Abstract

In new normal era, PKK Imogiri Bantul were feeling the impact caused by Covid-19. PKK women used WhatsApp stories to sell and promote their wares. However, digital marketing skills and abilities are needed to survive in this new normal era. Content marketing in digital marketing through social media has an important role in increasing attractiveness to consumers. The purpose of assisting in brand creation and marketing content is expected to increase product sales and expand the market segment of PKK women. The method of implementing this service activity is offline mentoring by complying with Health protocols and online mentoring through the whatsapp group. The evaluation showed 80% participants understood about well brand.

Abstract

Indonesian TV broadcasters often violate the broadcasting code of ethics. The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) provides various tiered sanctions, from the lightest to the most severe, namely the revocation of broadcasting operations licenses. However, all sanctions are administrative in nature. Therefore, they often repeat violations even though they are in the same category. This article discusses new ideas regarding sanctions for violating the TV broadcasting code of ethics. The method used is the evaluative method. The results of the study conclude that violence in the TV broadcasting code of ethics must be expanded at the individual level, not only at the organizational unit. Sanctions against individuals who violate can be in the form of a record of violations that can prohibit a person from having a career in the TV broadcasting industry. People generally fear that they will not be able to earn money to support themselves. Sanctions should lead to better responsibility for TV workers so that they are more concerned about producing healthy TV shows and more compliant with regulations. The researcher believes that implementing expanded sanctions will have implications for better compliance in complying with the television broadcasting code of ethics among television workers.

Abstract

This literature study design presents scientific ideas regarding the Participant-oriented approach (Fitzpatrick, Sanders, Worden) evaluation model using different case study assignments. The participant oriented approach (Fitzpatrick, Sanders, Worthy is the focus of the author in making scientific articles using a literature study design through research journals that are related to the topic of the article. The author uses three different case studies as comparisons and as information for readers regarding the participant oriented approach by fitzpatrick, sanders, worthen. the three cases include the training program evaluation model, the bloom's mastery learning model outside formal education hours, on weekdays, and on weekends, and the field-based training model program for mental health workers , community workers, psychosocial workers and counselors.

