Abstract

Interfaith marriages in people's lives have been practised in many areas in Indonesia, even if it's not legally registered. The rule of law in Indonesia does not accommodate interfaith marriages. When interfaith marriage happens, the registration system should follow marriage registration either at the KUA (office of religious affairs) for Muslims or in the Civil Registry office for other religions. This study aims to analyse the practice of interreligious marriage in Manado and how they maintain a good marital relationship between the spouse of different religions. This research employs a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews with 30 informants who practice interfaith marriages in Manado. The results of this research found that many people in Manado consider interfaith marriage as permissible. They argue that religion is a relationship between humans and God, while marriage is related to human beings. The family of different religions based their relationship on the principle of "Torang Samua Basudara" (we are bound through kinship). Based on this principle, the family avoids using religious symbols in their communication that can cause tension and disrupt harmony among family members. The principle of torang samua basudara is the basis for establishing good communication in the family.

Abstract

This research highlights how leaders act as agents of change, planning, organizing, and mobilizing resources to achieve effective change. This research strategy uses a phenomenological method with a qualitative approach. This research also refers to the literature review method as the primary approach. Literature reviews aim to solve problems through in-depth and critical analysis of relevant library sources. The library analysis process involves techniques for collecting information data from various library references that are considered important sources of ideas. This research shows successful change leaders can create an environment where people feel motivated to change, work together, and innovate. The role of leadership is very important to success in managing organizational change. Leadership that is adaptive, innovative, and able to lead through uncertainty will lead organizations toward a more resilient future. Conclusion Change leaders must have strategic intelligence, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. Abstract

Licensing Practice Licenses (SIP) for healthcare workers is crucial in ensuring the legality and quality of healthcare services provided to the community. Lumajang Regency, one of Indonesia's regions, has various regulations and procedures related to the issuance of SIP that follow national rules and regional policies. This research aims to explore and analyse the SIP licensing process in Lumajang Regency using the literature review method from several references available in SINTA journals. The literature review method is conducted to obtain a comprehensive picture of the challenges, policies, and regulations related to SIP issuance for healthcare workers. The research results indicate several factors influencing the licensing process, including administrative constraints, compliance with regulations, and regional policy support. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective health worker licensing policies in Lumajang Regency.

Abstract

According to Edward III's policy implementation model, which focuses on four key elements—communication, resource availability, implementers' attitudes, and bureaucratic structure—this study examines the Zero Stunting policy's implementation in the Malang City Health Office. The study's primary goals are to assess how well the Zero Stunting policy has been applied and to pinpoint any roadblocks that may be affecting the field's implementation process. In-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies were used to gather data for this descriptive qualitative study. According to the research findings, regular socialization and the use of a variety of communication platforms have demonstrated that the communication between policy makers and implementers in the field has been going rather smoothly. Resources are generally sufficient, however implementers must deal with tasks that overlap with those of other programs, which affects how well they are implemented. The implementers, however, maintain vigilance and operate the program as efficiently as possible. Although there are currently implementation irregularities in a number of work areas, the majority of implementers exhibit a strong commitment in terms of disposition. Although a cross-sector coordination-supporting bureaucratic framework has been established, its execution has not been entirely successful because of overlapping authorities and a lack of data integration. Therefore, to guarantee the sustainability and efficacy of the Zero Stunting policy in Malang City, it is imperative to build human resource capacity, improve sectoral synergy, and carry out regular evaluations.

Abstract

Program Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat (PAMSIMAS) di Desa Jajar merupakan inisiatif kolaboratif antara pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, dan Bank Dunia yang bertujuan meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap air bersih dan sanitasi layak melalui pendekatan partisipatif. Sebelum program ini dilaksanakan, Desa Jajar menghadapi permasalahan keterbatasan akses air bersih, praktik buang air besar sembarangan, serta tingginya angka stunting. PAMSIMAS dijalankan dengan melibatkan organisasi lokal seperti KKM, KP-SPAMS, dan SATLAK, berdasarkan Keputusan Kepala Desa Jajar No. 35 Tahun 2020. Infrastruktur dibangun pada tahun 2019–2020 dengan dana APBN sebesar Rp245.000.000 dan kontribusi swadaya masyarakat Rp14.000.000. Partisipasi warga terlihat dalam seluruh tahapan, mulai dari perencanaan hingga pembangunan sarana. Namun, dari total 1.083 rumah, baru 70 rumah (6,5%) yang terlayani jaringan PAMSIMAS. Faktor pendukung mencakup keterlibatan masyarakat dan ketersediaan sumber air, sedangkan hambatan mencakup perubahan kepemimpinan desa, keterbatasan pemeliharaan, dan kendala teknis distribusi. Meskipun program menunjukkan dampak positif, tantangan keberlanjutan masih menjadi fokus, terutama dalam hal perawatan sarana dan perluasan layanan. Program ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan berbasis masyarakat dalam mengatasi persoalan air dan sanitasi di tingkat desa.

