Abstract

This study aims to analyze the need for the development of a school principal's academic supervision model as an effort to improve the quality of learning through teacher coaching. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon that the implementation of academic supervision in schools still faces various obstacles, such as limited suitability with teachers' needs, lack of openness, lack of feedback, and approaches that are not fully relevant to teacher characteristics. This study uses a descriptive approach by combining quantitative and qualitative analysis. The subjects of the study were teachers and principals who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed using descriptive statistics for quantitative data and thematic analysis for qualitative data. The results of the study show that most teachers consider that the academic supervision carried out by school principals is still not in accordance with the real needs in the field. In terms of openness and transparency, more than half of the respondents assessed that supervision had not been fully implemented openly. In terms of feedback, even though some teachers have received constructive input, there are still teachers who feel that they are lacking or do not get feedback after supervision. Other findings show that the supervision approach that teachers are most interested in is based on local wisdom, followed by peer approaches and the use of technology. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need to develop a more adaptive, participatory, and needs-based academic supervision model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of personal data protection under Law Number 27 of 2022 and to examine the urgency of establishing an independent supervisory authority for personal data protection. The research employs a normative juridical approach by reviewing primary and secondary legal sources as well as relevant literature, then analyzed descriptively to identify regulatory and institutional weaknesses. The findings indicate that although Law Number 27 of 2022 marks a significant step in protecting personal data in Indonesia, its provisions remain partial due to the absence of an independent supervisory body. The lack of such authority may undermine law enforcement, as a body directly under the president is vulnerable to political and bureaucratic interests. This study emphasizes that an independent supervisory institution is essential to ensure legal compliance, the enforcement of sanctions, and the effective protection of citizens’ privacy rights. Therefore, the establishment of an autonomous supervisory authority is urgent to realize the objectives of the Personal Data Protection Law in ensuring justice, legal certainty, and utility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kekerasan verbal melabeli siswa SMP Negeri 4 Tommo Mamuju. Permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat perubahan makna bahasa yang digunakan dalam ruang pendidikan seperti bahasa makian, menghina, mengejek yang dianggap biasa dan dipergunakan sebagai alat komunikasi sehari-hari. Penelitian dilakukan dengan model deskriptif kualitatif, Data dalam penelitian ini meliputi dua macam, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dalam penelitian ini berupa penggalan tuturan atau bagian tuturan lisan dari berbagai peristiwa tutur pada siswa di SMP Negeri 4 Tommo Kecamatan Tommo Kabupaten Mamuju. Data sekunder berupa informasi atau keterangan tentang latar belakang sosial budaya dan situasional sebagai hasil pengamatan dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh tersebut kemudian dianalisis dalam kartu data. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa ujaran yang bersumber dari siswa SMP Negeri 4 Tommo. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan adanya kekerasan verbal berupa kekerasan verbal memberi julukan/melabeli.

Abstract

This study examines the vulnerabilities of philanthropy in Indonesia amid its rapid growth through digital platforms and social organizations, highlighting risks of abuse and misuse of donations. The case of Agus Salim, a victim of acid attack whose Rp1.5 billion in public donations was diverted for personal and family use, illustrates how weak regulatory oversight has triggered a trust crisis in philanthropic institutions. The research aims to analyze manipulative practices in philanthropic activities, the factors contributing to weak supervision, and the resulting legal and social implications. Using a juridical-normative method, the study draws on literature review, case analysis, and relevant regulations, including Law No. 9 of 1961, Government Regulation No. 29 of 1980, the Criminal Code, and the Electronic Transactions Law. By comparing legal norms (das sollen) with empirical practices (das sein), the findings reveal that donation funds are often transferred into personal accounts without accountability, government supervision remains inadequate, and while existing legal instruments such as Articles 372 and 378 of the Criminal Code are applicable, enforcement is slow and inconsistent. The study concludes that philanthropy should be recognized not only as a moral activity but also as a “business of philanthropy” highly vulnerable to manipulation. It underscores the urgency of regulatory harmonization, the establishment of a national philanthropic code of ethics, and the application of good governance principles. Recommendations include the adoption of open public audits and digital reporting systems to strengthen accountability and prevent future misuse.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of bullying on the learning motivation of students at SDN 149 Tokinjong. This type of research is an ex-post facto research type with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were students at SDN 149 Tokinjong. The object of this research is the effect of bullying on the motivation of students at SDN 149 Tokinjong. The data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear analysis technique. Based on the research that has been done and seen the results of research on the effect of bullying on students' learning motivation at SDN 149 Tokinjong, the authors can conclude that bullying has an effect on students' learning motivation. Because based on the data analyzed using SPSS 25, it is known that the tcount value is 13,809 > ttable 1,701, and sig 0.00 < sig 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the research conducted by bullying has an influence on the learning motivation of students at SDN 149 Tokinjong. In addition, the R Square number is 0.872 or 87.2%. This shows that 87.2% of students' learning motivation at SDN149 Tokinjong is influenced by bullying behavior and the remaining 12.8% is influenced by other reasons not investigated.

