Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is based on interesting events about the condition of the Village Unit Cooperative as one of the means to develop the economy of rural communities in Indonesia that use family principles. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work discipline, work motivation, and work stress on employee performance at KUD Pakis, Malang Regency. By using the explanatory reseach method by distributing questionnaires to all employees it has been found that the work environment, work discipline, work motivation, and work stress have a positive effect on employee performance and this becomes the basis of a Village Unit Cooperative to correct every variable that has been careful.Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Job Stress, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and work experience on work performance with work placement as an intervening variable in the Ramayana City of Malang Population and samples of employees as many as 57 respondents. In this study the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. The tool used for data analysis in this study is to use a software application in the form of SPSS version 20. The analysis method in this study uses path analysis. The instrument test in this study was a normality test, reliability test, validity test, t test, Sobel test. The results of the analysis show that Recruitment and Work Experience have a direct effect on Employee Work Placement, Recruitment and Work Experience have a direct effect on Employee Job Performance, Work Placement has an effect on Employee Performance, Recruitment has an indirect effect on Job Performance through Job Placement.Keywords: Recruitment, Work Experience, Job Performance, Job Placement

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment and work discipline on the performance of employees of CV. Budi Mulya in the Manisrenggo Village, Kediri City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data sample was 36 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously work motivation, organizational commitment and work discipline had a positive effect on employee performance, partially work motivation, organizational commitment and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTION The purpose of this study is to describe charismatic leadership kyai, work motivation and performance of teachers and to know the influence charismatic kyai, work motivation on teacher performance partially or simultaneously. This research method using quantitative method. This type of research is explanatoryThe sample of this research is boarding school teacher PPAI Darun Najah by using saturated sampling, that is as much as 62 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. the analytical method used I n this research is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20.0 for windows.The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of kyai charismatic leadership on teacher performance (2) there is a positive influence and signifies work motivation on teacher performance. Keywords:  Kyai Charismatic Leadership, Work Motivation and Teacher  Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT          This research was conducted at the Department of Investment, PTSP, and Probolinggo Manpower. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of communication, work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Department of Investment, PTSP, and Probolinggo Manpower.          The variables used are communication, work environment, and motivation as independent variables, while employee performance variables are the dependent variable. The sample used in this study were 60 employees of the Investment Service, PTSP, and Probolinggo Manpower. The study used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Data collection method by collecting primary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test.          The results showed that the communication variables had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Probolingo Investment Service, PTSP, and Probolingo Manpower, while the work environment and motivation variables did not have a significant effect on the employee performance of the Probolingo Investment Service, PTSP, and Probolingo employees.Keywords : communication, work environment, motivation, and performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of the recruitment system on job training, and work motivation on employee productivity in poor water companies. The company strives to get and place the right employees in accordance with their respective fields of expertise, even in the company most employees are not in accordance with the field of ability they have because most employees recruit with nepotism so that the potential for employee productivity is less than optimal. This type of research is experimental. This study uses primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. This study consisted of 342 active employees with a sample of 77 employees in the Malang regional water company. Data collection through questionnaires. In this study data analysis used the SPSS 14.0 version.This research uses descriptive quantitative method which contains validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear analysis, F test, and t test.The results of this study indicate that, (1) simultaneously the influence of the recruitment system, job training, and work motivation on employee work productivity in the Regional Water Supply Company of Malang. (2) partially the recruitment system variable does not have a significant effect on employee work productivity, further job training has a significant effect and work motivation has a significant effect on employee work productivity in the Malang water utility company. Key word: recruitment system, work training, work motivation and productivity

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment and motivation on the administrators of UAM FEB UNISMA, in this study the sample is the management of UAM FEB UNISMA, collecting data using questionnaires to administrators, analysis of the data used is validity test, reliability test, normality test , multiple linear analysis, statistical test f and statistical test t, the results of this study have a significant positive effect on organizational culture, work environment and motivation on the performance of UAM FEB UNISMA administrators, there is a significant influence of organizational culture on the performance of UAM FEB UNISMA administrators, there is a significant influence work environment towards the performance of UAM FEB UNISMA administrators, there is a significant effect of motivation on the performance of UAM FEB UNISMA administrators. Keywords: Organizational culture, Work environment, Motivation, the performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect on transformational leadership variables, organizational culture, and commitment to employee engagement Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang. For this reason, researchers took data from employees of the Perusahaan Daerah  Air Minum Kota Malang. This type of research is explanatory in view of the population taken from employees of the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang, and the number of samples in this study was 223 employees. The acquisition of primary data is taken by distributing questionnaires to employees. the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which shows that simultaneously transformational leadership variables, organizational and organizational cultures are both positively and not significantly influencing employee engagement, while partially transformational leadership variables have an insignificant positive effect on employee engagement, Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee engagement and commitment has a significant but not significant effect on employee engagement in the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang. Keywords: transformational leadership, commitment, organizational culture and employee engagement

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the influence of motivation, discipline,satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. ANUGERAH PUTRASIANTAN Songsong Singosari Malang. The research was conducted by usingexplanatory method with quantitative method on PT. ANUGERAH PUTERASIANTAN Songsong Singosari Malang. Data collection was done by distributingquestionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 57 productionemployees. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results ofresearch show that the description of the research results showed that employeejob satisfaction influence on employee performance, work discipline employeesaffect employee performance, employee motivation has no effect on performance.Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The purpose of this study was to discuss and analyze emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance in MAN 1 Kota Malang, East Java both partially and simultaneously or together. The population and sample used were all teachers in MAN 1 Kota Malang, East Java who collected 73 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 21. The sampling technique used a questionnaire with a scale scale rikert and data testing techniques used in this study using validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test.            The results obtained from the evaluation and analysis show that emotional intelligence is positively insignificant towards teacher performance, while spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Testing intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Teacher Performance
