Abstract

Gagal ginjal kronis (GGK) tidak hanya berdampak pada aspek fisik, tetapi juga memengaruhi kesejahteraan mental pasien akibat stres psikologis yang tinggi. Tingkat stres yang tidak terkelola dapat memperburuk kualitas hidup pasien GGK dan berisiko menurunkan kepatuhan terhadap terapi hemodialisis. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas modul edukasi manajemen stres dalam menurunkan tingkat stres dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental pasien gagal ginjal kronis (GGK) yang menjalani hemodialisis. Menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental pretest-posttest tanpa kelompok kontrol, penelitian ini melibatkan 30 pasien di Puskesmas Singosari, Kabupaten Malang. Modul edukasi diberikan dalam empat sesi selama delapan minggu, mencakup teknik relaksasi, mindfulness, strategi koping, dan manajemen emosi. Tingkat stres diukur menggunakan Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), sedangkan kesejahteraan mental menggunakan WHO-5 Well-Being Index. Analisis dengan uji t-berpasangan menunjukkan penurunan signifikan tingkat stres (? = -7,3; p < 0,001) dan peningkatan kesejahteraan mental (? = +17,4; p < 0,001). Sebanyak 90% responden menilai modul sangat membantu, 85% menyatakan isi modul mudah dipahami, dan 80% merasakan manfaat langsung dari teknik relaksasi serta mindfulness. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukasi berbasis psikososial efektif sebagai strategi intervensi nonfarmakologis yang mudah diimplementasikan. Integrasi modul edukasi ini dalam layanan kesehatan primer direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien GGK.

Abstract

Modul manajemen asma dikembangkan sebagai strategi edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepatuhan pasien terhadap terapi, namun efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan aspek fisik dan psikologis pasien masih perlu dievaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas modul dalam meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan, perubahan perilaku pengelolaan asma, serta dampaknya terhadap kesehatan fisik dan psikologis pasien. Menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimental dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest tanpa kelompok kontrol, penelitian ini melibatkan 50 pasien asma di Puskesmas Pandanwangi, Kota Malang. Modul diberikan dalam tiga sesi edukasi selama tiga bulan, mencakup pemahaman asma, teknik penggunaan inhaler, strategi penghindaran pemicu, serta teknik relaksasi untuk mengurangi stres. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner pretest dan posttest, observasi perilaku, serta pengukuran skor Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21) dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan pasien (48% menjadi 87%, p < 0,01), kepatuhan penggunaan inhaler (55% menjadi 90%), dan perilaku penghindaran pemicu (40% menjadi 92%). Dari aspek fisik, frekuensi eksaserbasi menurun dari 3 kali menjadi 1 kali per bulan, sementara gangguan tidur akibat gejala malam hari berkurang dari 72% menjadi 30%. Dari aspek psikologis, skor kecemasan pada DASS-21 menurun dari kategori sedang (16) menjadi ringan (8, p < 0,01). Dengan demikian, modul manajemen asma terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, mengubah perilaku pengelolaan, serta memperbaiki kondisi fisik dan psikologis pasien. Integrasi modul ini dalam layanan kesehatan primer direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen penyakit kronis secara sistematis.

Abstract

Stres merupakan faktor risiko utama dalam hipertensi yang dapat memperburuk kondisi kesehatan pasien. Intervensi berbasis mindfulness telah banyak digunakan dalam manajemen stres, namun efektivitasnya terhadap pasien hipertensi di layanan kesehatan primer masih perlu diteliti lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas modul manajemen stres berbasis mindfulness dalam menurunkan tingkat stres dan meningkatkan perilaku kesehatan pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Dinoyo, Kota Malang. Studi ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental dengan model one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 pasien hipertensi yang mengalami stres sedang hingga tinggi. Intervensi diberikan dalam enam sesi yang mencakup latihan mindfulness, edukasi kesehatan, dan diskusi kelompok. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) dan kuesioner perilaku kesehatan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan paired t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul ini efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat stres responden, dengan skor PSS rata-rata turun dari 28,7 menjadi 17,5 (p < 0,001). Selain itu, perilaku kesehatan pasien juga mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, dengan skor rata-rata meningkat dari 62,3 menjadi 85,6 (p < 0,001). Sebagian besar responden memberikan umpan balik positif terhadap modul, menyatakan bahwa pendekatan ini relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka. Modul manajemen stres berbasis mindfulness terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat stres dan meningkatkan perilaku kesehatan pada pasien hipertensi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan modul secara lebih luas di layanan kesehatan primer sebagai bagian dari strategi holistik dalam pengelolaan hipertensi.

Abstract

Higher education in the Cirebon region faces significant challenges in quality, with higher education institutions such as the Institute Pesantren Babakan and Cirebon facing competition. Factors such as infrastructure, curriculum, teaching methods, and human resources contribute to this gap. This study aims to examine leadership mentoring strategies in empowering lecturers and administrative staff at the Institute Pesantren Babakan, Cirebon, in an effort to improve the quality of higher education. A qualitative-participatory approach was used through Participatory Action Research (PTP) at the Institute Pesantren Babakan, Cirebon. The stages included the process of inculturation, problem formulation, strategic planning, program implementation, monitoring, and reflection. Data collection techniques included participatory action, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using a participation-based qualitative analysis method. The findings show a positive relationship between leadership, empowerment, and improving the quality of education. Effective leadership mentoring strategies include leadership training, managerial development workshops, mentoring sessions, and coaching. A holistic approach to empowering lecturers and staff contributes to increased professionalism, motivation, and quality of education. The evaluation showed a positive impact of leadership mentoring on the empowerment of lecturers and administrative staff in IPEBA. The results showed a positive relationship between leadership practices, empowerment of lecturers and administrative staff, and improved educational quality at IPEBA, recommending the adoption of similar approaches in other institutions to achieve similar improvements in educational quality

