Abstract

This research aims to develop and determine the quality of the contextual learning module accompanied by a concept mapping  of elasticity material andlaw Hooke  in class XI IPA MA Mu'allimat NW Pancor students. This type of research is research and development. The method used in this research is 4-D method, which consists of the stages of define, design, development and dissemination. This research is limited to the stage, development namely the development test on a limited scale. The data in this study were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research subjects included 3 lecturers and 3 physics teachers as validators, and students of class XI IPA 1 MA Mu'allimat NW Pancor as respondents. The validation of lecturers and physics teachers both resulted in a score of 3.85 and the development trial on a limited scale resulted in a score of 3.88. All research results indicate that the module is feasible to be developed.

Abstract

This study aims to produce interactive physics learning media based on macromedia flash 8 straight motion material for Class VII Students of SMP / MTs. This type of research uses the Research and Depelopment (R&D) approach by adopting the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Depelopment, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. Design the learning media trial using the Post-Test Only Control Group Design. Data collection instruments in the form of material expert evaluation questionnaire, media expert evaluation questionnaire, science subject teacher evaluation questionnaire, student response questionnaire, multiple choice tests and student learning activity questionnaire, data collection techniques namely test techniques and observation techniques. Data analysis techniques are media feasibility test, normality test, variance homogeneity test and hypothesis test. The results of the study of the feasibility aspects of instructional media, media experts declared worthy of an actual score of 75, material experts declared worthy of an actual score of 73, the subjects of Natural Sciences stated worthy of an actual score of 66, and the average score of actual responses of 4 students was 58.25 . While the results of research on the aspect of learning media testing showed that interactive physics learning media based on macromedia flash 8 was effective on student learning outcomes with an average experimental class score of 70.38 and classical learning completeness of 71.42%. The percentage of active students in the good category with a percentage of 69.09%. When compared with the control class with an average value of 50.37 and classical learning completeness 22.22%. The percentage of active students in the category is sufficient with a percentage of 41.82%.DOI : 10.29408/kpj.v4i1.2275

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the NHT and TPS learning models on student achievement, the effect of motivation on student achievement, and the interaction between learning models and motivation on student achievement. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class VII MTs. NW Wanasaba totaling 60 people consisting of 3 classes, namely: class VIIA, VIIB and VIIC. The research sample was class VIIA and VIIB which was obtained by means of Cluster Random Sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using multiple choice objective test method. The prerequisite test used is the normality test and homogeneous test, where the normality test uses the chi-square test and the homogeneity test uses the Bartlet test. While the data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the Two Way ANOVA test and the Scheff test for further ANOVA testing. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that there is an influence of the NHT and TPS learning models on student achievement, there is an influence of motivation on student achievement, and there is no interaction between learning models and motivation on student achievement.

Abstract

This PkM program aims to improve: (1) teacher skills in designing and developing KIT of Natural Sciences practicum tools, Practical tools, laboratory management SOP as well as integrated science materials with the potential of the surrounding environment. The method used in achieving these objectives is the implementation of inservice in the form of training and assistance. The training carried out is a training to develop the skills and creativity of science teachers in the production / design of an integrated natural science practicum device based on the environment and training to design learning using a scientific approach that utilizes the KIT of science that has been produced. Assistance is also carried out related to improving the ability of teachers to explore, elaborate and reflect on integrated science teaching materials. The output of this activity is in the form of KIT of integrated environment-based practicum tools equipped with SOP for the management of practicum with environmental conditions; Integrated practicum tools in integrated science learning (RPP, LKS, teacher's guide) to support scientific approach learning; Integrated science laboratory management SOP; Refresher teaching materials integrated science materials; Scientific article (national publication). The results of the activities that have been achieved include, increased understanding and skills of natural science teachers in the Jerowaru SMPN 1 Natural Science teacher group on integrated science material, increasing teachers' understanding of learning with an inquiry approach, increasing the skills of science teachers designing / making KIT Simple science made from raw materials from the surrounding environment to support science learning using the inquiry discovery approach (scientific approach), increasing the ability of science teachers to design learning tools with the inquiry inquiry approach (scientific approach), training the skills and abilities of science teachers in partner schools in implementing science learning with inquiry discovery (scientific approach) approach.

