Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) To know and analyze the description for the work environment, work stress, and performance of permanent employees of PT "S", 2) To know and analyze whether there is influence between the work environment on the performance of permanent employees PT "S", 3 ) To know and to analyze whether there is influence between work stress on performance of permanent employee of PT "S", 4) To know and analyze whether there is influence between work environment and work stress to performance of regular employees of PT "S". This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research is taken 45 regular employees at PT "S", Jakarta. The technique of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, which then processed with program SPSS 22.0. The result shows a significant influence of work environment and work stress on performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT Tridaya Eramina Bahari, 2) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan pada PT Tridaya Eramina Bahari, 3) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT Tridaya Eramina Bahari, 4) Untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja dan kompensasi dapat memprediksi kepuasan kerja pada karyawan pada PT Tridaya Eramina Bahari. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 karyawan PT Tridaya Eramina Bahari. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan program SPSS 24.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan eksplanatori. Hasil dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja dan kompensasi dapat memprediksi kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi pengembangan karir, motivasi, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Perumahan Nasional, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Perumahan Nasional, (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Perumahan Nasional, (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Perumahan Nasional, (5) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi pengembangan karir, motivasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Perumahan Nasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 127 karyawan Perusahaan Umum Perumahan Nasional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan program SPSS 20.0. Penelitian ini ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode random sampling. Hasil dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh langsung pengalaman praktik kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja, (2) pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja, (3) pengaruh langsung pengalaman praktik kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa Sarjana Terapan FE UNJ . Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling, dan sampel dihitung menggunakan tabel Isaac and Michael yaitu sebanyak 123 mahasiswa sarjana terapan FE UNJ Tahun 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, persamaan regresi berganda, uji persyaratan analisis, uji hipotesis, analisis dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, serta pengalaman praktik kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Sarjana Terapan FE UNJ.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and the work environment on affective commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variables in State Elementary School 1 in Kemayoran District, Central Jakarta. This study used a quantitative research type using a population of 214 teachers from 11 State Elementary Schools in Kemayoran District, Central Jakarta. The sample used in this study amounted to 102 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using SmartPls version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a direct effect on job satisfaction in Teachers. The work environment has a direct effect on job satisfaction in Teachers. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on affective commitment in Teachers. Emotional intelligence has a direct effect on affective commitment in Teachers. The work environment does not directly affect affective commitment in Teachers. Emotional intelligence does not directly influence Teachers' affective commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The work environment directly influences Teachers affective commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on intention to stay in the Jakarta retail industry. In this study, using a quantitative approach, survey method and purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS software version 26. The researcher sample used non-probability so that the sample size was 110 people. This study shows the results, (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Intention to Stay, (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between Job Satisfaction and Intention To Stay, (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between Organizational Commitment and Intention To Stay.

Abstract

Turnover intention refers to an employee"™s inclination to leave the company or organization. This study aims to analyze and examine the significant influence of compensation and organizational culture on the turnover intention among startup employees in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi) area, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. This quantitative study collected the data through a questionnaire distributed to 242 respondents, which was then analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that the compensation has a positive and non-significant influence on the job satisfaction. However, it has a negative and statistically significant influence on the turnover intention. Additionally, when mediated by the job satisfaction, it has a positive and non-significant influence on the turnover intention. On the other hand, the organizational culture has a positive and statistically significant influence on the job satisfaction, while negatively affecting the turnover intention. Furthermore, it also has a positive and non-significant influence on the turnover intention when mediated by the job satisfaction. Lastly, the job satisfaction has a positive and non-significant influence on the turnover intention.JEL: M13, M14.

Abstract

School is a service organization that carries out the teaching and learning process. Schools must develop organizational citizenship attitudes and behaviors as additional (voluntary) behaviors outside of formal job requirements that provide benefits to schools and can continue to develop and achieve the goals set. The success of education is inseparable from the success of educators, one of which is the teacher. The quality of teachers is a driving force in producing superior, character and quality individuals. The research was conducted to see the effect of work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational committees of private vocational school teachers in East Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, with a survey approach. The results showed that there was a significant and positive direct effect between work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior, a significant and positive direct effect between work-life balance on organizational commitment, a significant and positive direct effect between organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, and there is a significant and positive indirect effect between work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and the work environment on the job satisfaction of regional secretariat employees in Magelang City. The research method uses quantitative research with multiple regression analysis and data collection techniques carried out online through questionnaires. The results of the study revealed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on the job satisfaction of regional secretariat employees in the city of Magelang with a count of 2.300 > t table of 1.660. Second, the work environment has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of regional secretariat employees in Magelang City with a t count of 9.337 > t table of 1.660. Third, transformational leadership and the work environment significantly influence the job satisfaction of regional secretariat employees in Magelang City with an f count of 71.908 > f table of 3.09. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership and the work environment on the job satisfaction of regional secretariat employees in Magelang City.
