so there is no noise in the resulting cluster. The result is more than 0, and the highest is the best cluster result. There are 5 clusters formed by clustering, each of which has its members. This cluster is formed enough to represent the real conditions, cluster which has a high LST value or has an NBR value. A high  LST value indicates an increase in the area's temperature; a high NBR value indicates a fire has occurred in the area. The combination of LST and NBR values indicates the area has experienced forest and land fires. This study shows that DBSCAN clustered fire and surface temperature data following data from the Central Statistics Agency of Riau Province. Proven DBSCAN can cluster satellite imagery data in Riau province into several clusters that have a high incidence of land fires.

Abstract

E-commerce is an online sales system that allows the process of purchasing goods and services via the internet in various business fields, including business-to-business (B2B). B2B or Business-to-Business is an electronic transaction that occurs between one business and another, in which the sale of products provided by a business is intended for another business. This study aims to discuss marketing technology in the corporate market, especially in the B2B section. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on papers regarding the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) planning which has the potential to significantly complement the use of business-to-business e-commerce technology. There are three Research Questions (RQ) set in this study. The results obtained from this study indicate that the potential presence of an ERP system effectively impacts the future economic development-based transaction costs associated with B2B e-commerce technology, while additional planning to ensure that the implementation of B2B e-commerce ERP is supported by incentives related to transaction-based communication costs savings.

Abstract

AbstrakIKM sebagai salah satu penyumbang ekonomi daerah, dirasa penting untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan IKM tersebut. Pemerintah melalui Disperinaker memiliki fungsi dalam membantu IKM untuk bertahan dan meningkatkan keterampilan, agar IKM mampu bersaing dengan usaha besar lainnya. Hubungan yang terjadi antara IKM dan Disperinaker dapat dikatakan sebagai hubungan bisnis karena terjadi pertukaran informasi serta kerja sama yang saling menguntungkan antara kedua belah pihak. Hubungan bisnis ini bisa saja dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Penelitian ini mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh faktor sosial, budaya, teknologi, waktu dan geografis terhadap hubungan bisnis antara IKM dan Disperinaker. Supply Chain Information yang terjadi antara Disperinaker dan IKM juga ditelusuri pada penelitian ini, menjelaskan bagaimana arus informasi yang beredar antar kedua mitra ini. Mengetahui arus informasi antar kedua mitra ini dapat memberikan gambaran terkait pengembangan lebih lanjut baik pemanfaatan teknologi pada proses supply chain information tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan tipe desain convergent parallel. Dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, menunjukkan bahwa variabel teknologi memiliki pengaruh berarti. Selain itu supply chain information yang terjadi antara Disperinaker dan IKM yaitu pengadaan pelatihan, menampilkan produk di ruang pameran dan mengikuti kegiatan pameran yang diadakan oleh Disperinaker.Kata Kunci: hubungan bisnis, supply chain management, supply chain information, teknologi informasiAbstractIKM is considered important to maintain and increase itselves as one of the contributors to the regional economy. The goverment through Disperinaker has a function in helping IKM to survive and improve skills, so that IKM can compete with other big businesses. The relationship occured between IKM and Disperinaker can be said to be a business relationship because there is an exchange of information and mutually beneficial cooperation between two parties. This business relationship may be influenced by several factors. This study measures how much influence social, cultural, technological, time and geographical factors have on the business relationship between IKM and Disperinaker. Supply Chain Information occured between Disperinaker and IKM is also traced to explain how the flow of information circulating between these two partners. Knowing the flow of information between them can provide an overview regarding the further development of better technology utilization in the supply chain information process. The method used is mixed methods with parallel convergent design type. By using multiple linear regression, it shows that the technology variable has a significant effect. In addition, the supply chain information occured between Disperinaker and IKM is the provision of training, displaiying products in the exhibition hall and participating in exhibition activities held by the Disperinaker.Keywords: business relationships, supply chain management, supply chain information, technology information

