Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk kepemimpinan yang tepat dari berbagai jenis kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan termasuk hasil korelasi apakah hasil signifikan maupun tidak signifikan sehingga membantu memberikan literature yang baru dari keterbatasan yang ada saat ini. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yang semuanya diambil dari jurnal terindeks scopus mulai dari tahun 2020, semua jurnal berupa penelitian kuantitatif dan dengan sampel rata-rata sebanyak 217 responden. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan secara garis besar adalah penelitian yang ada menimbulkan model baru bahwa tidak semua penelitian yang berhubungan dengan Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap Kinerja karyawan, serta jenis kepemimpinan secara umum dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional yang tidak mempunyai hubungan dengan kinerja karyawan selainnya mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat.

Abstract

Pendidikan kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu program pemerintah khususnya Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional/Kemendiknas yang bertujuan untuk membangun dan mengembangkan manusia yang berjiwa kreatif, inovatif, sportif dan wirausaha. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menghasilkan tamatan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan/SMK yang siap untuk bersaing dalam dunia wirausaha. Mengembangkan SMK menjadi tempat pembiasaan penerapan karakteristik wirausaha. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di SMK Nusantara Pisangan Ciputat Timur Tangerang Selatan. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini berjumlah 50 siswa kelas 3 (tiga). Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi beberapa tahapan dan langkah yaitu: 1) Persiapan, 2) Penyuluhan Kewirausahaan, 3) Pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan rancangan usaha (bussiness plan), dan ke 4) Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan berdasarkan hasil monitoring dan evaluasi dalam upaya membangun jiwa wirausaha para siswa SMK dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapat respon positif dari para siswa dan sekolah. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini sangat bermanfaat bagi siswa sebagai persiapan bersaing dalam kancah di pasar tenaga kerja dan kemandirian usaha. Perlunya adanya kelanjutan pendampingan untuk mencoba membuka unit usaha kecil yang dikelola oleh para siswa sebagai inkubator bisnis di sekolah tersebut dan sebagai wadah pelatihan wirausaha.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find models or patterns from bank and fintech groups for the progress of MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) in assisting with funding and supervision related to finance. The research method is a qualitative research where the approach is carried out through a literature study, namely research that examines critically knowledge, ideas or findings and provides theoretical and methodological contributions to the object of study. The data used are secondary data in the form of interviews. The results of this study show that the map or model of each bank and fintech has formed policies that support each other, both banks and fintech. Banks must support MSMEs with appropriate and effective PKB (Bank Credit Distribution) policies for MSME actors or entrepreneurs and KB (Bank Policy) which must be flexible, friendly and controlled to MSME actors or entrepreneurs so that they do not experience total losses or go bankrupt. While Fintech has similarities in determining policies by informants, namely KF (Fintech Policies) and TF (Fintech challenges) where these 2 policies will trigger the success of MSME actors or entrepreneurs in carrying out entrepreneurial activities with fintech support. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of asset allocation on portfolio performance with diversification as an intervening variable in the Pension Fund, a non-bank financial institution that manages the pension program and is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in the 2016-2019 period. A total of 34 Pension Funds were sampled so that the total sample was 136 in the 2016-2019 period. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that Selection Ability and Fund Size had a significant effect on Diversification, while Timing Ability had a significant effect on Portfolio Performance. Intervening test using Sobel Test shows that Diversification has not been able to mediate Asset Allocation on Portfolio Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to assess the impact that cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover have on the return on assets (ROA) of agricultural firms that are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) throughout the period of 2016-2020. For the purpose of this research, the sample consisted of twenty agricultural corporations that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between the years 2016 and 2020. Secondary data in the form of financial statements received from the Indonesia Stock Exchange are used for the purpose of this research. In this particular research endeavor, the kind of statistical analysis that was used was a linear regression analysis of panel data carried out using the eviews 9 software. The findings indicate that CTO has a positive impact on ROA that is not statistically significant, RTO has a positive effect on ROA that is statistically significant, and ITO has a negative effect on ROA that is statistically significant..