Abstract

Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) is a non-formal teaching and learning activity that is carried out at the Vihara or Cetya every Sunday on a regular basis (PP.NO. 55 Article 44 paragraph 1 of 2007). Learning Objectives in SMB Activities are directed to instill faith (saddha) and also devotion in order to develop Buddhist beliefs on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of suitability/harmony between standards (standards or application/implementation) of the implementation of the SMB Sariputra program that had been determined in the program and the actual level of performance (performance/results of implementing the program). In addition to evaluating the SMB program in order to improve the quality of learning in accordance with the SMB National Curriculum standards. The method used in this study is qualitative evaluative research with the Discrepancy Evaluation Model approach by Malcolm M. Provus (1971) with 5 stages of implementation definition, installation, process, product, cost and benefit analysis). The research was conducted at the Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) Sariputra Dhamarsuci’s Monastery Purwosari, Sampetan Village, Gladagsari District, Boyolali Regency. Sources of information include: Head of SMB Sariputra, two SMB coaches, and two students' parents. Three gaps were found in the program implementation process but the program objectives had been achieved. Overall stages 1-5 in the Sariputra SMB parenting program have a good score of 69%, because they have carried out 4 of the 6 requirements for implementing SMB, namely (educational content or curriculum, number, qualifications of educators and educational staff, facilities and infrastructure, sources of financing, evaluation system, management and learning process). Researchers suggest continuing this program with improvements in accordance with established national standards. Abstrak Sekolah Minggu Buddha (SMB) merupakan kegiatan belajar mengajar nonformal yang dilaksanakan di Vihara atau Cetya setiap hari Minggu secara rutin (PP.NO. 55 Pasal 44 ayat 1 tahun 2007). Tujuan Pembelajaran pada Kegiatan SMB diarahkan untuk menanamkan keyakinan (saddha) dan juga bhakti dalam rangka mengembangkan keyakinan umat Buddha secara berkesinambungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian/keselarasan antara baku (standar atau penerapan/pelaksanaan) penyelenggaraan program SMB Sariputra yang sudah ditentukan dalam program dengan tingkat kinerja (performance/hasil pelaksanakan program) sesungguhnya. Selain itu untuk mengevaluasi program SMB dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas Pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan standar Nasional Kurikulum SMB. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluative kualitatif dengan pendekatan Discrepancy Evaluation Model oleh Malcolm M. Provus (1971) dengan 5 tahap pelaksanaan definition, instalation, process, product, cost and benefit analysis). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Minggu Buddha (SMB) Sariputra Vihara Dhamarsuci Dk Purwosari Desa Sampetan Kecamatan Gladagsari Kabupaten Boyolali. Sumber informasi meliputi: Ketua SMB Sariputra, dua Pembina SMB, dan dua orang tua siswa. Ditemukan 3 kesenjangan dalam proses pelaksanaan program namun tujuan program telah tercapai. Keseluruhan tahap 1-5 di program parenting SMB Sariputra bernilai baik 69%, karena sudah menjalankan 4 dari 6 persyaratan penyelenggaraan SMB yaitu (isi pendidikan atau kurikulum, jumlah, kualifikasi pendidik, dan tenaga kependidikan, sarana dan prasarana, sumber pembiayaan, sistem evaluasi, manajemen dan proses pembelajaran). Peneliti menyarankan untuk melanjutkan program ini dengan perbaikan sesuai dengan standar Nasional yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana unggahan Info Cegatan Jogja (ICJ) sebagai sumber informasi bagi masyarkat Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis konten yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 11 Januari hingga 8 Februari  2021 di Grup Info Cegatan Joga (ICJ) pada media digital facebook. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat enam jenis-jenis informasi dalam grup Info Cegatan Jogja yaitu iklan, berita kehilangan, keluhan, informasi kecelakaan, informasi tindakan kriminal dan informasi bencana alam, (2) Unggahan Grup Info Cegatan Jogja (ICJ) sudah memenuhi karakteristik informasi yang berkualitas karena sudah meliputi karakteristik effectiveness, efficiency, confidentialit, integrity, availability, dan reliability.  Tetapi masih belum memenuhi salah satu karakteristik informasi berkualitas compliance, (3) Grup Info Cegatan Jogja (ICJ) memiliki manfaat yang banyak bagi masyarakat Yogyakarta. Kata kunci : Unggahan, Informasi, Info Cegatan Jogja(ICJ) AbstractThis  study aims to find out about the upload on Info Cegatan Jogja (ICJ)  as a source of information for the people of Yogyakarta. This research is a content analysis research that uses a qualitative approach. This research was conducted from 11 January 2021 to 8 February 2021 at the Info Group Cegatan Jogja (ICJ) on the digital media facebook. The results showed that (1) there were six types of information in the Info CegatanJogja group, namely advertisements, news of loss, complaints, accident information, information on criminal acts and information on natural disasters. Based on the percentage diagram for each upload, posts are dominated by advertisements, followed by information loss and the least percentage is entertainment uploads (2) Uploads of the JogjaCegatan Info Group (ICJ) have met the characteristics of quality information because they include the characteristics of effectiveness, efficiency, confidentiality, integrity, availability, and reliability. However, it still does not meet one of the characteristics of compliance quality information because the uploaded information is not a criterion for information about business. (3) The JogjaCegatan Info Group (ICJ) is very useful for the people of Yogyakarta. This is evidenced by the observations of researchers who found many positive responses from the people of Yogyakarta.Keywords : Upload, Information, Jogja Intercept Info (ICJ)

Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui pola komunikasi organisasi yang ada di PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam. (2) Mengetahui hambatan komunikasi PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam yang terletak di Jl. Batu Aji, Kavling Lama, Dapur 12, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Sumber data didapatkan dari hasil wawancara mendalam dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan 5 orang informan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles and Huberman. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam memiliki tingkatan organisasi vertikal dan horizontal. Anggota PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam melakukan komunikasi melalui pertemuan rutin yaitu meeting yang mereka lakukan. Selain pertemuan offline, perpustakaan Sumber Ilmu juga memiliki media komunikasi berbasis online. PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam memiliki beberapa aliran komunikasi. Aliran komunikasi yang terdapat di PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam yaitu aliran komunikasi ke bawah, ke atas, dan horizontal. Di PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam terdapat komunikasi internal dan komunikasi eksternal. PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam memiliki pemimpin yang jelas dan antar anggota dapat mengirimkan dan menerima pesan. Sehingga, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam memiliki pola komunikasi roda. Hambatan yang terjadi di PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam merupakan hambatan yang bersifat fisik. Hambatan tersebut terjadi karena hal yang tidak terduga, yaitu pandemi global yang membuat beberapa kegiatan kurang efektif dalam pelaksanaannya. Baik komunikasi internal maupun komunikasi eksternal di PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam terdapat gangguan mekanik. The purpose of this research is: (1) knowing communication pattern organizations in PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam. (2) knowing barrier of communication in PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam. This study using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This study was conducted in Sumber Ilmu Library which located on Jl. Batu Aji, Kavling Lama, Dapur 12, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Data obtained from in-depth interviews with purposive sampling technique involving five people informants. This study using a technique data analysis Miles and Huberman models. The data validity of the research is triangulation. The result showing that the library has levels of vertical and horizontal. Organization members of the library communicating through routine meetings. Besides offline meeting, they are also has an online meetings. The library having several streams communication The flow of communication in this library are downward, upward and horizontal. In PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam has internal and external communications. The leader of the science has clear and among members can send and receive messages. So, the conclusion can be drawn that the source of the communication has wheel pattern of communication. Obstacles that occur in PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam of the obstacles is the physical. Obstacles is caused by the unexpected, the global pandemic that makes some activities less effective in their implementation. Both internal and external communications in PT. Marcopolo Shipyard Batam there is a mechanical obstacles.

Abstract

Abstrak            Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahuiNNP DIY apa saja program komunikasi BNNP DIY dalam upaya mengatasi bahaya peredaran narkoba, (2) mengetahui hasil analisis SWOT program komunikasi di BNNP DIY dalam upaya mengatasi bahaya peredaran narkoba, (3) mengetahui faktor-faktor keberhasilan program komunikasi BNNP DIY dalam upaya mengatasi bahaya peredaran narkoba. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) program komunikasi yang dilakukan BNNP DIY antara lain program komunikasi tatap muka, media luar ruang, media cetak, media elektronik, media online dan pagelaran seni, (2) analisis SWOT program komunikasi BNNP DIY ialah 1) kekuatan yaitu adanya analisis jabatan untuk menempatkan pegawai sesuai bidangnya; 2) kelemahan yaitu minimnya softskill dan kurangnya personil khusus di bidang kehumasan; 3) peluang yaitu adanya teknologi komunikasi; 4) ancaman yaitu adanya rangkap jabatan membuat kinerja pegawai tidak maksimal, (3) Faktor keberhasilan pada program komunikasi yang telah dilakukan oleh BNNP DIY dalam upaya mengatasi bahaya peredaran narkoba antara lain: 1) Accomodation yaitu memberikan ruang kepada masyarakat untuk menyampaiakan saran; 2) Adaptability yaitu menampung saran dari khalayak untuk dilakukan assessment; 3) Awareness yaitu saling membantu dan bekerja sama antara bagian; 4) Abilities yaitu mengikuti minat atau ketertarikan khalayak saat ini.Kata kunci: Komunikasi, Program Komunikasi, Analisis SWOT, dan BNNP DIY Abstract            The aims of this research are: (1) to find out what NNP DIY is in BNNP DIY's communication program in an effort to overcome the dangers of drug trafficking, (2) to find out the results of the SWOT analysis of the communication program at BNNP DIY in an effort to overcome the dangers of drug trafficking, (3) to find out the success factors BNNP DIY communication program in an effort to overcome the dangers of drug trafficking. This research method is a qualitative method. Research subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman model data analysis. The results of this study are: (1) communication programs carried out by BNNP DIY include face-to-face communication programs, outdoor media, print media, electronic media, online media and art performances, (2) SWOT analysis of BNNP DIY communication programs are 1) strengths namely the existence of job analysis to place employees according to their fields; 2) weaknesses, namely the lack of soft skills and the lack of special personnel in the field of public relations; 3) opportunities, namely the existence of communication technology; 4) threats, namely the existence of multiple positions that make employee performance not optimal, (3) The success factors in the communication program that have been carried out by BNNP DIY in an effort to overcome the dangers of drug trafficking include: 1) Accomodation, namely providing space for the community to convey suggestions; 2) Adaptability, which is to accommodate suggestions from the public for assessment; 3) Awareness, namely helping each other and working together between departments; 4) Abilities, namely following the interests or interests of the current audience.Keywords: Communication, Communication Program, SWOT Analysis, and BNNP DIY

