Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan permainan wordwall sebagai metode pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek yang digunakan adalah 14 siswa kelas IV-B SDN 1 Bengkel. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS pada siklus I sebesar 68,57. Berdasarkan hasil siklus I yang masih dalam kategori rendah, maka peneliti memutuskan untuk melanjutkan ke siklus II. Pada siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS sebesar 83,57 yang berarti hasil tersebut termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran wordwall game dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV-B SDN 1 Bengkel.

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa teniga merupakan salah satu dari 7 desa yang berada di Dataran tinggi kecematan Tanjung kabupaten Lombok Utara Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat secara geografis desa Teniga berada di ketinggian 400 m di atas permukaan Laut,  Wilayahnya memiliki Luas 1440 H dan jumlah penduduk 2933 jiwa yang dimana penduduk tersebar di 9 Dusun. di Desa Teniga bermayoritas Penduduk beragama Islam dan suku asli Sasak, Desa Teniga Memiliki potensi ekonomi disektor perkebunan dan sektor Pariwisata. Pariwisata di Indonesia merupakan salah satu sektor, yang memi1iki potensi yang layak untuk dikembangkan dan dikelolaa secara maksimal. Salah satu tempat wisata yang dapat di kembangkan sebagai desa wisata yang ada di desa teniga yaitu taman pecatu. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat mengembangkan potensi wisata yang berada di Desa Teniga  salah satunya menjadikan Taman pecatu sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata  yang diperuntukkan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian desa. Metode yang digunakan ialah melalui penataan Taman pecatu sebagai desa wisata dengan beberapa tahapan didalamnya. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat membuat masyarakat di desa Teniga sadar akan besarnya potensi wisata yang dimiliki sehingga dapat terus melanjutkan pengembangan agar ke depannya dapat menarik minat wisatawan dalam jumlah besar berkunjung ke desa Teniga.Abstract:  Abstract: teniga Village is one of 7 villages located in the Highlands of Tanjung kecematan, North Lombok regency, West Nusa Tenggara province geographically Teniga village is located at an altitude of 400 m above sea level, its area has an area of 1440 H and a population of 2933 people where the population is spread over 9 Hamlets. in Teniga village with a majority population of Muslims and Indigenous Sasak, Teniga village has economic potential in the plantation sector and the tourism sector. Tourism in Indonesia is one of the sectors, which memi1iki feasible potential to be developed and managed to the maximum. One of the tourist attractions that can be developed as a tourist village in teniga village is pecatu Park. The service activity aims to help the community develop tourism potential in Teniga Village, one of which is to make pecatu Park as one of the tourist destinations intended to improve the village economy. The method used is through the arrangement of pecatu Park as a tourist village with several stages in it. With this service activity, it is hoped that it can make the community in Teniga village aware of the amount of tourism potential that is owned so that it can continue to develop so that in the future it can attract large numbers of toaurists visiting Teniga village.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) analyse the effectiveness of the Neurological Impress Method in teaching reading at a junior high school in  Lingsar, West Lombok.. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The researcher employed two classes in this study, control and experimental classes. This research has 30 students as the sample of study in which each class consists of 15 students. The reading test is utilized for collecting the data as the research instrument. Sampling was carried out using cluster random sampling. The data was analysed using SPSS 12 which the data collected from the pre-test and post-test design. The results showed that the use of the neurological impress method affected students' reading skills. Students' reading achievement before being taught using the neurological impress method in reading texts is generally low, as shown by the average score of 40.76. Students reading achievement after being taught by using the neurological impress method is better than before. This can be seen from the mean value of 67.13. Statistical analysis using paired sample t-test using SPSS 12, indicated by t (0.05) t-table value is (0.000)  and t-value or t-count (0.000). It was lower than the 0.05 level. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Therefore, this research is expected to provide implications for implementing the neurological impress method for teaching reading skills in junior high schools in Indonesia to encourage the improvement of the neurological impress method on a large scale.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan survey awal yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM pengabdian masyarakat Univeritas Muhammadiyah Mataram, tim menemukan bahwa siswa-siswa di SMPN 17 Mataram mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris, hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya  pembelajaran yang bervariasi yang mengapilkasikan teknik-teknik pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Mitra sasaran dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMPN 17 Mataram sejumlah 35 orang. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa inggris siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa. Kegiatan ini bertemakan kegiatan belajar bahasa inggris yang menyenangkan dengan metode games untuk menyampaikan materi bahasa inggris yang menyenangkan.  Metode dalam pelatihan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan.  Pencapaian hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah menigkatnya kemampuan peserta dalam menguasai beberapa kosakata dengan benar, peserta telah memahami  cara menulis kalimat sederhana dengan benar dan peserta dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris. Kata kunci: belajar bahasa inggris; pembelajaran yang menyenangkan; games ABSTRACTBased on an initial survey conducted by the community service team of Muhammadiyah Mataram University, the team found that students at SMPN 17 Mataram had difficulty learning English, this was due to the lack of varied learning that applied fun learning techniques. The target partners of this training activity are seventh grade students of SMPN 17 Mataram totaling 35 people. This community service activity aims to improve students' English language skills in language learning. This activity is focused on fun English learning activities with the method of games to deliver fun English material.  The method in training is carried out using the training method.  The results of this community service is the improvement in the ability of participants to master some vocabulary correctly, understood how to write simple sentences correctly and speak simple English. Keywords: learning English; fun learning; games

