Abstract

Increasingly sophisticated and modern technology provides convenience to humans in various fields. Many benefits can be received, although there is still a side to the problem regarding technological developments. This also happens in the field of Education which has utilized technology today. Blended learning with a blended method is an innovation in Education that is associated with the critical thinking ability of school students at the primary, secondary and higher education levels. This research is quantitative with a meta-analysis design using 24 ar-ticle studies with predetermined criteria with secondary data sources sourced from Google Scholar, Research Gate and Science Direct with the years 2014, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. The article is determined using mean aggregates. The existence of coding, according to the purpose, of this article focused on N, M, and SD data. The data processing is assisted by Microsoft Excel and JASP software. This is done to estimate aggregates, project forest plots, test heterogeneity, and investigate publication bias. The analysis found that there is accuracy in using a random effect model aggregate with a high heterogeneity effect size and no prob-lems in publication, so following the research objective the blended learning model is effective in developing critical thinking skills in learning so that technology in education has a positive impactKeywords: Blended learning, critical thinking, meta-analysis, effective

Abstract

The development of highly advanced technology has changed the pattern of people's lives in fulfilling information needs. All forms of information obtained will spread very quickly and even difficult to control. We cannot avoid that currently people from all walks of life are increasingly "lulled" by the sophistication of technology such as cellphones to smartphones which are of course equipped with various applications that make it easier for users. However, this convenience is not accompanied by control from various parties, causing a negative impact commonly called Cyberbullying. This paper describes how cyberbullying cases affect school-age children so that the participation of related parties such as schools is needed. In addition, this paper also describes the policies implemented in schools to deal with cyberbullying cases sourced from several writings or articles. The research method used is library research where researchers collect various sources from several research results and libraries. For this research, researchers took various sources from Google Scholar. From the articles, it is recommended that some policies can be offered to schools to anticipate and prevent Cyberbulling behavior.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah mempengaruhi domain pendidikan dalam skala global. Tantangannya adalah bagaimana menyesuaikan pelaksanaan microteaching agar dapat dilaksanakan secara daring dan luring terbatas pada Era New Normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian perencanaan, proses pembelajaran dan penilaiannya, serta hasil belajar mahasiswa pada pembelajaran microteaching. Evaluasi dilaksanakan dengan Model Countenance Stake. Pembelajaran microteaching berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik di era new normal. pada tahap anteseden (perencanaan pembelajaran dan fasilitas) diperoleh persentase sebesar 91,3%, tahap transaksi (pelaksanaan pembelajaran) diperoleh persentase 86,2%, dan pada outcome (penilaian hasil belajar) diperoleh persentase 100% lulus. Penggunaan tiga metode yaitu daring, luring dan asinkronus mendapatkan respon positif dari mahasiswa. Yang menarik, sesi microteaching yang paling dipilih mahasiswa adalah daring, sedangkan secara luring menempati urutan kedua. Pada pembelajaran microteaching selanjutnya, pasca pandemi pembelajaran luring, disarankan menggunakan dua metode yaitu luring dan daring. Mahasiswa perlu disiapkan untuk transformasi preferensi pembelajaran daring di masa depan dengan teknologi yang lebih maju. Walaupun praktik luring akan tetap memegang porsi yang lebih besar.

Abstract

Youth are often positioned as agents of change with the capacity to contribute significantly to sustainable development. However, their role in community empowerment, particularly in rural areas, remains underexplored. This study aims to examine the strategic role of youth in channeling community aspirations and implementing empowerment initiatives in Central Praya District, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research involved 35 purposively selected participants, including youth leaders, community figures, and local government representatives. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings reveal that youth play a vital role in three core areas: (1) communicating and collecting public aspirations through both digital and direct channels, (2) facilitating participatory planning and execution of empowerment programs, and (3) addressing internal and external obstacles to community involvement. Despite facing challenges such as low public trust and weak institutional support, youth demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and innovation in promoting inclusive development. The study concludes that effective youth engagement can strengthen participatory governance, improve service delivery, and foster social solidarity at the grassroots level. The implication is that empowerment policies should provide more space, trust, and resources for youth-led initiatives. Strengthening collaboration among youth, communities, and local governments is essential for sustainable and community-based development.