Abstract

Kecepatan teknologi dan informasi serta globalisasi yang semakin instan memberikan konskuensi nyata dalam kehidupan masyarakat kini. Rasa individualisme terus bergerak menuju struktur sosial masyarakat indonesia yang disertai oleh jarak yang didekatkan oleh teknologi tetapi dijauhkan oleh rasa ukhuwah islamiyah yang semakin terkikis. Patronisasi sudah bergeser, dari panutan terhadap orang-orang yang berilmu, sholeh dan dekat dengan Tuhannya, beralih kepada kekuatan teknologi sebagai alat komunikasi dan menyelesaikan persoalan hidup. Tak terkecuali, masyarakat Madura yang dikenal sebagai masyarakat santri, meneguhkan nilai andeb ashor dalam kehidupan keluarga maupun sosial kemasyarakatan. penuh ketawadduan terhadap nilai-nilai patronisasi kepada kiai, ulama dan orang alim, menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai sosial kemasyarakat, kegotongroyongan, musyawarah mufakat sebagai pengambilan keputusan dalam struktur sosial masyarakat Madura, serta kehidupannya yang memegang teguh pada prinsip-prinsip kebersamaan dan kemandirian sosial.

Abstract

Pengembangan UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam kemajuan suatu negara. Negara yang maju adalah negara yang mampu menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan sektor ekonomi, baik formal maupun informal, guna memastikan pemerataan pendapatan bagi warganya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran Dinas Koperasi, Perindustrian, dan Perdagangan Kota Malang dalam pengembangan usaha mikro di Sentra Industri Keramik Dinoyo. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, serta menggunakan pengumpuan data sekunder dan primer. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model Miles, Huberman & Saldana (2014), yang mencakup pengumpulan, kondensasi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menganalisis keberhasilan peran pemerintah, penelitian ini menggunakan teori Gede Diva, yang mencakup tiga indikator: (1) Peran Pemerintah sebagai Fasilitator, (2) Peran Pemerintah sebagai Regulator, (3) Peran Pemerintah sebagai Katalisator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat berbagai hambatan yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, alat produksi kurang memadai, akses jalan sempit dan minimnya lahan parkir, serta penurunan jumlah pengrajin akibat kurangnya regenerasi, karena banyak generasi muda memilih bekerja di luar kota. Hal ini menyebabkan kelangkaan penerus usaha dan minimnya sumber daya pengrajin.

Abstract

Intelligence has connectivity to the educational process as a concrete step in the development of human character as caliph fil ardl to think of all God ‘s creation. Islamic education teaches a life of meaning to the concept of “amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar”. It is really clear that various concepts in Islamic education are not adjusted enough with the development period that is increasingly sophisticated and globalized. Islamic civilization has been built since the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and other thinkers in teaching a sense of knowledge that is based on Al- Quran and Al - Hadits as the main guideline. Intelligence Prophetic provides illustration that in transforming education through the concrete steps for being “insan Kamil” that is “rahmatan lil alamin”. Abstract

This research tries to look again at the government system through the Lamahala Adonara Custom of East Flores. This shows that even though Lamahala Jaya is covered by binding customary rules, traditional stakeholders and the community still respect the implementation of democracy in Indonesia. Lamahala Jaya as one of the traditional villages in Indonesia has become a tradition passed down from generation to generation that in carrying out the wheels of power so that they continue to follow the inherited customary system. The aim of this research is to find out the common ground that occurs in the implementation of democracy adopted by Indonesia based on the rules of the Constitution and the rules of the customary system that applies in Lamahala Jaya Village. This research uses a qualitative approach because it can directly create a more sensitive relationship between researchers and informants. The process of selecting the Village Head in Lamahala Jaya Village, East Adonara District, East Flores Regency began with the formation of a committee by the Bela Tribe of Telo whose members came from Kapitan Pulo and Pegawe Lema, followed by the election of the Village Head with the criteria of being devoted to God Almighty, knowing history, coming from from the Bela Telo tribe, wise, fair, honest and humane

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung dan UPT Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) dalam meningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja melalui pendekatan collaborative governance. Latar belakang dari studi ini adalah tingginya angka pengangguran dan ketidaksesuaian kompetensi tenaga kerja dengan kebutuhan industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama antara BLK dan sektor industri telah dilakukan melalui penyusunan kurikulum bersama, pelaksanaan magang, serta Job Market Fair sebagai media penyaluran kerja. Strategi penempatan lulusan juga dilakukan melalui pelatihan berbasis kompetensi, penguatan soft skill, dan pembentukan jejaring kerja alumni. Meskipun terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan keterlibatan dunia usaha yang belum merata, namun BLK Tulungagung telah menunjukkan peran aktif dalam menjembatani kebutuhan industri dan kesiapan tenaga kerja lokal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya regulasi yang lebih mendukung kolaborasi lintas sektor serta peningkatan kualitas pelatihan vokasi secara berkelanjutan.
