Abstract

MSMEs are believed to be able to boost the Indonesian economy, but the existence of MSMEs using MSMEs are believed to be able to boost the Indonesian economy, but the existence of MSMEs using digital marketing is not matched by a shift in marketing behavior from conventional to digital. The potential for MSMEs to become the center of economic power lies in implementing digital technology-based marketing strategies. MSMEs in Indonesia are expected to be able to choose media for marketing their products through digital media. This is because digital media is the best choice for developing a business, with digital media business actors can reach a wider market both nationally and internationally. Regular specialty media, which require a lot of changes and are much more convoluted, are currently not a major problem for SMEs due to computerized marketing. The reason for this action is to help MSME business people by involving virtual entertainment as their way of progress, etc. Explain the importance of digital marketing in the widespread promotion of their products. Given the intense competition that occurs in the use of digital technology, it is hoped that this activity can motivate business actors. This activity hopes to provide additional knowledge and motivate MSME entrepreneurs to become young entrepreneurs by understanding digital marketing, and with this counseling it is hoped that it can increase motivation, provision and enthusiasm, and we hope that MSME actors are ready to enter the 4.0 era with digital marketing-based in Sumedang and surrounding areas

Abstract

Budgeting in government organizations is carried out through the concept of performance-based budgeting which is a reform in the field of planning and budgeting since 2005. The legal basis for planning and budgeting is regulated in Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance and Law Number 25 of 2004 concerning the National Financial System. National Development Planning. As a follow-up to this Law, the government issued Government Regulation Number 21 of 2004 concerning the Compilation of Work Plans and Budgets for State Ministries/Institutions. The research objective was to examine the effect of the internal control system on budget performance and the effect of budgetary participation on budget performance at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with LIPI employee respondents as a population and the research sample is 90 LIPI Jakarta employees. Methods Data analysis was carried out with the classical assumption test and linear regression test and hypothesis test. With the help of SPSS 20, the research results were obtained. The results of the study show that internal control has a significant positive effect on budget performance and budget participation has a significant effect on budget performance

Abstract

It cannot be denied that tourism is one of the largest and fastest growing industries in the world. However, in its development tourism has also experienced many challenges. This is what then triggers the emergence of various forms of alternative tourism, one of which is community-based tourism. The tourist village of Kedung Gede, South Jakarta is one of the tourist villages that implements community-based tourism. One of the main attractions of the Kedung Gede Tourism Village is the craft arts which are well looked after by the local community. The existence of this craft art is the main attraction for tourists who come to visit this village, where they have the unique opportunity to participate directly in craft art making activities.

Abstract

This study discusses the preservation of the attractiveness of the Uluwatu Temple, which is located in the Pecatu Traditional Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency, after a pandemic that paralyzed the tourism sector for approximately 2 years. The COVID- 19 pandemic has greatly impacted the Indonesian economy and especially the Bali tourism sector. The decline in local tourists and foreign tourists who come to tourist destinations in Bali. With this, the tourism sector in Bali loses a source of income. The purpose of this research is to find out what causes Uluwatu Temple to bounce back after the covid-19 pandemic and how to preserve tourist attractions at Uluwatu Temple.

Abstract

Pura Luhur Uluwatu or Uluwatu Temple is located in Pecatu Village, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali. Uluwatu Temple, also called Luwur Temple, is one of the six Sad Kahyangan temples, the main spiritual pillars located on the island of Bali. Piodalan or ceremony commemorating the founding of the Temple is held on Anggara Kasih day, in Wuku Medangsia in Caka calendar. This ceremony usually lasts for three days attended by thousands of Hindus, Pura Luhur Uluwatu is one of the best places in Bali to see the sunset, with views directly overlooking the Indian Ocean. Without a doubt, what makes Uluwatu Temple even more beautiful is the 250-foot cliff above the waves of the Indian Ocean. A small forest is located around Uluwatu and hundreds of herds of monkeys live there. Who is believed to be the guardian of the purity of the area. Uluwatu Kecak dance or Fire Dance has a unique music or tone. A dance accompanied by human voices and rattles as well as the voices of dozens of people, the Kecak dance or "Cak" dance or Fire Dance actually departs from the Sang Hyang ceremony, a traditional ritual tradition where dancers meet with the gods. Or the spirits of ancestors will be in an unconscious state when communicating.