Abstract

One of the evaluation parameters that can measure the effectiveness of socialization programs through social media is citizen engagement, namely public involvement in important or essential problems on social media. This evaluation was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of the Covid-19 vaccination socialization program through social media. The object of the evaluation is the netizen conversations on Twitter in the form of messages, statuses, or tweets that mention the keyword 'COVID-19 Vaccine' on social media. The effectiveness criteria of the socialization program were based on the citizen engagement index or the citizen involvement index which is examined from the netizen opinions on sentiment (positive/negative) and emotion (trust/fear) indicators. The evaluation results show that the socialization program has succeeded in increasing positive sentiment and emotions of trust. Positive sentiment was shown by netizens' opinions, which were dominated by posts that supported and accepted the vaccination program. Emotion of trust was dominated by the trust and acceptance posts. This finding, when confirmed with facts in the community, indicates a conformity. The public has supported, approved, trusted and accepted the Covid-19 vaccination.Salah satu parameter evaluasi yang dapat mengukur keefektifan program sosialisasi melalui media sosial  adalah citizen engagement, yaitu keterlibatan publik terhadap suatu problematika penting atau yang dianggap penting di media sosial. Evaluasi ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis keefektifan program sosialisasi vaksinasi Covid-19 melalui media sosial. Objek evaluasi adalah percakapan warganet di Twitter baik berupa pesan, status, maupun tweet yang menyebutkan kata kunci "˜Vaksin COVID-19' di media sosial. Kriteria keefektifan program sosialisasi mengacu kepada citizen engagement index atau indeks keterlibatan warganet yang dianalisis dari opini warganet pada indikator sentimen (positif/negative) dan emosi (trust/fear). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan Program sosialisasi berhasil meningkatkan sentiment positif dan emosi trust. Sentimen positif ditunjukkan opini warganet yang didominasi unggahan mendukung dan menyetujui vaksinasi. Emosi trust, didominasi oleh unggahan rasa percaya dan menerima. Temuan ini apabila dikonfirmasi dengan fakta di masyarakat, mengindikasikan adanya kesesuaian. Masyarakat telah mendukung, menyetujui, percaya, dan menerima vaksinasi Covid-19.

Abstract

AbstractDevelopment is a process that is carried out continuously in a region over time. Development leads the improvement of the lives and well-being, both in terms of material and nonmaterial. To Indonesia, the development process is a planned activity to achieve national goals as mandated in the 1945 Constitution, which among others, to promote the general welfare, united, sovereign, fair, and prosperous. Indicators of well-being are not just limited to the economic aspect and materialistic, but also concerning aspects of harmony, unity, and integration of national life in dignity characterized by solidarity excellence. So that it is needed to consider the implementation of the theories of social and cultural communication in the development process.AbstrakPembangunan adalah suatu proses yang dilakukan secara terus menerus pada suatu wilayah dari waktu ke waktu. Pembangunan bermuara para peningkatan kehidupan dan kesejahteraan, baik dari sisi material maupun nonmaterial. Bagi Bangsa Indonesia, proses pembangunan adalah aktivitas terencana untuk mencapai tujuan nasional sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Pembukaan UUD 1945, yaitu antara lain untuk memajukan kesejahteraan umum, bersatu, berdaulat, adil, dan makmur. Indikator kesejahteraan tidak hanya terbatas pada aspek ekonomis dan materialistis, melainkan juga menyangkut aspek keharmonisan, kebersamaan, dan integrasi hidup berbangsa secara bermartabat yang ditandai oleh adanya solidaritas yang prima. Abstract

The study aims to explain how the concept of integrated Islamic and the strategy of the teacher in SMA IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta produce the superior students. It refers to the development of SMA IT which always puts ethics, religion and the quality of the students. However, the main key to produce the superior students is the role of professional teacher who encourages the strong characteristic of students. The method of this research is qualitative and takes place in SMA IT Abu Bakar and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta. Furthermore, the samples of this research consist of twenty teachers. The result is that (1) SMA IT Abu Bakar and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta combine three elements such as the cooperation among the shool, societies, and family; the structured and programmed curriculum from kindergarten to university; tsaqafah Islam and science oriented. These are done to produce a superior student who masters science and technology and also has a good characteristic. (2) The communication strategy of the teachers in SMA IT Abu Bakar and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta is effective. It can be seen from the fulfillment of communication elements on communication strategy which is used by the teacher to produce a superior student.Permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh guru sebagai agen perubah sosial, karena peran guru disini sangat penting dalam menghasilkan siswa yang unggul baik dalam bidang akademik maupun dalam bidang moral (akhlak mulia). Oleh karenanya, guru dituntut untuk tidak hanya mengajarkan mata pelajaran umum melainkan juga keagamaan hingga pelajaran mengenai akhlak. Hal ini dibutuhkan demi memberikan pembekalan "dasar moralitas" yang tergali dari kearifan tradisi kultural dan nilai-nilai doktrinal agama Islam yang kuat.Berdasar latar belakang di atas, maka penelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep pendidikan islam terpadu dan mengetahui strategi komunikasi guru di SMA IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta dan SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta dalam menghasilkan siswa yang unggul. Selanjutnya peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian Focus Group Dsicussion (FGD) untuk memperoleh gambaran strategi komunikasi guru SMA IT dalam menghasilkan siswa yang unggul. Hasil penelitian ini nantinya akan dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lokal yang memiliki ISSN atau jurnal nasional terakreditasi.

Abstract

In the 21st Century, advances in information and technology have spurred open access to economic learning for preservice teachers. Reinventing competencies needs to be done to keep pace with the advancement of knowledge and technology in the industrial revolution era. This paper aims to investigate the competence of preservice teachers of economics in the industrial revolution era. The literature review is used to find the challenges faced and the competencies needed by prospective economics teachers. Various relevant and credible literature (Science Direct, Taylor Francis, Emerald) for two decades have been fast reviewed and comprehensively to show the phases, levels, knowledge, competencies, and cognitive-noncognitive domains. The review findings reveal the challenges that preservice teachers of economics face as a provision for mastering competencies as teachers in the industrial revolution era. Next, a synthesis of the competency reviews is needed for preservice teachers of economics to present relevant and credible studies. Finally, this paper has implications for competencies that need to be prepared or reinvented through actions and policies that lead to professional economics teachers.
