Abstract

Kesetaraan gender menjadi kajian yang menarik terutama seiring dengan kehidupan modern. Pengarusutamaan kajian tentang gender yang digagas para pemerhatinya pada akhirnya bermuara pada kesetaraan tanpa batas (liberation of gender equality). Untuk membentengi hal itu perlu kiranya kajian yang berangkat dari sudut pandang Al-Qur’an sebagai pedoman utama dan menjadi pijakan kritis terhadap liberasi kesetaraan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan; Pertama, Al-Qur’an menegaskan bahwa perempuan ditempatkan pada posisi yang mulia, terhormat dan setara dengan laki-laki. Al-Qur’an sangat menentang keras adanya perlakuan buruk dan dikriminatif terhadap perempuan. Kedua, Al-Qur’an memandang bahwa kesetaraan perempuan dengan laki-laki terletak pada hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan hak-hak kemanusiaan dan ibadah. Namun pada fungsi-fungsi tertentu perempuan tidak dapat disamakan dengan laki-laki, seperti mengurus rumah tangga dan fungsi biologisnya. Dengan demikian kesetaraan yang diangkat oleh Al-Qur’an didasarkan pada aspek-aspek keadilan dan keseuaian dengan fitrah perempuan dan laki-laki.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the existence of asbabun nuzul for the interpretation of Al Quran verses. The mufassir admits that without asbabun nuzul it will be difficult to understand the verses of the Qur'an. Therefore, this study reveals the implication of asbabun nuzul for interpretation. This article raises the issue of child's lineage to the ones who are the un-biological father. This study is library research by using articles and books as the primary sources. The results of this study show that asbabun nuzul has the primary authority in the interpretation such as clarifying the understanding of the process of legal determination, reviewing the specificity of the law, and rejecting the existence of hasr (legal restrictions) in the verses that contains legal barriers.

Abstract

Tulisan ini memaparkan mengenai planologi menurut perspektif al-Qur’an dengan fokus pembahasan pada Pola yang dilakukan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam pembangunan Kota Madinah.  Maka tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis mengenai program yang diberikan oleh Rasululullah SAW dalam merancang kota Madinah sebagai sumber peradaban. Metode yang ditempuh dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tafsir tematik kontekstual dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa planologi yang diterapkan oleh Nabi Muhammad dalam mensukseskan kota Madinah sebagai pusat peradaban adalah dengan beberapa pola diantaranya: Pertama, membangun aqidah para sahabat. Kedua, merehabilitasi ukhuwah antar sesama. Ketiga, mendirikan infrastruktur. Keempat, membuat konstitusi sebagai pengikat keadaan politik kota. Kelima, adalah dengan meletakkan pola dasar dalam perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

Counseling guidance through information services is very much needed during the Covid-19 pandemic in implementing health protocols. The background of this research is based on information obtained from the Village Unit Cooperative officers. This research refers to how the process of information services in implementing health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Manunggal Jaya Village Unit (KUD) cooperative, Trimanunggal Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the process in providing these services. This research is included in the field research research, namely field research. Data collection was taken using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. This study has four (4) informants. The results of this study are that the counseling guidance through information services in implementing health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Manunggal Jaya Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Trimanunggal Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency is as follows: implementers prepare information to be conveyed and know the source of information so that it is more accurate, information is conveyed through discussion and through social media such as facebook and whatsapp group, make an appeal, carry out the discussion, convey information about the Covid-19 outbreak, how to prevent it and the impact if exposed to this outbreak, information is conveyed in a language that can be understood without being complicated, as well as in the implementation of the discussion, the executor invites the staff to ask questions that have not been understood.Keywords: Counseling Guidance, Information Services, Covid-19

