Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman mahasiswa yang bekerja paruh waktu dalam menghadapi stres akademik selama masa studi. Mahasiswa yang menjalankan peran ganda sebagai pelajar dan pekerja sering kali menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks, baik dari sisi pembagian waktu, tekanan akademik, maupun beban pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi pustaka terhadap mahasiswa yang aktif bekerja paruh waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor ekonomi, keinginan mengembangkan diri, dan dukungan sosial menjadi motivasi utama mahasiswa bekerja. Namun, beban ganda tersebut berdampak pada peningkatan tingkat stres, penurunan partisipasi akademik, dan penurunan kualitas pembelajaran kolaboratif. Meski demikian, sebagian mahasiswa menunjukkan resiliensi akademik melalui manajemen waktu yang baik dan dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran institusi pendidikan tinggi dalam memberikan dukungan adaptif terhadap mahasiswa pekerja, baik dalam bentuk fleksibilitas akademik, layanan konseling, maupun program mentoring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak video pendek media sosial terhadap perilaku cyberloafing di kalangan mahasiswa, ini menjadi isu krusial mengingat meningkatnya konsumsi konten singkat berpotensi mengganggu produktivitas akademik. Fenomena ini dapat dijelaskan melalui Teori Perilaku Terencana yang memprediksi cyberloafing melalui niat dan kebiasaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan antara konsumsi video pendek dengan cyberloafing untuk mengembangkan strategi pencegahan. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melibatkan 105 mahasiswa, hasil analisis menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan dari durasi menonton (5,41%) dan kecanduan video pendek (6,12%) terhadap perilaku cyberloafing. Aktivitas mengecek notifikasi dan memberikan komentar pada postingan menjadi bentuk cyberloafing yang paling dominan. Meskipun kontribusi video pendek terhadap cyberloafing relatif kecil, hubungan ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk pengembangan strategi pencegahan dan modifikasi fitur notifikasi guna mengurangi gangguan dalam pembelajaran. Temuan ini menyoroti kompleksitas hubungan antara konsumsi media digital dan distraksi perhatian dalam konteks akademik.

Abstract

The Imla method (IM) is a classical learning method that has the potential to be developed in the context of contemporary Arabic language learning (ALL). This is supported by the need for orthography in ALL and the basis for teaching writing skills (WS). This study aims to explore the implementation of the IM in learning maharah-kitabah Class IX MTs-NU Nurul-Huda Mangkang-Semarang; and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a qualitative approach of explanatory descriptive method. The research sample was 35 ninth-grade students who were studying theme 4. Data analysis used Spradley's model, including four stages, domain, taxonomy, component, and cultural-theme analysis. The results showed the implementation stages of the IM include: teacher writes sentences, reads, and asks students to follow him. They are asked to pay attention, read, and remember the writing before it is erased, and write it back in the books. Thus, founded aspects of WS, namely spelling-accuracy, grammatical-understanding, ability to form-sentences, vocabulary-mastery, as well as student motivation and activeness. Supporting factors include the use of appropriate media, teachers mastering language skills, and teachers being able to choose appropriate methods. The inhibiting factors include lack of interest, limited time, lack of infrastructure, and unsupportive environment. Abstract

This study explores the role of Islamic Religious Education in maintaining students’ mental health amidst the challenges of the digital era. As technology rapidly transforms students' lifestyles, issues such as gadget addiction, cyberbullying, and social pressure increasingly affect their psychological well-being. This qualitative research adopts a descriptive approach to examine how Islamic Religious Education contributes to students' emotional resilience and moral stability. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving students, Islamic Religious Education teachers, parents, and school counselors. The findings reveal that the integration of Islamic values such as patience, gratitude, and self-reflection through Islamic Religious Education plays a significant role in fostering students' mental strength, especially in facing digital distractions and emotional distress. The study concludes that Islamic Religious Education not only functions as a cognitive learning process but also serves as a spiritual and psychological safeguard. Strengthening the contextual implementation of Islamic Religious Education and enhancing teacher competencies are recommended to support students’ mental well-being in a digital-driven environment.