Abstract

Problem Based Learning is learning that is delivered by presenting a problem, asking questions, facilitating investigation, and opening dialogue. This study aims to determine the effect and effectiveness of PBL learning models on students' rational thinking skills and students’ responses to the learning process applied. The research design used was one group of time-series designs. The population of the study was all students of XI Science class MA Hubbul Jiron NW Pringgarta, while the samples were 21 students of XI Science class in the MA. The Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model was applied to the sample class by three learning series that began with a pretest and ended with a posttest. Students' rational thinking skills are measured using a test in the form of multiple-choice questions with  23 items that have been validated and tested. The effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning model in improving students’ rational thinking skills is obtained through normalized gain analysis of pretest and posttest scores. The results of the study showed that the PBL learning model is effective to improve students' rational thinking skills with the average normal gain values (N-gain) is 0.57, and questionnaire analysis showed 97% of students enjoyed PBL learning. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menemukan model pembelajaran IPA secara kafah sebagai pemecahan permasalahan multidimesional yang dihadapi peserta didik saat ini dan dimasa yang akan datang. Model yang didapat merupakan hasil pemikiran, analisa dan penelahaan buku, artikel, tulisan ilmiah dan diskusi dengan pakar pendidikan serta pengalaman dalam memberikan pelatihan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran IPA di SEQIP. Model mempunyai 3 tahapan pokok yaitu pembuka pelajaran, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan pemantapan. Tahapan utama yang berisi kebermaknaan konsep yang ditemukan terdapat pada tahapan setelah kesimpulan dan kegiatan pemantapan yaitu menyampaikan kebermaknaan konsep yang didapatkan dengan mengintegrasikan pada religi, moral, sikap dan akhlak dan penerapan konsep yang ditemukan terhadap sains, teknologi, rekayasa dan matematika.  Kata kunci: model pembelajaran; IPA; kafah. ABSTRACTThis study aims to find a comprehensive science learning model as a solution to multidimensional problems faced by students today and in the future. The model obtained is the result of thinking, analyzing and reviewing books, articles, scientific writings and discussions with education experts as well as experience in providing training to improve the quality of science learning at SEQIP. The model has 3 main stages, namely opening lessons, core activities and strengthening activities. The main stages that contain the meaningfulness of the concepts found are found in the stages after the conclusion and consolidation activities, namely conveying the meaning of the concepts obtained by integrating them into religion, morals, attitudes and morals and applying the concepts found to science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Keywords: learning model; science; kafah

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 sangat berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat dunia khususnya dalam hal kesehatan dan pendidikan. Kurangnya kesadaran tentang pentingnya kesehatan oleh masyarakat di desa serta kurang optimalnya pembelajaran di sekolah membuat anak–anak usia sekolah dasar dan menengah menghabiskan waktu liburnya dengan banyak bermain tanpa menjaga jarak di masa pandemi. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi kebebasan berinteraksi dan mengoptimalkan pembelajaran anak usia sekolah dasar dan menengah di tengah masa pandemi dengan mengedukasi serta pendampingan pada masyarakat dusun Ketapang desa Menceh. Peserta pada kegiatan ini adalah peserta didik dari tingkat TK (30 orang), SD (50 orang) dan SMP (75 orang). Edukasi kesehatan dilakukan melalui program Posyandu, cuci tangan dan penyuluhan protokol kesehatan sedangkan pendampingan proses belajar–mengajar dilakukan dengan memberikan bimbingan belajar, mengajar TPQ dan pelatihan seperti pembuatan bros dan menggambar. Edukasi tentang kesehatan memberikan pengetahuan arti pentingnya menjaga jarak, kebersihan khususnya di saat pandemi. Bagaimanapun, kegiatan pendampingan pembelajaran dapat memberikan motivasi pentingnya pendidikan saat ini dan masa yang akan datang. Dengan memberikan edukasi tentang kesehatan dan pendampingan dalam pembelajaran kepada masyarakat bisa memahami tentang menjaga kebersihan, menjaga jarak dan juga dapat dijadikan motivasi untuk terus belajar meskipun terkendala khususnya di era pandemi ini.  COVID-19 influences the life of the population worldwide, especially in health and education aspects. Lack of awareness of the meaning of health and the importance of education makes primary and secondary school ages of children spend their time playing without keeping social distancing in this pandemic era. This community service aims to minimize social interaction and optimize their learning during this pandemic by providing education and accompaniment at Ketapang, Menceh village. Education of health was carried out through Posyandu, hand washing and health education programs, while accompaniment program was done by tutoring, teaching TPQ and skill training like drawing, make a brooch. Educating them about health gave them the knowledge of social distancing and hygiene crucial during the pandemic. However, the Accompaniment of education is also essential to motivate motivation that education is essential today, but it is also for the future. By giving education in health and accompaniment in a lesson, they understood that keeping hygiene and social distancing motivated them to continue learning although constrained, especially for this pandemic situation.