Abstract

Generally, employees who have high skills always accept offers from other companies or what we call "high caliber" or "potential" employees. These employees often go in and out of the company, which causes problems for every company. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between recruitment, compensation, and employee retention and to determine the most dominant indicators of the three variables mentioned above. The research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach. The sample is taken from 3 informants, where the average status is as a company leader. nvivo as a tool in analyzing the paradigm or employee retention model. There are four analyses carried out where, in the cluster analysis, it is found that there is a moderate relationship between recruitment, compensation, and employee retention. On the recruitment map for recruitment analysis, the most dominant indicators are competency-based recruitment and online recruitment. For compensation analysis, the most dominant indicators are salary and bonus. The last analysis map for employee retention shows the most dominant career path. It is these dominant indicators that are expected to help with the problem of employee retention in the company.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine whether consumer loyalty is directly affected by the variables of HR competence, product innovation, and service quality and also to determine the paradigm or model of consumer loyalty to the variables of HR competence, product innovation, and service quality, including the most dominant indicator for each variable. This study was conducted qualitatively, whereas the approach was phenomenological, in which phenomenological studies described people's wisdom in their life experiences. Phenomenologists must pay attention to the existing picture that is owned by all participants when they observe a phenomenon. The sample was taken from five informants who had extensive experience and were currently in the highest positions in a company. The procedure or method used in data processing, assisted by Nvivo12 tools, a special analytical tool in qualitative research that has been recognized worldwide, includes conducting data validation, collecting descriptive data, and forming paradigms. To help answer B2B problems, research instruments draw on previous research and theoretical studies. The results stated that the cluster analysis revealed a strong relationship between statements of opinion from informants regarding B2B policies and consumer loyalty. For map analysis, it was found that all variables affect consumer loyalty and have different indicators, the most dominant of which have a range of 1 to 3 indicators. while simultaneously giving rise to a new variable, namely, a corporate image that supports consumer responsibility. Finally, the B2B model for increasing customer loyalty or consumer loyalty is more prone to service quality and customer loyalty variables.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the reason for the differences in the MSME business index for each province in Indonesia, as well as to provide support for the normality of MSME business index data for each province in Indonesia in the fourth quartile of 2021. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach that used the binomial test and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The main data, namely questionnaires, and supporting data, namely books and journals, were used to collect data, where the respondent's data totaled 7,082 MSME debtors, namely MSME actors spread across the provinces where the criteria have been set according to the MSME requirements in the territory of Indonesia, then grouped into 33 provincial data as in the MSME business index table. The analysis test uses the binomial test, and if the binomial probability value, or exact sig value. (2-tailed), of 0.001 is smaller than alpha (0.05), then the null hypothesis can be rejected. Thus, the hypothesis that on average "the average MSME business index = 100 for each province in Indonesia in the 4th quartile of 2021," is declared not accepted, and the Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Sig (2-tailed) = 0.200 because of the Asymp value. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.200 is greater than alpha (0.05), so the null hypothesis cannot be rejected, so it answers the problem formulation and the hypothesis that for the normality of the MSME business index data for each province in Indonesia in the 4th quartile of 2021, the data is normally distributed. Although the average business index has differences, these only occur in 7 provinces, compared to an average above 100 totaling 26 provinces.

Abstract

Kewiraushaan adalah masalah yang pelik di Indonesia ini hampir semua penduduk di Indonesia masih jauh untuk melakukan kegiatan wirausaha. Sama halnya dengan permasalahan disekolah sama rumitnya dalam melakukan wirausaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar variabel-variabel yang menyangkut kewirausahaan dan manajemen sekolah, yang kedua untuk mengetahui model yang tepat dalam menerapkan manajemen berbasis kewirausahaan dimana hal ini dibentuk dari dua sumber yang berbeda yaitu Google Scholar (GS) dan Semantic Scholar (SS). Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis sistematik literatur, dimana data yang didapatkan berkisar 348 data artikel atau paper. Pemilahan data menggunakan sistem PRISMA dan adapun pengolahan menggunakan tools Nvivo 12 plus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan hanya 4 artikel yang menunjukan hubungan yang kuat atau strong untuk manajemen sekolah berbasis kewirausahaan. Adapun model terbentuk menjadi dua bagian dimana masing-masing model mempunyai keunikan dan kekhasan sendiri dan diharapkan dari model tersebut dapat membantu kewirausahaan di sekolah untuk kinerja wirausaha disekolah maupun referensi teori dalam melakukan wirausaha di sekolah

Abstract

Human resources are a problem that is often faced by every company, especially when coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic. Companies must continue to survive by getting benefits with the right human resource strategy, but the paradoxical reality is that hundreds of companies have closed their businesses due to increasingly serious problems. be it internal or external. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the relationship is between each informant and what indicators influence each of these variables. This research was carried out with a phenomenological qualitative approach, in which phenomenologists describe the essence of the big things from each person's part of their life experience. Phenomenologists must describe in detail where they obtain or experience a phenomenon from each individual. Five informants with decades or decades of experience and the highest positions in a company were given samples. The method used in data processing uses Nvivo12 tools. The research instrument adopts findings from previous research and theoretical studies in order to make it easier to help with problems in the human resource strategy. The results obtained showed that 4 informants had strong and moderate correlation values for each informant, and only 1 informant did not have a strong relationship. The map analysis test includes indicators that have more than one similarity from each piece of information, as well as a descriptive test that strengthens the relationship to these variables.
