This research is motivated by the number of teenagers who get good learning outcomes at SLTP Kanagarian Kinali level, Kinali District, West Pasaman District. The purpose of this study is to describe the parent's way of forming the child's learning habits in terms of the following aspects: 1) arranging the learning schedule together with the child, 2) accompanying and assisting the child in learning, 3) giving praise to the child and 4) assisting the child in eliminating anxiety and saturation in learning. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study all teenagers amounted to 109 people. Samples taken 25% using stratified rondom sampling technique, jad i amounted to 27 people. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. Technique of data analysis using technique percentage. The result of this research show that parent in forming child's learning habit is included into good category. Based on the results of research, it is suggested to parents to be able to further improve again how to form a child's learning habits.

This research was motivated by the phenomenon of the success of the Raudhatul Islam TPA Nagari Toboh Gadang Timur institution in Padang Pariaman Regency. This is evidenced by the large number of students and the many achievements obtained by Raudhatul Islam TPA students. Researchers suspect that the cause of the success of this TPA is because the teaching style of instructors varies in learning activities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 180 students of Raudhatul Islam Landfill. Samples are taken with the intention or purpose of as many as 45 people. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the variation of educator teaching style was seen from the aspect of sound variation, concentration of students' attention, changes in the position of educators and made contact with students when learning activities were categorized as good.Keywords: Variation, Teaching Style, Educator

This research was motivated by the low speaking ability of early childhood in Pisang Village, Kinali District, Pasaman Regency. It is suspected that one of the reasons is because the communication applied in the family is not quite right. This study aims to: 1) describe the communication that occurs in the family; 2) describe early childhood speech skills; and 3) looking at the relationship between communication within the family and the speaking ability of aged children in Pisang Village, Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency. This research is correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were 26 housewives who had children aged 4-5 years. The sample amounted to 19 people with sampling using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and a check for the observation of the development of speech in early childhood. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and the correlation formula of the Sperman Rho correlation. The results of this study indicate: 1) the communication that occurs within the family in Pisang Village is in the wrong category; 2) the speaking ability of early childhood in Kampung Pisang is still low; and 3) there is a significant relationship between communication within the family and the speaking ability of early childhood in Pisang Village, Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency. Research suggestions are: 1) it is hoped that the family can implement good, dynamic, intensive, and harmonious communication with children, to improve their speaking ability in children; and 2) it is hoped that further researchers will be able to examine other variables that affect the development of children's self-speech abilitiesKeywords: communication, speech application, early childhood, family education

The study was set back by the children's low logic ability of 5-6 years age at nagari muaro, sijunjung district. One of the key factors that led to the alleged lack of interesting learning facilities /media. This study is aimed at seeing an increase in logical thinking ability in children as young as 5-6 years of age through the use of pop-up book media in the family at nagari muaro, sijunjung district. The type of research is quantitative using pseudo-experiment methods (quasi exsperiment) with pretest design and posttest. The research population is 15 people. While the sample of the six selected kids from jorong Pematang Sari Bulan, sampling retrieval techniques are used sampling samples. The data analysis USES t-test samples samples. As a result of the conclusion to the data collection and management, 1) before being given actions (pretests) the most logical thinking ability of children is seen but inconsistently, this is seen from tests given by researchers ata time when the pretesting of children is more questionable. 2) after being given a posttest of logical thinking ability, children are characterized at the most consistent level, as indicated by tests given by researchers during posttest sessions, children are more able to answer. 3) there is a sophisticated difference between pretest results and posttests after a child has used inside pop-up book media

ABSTRACTThis research was motivated by the high level of juvenile delinquency in the Mega Permai V Complex, Lubuk Buaya Village, Padang. This can be caused by many factors including the low parental social control. This study aims to see a picture of parental social control, a picture of juvenile delinquency and the relationship between juvenile delinquency in Mega Permai V Complex, Lubuk Buaya Village, Padang. This type of research is descriptive correlational where parental social control is a variable (X) and juvenile delinquency as a variable (Y). The population in this study were 55 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique as many as 35 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and the product moment. The results showed that the description of parental social control to adolescents was still categorized as low, the description of juvenile delinquency was categorized as high and there was a significant relationship between juvenile delinquency in Mega Permai V Complex, Lubuk Buaya Village, Padang.Keywords: Parental social control, juvenile delinquency

This research is motivated by the low level of family care with the development of the character of early childhood in ther RW. V Kelurahan Indarung Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan Padang City. The objectives of the study describe this include: (1) family care, (2) character development, and (3) the relationship of family care with the development of the character of children at RW. V Kelurahan Indarung Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan Padang City. This study included quantitative research with correlational types. Population in this study were parents of early childhood totaling 30 people, samples were taken by 25 people from a population of 30 people with a sampling technique that was random sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, while data collection tools use questionnaires or statement lists. The results of the study show that: (1) the relationship of family care to early childhood is in the very low category, (2) the relationship between the development of the character of early childhood is in the low category, and (3) there is a relationship between family care and the development of the character of the children.Keywords: Family Care, Character Development, Early Childhood

This research is motivated by the success phenomenon of Tenun Songket Lansek Manih Training Strategies in IRA Songket, Sijunjung. This is evidenced by the presence, liveliness, and achievements obtained by the residents learning from the work of songket weaving. Researchers suspect the cause of the successful implementation of songket weaving training because of the learning strategies used by the instructor in interesting training. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 70 people who studied at IRA Songket. The sampling technique used is simple rendom sampling. Samples were taken as 35 people. While the questionnaire guidelines data collection tool. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that Songket Lansek Manih Weaving Training Learning Strategy in Sijunjung IRA Songket from the aspects of learning methods, learning media, and learning resources was categorized as good.Keywords:Methods, Media, Learning Resources

This research is motivated by the high participation of participants in participating in BKB activities, as seen from the number of participants who attend each month. This is allegedly due to good cadre service in providing each service to BKB participants. The purpose of this research is first to describe cadre work discipline in BKB program, secondly to describe cadre communication in BKB program, third to describe service facilities in BKB program in Kolok Mudik Village Barangin District, Sawahlunto City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study amounted to 87 BKB participants. The sample was taken 50% of the population totaling 44 people. The sampling technique in this study is cluster random sampling method. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data analysis uses a percentage formula. The results showed that cadre service was very good according to BKB participants, this was seen from three aspects, including work discipline, communication, facilities. It is recommended to all those involved in the activities of the BKB Permata Bunda in Kolok Mudik Village, Barangin District, Sawahlunto City, to maintain the quality that has been carried out well. Being an educator for early childhood has a different challenge with educators in other age groups, because early childhood have different characteristics. One of the things that educators need to understand is that early childhood children have the ability to concentrate/focus very limited attention. The ability to bring creative learning media can make the learning process for early childhood always attract and provoke a child's curiosity, so that children are able to take longer learning activities. Decoupage creativity is one of the learning media that can be used by educators in stimulating early childhood intelligence. Stimulasi keamampuan membaca sudah dapat dilakukan sejak anak berusia dini, dan dalam pelaksanaannya perlu dukungan dari berbagai pihak. Namun kenyataan di lapangan dewasa ini ada kecenderungan stimulasi kemampuan membaca anak seringkali hanya dibebankan menjadi tanggung jawab lembaga PAUD. Padahal lingkungan pertama dan utama bagi setiap anak adalah keluarganya, dan dalam keseharian anak lebih banyak menghabiskan waktunya di rumah. Pendekatan environmental Print merupakan salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan peran keluarga dalam stimulasi kemampuan membaca anak.Kata kunci: Optimalisasi, peran keluarga,membaca awal, pendekatan, environmental print.
