The aim of this research is to examine the dynamics of development of coffee farmers assisted by KPSU Solok Radjo in the practice of technosociopreneurship. The research method approach is a qualitative method. Qualitative data was used to explore the views of cooperative managers and members, as well as coffee farmers assisted by the Solok Radjo KPSU Cooperative. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with several key informants, namely coffee farmers as development partners, cooperative members and KPSU Solok Radjo managers. The findings of this research; 1) The Solok Radjo KPSU Cooperative plays a role in realizing SDGs goals in order to solve social problems of farming communities, for example reducing poverty, increasing income and keeping the environment green. 2) Bringing changes to the lives of coffee farmers by increasing coffee prices at the farmer level, because farmers' agricultural products are directly managed by cooperatives, both for export and for downstream retail products. 3) Increasing farmers' knowledge about coffee cultivation, one example is that farmers have picking standards which affect the quality of coffee beans. 4) Assisted farmers can use Dimitra technology as a digital-based transaction medium. 5) Coffee farmers have new business opportunities with the corporate farming program in waste processing, where this program will provide many solutions to the community's economic, environmental and social problems. The active involvement of farmers and cooperative members is a solid foundation on which KPSU Solok Radjo is built in developing capital assets and social capital. This is the driving force for business development with technological innovation for farmers.

Nagari Andaleh Baruh Bukit merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil gula aren terbesar di Kabupaten Tanah Datar, Sumatera Barat, terdapat 98 UMK pengolah gula aren, namun masih terkendala dalam pemasaran produk. Produk hanya dipasarkan ke pasar tradisional, lokal dan belum mengemas produk dengan logo usaha dan kemasaran yang modern. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada agroindustri gula aren di Nagari Baruh Bukit. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuanitatif dan eksplanatori. Sampel peneltian 50 pengusaha Agroindustri Gula Aren dengan metode nonprobability sampling. Analisis data menggunakan model SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada agroindustri gula aren di Nagari Andaleh Baruh Bukik, Kecamatan Sungayang, Kabupaten Tanah Datar. variabel produk , promosi, dan tempat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Sedangkan untuk variabel harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

Artikel ini melakukan tinjauan sistematis terhadap literatur penelitian di bidang agrowisata. Dalam penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan metodologi tinjauan literatur terstruktur, kelompok penelitian yang sudah ada dan yang baru muncul telah diidentifikasi untuk analisis epistemologis. Analisis tersebut membantu dalam mengidentifikasi topik penelitian utama, keterkaitan, dan pola kolaborasi di bidang agrowisata dan bidang penelitian lain yang melibatkan konsep serupa. Pemetaan grafis bidang penelitian agrowisata dilakukan dengan menggunakan VOSviwer. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian artikel memperoleh 500 hasil penelusuran karya ilmiah dan kemudian di export dalam format RIS dan diolah dengan mengunakan VOSviwer, dalam jangka waktu 2017 sampai 2022. Pemetaan grafis ini menggambarkan kontribusi penulis dan negara, kolaborasi mereka, dan pola publikasi selama periode tersebut. Makalah ini memberikan wawasan tentang tema-tema penelitian utama yang dipelajari dan juga mengidentifikasi bidang-bidang umum yang menjadi minat penelitian saat ini dan potensi arah untuk penelitian di masa depan. Pengelolaan kawasan pertanian sebagai agrowisata perlu dikembangkan karena selain menjadi media edukasi bagi pengunjung tentang pertanian juga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan bagi masyarakat. This article conducts a systematic review of the research literature in the field of agritourism. In this study, using a structured literature review methodology, existing and emerging research groups have been identified for epistemological analysis. The analysis helps in identifying key research topics, linkages, and collaboration patterns in the field of agritourism and other research fields involving similar concepts. Graphic mapping of the agrotourism research field was carried out using VOSviwer. Based on the article search results, 500 scientific work search results were obtained and then exported in RIS format and processed using VOSviwer, in the period 2017 to 2022. This graphic mapping illustrates the contribution of authors and countries, collaborations them, and publication patterns over the period. This paper provides insight into the main research themes studied and also identifies general areas of current research interest and potential directions for future research.

This study aims to describe household economic processing brown sugar and identify the factors that affect decision sugar confection red and household consumption processing brown sugar in nagari bukik batabuah kecamatan canduang kabupaten agam. Methods used are the method survey. Populations are all households processing brown sugar traditionally in nagari bukik batabuah kecamatan canduang kabupaten agam with 528 unit households. A method of the respondents is by means simple random sampling as many as 30 households respondents. Analysis the data used was deskripsitif qualitative. The result of this research is that torrent of working hours in in the processing brown sugar greater than activities outside processing brown sugar so income derived from the sale of red is also greater of income outside activities processing brown sugar of rp.2.581.667 or 82 % household income comes from income brown sugar, their household needs processing brown sugar could not be fulfilled some of their income spent for consumption needs food without capable of savings and invest. Factors that affects decision sugar confection red in nagari bukik batabuah is the number of raw materials, sugar price red and needs of the households, while that affects household consumption processing brown sugar namely household income, the number of family members, and the number of families to that are still at school. The purpose of this research is to analyze the farming income of farmers who develop integrated farming system after and before getting the SMD Program in Padang City by involving Tani Ternak Sepakat Group as case study. This research was designed as a case study conducted from June 2012 to July 2012 in Kurao Pagang, Padang City, West Sumatera. In this research, the researcher used descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative design. The results of this study showed that the integrated farming system through the SMD Program in Tani Ternak Sepakat Groups has implemented the integration between paddy farming and breeding funded by SMD Program. For breeding activity, The Tani Ternak Sepakat group raises both goats and cows. At the same time, the farmer group also cultivates paddy only for integrating between paddy farming and cattle. The integration is done through the use of cattle’s compost as paddy farming fertilizer and the use of paddy’s farming residues for feeding the cattle. However, these practices reduce farmers’ income by 95.12% for the first years of the program. Based on the study, it is suggested that farmers implement waste treatment technology that utilize available resources and to increase their income. Small businesses' performance needs to be improved because it plays an essential role in driving economic growth and development. This study focuses on examining the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on small business performance. Data was collected through a survey by giving questionnaires to 100 small business entrepreneurs processing brown sugar. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was chosen to ensure the relationship between variables. Empirical findings indicate that entrepreneurial characteristics affect business performance directly and indirectly through credit access, entrepreneurial characteristics affect credit access, and credit access affects business performance. Business performance improvement of brown sugar entrepreneurs needs government assistance and building networks.
