Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Disruptions in human resource management (HRM) include changes in the way companies recruit, manage, retain, and develop their employees. In the ever-evolving digital era, technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, and automation have become key drivers of this change. In addition, shifts in employee preferences and expectations also affect HRM practices. This study aimed to conduct a systematic review to explore the phenomenon of disruption in human resource management. The literature search process was carried out on various databases (PubMed, Web of Sciences, and Google Scholar) regarding the analysis of the disruption phenomenon in human resources management. This study follows the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) recommendations. Disruption in human resource management is a necessity. The phenomenon of disruption has changed aspects of human resource management related to the use of technology, digitalization of human resource management services, orientation towards employee satisfaction, and the adoption of a collaborative and inclusive culture in organizational leadership.

Abstract

Crowdsourcing is a concept where complex tasks or problems can be solved through collaboration with a group of people online. In the context of the online motorcycle taxi business, crowdsourcing has proven to be a very effective tool for managing human resources. This is due to several factors, including the wide operational scale, speed of service, and the complexity of user requests. This study aimed to explore the effectiveness of the crowdsourcing concept in human resource management in the online motorcycle taxi business on the satisfaction of partners and service users. The application of crowdsourcing in HR management in the online motorcycle taxi business has proven effective in dealing with the challenges faced by this industry. Labor flexibility, cost efficiency, and access to diverse talent are some of the main benefits of crowdsourcing. However, companies must still pay attention to important management aspects such as service quality and good working relations to ensure the success and long-term effectiveness of this crowdsourcing strategy.

Abstract

Generation Z grew up with easy access to the internet. They tend to spend more time online than previous generations. This opens up great opportunities for sellers to reach them through various digital platforms. This study aimed to conduct an analysis of the study of the potential of digital marketing for product purchasing decisions in generation Z. This research is qualitative research that explores and describes in detail a situation or phenomenon of the research object studied by developing concepts and gathering existing facts. Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat are popular channels for digital marketing. Sellers can share content, conduct paid advertising campaigns, interact with users, and build relationships with audiences through social media. Company websites and blogs are the main channels in digital marketing. Sellers can create informative content, describe products or services, provide special offers, and drive traffic to their websites through SEO (search engine optimization) strategies and online advertising campaigns. Email is an effective channel for sending direct sales messages to audiences. Sellers can collect email addresses of customers or prospects and send them personalized content, special offers, product updates, or newsletters on a regular basis. Search engine marketing (SEM) includes the use of paid advertising on search engines such as Google Ads. Sellers can display their ads on search results pages or on partner websites relevant to their targeted keywords. Platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Vimeo are popular channels for video content. Merchants can create promotional videos, product reviews, tutorials, or entertaining content to reach a wider audience.

Abstract

Improving operational management efficiency is not just an option but a necessity to maintain competitiveness in a rapidly changing market. By optimizing production processes, inventory management, customer service, and utilization of technology, companies can reduce operational costs, increase speed and accuracy in service, and improve the quality of products served to customers. This study seeks to explore several strategies and steps that can be taken by companies in the food and beverage industry to improve the efficiency of their operational management. The literature search process was carried out on various databases (PubMed, Web of Sciences, and Google Scholar) regarding the analysis of improving operational management efficiency in the food and beverage industry. This study follows the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) recommendations. Improving operational management efficiency in the food and beverage industry is a continuous process. By implementing process automation, intelligent data analysis, employee training, efficient inventory management, collaboration with suppliers, and a focus on quality and customer service, companies can achieve these goals. This effort will help the company to remain competitive and sustainable amid increasingly fierce and dynamic competition in the food and beverage industry.
