Sri Handayani; Insurance claims are the demands of the insured party in connection with the contract between the insurer with the insured person that each of the parties bind themselves to guarantee the payment of compensation by penaggung if insurance premium payments have been made by the insured party, when the disaster suffered by the insured person. This study aimed to examine the effect of the settlement of insurance claims against insurance product sales target AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 Cabang Bengkulu. The sample in this study is the settlement of insurance claims and insurance product sales target AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 Cabang bengkulu observation period of 5 years. The method used is the correlation coefficient. These results indicate that a growing number of insurance claims are settled, the higher the achievement of sales of insurance products offered AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 cabang Bengkulu.Key words: Insurance claims

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy for batik products Besurek in Bengkulu city. And which strategy is best in determining the marketing of batik cloth of Besurek in Bengkulu city. Data collection methods used are literature study method and questionnaire by distributing the list to the respondents. The sample in this study is the assumption of an effective strategy to maximize the strengths and opportunities of small businesses and to minimize weaknesses and threats.Analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The data obtained from the results of the study will be analyzed strength, weakness, opportunities and amcamannya to the implementation of corporate marketing strategies in order to increase interest buyers batik cloth besurek. To determine the formulation of future marketing strategies, a merger of marketing strategy formulation is linked through the SWOT matrix.

Adira Finance merupakan perusahaan pembiayaan yang bekerja sama dengan show room yang menjual Sepeda Motor Bekas yang bergerak dalam bidang jual-beli sepeda motor bekas, promosi yang ada masih menggunakan fasilitas kertas, brosur, dan fasilitas lainya yang sejenis. Hambatan – hambatan tersebut yang membuat kurang efektifnya promosi produk. Dan semakin banyaknya variasi, merek dan jenis sepeda motor beredar membuat para konsumen bingung untuk memilih sepeda motor yang akan dibelinya. Hal tersebut akan menjadi kendala bila para pelangganya yang mempunyai aktivitas padat atau tidak memiliki waktu luang yang banyak, jika hanya sekedar melihat produk-produk yang akan dipilih oleh konsumen di showroom-showroom tersebut. System informasi ini dibangun menggunakan metode Rational Unified Proccess dan Object Oriented Analysis and Design dan pengujiannya dilakukan menggunakan blackbox dan User Acceptance Test. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah bagaimana sistem yang sedang berjalan dapat dikembangkan menjadi lebih baik melalui analisis dan desain sehingga menghasilkan system E-Commerce. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem E-Commerce dapat memperluas dalam segi promosi dan memudahkan konsumen dalam membeli dan memilih sepeda motor yang diinginkan.

AbstracIslamic teaching, to maintain quality of healthy life, has inspired Madurese. This island has treasure of culture that harmonizes Islamic credo. This article studies people’s notion on Madurese herbal ingredients, the existence of Madurese herbs in dealing with environment conservation, socio-cultural value, and today’s people perception toward Madurese herbs. The result of study shows that Madurese herbs has been the work of Madurese ancestors and piece of traditional treasury to keep a healthy life. Presently, it is assumed that Madurese herbs hold up the harmony of husband and wife intimate relationship. This is undeniable fact but Madurese herbs also enclose the other restorative power instead. The cultivation of Madurese herbal ingredients will give a good impact to the effort of environment conservation. This is also expected to preserve the drinking help tradition as a medium to have a healthy life. Abstract: In business, transaction records is very important. An accurate accounting record displays the true description of a business, nevertheless, it must anticipate a public norm. It has been stated on the Holy Quran at verse of al-Baqarah (2): 282 that the command of adminstration order, and transparancy, have been repeated for about five times. This is about to clarify how the accounting treatment of mudlârabah muthlaqah and mudlârabah musytarakah must be written. The both have a distinctive caharacters that must be separated to each other to figure out the correct portion of devidend based on the applied agreement. Nilai terkecil sehingga suatu graf dapat dilabeli dengan pelabelan- total takteratur total disebut nilai total ketakteraturan total dari graf , dinotasikan dengan ( ).Penelitian ini membahas tentang nilai ketakteraturan total dari -copy graf theta tak seragam, -copy graf theta tak seragam merupakan graf yang diperoleh dengan menggandakan graf theta tak seragam sebanyak kali, dimana himpunan titik dari setiap hasil penggandaan tidak ada yang beririsan. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai ketakteraturan total dari -copy graf theta tak seragamadalah ( ( ( ))) untuk bilangan bulat positif.

Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin) is a plant that has the potential as a medicinal ingredient. Patchouli contained a lot of essential oils and called patchouli oil. Patchouli oil is commonly used as traditional medicine and aromatherapy. For industries, it is used in the manufacture of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. Patchouli oil was the result of traditionally distillation of patchouli leaves in Province of Jambi and Aceh. This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of patchouli oil from Jambi and Aceh, against several pathogenic bacteria. Phytochemical test results showed that the both of patchouli oils contained active compounds, in the form of alkaloids, saponins, phenolics, flavonoids, triterpenoids, and glycosides.The bacteria used in this study were Escherichia coli ATCC 8739, Salmonela typhi ATCC 14028, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6539, Staphylococcus epidermidis ATCC 12228, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 9027. The methods used in this study were well diffusion and inhibition zones. The results showed that patchouli oil was able to inhibit two of the five bacteria i.e. S. aureus and P. aeruginosa. Jambi patchouli oil was better in inhibiting S. aureus and P. aeruginosa compared to Aceh patchouli oil. The six active compounds in patchouli oil have the potential to inhibit growth or kill bacteria. Key words: Antibacterials, Phytochemical Compounds, Pogostemon cablin, Patchouli Oil

"> Air pollution is one of environmental contaminations occurred by various factors, outside and inside the room. Based on NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health), the safe level of Carbondioxide for humans is less than 1000 ppm. In this study one sample component is developed that can measure and monitor the levels of Carbondioxide, and a moisture level inside the room by online service. this uses a Carbondioxide meter and SHT11 sensor-based microcontroller ATmega8535. The development of Carbondioxide consists of two stages of process, namely, a design and construction of the air quality monitoring systems, and data acquisition. There are four scenarios for collecting data smoky weather, rain weather, measurements of carbon dioxide levels in the room with variations of ventilation and variations in the number of occupants in the room. The research sucsesfully designs the component. It can be seen from the amount of Carbondioxide stage and humidity levels. The amount of Carbondioxide concentration on the smoke state the maximum is 621 ppm while the minimum value is 426 ppm. For intersection of accupant and ventilation variable, the maximum and minimum Carbondioxide is 1535 ppm and 467 ppm respectively. The moisture measurement scenario with SHT11 sensor for smoky weather has maximum value at 83.9%, the moisture with a minimum is at 71.0%, on the rain weather maximum value obtained at 85.8% and 77.3% for minimum. While the occupant’s variation and variation of ventilation obtained maximum humidity value at 82.7% with a minimum value at 68.7%.

