Abstract

Standard operational procedures as guidelines to assist officers in completing work more effectively and efficiently. Telepsychiatry services at Psychiatry Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan changed the use of the application from Jitsi Meet to Teman Hati (Telemental Health and Home Visite). Several problems were found in the Jitsi Meet application, making it difficult for patients/families to use it. Changes to the application have an impact on changes to the SOP. So that services can be well organized and carried out according to procedures, SOP are needed for implementation. Objective: Designing of standard operational procedures Teman Hati (Telemental Health and Home Visite) Methods: Research Method with use R&D (Research & Development) from November 2022 – January 2023. Data collection doing by interview FGD (Focus Group Discussion) with 13 informants. First step of research are collect information, determine method and arrange the technic of SOP, writing SOP, simulation and the last is review. Results: There are 5 draft SOPs, namely registration SOP, drug delivery SOP, teleconsultation SOP, application usage SOP for patients/families, and application usage SOP for hospital staff. The 5 SOP that were designed were simulated and reviewed by the SOP implementers and the patient's family. Conclusion: The 5 SOP designs give more easier for officers to implement of Telepsychiatry service in Psychiatry Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Hospital and decrease the satisfaction of patient's family to the hospital. The SOP that has been designed must legitimized, socialized, monitored and evaluated.

Abstract

The rapid development of health services currently requires every health service provider to be able to immediately meet the desires of its customers. The use of information technology requires a comprehensive security system. One of these security is physical security. In addition to physical security, the need to store and use data quickly needs to be a must for organizations. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study, to measure server performance using the JMeter tool. Testing was carried out on the web from the Nutanix server with 3 tests. So there is a difference in the number of requests where in test 3 the number of requests increased much more with a lower number of samples than the number of requests and the number of samples from the previous 2 tests. While to measure server security using OWAS ZAP with very good results, there is only 1 with a high risk level, namely a vulnerability with a high impact.

Abstract

The accuracy of cause-of-death coding is essential for health statistics and policy-making. Incomplete, inaccurate, and unclear documentation by physicians can lead to coding errors and reduce the validity of mortality data. This study aimed to analyze the effect of documentation quality on the accuracy of cause-of-death coding at Pertamina Jaya Hospital. This quantitative study used a cross-sectional design and was conducted in January 2026. The sample consisted of 56 Medical Certificates of Cause of Death (MCCD) from September–November 2024, selected using quota  sampling. Data were collected through observation and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses with logistic regression. The results showed that 14 MCCDs (25%) had accurate cause-of-death coding, while 42 MCCDs (75%) were inaccurate. Poor-quality documentation was found in 30 MCCDs (54%), while good-quality documentation was found in 26 MCCDs (46%). Bivariate analysis demonstrated a significant effect of documentation quality on coding accuracy (p = 0.037). An odds ratio of 4.062 indicated that good-quality documentation had four times greater odds of producing accurate cause-of-death codes, explaining 12.1% of the variance in coding accuracy (R² = 0.121). The study concludes that standard operating procedures and training for physicians and coders are needed to improve accuracy and validity of mortality data.

Abstract

Prevalence of acute respiratory infections (ARI) in Indonesia among toddlers in 2024 was 52.7%, with West Jakarta Administrative City ranking second highest in DKI Jakarta Province. ARI is an upper respiratory tract infection influenced by infectious agents and various individual and environmental risk factors. Differences in risk factors have the potential to cause differences in ARI incidence between regions, requiring spatial analysis to identify the geographical correlation of disease incidence. This study aims to analyze the spatial correlation of ARI incidence in toddlers with risk factors between sub districts in the Kebon Jeruk Health Center working area in 2025. The study was conducted from August - September 2025, with a population of 16,344 children with ISPA and a sample of 109 children. Analyzed using Moran's I Global Index and Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA) using the GeoDa program. The global analysis revealed no spatial autocorrelation between the occurrence of ISPA in children and all the risk factors studied. However, local spatial analysis identified significant spatial autocorrelation between ISPA cases and the following risk factors incomplete immunization (p-value = 0,015) in Kebon Jeruk subdistrict, smoking habits of family members (p-value = 0,015) in Kedoya Selatan and Sukabumi Selatan subdistrict, and mother education level (p-value = 0,006) in Kelapa dua subdistrict.

Abstract

Abstract

The availability of timely, accurate, and relevant information is essential for supporting managerial decision-making in hospitals. However, information at RSUD Pameungpeuk Garut is primarily presented in conventional tabular reports, limiting its ability to meet the diverse information needs of different management levels. This study aimed to develop a hospital information dashboard prototype based on an assessment of users' information needs to support managerial decision-making. This study employed a qualitative approach within a Research and Development (R&D) framework using the Prototype model of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) involving representatives from middle and lower management levels. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, coding, categorization, and thematic analysis to identify users' information requirements, which subsequently informed the dashboard design. The findings revealed that information needs varied across management levels. Top managementrequired concise strategic information for organizational decision-making, middle management needed analytical information for monitoring and performance evaluation, whereas lower management required detailed operational information to support daily activities and routine reporting. Based on these findings, three dashboard prototypes were developed: strategic, tactical, and operational dashboards, each tailored to the specific information requirements of its intended users. The proposed dashboard prototype is expected to improve the accessibility and presentation of managerial information while supporting more effective, evidence-based decision-making. Furthermore, the findings provide a practical foundation for developing an integrated hospital information dashboard within the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS).
