Abstract

The background of this research is the problem of power point media management is one part of the problem of improving the quality of learning. The problems that occur in power point media management are not optimal planning, implementation, and assessment so that it has an impact on the quality of teachers and the quality of learning. The lack of success in power point media management is due to the less than optimal use of learning media implemented in each school that has not been managed optimally, the learning process has not reached the target effectively, the learning media has not been well managed, so that teachers have not been able to show the expected improvement in the quality of learning. The quality of education is something that must be considered and strived to achieve, because education will be in vain if the quality and graduates are low. It will be worse and worse if the educational output adds to the burden on the community, family and country. In general, the management of learning media at SMKN 1 Talaga Majalengka has not shown a satisfactory impact on improving the quality of teachers themselves, especially for students, this is influenced by many factors. Power point media management is still not optimal in improving the quality of learning. This research is a qualitative research which takes the background of power point media management to improve the quality of Islamic education learning at SMKN 1 Talaga Majalengka. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by giving meaning to the data that was collected, and from that meaning it was concluded. Checking the validity of the data was carried out using triangulation by means of check recheck and cross checking.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai pembentukan karakter santri melalui Panca Jiwa Pondok di Pesantren Darul Muttaqien Parung Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menggambarkan fenomena yang ada di lapangan berupa fenomena yang bersifat ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqien Parung Bogor dilandasi oleh Panca Jiwa Pondok.“Panca berarti lima, jiwa berarti ruh, pondok berarti kelembagaan pesantren.” Lima ruh pesantren yaitu keikhlasan, kesederhanaan, kemandirian, ukhuwwah islāmiyyah dan kebebasan. Sehingga sebagai bagian dari proses pendidikan yang terpadu, maka setiap individu yang ikut memiliki tugas mencapai visi dan misi lembaga Pesantren Darul Muttaqien dituntut untuk mampu memahami nilai dari panca jiwa pondok sebagai sebuah nilai yang dijadikan pijakan dalam berorganisasi baik yang bergerak sebagai pendidik maupun pendukung lainya.

Abstract

Pesantren Persatuan Islam 1-2 Bandung is one of the modern pesantren (Islamic school) that combines religious science and general science with the aim of building a generation of tafaqquh fiddin. This goal is highly expected in improving the nation’s increasingly devastated generation. Understanding of religion becomes the main foundation in al-akhlāq al-karīmah. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method in Pesantren Persatuan Islam 1-2 Bandung. The results of the study illustrate that Pesantren Persatuan Islam 1-2 Bandung has a role as the center of education of the Persatuan Islam (Islamic Unity). Of course this da‘wah activity is also closely related to social activities carried out in the Pesantren Persatuan Islam. This is evidenced by the existence of educational institutions at various levels, social activities through devotion to educators and learners through the PKKJ program, as well as da‘wah activities through ta‘lim, dā‘ī and dā‘iyah, coaching, Saturday ta‘līm, and activities programmed by QAYIM of Pesantren Persatuan Islam. Thus, Pesantren Persatuan Islam 1-2 Bandung has the big role in making Indonesian Muslims into tafaqquh fiddin, in order to strengthen religious understanding that always return to the Qur’ān and Sunnah as guidelines for human life.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the history and development of the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor including: history, founder profile, goals, vision and mission. By using a descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of research on integrated curriculum management at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The history of the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor was founded by KH. Helmi Abdul Mubin, Lc with a capital of 250 thousand rupiah, was motivated by the arrival of a delegation from Australia to the Islamic boarding school where he taught to find an ustadz who was good at English to teach religion in the Australian Muslim community (2) KH. Helmi Abdul Mubin, Lc as the founder of the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor is a Madurese son born on March 23, 1956, the first of four children of the late Abdul Mubin and Musyaroh, who spent his childhood in Prenduan Madura, after graduating from Pragaan Elementary School in Sumenep last continued his education at the modern Gontor boarding school in Ponorogo, East Java. (3) The purpose of establishing the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor is to participate in building a just and prosperous society and republic of Indonesia and receive the pleasure of Allah SWT, forming a generation of Muslims who excel in academic and non-academic achievements as a provision to continue to higher education. and or live independently, produce a generation of Muslims who are polite in speech and behavior, create a generation of Islam with a social spirit (serving the community) and grow a generation of Muslims who are diligent in carrying out mandatory and sunnah worship based on the understanding of ahlussunnah wal jama'ah. The vision of the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor is the realization of a generation of Muslims who excel in achievement, have noble character, do good deeds and diligently worship according to the teachings of Islam Ahl as-Sunnah wa al-jama'ah, as for the mission of the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor namely providing quality education in achieving academic and non-academic achievements, preparing cadres of ulama and community leaders who are mutafaqqih fi ad-diin with the understanding of Ahl as-Sunnah wa al-jama'ah, preparing competent Islamic generations (science, skills, social behavior, sincere faith) to take part in the international world and educate generations of Islam who are obedient to Allah and His Messenger and have a sense of responsibility towards themselves, their family, society and country. Abstract