Latar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kecerdasan musikal pada anak kelompok B RA Karakter Semarang.Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh kurangnya variasi kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kecerdasan musikal anak.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) anak belum mampu disiplin saat bermain angklung, 2) masih banyak anak yang cenderung bermain angklung sendiri, 3) anak yang belum mampu mengingat nada, 4) kurangnya kemampuan anak dalam mengkoordinasi mata, tangan dan telinga saat bermain angklung.Hal ini berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukanpada saat guru menunjuk angka di papan tulis anak menggerakan angklungnya masih dengan sesuka hati dan terlihat saat anak selesai bermain angklung masih banyak yang belum mengembalikkan angklung pada tempatnya.Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan musikal anak melalui permaianan alat musik tradisional angklung pada anak kelompok B RA Karakter Semarang.Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B1 di RA Karakter Semarang yang berjumlah 13 anak, terdiri dari 4 anak laki-laki dan 9 anak perempuan tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi dan dokumentasi.Hasil pengamatan kecerdasan musikal anak melalui permainan alat musik tradisional angklung yang diperoleh dari awal penelitian adalah 15,38% (2 anak) dengan kategori baik, kemudian peneliti memberikan siklus I kepada anak kelompok B1 untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan musikal. Siklus I mengalami peningkatan mencapai 46,15% (6 anak) dengan kategori baik, karena belum berhasil maka diberikanlah siklus II. Siklus kedua ini memberikan kenaikan sebesar 92,30% (12 anak) dengan kategori baik dan dapat dikatakan penelitian ini berhasil 92,30% sehingga tidak perlu melanjutkan siklus II.Permainan alat musik tradisional angklung mampu meningkatkan kecerdasan musikal anak, karena melalui bermain angklung anak lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam menikmati musik, anak juga lebih peka tehadap musik mampu mengingat irama, nada dan harmoni.Kesimpulannya bahwa upaya meningkatkan kecerdasan musikal anak melalui permainan alat musik tradisional angklung berhasil dilakukan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah supaya kegiatan bermain alat musik tradisional angklung dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu variasi kegiatan pembelajaran bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan musikal pada anak. ABSTRACTThe background that led to this study was the low musical intelligence in children in group B RA Semarang characters. This was caused by a lack of variation in activities related to the improvement of children's musical intelligence.The problems in this study are 1) children have not been able to discipline when playing angklung, 2) there are still many children who tend to play angklung themselves, 3) children who have not been able to remember the tone, 4) lack of children's ability to coordinate eyes, hands and ears when playing angklung .This is based on observations made when the teacher points to the number on the board the child moves the angklung still at will and looks when the child finishes playing angklung there are still many who have not returned the angklung in place. The aim to be achieved in this study is to improve children's musical intelligence through game of traditional angklung musical instrument in children group B RA Semarang character.The research method is carried out by class action. The subjects of this study were children of group B1 in the Semarang Character RA totaling 13 children, consisting of 4 boys and 9 daughters in the 2018/2019 school year. The data in this study were obtained through observation and documentation.The results of observations of children's musical intelligence through traditional angklung musical instruments obtained from the beginning of the study were 15.38% (2 children) with good categories, then the researchers gave cycle I to children of group B1 to improve musical intelligence. Cycle I experienced an increase of 46.15% (6 children) with a good category, because it has not succeeded then given cycle II. This second cycle gives an increase of 92.30% (12 children) in a good category and it can be said that this study was successful at 92.30% so that there was no need to continue the second cycle. Traditional angklung musical instrument games can improve children's musical intelligence, because through playing angklung children are more creative and innovative in enjoying music, children are also more sensitive to music being able to remember rhythm, tone and harmony. The conclusion is that efforts to improve children's musical intelligence through traditional angklung musical instruments are successfully carried out.Based on the results of this study the suggestions that can be conveyed are so that the activities of playing traditional angklung musical instruments can be used as a variation of learning activities for teachers to improve musical intelligence in children.

Literature work is a tool used by authors that contains ideas about works of art. Language in literature works becomes a tool to createa special feeling that contains aesthetic value, apart from being a means of communication, which is able to convey various kinds ofinformation to the audience or reader. Today's literature art has begun to be abandoned by the society because it is less attractive tothe younger generation. This appalling condition has resulted in the absence of quality works from Riau writers today. In addition tothe disappearance of the printed newspapers that previously provided space for literature, the space for friendship between literarycommunities seems to have been cut off. Related to this, Pekanbaru needs a Center for Literature Arts that can function as a mediumand medium for appreciation of the development of literary arts. To achieve this goal, the Center for Literary Arts is designed withvarious facilities that can support literary arts development activities such as educational, production and recreation facilities. DesignMethods of the Center for Literature Arts in Pekanbaru with an Expressionist Architectural Approach. The infinity concept waschosen as a concept in the design of the Center for Literary Arts to be unlimited from writers in their work. This concept is a responseto the functions and themes of design and building, namely Expressionist Architecture, which explains that creativity has noboundaries. Apart from having an educational purpose, this design also displays visuals that can express imagination. The researchmethod used are including field data collection, literature study and empirical studies. The design results with the Infinity concept thatadopts the form and meaning of the application principles of Expressionist Architecture. The interesting shape of the building, theatmosphere of the shape is created by the use of building colors that inspire enthusiasm, and the use of varied material elements thatplay a role in conveying the message of the meaning of the building.Keywords: Center for Literature Arts, Architecture Expressionist, Infinity.
