Abstract

Cryptocurrency is a digital or virtual currency, which does not have a physical form like fiat money. This crypto currency can only be used through devices such as PCs, laptops, smartphones and other devices that are connected to the internet. There are several advantages in a crypto system that uses blockchain system, such as transaction security, convenience, speed and can be used across countries and continents, however cryptocurrency which is currently circulating also still have weaknesses, including there is no supervisory authority, even many countries have disagreements over the legality of this cryptocurrency. The debate about the pros and cons regarding to the use of cryptocurrency becomes dynamics among the experts including the scholars who have study from Islamic point of view. This research aims to examine the dynamics of using cryptocurrency from ushul fiqh point of view, where the methods which used in this research are al-qur'an, al-Hadith, Qiyas and Sad-Adzariyah. Basically the use of cryptocurrency is allowed to meet cetain conditions that is by removing batil elements as in Quran surah An-Nisa verse 29, those batil elements are gharar and mayshir. Moreover, cryptocurrency must also have clear legality in a country for security in their use.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the importance of implementing databases in block chain-based supply chains. As for the object of the research, all SMEs in Aceh have the characteristics of exporting their products abroad. as for this type of research is qualitative research with data collection methods, namely interviews. The conclusion obtained is that in the supply chain in Aceh province, SMEs need a serious data revolution. This is based on the growing demand for halal products in the province of Aceh. Therefore, SMEs in Aceh Province need blockchain as a database in the supply chain. To maximize this, cooperation from the government, the community, and business actors is needed

Abstract

This research is crucial because it is vital to conduct an in-depth study by integrating theoretical and field research addressing the perspectives of business actors in Takengon City on fulfilling their zakat commitments as Muslims. Moreover, whether or not they are obedient, they must pay the commercial zakat. Due to the fact that the majority of Takengon's population adheres to the Islamic faith, the potential is fairly substantial. This study aims to determine whether or not traders who have reached their zakat payment limit are obedient. Research evaluation This is a descriptive study of zakat management organizations, academic institutions, government agencies, and practitioners. The technique employed is a technique of purposive sampling, and the subject of this study is the zakat experts in Baitul Mal Takengon. This study will explain the ways that induce traders to pay zakat dutifully. The results of the study are anticipated to impact future policies that will raise the level of life, support the occurrence of healthy economic growth, and provide a remedy for traders' lack of awareness regarding the payment of their commercial zakat.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of inflation, BI Rate, and exchange rate on profitability in Islamic banking in Indonesia during 2009-2019. The population and sample in this study were all Islamic banking in Indonesia obtained by purposive sampling technique. This study used quantitative secondary data sourced from financial statements accessed on the official website of Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority. The data analysis method used was Vector Auto-Regressive (VAR) analysis with the help of Eviews 10. The results of the Variance Decomposition (VD) test showed that inflation could affect Return on Assets (ROA) of 0.62%. It indicated that inflation had a low or insignificant effect on the Return On Assets (ROA) of Islamic banking. BI Rate could affect the Return on Assets (ROA) of 0.13%, which indicated that inflation had a low or insignificant effect on the Return On Assets (ROA) of Islamic banking, while the exchange rate could affect the Return on Assets (ROA) of 1.89%, which indicated that the exchange rate had a significant effect on the Return On Assets (ROA) of Islamic banking. Based on the results of this study, it concluded that the exchange rate was more dominant in influencing the Return on Assets (ROA) of Islamic banking in the short and long term.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to build legally and socially independent Panglima laot and fisher community groups to resolve adat laot issues through adat laot courts, and to increase community empowerment in the area of services in social conflicts in fishing communities. Panglima laot lhok Idi Rayeuk in Alue Dua Muka O village in resolving disputes between fishermen and violations of customary maritime law, where there is still confusion in its application. The existing guidelines for customary courts in Aceh are considered to be very general and only discuss gampong customary courts. Meanwhile, the laot customary court has not yet specified its implementation mechanism. The Laot Customary Court and the Gampong Customary Court have different resolutions, and the customary institutions that resolve them are also different. So that it has the potential to conflict with positive law and tends to be neglected and protracted in handling. This is due to the lack of understanding of the Panglima Laot Lhok of the laot customary judicial process. The activity methods used were (1) observation, advice and discussion; (2) training and mentoring; and (3) activity evaluation. The results of the activities showed that the education and training provided in relation to Laot customary justice resulted in changes in the attitudes and knowledge of the target audience (partner group) of Panglima Laot Lhok and fishing communities towards the implementation and structuring of Laot customary justice as a means of seeking justice in resolving Laot customary disputes. This training has also provided an understanding of the rule of law as a foundation, the benefits as an alternative to solving problems with the aim of peace (win-win solution), the implementation process to achieve common goals of justice and order

Abstract

In the industrial era 4.0 technology has emerged and people's thoughts are increasingly democratic. Nowadays, we see a lot of phenomena in coffee shops where young people with their laptops can buy company shares through investment and get dividends. This investment activity will encourage a country's economy, absorb labor, increase output resulting in foreign exchange savings or even increase foreign exchange. Investment aims to get a fixed income in each period, meet future needs and so on. Thus, the increase in the value of this investment is expected to help economic growth for the welfare of the community. (www.idx.co.id) The condition of the community in Blang Pulo Village is in a position that is still in the lower middle-class community where most people earn from farming and trading. Almost the average community does not have savings prepared for the future. Others are in a weak economic position where their income is only enough for their daily meals. With the investment village, it is hoped that the trading community in Gampong Blang Pulo will be willing to follow directions to save shares every month on a regular basis to get the maximum profit possible. (https://kampungkb.bkkbn.go.id) An investment village is an activity to introduce investment to the community and invite people to save shares. As well as providing guidance on how to invest properly and correctly that can generate future returns without any element of usury. With the investment village program, it is expected to be able to develop the potential that has been pioneered by the community to be more developed. The investment village will be held in Gampong Blang Pulo and will be assisted by local village officials in its implementation. The Investment Village Extension activity began with recording and visiting people's homes and then making friendly gatherings to increase friendship. After that, conducting counseling to invite people to save shares regularly every month and provide guidance on the capital market and conduct socialization in Gampong Blang Pulo to make the investment village program a success.

Abstract

The purpose of Community Service is carried out to provide understanding and assist business actors regarding the factors supporting business activities, such as business management factors and legality so that business activities carried out are not only profit-oriented, but business activities can continue to develop in the future by paying attention to and implementing supporting factors for business activities. At the end of the program, partners are expected to be able to do, namely 1). business actors experienced a greater increase in production capacity. 2). business actors have an increased understanding of the importance of good financial bookkeeping. 3). business actors also experienced an increased understanding of the importance of labels (Halal and brands) as a marketing strategy and applying science and technology/electronic media as a means of promotion to increase sales.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this PKM is to increase the capacity of the Lhokseumawe City Zakat management in presenting ZIS fund management reports based on PSAK 109 in a transparent and accountable manner, so that the reports presented can be understood by muzzaki and practitioners and academics can be used as a reliable source of public information. . The method used to improve understanding of ZIS accounting based on PSAK 109 is participatory-based learning. Participatory is meant to be learning activities and direct learning of active involvement in the process of a particular program or activity in various stages starting from involvement in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs/activities by the PKM team and partners. At the end of the PKM program, partners are expected to be able to carry out accounting processes starting from recognition, measurement, recording and presentation as well as financial reporting in accordance with PSAK 109 accounting standards regarding generally accepted accounting for zakat, infaq, and alms.