Abstract

The development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has been a crucial focus in enhancing the educational quality at SMK Al-Hidayah, Cirebon. This research aims to explore and implement innovative digital teaching materials to enrich the PAI learning process within this school environment. The research method used is a qualitative research method to gain insight into the observed phenomenon. Researchers also use a type of case study research that aims to describe and explain the phenomena we studied. The data collection techniques that researchers use are using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings indicate that the application of digital teaching materials has successfully increased students' interest in learning, broadened access to PAI content, and provided flexibility in the learning process. These findings contribute positively to enhancing the quality of PAI education at SMK Al-Hidayah, Cirebon, and offer guidance for other schools to adopt similar innovations in PAI education. Abstract

English language skills are an essential competency for health students, especially in accessing scientific literature, understanding medical terminology, and facing the demands of professional globalization. However, the suitability of the English language learning curriculum with the specific needs of health students is still an issue. This study aims to identify the academic and professional English language needs of health students at Hafshawati University. The study used a qualitative approach with an open-ended questionnaire instrument that was analyzed thematically. Participants consisted of five students from various semesters and health study programs. The results showed that the ability to read and understand English-language medical references was the main need, followed by speaking skills in the context of professional communication. Non-formal learning media such as YouTube and TikTok were also actively utilized by students. The implications of this study indicate the importance of curriculum reformulation based on needs analysis and strengthening the English for Specific Purposes (ESP) approach in health education. These findings provide a basis for the development of teaching materials, lecturer training, and more contextual and applicable learning designs.

Abstract

Democracy, as a system of governance, emphasizes the participation of the people through their representatives, reflecting values of equality and justice. In the Islamic context, governance principles include justice, consultation, and trustworthiness, all aimed at achieving societal welfare. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the similarities between the principles of democracy and Islamic governance based on the Qur'an. The findings indicate that the recognition and protection of human rights, as well as obedience to leaders, are essential aspects of both systems. Thus, democracy and Islamic governance can complement each other in creating a just and prosperous society.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of Islamic marketing in an effort to increase consumer buying interest. The background of the study is that there is still a lack of knowledge and consumer interest in Islamic retail, even though they live in an area that is still thick with religious values. This study aims to determine and obtain data at Al-Bahjah (AB) Mart Sendang Cirebon Regency regarding the implementation of sharia marketing in an effort to increase consumer buying interest. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources used are theoretical and empirical, theoretical data data derived from data from guide books related to this thesis, libraries, print media and electronic media. The research sample was taken from five informants. After the data is collected, the stage of processing the data collected is carried out through observation, interviews, documentation and using research instruments to obtain research conclusions. As for the results of the study, the implementation of sharia marketing has been implemented at Al-Bahjah (AB) Mart, it can be seen from the implementation of sharia marketing characteristics. Consumers' interest in buying at AB Mart after implementing sharia marketing every day is getting more and more consumers who visit AB Mart. This proves that the implementation of sharia marketing can increase consumer buying interest. The conclusion of this study is that sharia marketing can affect consumer buying interest at AB Mart Sendang, by implementing sharia marketing can increase consumer buying interest Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas implementasi marketing syariah dalam upaya meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Kajiannya dilatar belakangi Masih minimnya pengetahuan dan ketertarikan konsumen mengenai retail-retail Islam, walaupun tinggal dikawasan yang masih kental dengan nilai-nilai agamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh data di Al-Bahjah (AB) Mart Sendang Kabupaten Cirebon mengenai implementasi marketing syariah dalam upaya meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan ada yang bersifat teoritik dan empiric, data teoritik data-data yang berasal dari data buku-buku panduan yang ada kaitannya dengan skripsi ini, perpustakaan, media cetak dan media elektronik. Sample penelitian diambil dari lima informan. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan tahap pengolahan data yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan menggunakan instrument penelitian untuk memperoleh kesimpulan penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian, implementasi marketing syariah telah diterapkan di Al-Bahjah (AB) Mart, hal tersebut bisa dilihat dari menerapkannya karakteristik marketing syariah. Minat beli konsumen di AB Mart setelah menerapkan marketing syariah setiap hari semakin bertambah konsumen yang berkunjung ke AB Mart. Ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi marketing syariah dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa marketing syariah dapat mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen di AB Mart Sendang, dengan menerapkan marketing syariah dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen

Abstract

Early Childhood Education is a formative stage in children’s cognitive, social, and moral development, where teacher–child interaction contributes not only to learning outcomes but also to the internalization of cultural and religious values. In pesantren-based educational settings, these interactions are shaped by local traditions and Islamic norms. This study aims to explore the pragmatic dimensions of teacher–child interaction in a pesantren-affiliated kindergarten in Babakan, Ciwaringin, Cirebon, an area recognized for its strong Islamic educational heritage. A qualitative descriptive approach was applied. Data were collected through classroom observations, audio recordings, and semi-structured interviews with teachers. The data were transcribed and analysed using frameworks from speech act theory, politeness theory, and conversational implicature to identify the forms and functions of teacher communication. The findings show that directive speech acts are the most dominant, reflecting the teacher’s central role in classroom management, moral guidance, and ritual instruction. Expressive and representative speech acts are frequently used to provide praise, encouragement, and knowledge, while commissive and declarative acts, though less common, perform important pedagogical and spiritual functions, such as shaping discipline and reinforcing religious practices. This research contributes to pragmatics by extending its application to religio-cultural education and offers insights for educators and policymakers in designing communication strategies that are both effective and culturally responsive.