Abstract

The tourism sector in this era of globalization has made many changes and has experienced rapid development. This is all aimed at increasing the quality and quantity of the destination. Therefore, it is necessary for the tourism sector to implement an ecotourism system for tourism objects that are owned to be responsible for the preservation of unspoiled areas, provide economic benefits and maintain cultural integrity for the local community. This research is related to the development of the Blangsinga waterfall tourist area into an ecotourism area. Around the waterfall area there are many adequate places, but around the waterfall itself there are still many shortcomings in terms of supporting facilities and the absence of insightful activities. Methods This research was conducted qualitatively, with reference to the theory of ecotourism and sustainable tourism. In order to obtain comprehensive data. The focus of this research is on Blangsinga Waterfall, Saba Village, Blahbatuh District. Data collection is carried out through interviews and academic literature studies that are able to examine and dig deeper by taking into account the background, socialization patterns and implications for local communities and foreign tourists.

Abstract

Purpose In accordance with the technology acceptance model and theory of planned behavior, this study aims to examine the perceived benefits and convenience level of the e-filling system and the quality of KPP services that help people in e-filling with interest in tax reporting by e-filling. Methodology This research design is a cross-sectional design. The data collected is primary data of 100 samples from a population of 20,332 individual taxpayers at the Depok Sawangan tax office. Determination of the sample by convenience sampling technique and measured by the slovin formula. Single harman factor testing was also carried out. While testing the hypothesis with multiple regression through SPSS 26. Findings Quality of service and convenience perceived by taxpayers affects the interest of taxpayers in reporting their taxes by e-filling. Meanwhile, the benefits felt by taxpayers do not affect the interest in using e-filling. Suggestion Practical implications and suggestions for research are described in this article.

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to provide guidance on the role of young entrepreneurs in developing digital-based businesses in Tajur Village, Citeureup District, Bogor Regency. The team of lecturers aims to impart knowledge and motivation to young individuals and budding entrepreneurs concerning digital business, as well as principles of business and management. By facilitating relevant materials and modules, it is anticipated that participants will comprehend the significance of digital business within the context of the Covid-19 pandemic era. The outreach is directed towards boosting the enthusiasm and readiness of young individuals in running businesses, with the hope of fostering the growth of resilient entrepreneurship in the Bogor Regency and its surrounding areas. Through an understanding of digital business, participants are expected to confront challenges arising from the pandemic situation and broaden their insights regarding technological utilization in business. It is hoped that this outreach program will provide participants with knowledge and inspiration, thereby preparing them qualitatively and quantitatively to enter the world of entrepreneurship, making a positive impact on the economic growth in their respective regions. This research involves collaboration between the team of lecturers and the participants, with the expectation of generating a positive impact in increasing the number of competent and competitive young entrepreneurs in the current digital era

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, rasio utang dan umur perusahaan terhadap biaya utang pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017.Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dan sampel berupa laporan-laporan keuangan dari 25 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017 menggunakan purposive sampling dan data dianalisis menggunakan Uji Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan Uji Hipotesis. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 24.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel rasio utang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap biaya utang, sedangkan variabel ukuran perusahaan dan umur perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap biaya utang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock returns simultaneously and partially. Research subjects are telecommunications sub-sector service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This data source uses secondary data in the form of financial statements from each telecommunications company from 2012-2018. The population of this study were 5 telecommunications companies, the sample consisted of 4 telecommunications companies taken using purposive sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using the SPSS 23 application. The results of the study show that the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin variables simultaneously affect stock returns, with a calculated F value of 3.034 with a significant level smaller than 0 .05. Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin partially affect stock returns, only the Current Ratio does not affect stock returns with t arithmetic of 0.418 with a significant value of 0, 680, so that the dominant variable influencing stock returns is Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin Keywords : Return Saham, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin
