Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of shopping lifestyle and discounts on impulse buying among Shopee users in the Solo Raya area through the moderating variable self-control. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were Shopee users in Solo Raya and had made purchases at Shopee in the last 3 months. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling with 97 samples. Data collection is carried out online via Google Forms. Data analysis in this research used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) via SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research show that shopping lifestyle and discounts have a significant effect on impulse buying. The results of the self-control moderation analysis are able to moderate (strengthen) the influence of lifestyle shopping and discounts on impulse buying among Shopee users in the Greater Solo area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of motivation on employee performance through employee engagement as an intervening variable in the Surakarta City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office. The sampling method used saturated sampling with a total of 58 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing a questionnaire at the Surakarta DPMPTSP office. The analysis technique uses PLS (Partial Least Square) with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study show that motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, and employee engagement can mediate the influence of motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis ritel yang semakin ketat, sangat penting untuk mengembangkan strategi yang dapat menarik lebih banyak perhatian pembeli terhadap produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak promosi penjualan dan tampilan toko terhadap pembelian impulsif. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari 97 konsumen yang berbelanja di Matahari Departement Store Solo Grand Mall. Variabel yang diteliti mencakup promosi penjualan, tampilan toko, dan pembelian impulsif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) serta SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa promosi penjualan dan tampilan toko memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of disruption, diffusion, digitalization, and de-siloage on purchasing decisions. This research uses a primary data collection method, namely by distributing questionnaires where the population in this research is Shopee users in Surakarta City. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. With a sample size of 100 respondents. The analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results of this research show that disruption has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, diffusion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, digitalization has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and de-siloage has a positive effect and significant to purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The pace of the cosmetics/beauty product industry in Indonesia increases every year. In Indonesia there are several beauty product brands such as: Wardah, Sariayu, MS Glow, Emina, Somethinc, Avoskin, Lacoco, Azarine, PS Glow, Dear Me Beauty, Y.O.U Beauty, Purbasari, Scarlett Whitening, Madame Gie, Make Over. This research aims to analyze celebrity endorsement and product quality on purchasing decisions for Wardah products. The data used is primary and secondary data. The data collection method uses a questionnaire via Google Form. The analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling-Part Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The sampling technique uses a non-probability technique with purposive sampling type. A sample of 97 respondents was obtained. The data processing technique uses the SmartPLS 4.1 program. The variables in this research are the independent variables, namely celebrity endorsement and product quality, and the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. The research results show that celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of motivation and work discipline on work productivity at the Environmental Office. The population in this study comprises all employees of the Environmental Office, and the sample size used in this study is 51 respondents. The variables used in this research are work discipline, work productivity, and motivation. The data used in this study is primary data. The data collection method employed is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to strengthen and prove whether financial literacy can influence students' consumptive behavior. The use of e-wallet technology will also be examined to see how much influence it has on student consumption behavior with lifestyle as a moderating variable. The respondents for this research were 91 students. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the SmartPLS 4.0 program with an outer model to assess validity and reliability, and an inner model to see the predictive power of the structural model. The results of research based on calculations using SEM-PLS show that financial literacy has a positive and not significant influence on consumer behavior, electronic wallet has a positive and significant influence on consumer behavior, financial literacy has a positive and not significant influence on consumer behavior with lifestyle as a moderator, electronic wallet has an influence Positive and Significant on Consumptive Behavior with Lifestyle as a Moderation. The implication of this research is that the application of low financial literacy and high use of electronic wallets causes high consumer behavior of students with their consumptive lifestyle. Students should apply financial literacy knowledge and be wiser in using electronic wallets in order to reduce consumer behavior and consumptive lifestyles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in the City of Surakarta, influenced by the work environment and motivation. