Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions on the Nevada brand at Matahari Department Store, Surakarta City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method (purposive sampling). The sample in this study were consumers of the Nevada brand at the Matahari Department Store who met the criteria, amounting to 100 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The results obtained from the t test results for brand image variable, t count > t table (4.814 > 1.894), in conclusion brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The t test for product quality is t count > t table (6.069 > 1.894), it can be concluded that product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. As for the price, the value of t count > t table (2.119 > 1.894), it can be concluded that the price variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously brand image, product quality, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, indicated by a significance F value of 0.000. Abstract

Fruits are one of the horticultural commodities that play an important role for the health of the body. Fulfillment of balanced nutrition needs to be done because good nutrition will go hand in hand with good health. Nutrition Guide for Balanced Diet is the principle of consuming daily foods that contain nutrients in the type and amount according to the needs of each person according to the age group. Early childhood is a child in the age range of 0 to 6 years old who has a golden age where children develop rapidly. Early childhood requires quality and creative social interactions so that children are motivated. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide education on the introduction of local Indonesian fruit commodities with social interaction learning methods to students at Permata Hati Preschool Surakarta City. The method used is social interaction learning so that students have the will to consume fruits as an effort to fulfill balanced nutrition that supports growth. The activities that have been carried out have resulted in students from the Permata Hati Preschool Surakarta City knowing local Indonesian fruits and having a willingness to eat fruit to support growth.

Abstract

The increasing growth of the industry now can cause competition in companies, one of which is the retail business. Where must be able to compete competitively to understand consumers. Companies need to implement more rigorous and innovative strategies in developing businesses, so as to meet the satisfaction of consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product completeness, and product prices on customer satisfaction at Swalayan xyz. This study uses quantitative methods, and sampling is a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type where sampling is done using certain considerations. The sample taken was 100 respondents. The study used multiple liner regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing which were analyzed using SPSS 25 software. This study has independent variables and dependent variables. Where the independent variable is Service Quality (X1), Product Completeness (X2), and Product Price (X3), for the dependent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction (Y). The results showed that (1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (2) Product Completeness has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (3) Product Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Service Quality, Product Completeness, and Product Price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

A leadership style that pays little attention to the fate of its members can lead to low employee performance. By understanding the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance, steps can be taken to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance. This study aims to determine whether Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) affect Employee Performance (Y) at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta. This study used 51 respondents with quantitative methods. Data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta. Sampling is done by non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results in this study are Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta. And partially Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

Nowadays, the development of the retail business in Indonesia has been increasingly rapid. This is marked by the presence of traditional markets which over time have been replaced by the emergence of modern markets with various types, giving rise to various types of retail shopping centers with different shapes and sizes. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of positive emotions between discounts and bonus packages on impulse purchases at Laris Toserba Sukoharjo. The population in this study were all visitors or consumers of Laris Toserba Sukoharjo and the number of samples used in this study were 97 respondents. The variables used in this study are price discounts, bonus packages, impulse purchases and positive emotions. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and uses SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that, bonus packages have a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases, bonus packages have a positive and significant effect on positive emotions, positive emotions have a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases and mediation of positive emotions has a positive and significant effect on bonus packages on impulse purchases.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work atmosphere and interpersonal conflict on employee performance at the Surakarta City Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil). The research population includes all employees of Dukcapil Surakarta, totaling 74 people. The variables studied include work atmosphere, interpersonal conflict, and employee performance. Data collection was conducted through a combination of primary and secondary data. Primary data collection methods used interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained through documentation. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling method with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach, and data processing was done using SmartPLS software. The results showed that. Interpersonal conflict and work atmosphere are proven to have a significant impact on the performance of employees of the Surakarta City Dukcapil Office.

Abstract

Electronic commerce or what is usually called e-commerce is a term used to describe the transaction process for products, services and information carried out using the Internet. With increasingly advanced e-commerce services, consumers can more easily access and order products from various places easily and quickly. This causes many companies to compete to create quality e-commerce services that consumers can trust in order to make things easier and add value to the product or company. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of online purchasing experience, service quality, and trust on Shopee e-commerce consumer satisfaction in Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency. The population in this research is Shopee e-commerce consumers in Giriwoyo District. This research used purposive sampling as a sampling technique, the number of samples obtained was 100 respondents. The results of this research show that Online Purchasing Experience (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Service Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Trust (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, and Experience Online Purchasing, Service Quality and Trust together have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency.

Abstract

Tourism is a very important sector in supporting economic development in Indonesia. The existing potential, natural resources, historical and cultural heritage can be developed into attractive leading tourist destinations that encourage tourists to make repeat visits to the same destinations. One of them is the Taru Jurug Animal Park in Surakarta City, Central Java. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of visitor satisfaction and motivation on the intention to return to the same destination. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey method for all tourists visiting Taru Jurug Surakarta Animal Park using a questionnaire. And using convenience sampling technique, with a total of 100 respondents. Then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of organizational culture, emotional intelligence and motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is mediated by employee performance. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. data collection techniques using a questionnaire using a 1-5 Likert scale. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents who were employees of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Surakarta. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on research results, organizational culture does not have a significant influence on the performance of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Surakarta employees, emotional intelligence and motivation have a significant influence on the performance of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Surakarta employees, organizational culture and emotional intelligence have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, motivation does not have significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, employee performance has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior not through mediated employee performance, emotional intelligence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through mediated employee performance.
