Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas konsumen, menganalisa adanya pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas konsumen gojek kategori goride pada mahasiswa aktif di kota palembang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen aplikasi Gojek khususnya kategori goride. Sample yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, yakni sampel di mana kriteria pemilihan didasarkan pada karakteristik tertentu. Dalam purposive sampling, peneliti memiliki alasan khusus dalam menentukan sampel yang akan diambil. Responden adalah pengguna Go-Jek yang telah menggunakan Go-Jek minimal empat kali dalam satu tahun terakhir. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode perhitungan statistik, Model penelitian menggunakan Analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 1) Kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada aplikasi Gojek kategori GoRide. Yang artinya semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh driver gojek terhadap pelanggan, semakin tinggi pula Tingkat loyalitas yang dirasakan. 2) Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada aplikasi Gojek kategori GoRide. Yang artinya Semakin tinggi tingkat kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap driver Gojek, semakin tinggi pula tingkat Loyalitas yang dirasakan.

Abstract

Patient safety culture refers to a pattern of behavior of both individuals and organizations that consistently seek to reduce the risk of harm or injury to patients due to the services provided, based on shared beliefs and values. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge, perceptions, and workload of nurses on patient safety culture at Beriman Hospital, Balikpapan City. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving all nurses working in the service unit of Beriman Hospital, Balikpapan City, totaling 129 respondents (total sampling). This study was conducted from February to March 2025, with data collection using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Univariate data analysis, chi-square test, and logistic regression. The results showed good knowledge 81.4%, good perception 51.2%, high workload 50.4% and patient safety culture value 58.9%. The results of the chi-square test sig value of knowledge: 0.600 and perception: 0.302, both (p> 0.05) indicating no relationship between knowledge and perception of nurses towards patient safety culture. However, the sig value for workload is 0.006 (p <0.05) indicating a relationship between workload and patient safety culture. The results of the logistic regression test show that nurses' workload has a significant effect on patient safety culture with a significance value (Sig) of 0.009. The Odds Ratio (OR) value of 2.712 indicates that nurses with a higher workload are 2.7 times more likely to influence patient safety culture compared to those with a low workload. The conclusion is that workload is the factor most related to patient safety culture.

Abstract

The background of this research was based on the importance of job satisfaction in improving the quality of services in the health sector, especially in community health centers. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between organizational climate, work culture, and work environment on job satisfaction of employees at Klandasan Ilir Public Health Center and Manggar Baru Public Health Center in Balikpapan City. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey technique conducted on employees at both public health centers using a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was total sampling with a total of 111 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire that included indicators of organizational climate, work culture, work environment, and job satisfaction. Data analysis was conducted using univariate analysis with frequency distribution, bivariate analysis with the chi-square test, and multivariate analysis with logistic regression. The study found that 80.2% of respondents were female, with the majority working in the General Services Unit. Most had a diploma-level education and more than three years of work experience. Bivariate analysis showed significant relationships between job satisfaction and all three independent variables. Multivariate analysis indicated that work culture was the most significant factor influencing job satisfaction (p = 0.001; OR = 0.147). Work culture had the strongest relationship with job satisfaction among Puskesmas employees. Efforts to improve work culture can lead to higher satisfaction and better service quality.

Abstract

Mal zakat can be used as a solution to overcome poverty that occurs in South Sumatra. However, until now the potential of mall zakat funds has not been maximally explored so that the function of mall zakat to overcome poverty has not been achieved. As a first step to increasing the collection of zakat funds, this research tries to identify variables that can influence people's motivation to pay zakat malls. Where the research location chosen was Telang Karya Village, Banyuasin Regency with a sample size of 97 respondents. This research examines the variables that influence the motivation of the people of Telang Karya Village in paying zakat mal by reducing the independent variables in the form of income, knowledge and environment. The survey results were analyzed using income distribution theory, science theory and social environmental theory. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the amount of income, knowledge and environment can influence a person's motivation to pay for the mall. The approach used is a quantitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program, it shows that the variables income, knowledge and environment have a positive and significant effect on the motivation of the people of Telang Karya Village in paying zakat mal.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of rubber prices on economic activity and community welfare in Payaraman Barat Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. The study utilizes a data collection method through a Likert Scale questionnaire. The population in this research includes all rubber farmers, totaling 320 households. The sample is determined using Purposive Sampling technique with the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 77 individuals for this study. Data analysis is conducted using classical assumption tests and simple linear regression analysis. From the research results, it was found that the t-value (2.310) is greater than the t-table value (0.2242), with a significance level of 0.024. Since the significance value of t (0.024) is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that rubber prices have a significant influence on the income of rubber farmers in Payaraman Barat Village, Ogan Ilir Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to briefly analyze the strategies, challenges, and impacts of internalizing Islamic economic values in improving digital literacy and shaping entrepreneurial ethics based on the values of justice (al-‘adl), honesty (al-sidq), trustworthiness, and benefit (al-maslahah). This study discusses the internalization of Islamic economic values in the development of digital literacy and entrepreneurial ethics through an Islamic values education approach in the Arab community in Palembang City. This study is motivated by the importance of digital literacy as a means of economic empowerment for Muslim communities in the era of technological transformation, as well as a medium for learning Islamic values and morality in business activities. This research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach; the research data were obtained from in-depth interviews with 15 informants, consisting of business actors, community leaders, and consumers, supplemented by participatory observation and documentation of the digital activities of the business community. The analysis was conducted interactively using the Miles and Huberman model with reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, as well as triangulation of sources and methods to ensure validity. The results show that the level of digital literacy among business actors varies, influenced by factors such as generation, social trust, and community support. The internalization of Islamic economic values has been proven to strengthen ethical awareness, increase consumer trust, and encourage fair and sustainable entrepreneurial behavior. This study contributes to the development of a digital literacy-based Islamic values education model that integrates business ethics and entrepreneurial spirituality.

