Abstract

Abstract

This articel examines the fahisyah verses in the Qur'an. Fahisyah is a heinous or ugly act. Where several terms refer to the various meanings of spectacle, one of which is the term fahisyah which has the meaning of horrific deeds in the Qur'an. According to the view of human reason, the word fahisyah and its derivation has the meaning of any form of toxicity or sin that is seen as very bad. At the same time, this deed can affect others and is a worse deed than al-su'. This research uses the interpretation of Buya Hamka's Tafseer al-Azhar, which is the primary source of this articel. The method used in writing this research is to use the library research method, namely by looking for data from various literature and references related to the problems above. The approach used is a thematic engineering approach, namely by explaining things related to the meaning of the word fahisyah to be analyzed according to the style of interpretation of the interpretation, namely the pattern of Adabi al-Ijtima'i which is social. As for the implementation of the Adabi al-Ijtima'i style to the fahisyah verses according to Buya Hamka, which has been analyzed based on its indicators, namely, the relationship of interpretation with the social life of the community in surah al-Isra' verse 32 that there will arise dangerous diseases and damage the offspring caused by adultery, namely syphilis and gonorrhea diseases. There is an interpretation of the verse about the risks or adverse effects of these heinous acts mentioned by Buya Hamka in his interpretation, which shows the problems and relationships of interpretation with the community's social life, which is also a warning to stay away from these heinous deedsTRANSLATE with x EnglishArabicHebrewPolishBulgarianHindiPortugueseCatalanHmong DawRomanianChinese SimplifiedHungarianRussianChinese TraditionalIndonesianSlovakCzechItalianSlovenianDanishJapaneseSpanishDutchKlingonSwedishEnglishKoreanThaiEstonianLatvianTurkishFinnishLithuanianUkrainianFrenchMalayUrduGermanMalteseVietnameseGreekNorwegianWelshHaitian CreolePersian //  TRANSLATE with COPY THE URL BELOW Back EMBED THE SNIPPET BELOW IN YOUR SITE Enable collaborative features and customize widget: Bing Webmaster PortalBack//

Abstract

Firanda Andirja is not only active in direct studies but also active in conducting studies through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube videos, and personal websites. Firanda is also involved in interpretation, publishing several books of tafsir, which is something new for the salaf in Indonesia. To date, Firanda has published four tafsir books, namely Tafsir Juz 'Amma and Tafsir Juz 29, 28, 27 called at-Taysir fit Tafsir. The article will discuss the analysis of Firanda's interpretation in QS. Ath-thoriq verse 10 about his view of syafaa’at. This research method is library research, namely research whose data is taken from the form of writings or utilizing library sources. The result of this study is that Firanda still recognizes the existence of syafaat with the permission of Allah. with Allah's permission. However, humans are expected not to beg in search of such syafaat. Because, humans will bring their own good deeds. each. The understanding of assuming that a group of privileged people to be able to provide syafaat or if they assume that if the person is pleased, then he will go to heaven is a wrong understanding.

Abstract

This research discusses Rashad Khalifa's thoughts on the Qur'an and his rejection of the Sunnah. Rashad Khalifa considers the Qur'an to be perfect and believes that there is no need for Hadith and Sunnah. His rejection of the Sunnah is reinforced by his notable works, particularly the famous one known as the numerical miracle of the Qur'an, often referred to as code 19. The aim of this research is to understand Khalifa's rejection of the Sunnah and his thoughts. The method employed is a literature review (library research), involving the collection of data through the study and analysis of books, literature, and reports related to the problem at hand. The findings of this research reveal that Rashad Khalifa is a figure who rejects the Sunnah, firmly believing in the Qur'an as the sole source of Islamic law and denying the importance of the Sunnah. His formulations regarding the Sunnah contain numerous errors and misconceptions that lead to the rejection of Hadith (denial of the Sunnah) and the Anti-Hadith Movement (denial of the Sunnah).

Abstract

ndonesia is currently in a state of emergency for adultery. The National Commission on Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, on its official website (2019), informs that the number of commercial sex workers (PSK) in Indonesia reaches around 230,000 people. This condition should be of concern to the government as a regulator. This research aims to analyze and compare the polygamy regulations in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 1974 and the Egyptian Family Law Number 100 of 1985 from the perspective of Islamic law and maqashid sharia. This research is library research. The data analysis technique in this research is content analysis and comparison. This research concludes that first, in the polygamy regulations in Indonesia, there are requirements that are very difficult to fulfill by most husbands who want to be polygamous, namely that the court only grants permission to be polygamous if the first wife or wives are in an incurable disability or illness, cannot bear offspring, and must be with the consent of the first wife or wives. Meanwhile, the polygamy regulations in Egypt include requirements that can generally be fulfilled by husbands who want to practice polygamy, namely that they only have to explain their marital status in the marriage certificate, make a statement letter including the names of their wives and their places of residence, and the notary must notify the first wife about the new marriage. Then, polygamy can be carried out officially without permission from the court. Second, the polygamy regulations in Indonesia and Egypt are basically both built on maslahah considerations, but what distinguishes the two is that in the polygamy regulations in Indonesia there are provisions, as mentioned above, are not relevant to Islamic law because the potential harm that will arise is greater than the maslahah that will be achieved. The polygamy regulations in Egypt are all relevant to Islamic law. Third, the polygamy regulations in Indonesia and Egypt are basically both able to facilitate the realization of maqashid sharia, but what distinguishes the two is that in the polygamy regulations in Indonesia there are provisions, as mentioned above, that can hinder the process of realizing two maqashid sharia, namely protecting religion and offspring. The provisions of polygamy in Egypt are all relevant to maqashid sharia, especially in terms of protecting religion and protecting offspring. The theory found in this research is kullu tanzhimin mabniyyin 'ala al-masya'ir wahdaha, fa-inna mafsadatahu takunu a'zham min al-mashlahah al-murad tahqiquha (every regulation that is built on the consideration of feelings alone, then the mafsadah will be greater than the maslahah to be achieved). This theory is strengthened by the finding that 73.01% of polygamy requests in Indonesia were rejected, even though 34.8% of them were approved by the old wives.

Abstract