Abstract

Analisis  Algoritma membantu kita memahami skalabilitas  dan unjuk kerja sebuah  program  dengan melalui  uji  kompleksitasnya dengan mengukur atau menentukan problem size-nya, menentukan operasi yang dominan, menentukan fungsi  yang  digunakan. Algoritma  yang akan dibahas diambil dari program komputer Enkripsi RSA yang diimplementasikan dalam  Single Identification Number (SIN) e-KTP di Indonesia yang merupakan sebuah nomor identitas unik yang terintegrasi dengan gabungan data dari berbagai macam instansi pemerintahan dan swasta.Program Enkripsi RSA digunakan untuk menjaga keamanan dan kerahasiaan pesan, data, atau informasi dalam suatu jaringan komputer,  agar tidak dapat di baca atau di mengerti oleh sembarang orang.Dalam tulisan ini, penulis menganalisis  aplikasi sistem kriptografi yang layak diterapkan pada basis data terintegrasi di SIN  ( e-KTP).  Penilaian algoritma didasarkan pada  :  waktu eksekusi (dari fungsi yang paling  dominan), penggunaan memori/sumber daya, kesederhanaan dan kejelasan algoritma.Langkah-langkah analisis algoritma  dikembangkan dengan menentukan jenis/sifat data input,mengukur Waktu Eksekusi (Running Time ) dari setiap fungsi, menganalisis secara matematis  dengan uji data Big-Odengan Grafik dan Tabel Polynomial untuk menentukan average case_nya.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide an overview of the calculation of the area of Indonesia based on the boundaries of sub-district/village, district, regency/city. The circle approach method is proposed as a fast method for determining the land area of Indonesia. The total area of Indonesia can be obtained by adding up to 33 provinces or 502 regencies/cities or 6696 districts or 77474 sub-districts. Calculation of the area of the area using district boundaries is better used in the calculation of the area of Indonesia which is obtained 1,965,443.51 km2. The results obtained are 2.53% bigger than the reference area.

Abstract

The use of information technology in the marketing of souvenirs and travel services based on the e-commerce concept can reach a wider market share via the internet. In the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, the dynamics of entrepreneurship are holistic, so they need to be studied contextually. This article aims to analyze the business processes of Souvenirs and Travel Services that are carried out conventionally using the Business Model Canvas to determine the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities. Then analyze the aspects of Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Services in Souvenirs and Travel Services businesses. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation, and document study. Meanwhile, data processing uses triangulation techniques. This study indicates that the adoption of information technology can support the operations of MSMEs in reducing marketing costs and providing convenience in terms of transactions and communication via digital platforms. Adopt the e-Commerce concept through the WordPress application, especially using the WooCommerce plugin and 3CX Live Chat on the website has made the transaction process and communication easier between sellers and consumers. The convergence between traditional and digital businesses can improve the performance of MSMEs.Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pemasaran bisnis cenderamata dan jasa perjalanan wisata berdasarkan konsep e-commerce dapat menjangkau pangsa pasar yang lebih luas melalui internet. Dalam konteks Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM), dinamika berwirausaha bersifat holistik sehingga perlu dikaji secara konstekstual. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis proses bisnis cenderamata dan jasa perjalanan wisata yang dilakukan secara konvensional menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC) untuk mengetahui kelebihan, kelemahan, ancaman dan peluang. Kemudian mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis aspek Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Services (PIECES) pada usaha cenderamata dan jasa perjalanan wisata yang telah mengadopsi konsep e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi informasi dapat mendukung operasional UMKM dalam mereduksi biaya pemasaran serta memberikan kemudahan dalam hal transaksi maupun komunikasi melalui platform digital. Adopsi konsep e-commerce melalui aplikasi WordPress, khususnya penggunaan plugin WooCommerce dan 3CX Live Chat dalam website CV. Xindotour  telah memudahkan proses transaksi dan komunikasi antara penjual dan konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perhitungan luas suatu wilayah dengan menggunakan metode poligon berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Google Earth. Wilayah yang akan diteliti adalah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang beberapa kabupaten dan kota diantaranya ada yang berada di dua zona. Hasil yang diperoleh kemudian dibandingkan dengan luas yang menjadi acuan. Jika titik batas wilayah dari kabupaten yang ditentukan secara acak, Median Absolute Precentage Error (MdAPE) adalah 7%. Di sisi lain, titik batas wilayah dari kabupaten yang ditentukan berdasarkan arah mata angin, MdAPE akan menjadi 20,4%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan menganalisa tingkat analisis status pada akun media sosial untuk mendukung kegiatan promosi Usaha Mikro Kecil khususnya produk makanan ringan. Penelitian menggunakan teknik yang terdapat pada text mining, analisis Term Frequency- Invers Document Frequency dan Document Weighting untuk merekomendasikan produk. Objek penelitian akun media sosial facebook dengan sample random yang tergabung dalam grup Warga Demak serta produk hasil UMK yang terdaftar pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Koperasi Kabupaten Demak. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah prototype sistem analisis status media sosial untuk mengklasifikasikan pelanggan produk UMK yang sesuai dengan hasil analisa status facebook. Dari hasil analisa didapatkan rata-rata tingkat akurasi prediksi sebesar 73.27% untuk keberhasilan merekomendasikan produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis TF-IDF dan Document Weighting dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pengembangan sistem baru guna mendukung kegiatan promosi pengelola kelompok UMK agar lebih tepat sasaran.