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration in the City of Surakarta, with the sample criteria being temporary employees (TKPK) who have worked for more than 6 months, resulting in a total sample of 49 employees. The data used in this study includes both primary and secondary data, collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The analysis technique employed is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and the data processing technique uses the SmartPLS4 program. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, while motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh keterikatan kebiasaan dan keterikatan emosional terhadap pembelian ulang di TikTok Shop, dengan mempertimbangkan niat beli ulang sebagai variabel penengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari orang yang telah melakukan pembelian berulang di TikTok Shop. Variabel yang digunakan adalah keterikatan kebiasaan, keterikatan emosional, niat beli ulang, dan pembelian ulang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Part Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan program SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan kebiasaan dan keterikatan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang dan pembelian ulang. Niat beli ulang juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian ulang serta memediasi pengaruh keterikatan kebiasaan dan keterikatan emosional terhadap pembelian ulang.Kata Kunci : Keterikatan Kebiasaan, Keterikatan Emosional, Niat Beli Ulang, Pembelian Ulang, SmartPLS4 ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify how habit attachment and emotional attachment influence repeat purchases on TikTok Shop, considering repurchase intention as a mediating variable. By understanding the factors that influence consumers to make repeat purchases on TikTok Shop, this research aims to provide valuable insights for TikTok Shop management in designing more effective marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty. The sample consists of people who have made repeat purchases on TikTok Shop. The variables used in this study include habit attachment, emotional attachment, repurchase intention, and repeat purchase. Data collection methods include observation and questionnaires, using both primary and secondary data. The analysis technique employs Structural Equation Modeling-Part Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS4 program. The results show that habit attachment positively and significantly influences repurchase intention and repeat purchase, emotional attachment positively and significantly influences repurchase intention and repeat purchase, and repurchase intention positively and significantly influences repeat purchase. Repurchase intention also positively and significantly mediates the relationship between habit attachment and repeat purchase, as well as between emotional attachment and repeat purchase.Keywords : Habbittual Attachment, Emotional Attachment, Repurchase Intention, Repeat Purchase, SmartPLS4

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengendalian persediaan dan perencanaan produksi, yang pada akhirnya akan mendukung peningkatan efektivitas persediaan produk dan kinerja operasional perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Peneliti yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif memahami bahwa mereka adalah instrumen utama dalam proses penelitian ini, dan mereka memiliki asumsi tentang deduktifnya pengujian teori, perlunya membangun perlindungan terhadap bias, serta kemampuan untuk mengontrol alternatif atau penjelasan kontrafaktual. Meskipun fokus pada deskripsi dan interpretasi, penelitian kualitatif juga memungkinkan untuk menghasilkan temuan yang dapat digeneralisasi dan direplikasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan sekunder yang metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, analisis data, reduksi data, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) dan menggunakan POM Forecasting. Secara keseluruhan, pengendalian persediaan bahan baku di PT. Batik Danar Hadi telah berjalan cukup efektif dengan penerapan metode-metode yang tepat seperti EOQ. Metode ini membantu perusahaan menentukan jumlah pesanan optimal, mengurangi biaya penyimpanan dan pemesanan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Hasil peramalan juga memberikan gambaran tentang akurasi model yang digunakan, dengan ukuran-ukuran kesalahan seperti Bias, MAD, MSE, dan MAPE yang rendah menunjukkan bahwa model peramalan memiliki ketepatan yang baik dalam memprediksi nilai aktual. Kata Kunci : Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku, Perencanaan Produksi, Economic Order Quantity, POM Forecasting ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to increase the efficiency of inventory control and production planning, which will ultimately support increasing the effectiveness of product inventory and the company's overall operational performance. Researchers who use a qualitative approach understand that they are the primary instrument in the research process, and they have assumptions about the deductiveness of theory testing, the need to build in safeguards against bias, and the ability to control alternative or counterfactual explanations. Although focused on description and interpretation, qualitative research also allows for the production of findings that can be generalized and replicated. The data used in this research is primary and secondary data whose data collection methods use observation, interviews, data analysis, data reduction and documentation. The analysis technique uses the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method and uses POM Forecasting. Overall, raw material inventory control at PT. Danar Hadi Batik has worked quite effectively with the application of appropriate methods such as EOQ. This method helps companies determine optimal order quantities, reduce storage and ordering costs, and increase operational efficiency. The forecasting results also provide an idea of the accuracy of the model used, with low error measures such as Bias, MAD, MSE, and MAPE indicating that the forecasting model has good accuracy in predicting actual values.