Abstract

Conducting a need analysis is crucial for tailoring academic writing instruction to meet the students’ need. Need analysis serve as systematic tool  for developing relevant learning materials that align with students’ learning needs. This research hold significant importance in adressing the integration of project-based learning (PjBL) and blended learning within the context of academic writing. By identifying the needs of students, it provides valuable insight for culliculum designers and educators in English education program.  The research aims to identify the students' need for project-based learning with blended learning in academic writing. This study is conducted as survey research at the English education study program at Muhammadiyah University of Mataram and Mandalika University of Education. The questionnaire of collecting data consists of 61 statements with 11 factors. The result of the research shows that all of the students need eleven factors such as learning objectives, topic needs, teaching material requirements, needs assessment, the need of PJBL syntax, blended learning, social system need, requirement principle of reaction, need of support system, learning impact need, and need for impact accompanying learning. The results of this research are expected contributing to the lecturers, stakeholders, and curriculum development of project-based blended learning in academic writiting at the English Education department.

Abstract

AbstrakPengolahan minyak kelapa menjadi produk bernilai tambah merupakan peluang ekonomi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat pedesaan. Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Flora Barokah di Lombok Barat memiliki potensi dalam mengembangkan keterampilan pengolahan minyak kelapa berbasis Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG). Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota KWT dalam memproduksi minyak kelapa secara efisien dan berkualitas tinggi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung pembuatan minyak kelapa. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait teknologi pengolahan, serta kemampuan memproduksi minyak kelapa dengan kualitas yang lebih baik. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa penyuluhan dan pelatihan berbasis TTG mampu meningkatkan keterampilan peserta dan memberi dampak positif terhadap kemandirian ekonomi KWT. Saran ditujukan untuk keberlanjutan program pelatihan dan dukungan pemasaran produk lokal. Kata kunci: penyuluhan; pelatihan; minyak kelapa; teknologi tepat guna; KWT AbstractProcessing coconut oil into value-added products is an economic opportunity that can be utilized by rural communities. The Flora Barokah Women Farmers Group (KWT) in West Lombok has the potential to develop appropriate technology-based coconut oil processing skills. This counseling and training activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of KWT members in producing coconut oil efficiently and with high quality. The method of activity implementation includes counseling, demonstration, and hands-on practice of making coconut oil. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of processing technology, as well as the ability to produce coconut oil with better quality. The conclusion of this activity is that TTG-based counseling and training can improve participants' skills and have a positive impact on the economic independence of KWT. Suggestions are aimed at the sustainability of the training program and support for marketing local products. Keywords: counseling; training, cocnut oil; appropriate technology; KWT