Abstract

Abstrak             Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Syafa’at Marcomm dalam membangun brand image. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penentuan narasumber pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara semi-terstruktur, dokumentasi, dan observasi partisipasi. Pada penelitian ini peneliti melakukan wawancara semi-terstruktur kepada pihak-pihak yang bertugas merancang strategi komunikasi pemasaran Syafa’at Marcomm. Wawancara ditujukan kepada CEO, Director Of Strategic Planning, Director Of Creative Division Dan Director Of Account Executive. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Syafa’at Marcomm dalam membangun brand  image menggunakan strategi branding  syariah melalui strategi Five Step To Loyalty untuk membangun corporate branding. Syafa’at Marcomm melakukan corporate branding diantaranya: beriklan di media sosial Instagram dan Facebook.  Melakukan promosi penjualan secara soft selling melalui edukasi trend branding, marketing dan bisnis di media sosial. Mengelola personal branding stakeholder untuk menjalankan public relation dan personal sales. Menyelenggarakan event berupa seminar, workshop, talk show mengenai branding dan bisnis syariah sebagai pemasaran langsung. Mengikuti event komunitas melalui sponsorship. Pemanfaatan internet marketing masih sebagai media publikasi. Membangun word of mouth melalui service excellence. Diketahui strategi yang paling efektif dalam membangun brand image di Syafa’at Marcomm melalui personal branding stakeholder dan word of mouth.  Kata Kunci : Strategi, Komunikasi Pemasaran Syariah, Brand  Image  Abstract            The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the marketing communication strategy used by Syafa'at Marcomm in building a brand image. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Determination of sources in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection using semi-structured interview techniques, documentation, and participatory observation. In this study, researchers conducted semi-structured interviews with parties tasked with designing Syafa'at Marcomm's marketing communications strategy. Interviews were addressed to the CEO, Director of Strategic Planning, Director of Creative Division and Director of Account Executive. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communication strategy carried out by Syafa'at Marcomm in building a brand image uses a sharia branding strategy through the Five Step To Loyalty strategy to build corporate branding. Syafa'at Marcomm does corporate branding including: advertising on social media Instagram and Facebook. Conduct sales promotion through soft selling through education on branding, marketing and business trends on social media. Manage stakeholder personal branding to carry out public relations and personal sales. Organizing events in the form of seminars, workshops, talk shows on sharia branding and business as direct marketing. Participate in community events through sponsorship. Utilization of internet marketing is still as a media publication. Building word of mouth through service excellence. It is known that the most effective strategy in building a brand image at Syafa'at Marcomm is through stakeholder personal branding and word of mouth.Keywords : Strategy, Sharia Marketing Communication, Brand  Image