Abstract

This community service project aims to develop children's potential through the art of coloring as an effective educational tool to enhance social and cultural understanding. The activity was held at Jl. Binalatung, RT 11, Pantai Amal, Tarakan Timur, a coastal area that is also a border region. The background for this project is the limited access of children in this area to creative activities that could support their personal development and awareness of social and cultural diversity. A coloring competition was chosen as the approach, involving 30 participants from kindergarten to elementary school age, many of whom do not continue to formal education.Using a participatory method, children were not only invited to color but were also given an understanding of the meanings and cultural values embedded in each image. Furthermore, the activity was designed to foster a sense of togetherness, sportsmanship, and self-confidence. The results showed very high enthusiasm from the participants. They were not only able to produce beautiful artworks but also demonstrated an increased understanding of the importance of appreciating differences and cultural diversity. This report proves that the art of coloring plays a crucial role as a tool to bridge the knowledge gap and foster cultural awareness, especially for children in remote and border areas who have limited access to education and educational entertainment. Therefore, it is recommended that similar programs be continued with more varied materials to support the holistic development of children in coastal regions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan berbicara siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui media audio visual. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri I Sitiung semester I Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 dan seorang guru Bahasa Indonesia sebagai pengamat. Peneliti melakukan observasi awal dengan mewawancarai beberapa siswa dan mengamati kondisi sebelum melakukan penelitian. Penelitian ini merupakan kelanjutan dari peningkatan kemampuan berbicara siswa dengan berbagai model. Dari hasil obeservasi awal diketahui bahwa kemampuan berbicara siswa kurang baik, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Pada siklus I, peneliti menemukan hasil obeservasi yang kurang baik dan proses pembelajaran yang kurang efektif. Peneliti melanjutkan kegiatan penelitian pada siklus kedua. Dari pengamatan selama siklus II, terlihat bahwa kemampuan berbicara siswa meningkat lebih baik dari siklus I.

Abstract

Peran pesantren sebagai Lembaga pendidikan yang menyimpam warisan  spiriyual  tetap relevan di era kontemporer ini terutama dalam membentuk karakter anak, karena itu pentingnya dalam mewariskannilai-nilai akhlak yang menjadi inti pendidikan pesantren salah satunya adalah kitab Akhlakul Banin. Artikel ini bertujuan un tuk mengkaji bagaimana warisan pendidikan pesantrendi terapkan dalam mendidik anak melalui pembelajaran kitab Ahklakul Banin, serta mejelaskan metode, dampak dan factor pendudkung maupun penghambatnya, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji warisan pendidikan pesantren dalam mendidik anak melalui pembelajaran kitab Akhlakul Banin, serta menganalisis penerapan dan dampak nilai-nilai akhlak yang terkandung di dalamnya terhadap pendidikan anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research). Sumber data primer berupa kitab Akhlakul Banin jilid 1–4, sedangkan sumber data sekunder meliputi literatur pendidikan akhlak, tafsir, hadits, serta kajian kontemporer tentang pendidikan karakter yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2021–2026. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kitab Akhlakul Banin memuat nilai-nilai akhlak fundamental seperti adab kepada Allah, orang tua, guru, sesama, serta pembiasaan disiplin dan tanggung jawab. Nilai-nilai tersebut relevan dan aplikatif dalam membentuk karakter anak di tengah tantangan pendidikan modern, sehingga memperkuat peran pesantren sebagai institusi strategis dalam pendidikan akhlak anak.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan sesuatu yang penting dalam pembentukan kepribadian santri, khususnya dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai akhlak karimah di tengah tantangan perkembangan zaman. Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter santri melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan, dan internalisasi nilai-nilai religius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep pendidikan karakter, nilai-nilai karakter yang ditanamkan, serta strategi pembinaan akhlak karimah santri di Pesantren Al-Bahjah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pengasuh pesantren dan santri. Analisis data dilakukan melalui penarikan Kesimpulan dari hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter di Pesantren Al-Bahjah menekankan nilai disiplin, religiusitas, kemandirian, tanggung jawab, dan adab kepada guru melalui kegiatan keagamaan, pembiasaan hidup sederhana, serta pengaturan waktu dalam setiap aktivitas santri. Pendidikan karakter tersebut berdampak positif terhadap perubahan perilaku santri, baik di lingkungan pesantren maupun ketika berada di luar pesantren, meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan pengaruh lingkungan dan perkembangan zaman.