Abstract

Peeragogy is a learning concept that is based on the thoughts that each person has. Students participate in study groups with their own way or understanding and knowledge so that the learning process occurs easier and better. The presence of learning partners in learning is equipped with different information regulations between students so that they can exchange information which broadens each student's understanding and relationships. Strategy is a set of interdependent parts to achieve desired goals and objectives. A learning strategy can also be interpreted as a model of learning activities which can be selected and used contextually according to the characteristics of the students, the conditions of the learning environment and the surrounding environment that support it, as well as the specific learning objectives that are formulated. Peeragogy is an educational strategy that introduces students to education to focus on learning to work and be creative. The aim of this research is to investigate and describe the application of peeragogy strategies for meaningful PAI learning

Abstract

Algae are lower plants that do not have differentiated structures such as roots, stems, and leaves; although they may appear to have differences, they are actually just thallus forms. Macroalgae have macroscopic body shape and size consisting of fronds without distinct roots, stems, and leaves. Macroalgal diversity is not only reflected in their ecological and economic significance but also in their high species richness and wide geographical distribution within aquatic ecosystems. However, research on the species diversity of macroalgae in Budo Tourism Village Beach, North Minahasa remains limited. This study aims to identify the macroalgal species in the Budo Tourism Village, Wori, North Minahasa area. The research employed the line transect and quadrat-based sampling method, which was implemented at two distinct station locations: Station I (rocky reef substrate) and Station II (sandy-muddy substrate). Macroalgae identification was facilitated by utilizing the comprehensive identification textbooks. The research reveals the presence of four macroalgal species, comprising three brown algae (Phaeophyceae), namely Padina boergesenii, Sargassum llinearifolium, Turbinaria ornata and one red algae (Rhodophyceae), Gracilaria corticata. Sargassum linearifolium, Padina boergesenii, and Gracilaria corticata was found in rocky reef substrate. Turbinaria ornate and Padina boergesenii was found in sandy-muddy substrate.

Abstract

Literasi di Indonesia merupakan salah satu persoalan mendesak yang masih harus dibenahi. Karena kurangnya minat baca masyarakat terutama dikalangan pelajar. Terkait dengan minimnya budaya literasi ini sudah menjadi hal yang lumrah dan menjamur dari tahun ke tahun tanpa ada perubahan. Yang kemudian hal inilah yang menjadi tantangan dan permasalahan serius bagi orangtua, guru dan terutama pemerintah untuk saling bersinergi menumbuh kembangkan budaya literasi di sekolah. Budaya literasi berkaitan erat dengan kalangan pelajar, karena dengan menjadi peserta didik mereka harus dituntut untuk selalu bersentuhan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan, wawasan dan pembinaan budi pekerti. Ada banyak hal yang dapat menjadi solusi untuk menumbuhkan minat literasi diantaranya dengan mensosialisasikan pentingnya literasi untuk kelangsungan masa depan dan melakukan lapak baca di pekarangan sekolah. Seperti peserta didik yang ada di Desa Pulau Harapan, Kecamatan Pulau Sembilan. Mereka sangat membutuhkan motivasi dan edukasi untuk dapat meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap pentingnya literasi

Abstract

Manajemen pembelajaran di sekolah merupakan pengelolaan pada beberapa unit pekerjaan oleh personil yang diberi wewenang, untuk menyukseskan pembelajaran. Sehingga keefektifan manajemen pembelajaran dapat dicapai manakala fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan dapat diimplimentasikan dengan baik dan benar dalam program pembelajaran. Agar mutu pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan baik sekolah, maupun madrasah, dapat dikelolah dengan baik, maka ada beberapa langkah yang harus dilaksanakan oleh para pelaku di lembaga pendidikan tersebut, dengan mengimplementasikan Fungsi manajemen pembelajaran yaitu perencanaan pengajaran, pengorganisasian pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Dalam menjalankan fungsi manajemen pembelajaran seorang guru harus memanfaatkan sumber daya pengajaran yang ada dalam kelas maupun yang ada di luar kelas. Peran guru sebagai manajer melakukan pembelajaran adalah proses mengarahkan peserta didik untuk melakukan kegiatan belajar dalam rangka perubahan tingkah laku, (kognitif, afektif, psikomotorik) menuju kedewasaan. Oleh karena itu agar proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan berjalan lancar dan dapat menciptakan iklim yang kondusif dimana peserta didik merasa nyaman dan tidak tertekan dalam menerima pelajaran, maka dibutuhkan manajemen dalam mengelola pembelajaran tersebut. Manajemen pembelajaran selain diawali dengan dengan perencanaan yang baik, serta didukung komunikasi yang baik, juga harus didukung pengembangan strategis yang mampu membelajarkan siswa. Karena manajemen pembelajaran ,merupakan suatu proses penyelenggaraan intraksi peserta didik, pendidikk dan sumber pada suatu lingkungan belajar.