Abstract

FoMO (Fear Of Missing Out) adalah kondisi psikososial ditandai oleh dorongan intens untuk tetap terhubung dengan aktivitas orang lain melalui media sosial, yang dapat memicu perilaku kecanduan terhadap dunia digital, terutama di kalangan remaja yang sangat terlibat dalam dunia maya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) terhadap kecanduan media sosial pada remaja. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 110 remaja berusia 10–19 tahun, data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner daring berbasis skala FoMO dan skala kecanduan media sosial, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana melalui software JASP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FoMO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecanduan media sosial dengan kontribusi sebesar 16,4% (R² = 0,164, p < 0,001), serta koefisien beta sebesar 0,396. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat FoMO yang dimiliki remaja, semakin besar kecenderungannya mengalami kecanduan media sosial. FoMO bukan hanya fenomena sesaat, melainkan berkaitan erat dengan kebutuhan sosial dan emosional yang belum terpenuhi, seperti keinginan untuk diakui, terhubung, dan menjadi bagian dari kelompok. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan program literasi digital dan dukungan psikososial dalam menghadapi tantangan interaksi sosial di era digital.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana waktu layar yang berlebihan mempengaruhi tingkat latihan fisik di kalangan mahasiswa Indonesia. Ada kekhawatiran yang berkembang mengenai dampak penggunaan internet yang berlebihan pada keseimbangan gaya hidup mahasiswa, khususnya yang berhubungan dengan berkurangnya tingkat aktivitas fisik mereka. Sebanyak 106 mahasiswa sarjana (berkisar usia 18 hingga 25) dari perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta berpartisipasi dalam studi kuantitatif ini. Survei daring yang mencakup Kuesioner Aktivitas Fisik Internasional Pendek dan Skala Kecanduan Internet digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak JASP dan regresi linier sederhana. Aktivitas fisik mahasiswa secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh kecanduan internet (p <0,001), menurut data, yang juga menunjukkan nilai R² sebesar 0,338. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecanduan internet mencakup 33,8% varians dalam aktivitas fisik. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat aktivitas fisik mahasiswa menurun seiring dengan meningkatnya kecanduan internet mereka. Mahasiswa membutuhkan institusi untuk membantu belajar menggunakan internet secara bertanggung jawab, dan penelitian ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya meningkatkan kesadaran tentang risiko kecanduan internet dan resiko kurangnya aktivitas fisik akan mengalami gangguan Kesehatan seperti obesitas

Abstract

Spirituality is a breakthrough to encourage teacher motivation in increasing the capacity and quality of work. The process of working with spirituality will be able to realize the creativity of teachers in their performance towards quality learning. This study aims to determine the influence between spirituality and teacher creativity on the performance of Akidah Akhlak Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Demak Regency. The research approach used is quantitative research, while the research design used is descriptive with expost facto research type. The research data was obtained using the correlational method by distributing questionnaires to respondents of 165 Akhlak teachers in Madrasah Aliyah in Demak Regency. Based on the results of the questionnaire, teacher spirituality together with teacher creativity affected the performance of Akidah Akhlak teachers in Madrasah Aliyah throughout Demak Regency. From the results of multiple linear regression, it is known that Y = 0.590 x X1 + 0.173 x X2 + 12,012. From the regression line equation above, it can be seen that 0.590 > 0.173 which means that the teacher's spirituality factor which is worth 0.590 is greater than the teacher's creativity value, which is 0.173 so that teacher spirituality is more influential than teacher creativity on teacher performance.Keyword: Teacher Spirituality; Teacher Creativity; Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study discusses the problems of students in online PAI learning. The change from face-to-face learning to online learning is quite difficult to implement. In line with this, this research asks three questions, namely: What are the problems of students in online PAI learning, what factors are behind the various problems of students and what are the implications of the problematics of online PAI learning for students. This research is a field research (field research) with a descriptive approach, data acquisition through: observation, interview, documentation. The results obtained from this study are: the problems of students in online PAI learning, namely: infrastructure problems, namely: Difficulty buying quota packages, internet network constraints, and device availability constraints, structural problems, namely: Difficulty understanding subject matter, lack of parental support, problems culture, namely: difficulty adapting, difficulty using learning applications. The factors behind the students' problems are: Lack of Digital Literacy, Lack of interaction between teachers and students, Uneven distribution of the internet network in the territory of Indonesia, Economic factors of parents, unstable self-regulation, human resource factors of parents. Implications of the Problems of Learning PAI online during a pandemi for students have an impact on: understanding, attitudes and behavior of students.

Abstract

Penerapan kurikulum merdeka dirancang untuk memberikan fleksibilitas kepada guru dalam menentukan materi dan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Namun, implementasinya menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti ketidaksiapan guru, keterbatasan sumber belajar, serta ketidaksesuaian modul ajar dengan buku ajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi problematika penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMK Islamic Centre Baiturrahman. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi, dengan sampel penelitian guru PAI di SMK ICB Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kurikulum ini memberikan kebebasan dalam metode pengajaran, kendala teknis dan adaptasi konseptual menjadi penghambat keberhasilannya. Selain itu, terdapat kesenjangan antara peraturan yang tertuang dalam Permendikbud Ristek No. 12 Tahun 2024 dan realitas implementasi di lapangan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar evaluasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi Kurikulum, khususnya pada mata pelajaran PAI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in strengthening the Pancasila student profile at Al-Azhar 15 Semarang Islamic High School. Using a qualitative research design with a case study approach, this study explores the various roles of PAI teachers, including their roles as parents, coaches, scientists, storytellers, and therapists. The study involved 3 PAI teachers with more than 5 years of teaching experience, 1 principal as a key informant, and 10 students who were actively involved. The data collection methods used were in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The findings show that PAI teachers play an important role in providing emotional support, moral guidance, practical skills, leadership development, critical thinking, and addressing students' emotional and psychological challenges. Despite facing challenges such as time constraints, resources, and student resistance, PAI teachers significantly impacted students' moral awareness, social skills, leadership, and spiritual development. The findings are in line with previous research that emphasises the importance of holistic and integrative character education. This study underscores the need for support and training for PAI teachers to optimise their role and shows that religious education can significantly contribute to students' character building. Overall, PAI teachers at SMA Islam Al-Azhar 15 Semarang play an important role in shaping students' Pancasila profile, highlighting the significant contribution of religious education to students' character development.