Pendidikan karakter adalah suatu pendidkan yang digunakan untuk menanamkan dan mengembangkan karakter kepada peserta didik, sehingga mereka memiliki karakter yang luhur setelah memiliki maka dapat menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari baik di rumah, di sekolah maupun di masyarakat. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui landasan Pendidikan karakter, Tahap-Tahap Perkembangan Dan Pembentukan Karakter, serta Konsep Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Islam. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan beberapa referensi baik berupa buku, artikel, dokumen, dan lain-lain yang berkaitan dengan konsep pendidikan karakter dalam islam dikaji dalam tataran teoretis. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa  pendidikan karakter merupakan suatu sistem pendidikan moral atau budi pekerti yang digunakan untuk menanamkan dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai karakter yang baik kepada seseorang dengan menggunakan metodologi pendidikan Islam yang bersumber dari wahyu Allah, yang secara tidak langsung berhubungan dengan iman manusia. Rasulullah Shalallaahu Alaihi Wassalaam  merupakan pencapaian karakter bagi umat di seluruh dunia. Sehingga Konsep pendidikan karakter dalam Islam berupaya  membentuk anak didik yang berakhlaq mulia sehingga dapat menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari baik di rumah, di sekolah maupun di masyarakat.

Abstract

Islam menawarkan norma-norma, sikap, dan nilai-nilai yang dapat memperluas relasi damai diantara komunitas-komunitas etnik, budaya dan agama. Sejumlah kajian sosiologis dan antropologis telah menunjukkan potensi pandangan dunia agama (baca Islam) untuk mereduksi ketegangan dan menyediakan solusi nirkekerasan terhadap konflik dalam berbagai setting kultural. Hal ini menjadi urgensi tersendiri jika melihat ummat Islam adalah yang paling banyak jumlahnya di Indoneia, maka dengan memasukkan pendidikan multikultural pada pendidikan Islam diharapkan menjadi pondasi terbentuknya toleransi beragama di Indonesia. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan metode library research dalam mencari dan mengolah datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa dengan memasukkan sikap wasatiyah Islam dalam pendidikan Islam maka diharapkan akan terwujid kehidupan yang damai dan bertoleransi antar agama, suku dan budaya di tengah masyarakat Indonesia yang multikultural. Dengan diterapkannya konsep dan strategi pendidikan multikultural, diharapkan segala bentuk diskriminasi, kekerasan dan ketidak adilan yang sebagian besar dilatar belakangi oleh adanya perbedaan kultural seper ti perbedaan agama, ras, etnis, bahasa, kemampuan, gender, umur dan kelas sosisal-ekonomi dapat diminimalkan.