Abstract

PkM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan: (1) kemampuan guru IPA/Fisika dalam merancang pembelajaran basis praktikum, (2) keterampilan guru IPA/Fisika dalam menggunakan alat-alat peraga fisika. Metode yang dipakai dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah penyelenggaraan inservice berupa pelatihan  dan  pendampingan.  Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan adalah pelatihan mengembangkan keterampilan dan kreativitas guru IPA/fisika dalam merancang pembelajaran basis praktikum dan pelatihan dalam menggunakan Kit IPA/Fisika sebagai implementasi perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dirancang. Kegiatan yang dilakukan terdiri atas kegiatan pendahuluan berupa pembekalan/pendalaman perangkat pembelajaran dengan basis praktikum; dan pelatihan penggunaan Kit IPA/Fisika. Berdasrkan hasil pelatihan dan workshop dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan mampu: 1) memberi solusi alternatif untuk menanggulangi kendala yang menghambat terlaksananya kegiatan praktikum dalam pembelajaran IPA/Fisika; 2) memfasilitasi kesempatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan khusus alat laboratorium bagi staf laboratorium; 3) meningkatkan kompetensi (keterampilan) tenaga laboratorium IPA/Fisika untuk mengatasi permasalahan alat laboratorium yang rusak, jumlah/jenis alat yang ada tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dan kurangnya jumlah alat yang tersedia; 4) Peserta pelatihan menyambut positif kegiatan ini karena mereka mendapatkan banyak informasi tentang pengetahuan dan keterampilan khusus (reparasi, modifikasi, dan duplikasi) alat laboratorium IPA/Fisika dan mampu mentransformasi diri manjadi lebih terampil menata laboratorium di sekolah masing-masing.

Abstract

Morals are very important, so Allah SWT sent his messenger to fix it. Morals, attitude and character positive are life skills. Life skills cannot be taught, they should be transmitted, so a model is needed to be imitated. Scientific phenomena have the potential to be a model. Nature saves a lot of messages from Allah SWT which, if digested, becomes knowledge. One of the scientific phenomena in nature that can be used as knowledge and improve life skills are butterflies and magnets. Literature study is used to analyze scientific phenomena from several aspects, namely 1) religion based on Al-Quran and Hadith, 2) scientific concepts of phenomena found in nature, 3) application in life, and 4) integration in life skills. Butterflies can be a model of the importance of self-control to be good and not give up quickly in the face of difficulties and the belief that with difficulties there is ease. Magnets become a model of unity, rhythm, agreement, strength will be achieved. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the creation of Allah SWT in nature in the form of scientific phenomena can be a model for improving life skills.

Abstract

The increase in the incidence of disasters in recent years has given birth to many ideas in disaster mitigation efforts to save lives from the effects of disasters. The disaster mitigation system in Indonesia is still far from ideal. Mitigation technology is only limited to pre-disaster and early warning. There is no technology that facilitates knowledge and preparedness. Education and disaster mitigation procedures that must be imitated by the community are very necessary. The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the disaster mitigation learning model on disaster awareness of students at SD N 6 Mataram. This study was limited to 25 fifth grade or high grade students at SD N 6 Mataram using a one group pretest-posttest design. Disaster mitigation awareness is measured using an objective test instrument with 25 items. Disaster mitigation awareness includes disaster knowledge (PK), disaster signs (TB), risk impact and efforts to reduce (DR), preparedness (KN), and procedures, first aid tools for victims (AP). The disaster mitigation awareness test instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using SPSS 23.0 by performing normality test and paired t-test (paired t-test). The results showed that the student-oriented disaster mitigation learning model was effective in increasing the disaster awareness of students at SD N 6 Mataram.