Abstract: Gerakan pramuka bukan semata mendatangkan keseruan dalam bercanda, atau seperti tuduhan sebagai orang di atas, namun gerakan ini bisa menjadi sebab-sebab seseorang mengenal kedewasaan, mandiri dan arti hidup. Pramuka tidak hanya membawahi aspek-aspek kemanusiaan dan pengembangan individu, namun juga membawahi nilai dan esensi tauhid. Maka penelitian ini akan mengkaji tentang bagaimana nilai-nilai tauhid yang terkandung dalam Dasa Darma Pramuka menurut persepktif al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini akan memaparkan mengenai nilai tauhid dalam Dasa Darma yang tertuang dalam ayat dan penafsiran al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan merujuk ke sumber data primer dan sekunder, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode tahlili secara analisis konten. Maka diperoleh hasil dalam penelitian ini bahwa nilai tauhid dalam dasa darma pramuka menurut perspektif al-Qur’an ialah dapat dikelompokkan menjadi tiga garis besar yaitu pertama dengan tunduk dan patuh Tuhan yang maha esa, yang merupakan cerminan dalam surah al-Ikhlas ayat 1 dan surah Taha Ayat 14. Kedua adalah bersikap loyalitas seperti dalam surah al-Mumtahanah ayat 1 yang merupakan aktualisasi dari Dasa Darma kedua, ketiga dan kedelapan. Ketiga adalah bersikap berlepas diri seperti dalam surah al-Mumtahanah ayat 4 sebagai implementasi dari dasa darma kelima, dan kesembilan.

Abstract

Education is an urgency for everyone, including children who are still in the growth stage. A good education will greatly affect future developments, especially if it provides a basis for religion and belief in the form of aqidah from an early age. So this study measures the effectiveness of aqidah as the axiomatic basis of education at the Imam Syafi'i Integrated Islamic Elementary School Pekanbaru City. This study uses a quantitative approach by referring to field data sources with the object of research being elementary school students. Then the results obtained in this study that the effectiveness of aqidah as the axiomatic basis of education in the Imam Syafi'i Integrated Islamic Elementary School in a small group with the final percentage produced, namely 94.5%, is categorized as very good. Then the presentation result in the middle group was 88.22%. While the test conducted on the broad group is with a percentage of 97.78%. All percentage results are in the range of 81% - 100%. It is concluded that teaching understanding of aqidah as the axiomatic basis of education in Imam Syafi'i Integrated Islamic Elementary School is very effective

Abstract

This article is entitled typology of learning the meaning of hadith according to Yusuf Al-Qardhawi in his book entitled Kaifa Nata'amal Ma al-Sunnah Al-Nabawiyah. In understanding a hadith text, al-Qardhawi also often uses several approaches in explaining the meaning of sentences both in text and context. This article examines how al-Qardhawi applies methods to differences in understanding hadith, and how al-Qardhawi's method resolves dualism of opinion in one hadith text and meaning in its interpretation. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, this article examines the basic concepts of different ways of understanding hadith, looks for the roots of the character's thoughts, explains the advantages and disadvantages of the method including its implications. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the patterns used include studying the meaning of hadith according to the instructions of the Qur'an, analyzing the opposite of a hadith with the Qur'an, collecting hadith in one theme, merging and interpreting hadith, understanding hadith historically, paying attention to the meaning of haqiqi and majazi and ascertaining the meaning and connotation of words in the hadith.

Abstract

This study analyzes psychological values of alms in shari'a. This research is a library research, and the data analysis technique in this research is content analysis. This study concludes that the psychological values of Islamic Law are the psychological values, thoughts and behaviors contained in each Shari'a in Islam, whether the Shari'a is in the form of words or deeds. This research also concludes that the psychological values contained in the Shari'a regarding wills are the motivation to always be think good of Allah, the motivation to always be enthusiastic at work, the motivation to always be empathetic to others, the motivation to always be a person with a big heart, the motivation to always be pious individual.

Abstract

This study discusses the typology of attempts to interpret the Qur'an with as-Sunnah. In avoiding distortions and errors in interpretation, the most important thing to note is the source of an interpretation. Scholars argue that historical sources are the main ones, in particular the description of verses from the Qur'an with other verses and information sourced from the Prophet pbuh. So this paper examines the views and opinions of scholars in summing up patterns in interpreting the Qur'an with as-Sunnah. This research is library research and the methodology used in this research is descriptive research. The results of the discussion state that the form of interpretation of the Prophet Muhammad pbuh cannot be separated from the function of the sunnah itself as an explanatory. Sometimes the sunnah corroborates what the Qur'an says, other times the sunnah puts restrictions on the widely meaning pronunciation, sometimes also the sunnah details what is still common. The Prophet pbuh in interpreting verses sometimes begins by reciting the verses first then interpreting them or vice versa. In addition, there is also a form of interpretation of the Messenger of Allah pbuh by justifying what the friend misunderstood regarding the meaning of a verse or recitation in a verse.