Abstract

Konsep Islam rahmatan lil alamin dikemukakan dan dihubungkan dengan berbagai tantang dan peluang, serta kelemahan dan kekuatan yang dimiliki bangsa Indonesia, dan juga kondisi objektif pendidikan Islam yang masih membutuhkan revitalisasi, maka model pendidikan Islam yang diperlukan guna menghadapi tantangan bangsa adalah model pendidikan yang berbasis rahmatan lil alamin. Dengan penerapan sembilannilai Islam rahmatan lil’alamin sekolah diharapkan mampu mengajarkan mengenai indahnya Islam dalam menjunjung tinggi perdamaian. Penelitian ini adalah jenis kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode libraby research, yaitu elaborasi variable konsep rahmatan lil’alamin dalam pendidikan Islam dari Al Quran, hadits, buku dan jurnal para ilmuwan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, strategi yang digunakan guru PAI dalam menanamkan sembilan nilai Islam rahmatan Iil’alamin dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, yaitu memberikan wawasan keislaman, melalui uswatun hasanah, serta melalui studi kasus dalam pelaksanaan diskusi. Hasil dari penanaman sembilan nilai Islam rahmatan Iil’alamin ini adalah terciptanya suasana sekolah yang damai.

Abstract

The pesantren learning system is considered as an alternative system that is presented in overcoming the various moral problems that occur today. Pesantren Persatuan Islam 1-2 Bandung, as the first pesantren to give birth to other pesantren regulations, certainly has a unique model and education system. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method in Islamic Boarding School 1-2 Bandung. The results illustrate that the education model of the Islamic Boarding School 1-2 Bandung has three educational paths, namely the Islamic boarding school education pathway, the school education pathway, and the out-of-school education pathway. The pesantren education pathway and the school education pathway are presented in the general curriculum and pesantren curriculum, both boarding and non-boarding, which are regulated at each level of education at the Islamic Boarding School 1-2 Bandung, namely the Tajhiziyyah, Tsanawiyyah, Diniyyah Wustha, and Mualimien levels. The learning system presented seeks to combine various disciplines with religious knowledge, thus giving birth to strong and solid Islamic values. Meanwhile, this pesantren also has an educational path outside the pesantren which is provided through family education activities, routine teaching activities, special recitation for mothers, special courses for religious studies, routine tadarus and various studies of PERSIS scholars broadcast through PERSISTV. Thus the various activities presented through this educational model and system are able to produce students who have graduates who are competent in all fields. These graduates are proven by the presence of entrepreneurs, scientists, well-known figures, education practitioners, and scholars who were born thanks to the education that has been organized by the Islamic Boarding School 1-2 Bandung.

Abstract

Humans are creatures that Allah SWT created perfectly from the essence of the soil, then become nuthfah, then become mudzgoh and become bones wrapped in meat to form the human body. With this perfection, the human task is always to be grateful and to maintain this potential. Al-Qur'an invites people to think about the origin of humans about their creation. Because in the human body there is a sign of great power that shows the majesty of Allah SWT. The research method in this journal uses a type of qualitative research with a literature approach. The data was collected by searching related reference book sources. After the data is obtained then the data is analyzed and some additions from the researcher. In this study, researchers found several results and conclusions in the discussion of the human body in the Koran, that the verses of Allah on the human body are very clearly explained in the Koran, which at that time had no biological research. Second, the concept of the human body has implications for Islamic education.

Abstract

Sufism teachings are increasingly needed in the current era of globalization as an effort to minimize the ugliness as well as the gap in human attitudes towards oneself, fellow humans, and also Allah SWT. The practice of Sufism which is exemplified by the Sufis in general provides a side of religious values that results in a noble moral behavior. Noble morals give hope for the formation of an advanced civilization and do not ignore the divine values that always exist in human life. The purpose of this research is the formation of a scientific concept regarding the character of Sufism that is sustainable in the process of Islamic education. The method in this research uses the method of literature study, analysis of reading content, and descriptive analysis of various related sources. The results of the study found a concept that the character of Sufism produced ihsan attitudes that needed to be internalized in the process of Islamic education as an effort to foster noble moral behavior, both towards Allah, himself, fellow humans, and other living creatures in the universe.
