Abstract

This paper explores the dynamic field of Social Entrepreneurial Orientation (SEO), which melds entrepreneurial tactics with social goals, aiming to address pressing societal issues such as poverty and environmental sustainability. This study examines SEO's academic discourse and impact through a systematic bibliometric analysis spanning thirteen years (2011-2024), employing data from key databases like Scopus and Web of Science. The research illustrates significant growth in SEO scholarship, evidenced by increasing publications and citations, highlighting the field's expanding influence across academic and practical domains. Our analysis utilizes VOS Viewer for trend analysis, author influence mapping, and thematic clusterization, revealing a rich tapestry of collaborative research and evolving themes such as innovation and sustainability. The findings suggest that while the field has robust scholarly engagement, there is room for methodological advancement to enhance the long-term understanding of SEO's impacts. This study underscores the importance of SEO in fostering sustainable business practices and proposes strategic frameworks that can guide future research, policy-making, and business strategies, aiming to integrate entrepreneurial vigor with societal well-being. Through this scholarly inquiry, the paper contributes to a deeper understanding of SEO's role in driving social change and emphasizes the need for global and interdisciplinary collaborations to tackle broad societal challenges effectively.

Abstract

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance has emerged as a pressing concern in contemporary society, given the relentless pace of the modern world and the relentless pursuit of career success. This paper employs a bibliometric approach to delve into the landscape of work-life balance research, delving into trends, pivotal themes, and collaboration dynamics among scholars. The methodology hinges on meticulous data collection from esteemed academic databases, followed by comprehensive analysis facilitated by bibliometric software. The findings underscore a burgeoning interest in work-life balance inquiry, underscored by a dual focus on the detrimental repercussions of work-family conflict and the advantageous outcomes of attaining equilibrium. The analysis sheds light on influential authors shaping the discourse, pivotal research themes driving the field forward, and prospective avenues for further exploration. These insights hold significance for academia, industry practitioners, and policymakers alike. By unpacking the implications of this research, organizations, individuals, and society stand to gain. It underscores the imperative of fostering work-life balance not only for individual well-being but also for optimizing organizational effectiveness. Moreover, the paper emphasizes the nuanced interplay between work and personal life, advocating for strategies that facilitate harmony between the two realms. Recognizing the multifaceted nature of work-life balance, it calls for tailored interventions and policies that acknowledge diverse needs and preferences. By fostering an environment conducive to balance, organizations can enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention rates. Abstract

Work conflict is a pervasive phenomenon within organizational dynamics, garnering significant scholarly attention due to its multifaceted nature and profound impact on organizational performance and individual well-being. This bibliometric review scrutinizes the evolving landscape of work conflict literature, aiming to identify key trends, thematic clusters, and future research directions. By systematically analyzing a corpus of publications retrieved from reputable academic databases, including Scopus and Web of Science, this study provides a comprehensive overview of prevailing research themes and their development over time. Through methods such as overlay visualization, influential author analysis, clustering analysis, and density visualization, this study illuminates the intricate interplay between various constructs associated with work conflict, such as stress, job satisfaction, burnout, and leadership. Key findings underscore the evolving nature of work conflict research, highlighting emergent themes such as the impact of the pandemic, health-related concerns, and gender-specific experiences. Moreover, the study emphasizes the importance of proactive conflict management strategies and organizational support mechanisms in mitigating the negative consequences of work conflict. The findings of this study have significant implications for both researchers and practitioners, providing valuable insights into the current state of knowledge regarding work conflict and guiding future research endeavors aimed at fostering collaborative and innovative organizational cultures. Abstract

This bibliometric review examines the landscape of research on transformational leadership, aiming to reveal current trends, influential authors, research themes, and future research directions. Through systematic data collection from reputable academic databases and analysis using VOS Viewer software, the study identifies a significant interest in transformational leadership, as evidenced by 200 papers and 211 citations within the past year. Key findings include the high impact of certain works, notable authors such as P. Charoensukmongkol and A.Ç. Kılınç, and central themes such as motivation and emotional intelligence. The study's implications extend to research advancement, educational practice, organizational leadership, policy-making, and global impact, highlighting the relevance and importance of transformational leadership in various contexts. This review enriches our understanding of transformational leadership and provides valuable insights for future research and practice. Although there has been much research on Transformational Leadership, there is still a need for more in-depth analysis to reveal emerging research trends, dominant research focuses, as well as research contributions to the understanding of this concept. In this regard, bibliometric research offers a powerful approach to analyze and present information about the distribution, trends and dynamics of research in the field of transformational leadership.The importance of understanding and uncovering research trends related to Transformational Leadership is not only driven by academic needs, but also by its practical implications in the context of organizations and leadership development. For example, findings from bibliometric analysis can provide guidance for organizations in developing leadership development programs that align with current trends and practices

Abstract

This study explores the impact of motivation and commitment on the work performance of Gen Z (Generation Z) employees in the Jabodetabek area. The study aims to identify the most significant factors influencing the work performance of Gen Z in the Jabodetabek area, a demographic group known for their technological fluency and career development aspirations, and focus on work-life balance. The research employs a quantitative approach. The findings contribute to understanding how motivation and commitment can be leveraged to improve work performance in the Jabodetabek region, a critical hub for businesses and organizations in Indonesia. The study's results provide valuable insights for managers and policymakers seeking to optimize the performance of their workforce, particularly in the context of the evolving work dynamics driven by digitalization and the changing preferences of younger generations. This research helps to see the development of employee performance, especially in Gen Z, a generation that has just entered the world of work. The results showed that work motivation contains a positive and critical impact on the performance of Gen Z workers, work commitment encompasses a positive and noteworthy impact on the performance of Gen Z workers, also simultaneously work motivation and work commitment have a positive and noteworthy impact on the performance of Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek area

Abstract

Burnout has garnered significant attention across multiple scientific disciplines, particularly in health, management, and psychology. This bibliometric review aims to delve into the factors influencing burnout, while also highlighting emerging trends, influential authors, and potential avenues for future research. Utilizing systematic data collection and analysis through VOS Viewer software, this study uncovers key themes, research contributors, and interdisciplinary connections within the realm of burnout literature. The findings reveal a substantial body of research dedicated to burnout, with academia notably engaged in its exploration. However, a notable gap exists in the emphasis on causal factors. Predominant contributors to burnout identified include excessive workload, work-life imbalance, and inadequate social support systems. This underscores the pressing need for comprehensive interdisciplinary collaboration to formulate effective prevention and intervention strategies. The study advocates for the integration of disciplines such as psychology, human resource management, and health to address burnout holistically. By bridging these diverse fields, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners can develop more nuanced and effective approaches to tackle burnout's adverse effects in both workplace settings and broader contexts. In conclusion, this review offers valuable insights for stakeholders invested in mitigating burnout's detrimental impacts. By recognizing the multifaceted nature of burnout and fostering collaboration across disciplines, the groundwork is laid for more robust and sustainable solutions to combat this pervasive phenomenon.