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui representasi ketidakadilan gender pada film Moxie dengan bingkai metodologis analisis semiotika Ferdinand de Saussure. Metode penelitian yang dimanfaatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis semiotika Ferdinand de Saussure. Dan film Moxie sebagai objek dari penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dimanfaatkan dalam penelitian ini merupakan signifier (penanda) dan signified (petanda). Uji keabsahan data dilaksanakan dengan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data yang dimanfaatkan merupakan analisis semiotika Ferdinand de Saussure. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa film yang diteliti yaitu Moxie mereprentasikan bentuk ketidakadilan gender yang berbentuk marginalisasi, stereotip, subordinasi, serta kekerasan dengan potongan adegan atau scene yang berbeda-beda. Bentuk marginalisasi yang terdapat dalam film “Moxie” mencakup tindakan peminggiran dimana tidak adanya kesempatan untuk berpendapat, mendapatkan akses atau fasilitas yang setara, serta pengontrolan terhadap tubuh perempuan. Selanjutnya bentuk stereotip yang ditampilkan merupakan pandangan bahwa perempuan menyandang sifat emosional  irasional, dan merupakan kaum inferior yang pantas untuk dilabeli apapun, khususnya label yang melekat pada tubuh perempuan berkulit hitam. Bentuk subordinasi yang ditampilkan dalam film “Moxie” merupakan tidak adanya kesempatan yang sama antar gender untuk berperan penting dalam kehidupan bersosial, peminggiran terhadap penyandang difabel, serta supremasi kaum laki-laki. Sedangkan untuk bentuk kekerasan yang ditampilkan merupakan ditepuknya bokong, minuman yang diludahi, penggodaan serta pemegangan tubuh secara seksual, serta tindakan pemerkosaan. Seluruh bentuk ketidakadilan gender yang digambarkan dalam film “Moxie” hanya terjadi pada kaum perempuan.This study aims to determine the representation of gender inequality in the movie “Moxie” with a methodological frame of Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic analysis. The research method used in this research is Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic analysis method. And the movie “Moxie” as the object of this research. Data collection techniques used in this study are signifier and signified. Test the validity of the data is carried out by triangulation of sources. The data analysis used is Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic analysis. The results showed that the film “Moxie”, represents forms of gender injustice in the form of marginalization, stereotypes, subordination, and violence with different cut scenes. The form of marginalization contained in the film "Moxie" includes where there is no opportunity to have an opinion, get equal access or facilities, and control over womens bodies. Furthermore, the stereotype that is displayed is the view that women have irrational and emotional traits, and are inferiors who deserve any kind of labeling, especially the label attached to black women's bodies. The form of subordination shown in the film "Moxie" is the absence of equal opportunities between genders to play an important role in social life, marginalization of people with disabilities, and the supremacy of men. As for the forms of violence that are shown are slapping the buttocks, spitting on drinks, sexual seduction and body holding, and acts of rape. All forms of gender inequality depicted in the movie "Moxie" only occur to women.

Abstract

Abstrak            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui representasi Budaya Jawa yang ditampilkan dalam program acara Angkringan di TVRI Jogja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  penelitian kualitatif deskiptif. Subyek penelitian adalah Program Acara “Angkringan” di staisun TVRI Jogja. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dengan metode purposive sampling. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan peer validation. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis isi semiotika model John Fiske untuk menganalisis representasi Budaya Jawa dalam program acara Angkringan di TVRI menggunakan kode-kode sosial yaitu, level realitas, level representasi, dan level ideology. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa representasi Budaya Jawa Acara Angkringan di TVRI Stasiun Yogyakarta adalah aktualisasi nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Budaya Jawa. Beberapa nilai luhur Budaya Jawa pada seluruh episode tahun 2019 yaitu Memayu Hayuning Bawana, Ibu Bumi Bapa Akasa, Bandha Titipan Nyawa Gadhuhan Pangkat Sampiran, Aja Ketungkul Marang Kalungguhan Kadonyan Lan Kemareman, Ana Dina Ana Upa, Ngelingana Tembe Mburine, Ngunduh Wohing Pakarti. Representasi tersebut dapat dilihat dari setiap pengadeganan, penokohan, watak, kostum, setting, dan tata kamera (misse en scene).Kata kunci: Budaya Jawa, nilai luhur, representasi, John Fiske, Program Angkringan Jogja Abstract            This study aimed to determine the representation of the great value of Javanese culture that is displayed in the Angkringan program on TVRI Jogja. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The subject of this research is Angkringan program on TVRI Jogja. The data collected by documentation and purposive sampling method The validity of the data in this study was tested by peer validation. This research uses the John Fiske model of semiotic content analysis technique to analyze the representation of Javanese culture in the Angkringan program on TVRI using social codes, namely, the level of reality, the level of representation, and the level of ideology. The results show that there are also representations of the eight noble features of Javanese culture, namely Memayu Hayuning Bawana, Ibu Bumi Ayah Akasa, Bandha Titipan Nyawa Gadhuhan Pangkat Sampiran, Aja Ketungkul Marang Kalayaan Kadonyan Lan Kemareman, Ana Dina Ana Upa, Ngelingana Tembe Mburine, Ngunduh Wohing Pakarti. There are all the episodes in 2019.
