Land rights are rights giving authority to the right holder to use the and get the benefit from it.the rights holders is limited by the regulation. Those who may obtain property citizens only and legal entities indonesia based on government regulation. Ownership of the land is hereditary right, strongest and fullest that can be held above the land. But often the ownership of the land has created problems in the communities. One of them is due to the occurrence of a inter-marriage would have an impact on the property over the land for inheritance in marriage a mixture. The law which occurs because the inheritance which causes the transfer of ownership of land did not require nationality, but the provisions of land restrict the ownership of property for land gave it to transfer a land rights over land inherited by foreigners. Then problem identification discussed in research is as follows: (a) how the process of intermarriages according to marriage law? ( b ) how the transition of ownership of the land because the inheritance in intermarriages? ( c ) how strong of property rights of the land because the inheritance in intermarriages? Research methodology used juridical approach is empirical research. Juridical empirical method, the research use approach to the problem, connected with the facts and law happens on the field. The research results show that the process was done based on marriage mingling law from the marriage was done. To ownership rights due to intermediate of the inheritance in marriage a mixture is the same with the transfer ownership rights as the other land inheritance. Along heir who performs marriage intervening who make a break to property by having them land rights.To the heirs who in marriage a mixture still heritage having land rights. If the heirs was for foreigners, they should release at most the due in a year time

Observations and measurements have been conducted towards a solar panel electric power output that is utilized by a solar tracking system. The electrical power output depends on the position of the sun and time and the direction of the panel surface against the angle of the incident light. For power optimization, the solar panel surface should always be directed perpendicular to the direction of the sunlight falling to the surface of the panel. The application of the solar tracking system controlled by a micro controller gives the expected results. The electrical power output of a static solar panel mounted on a fixed position becomes the benchmark of the output electric power value in this study. The measurement results of the electric power output of the solar panel with sun tracking system shows a significant increase in sunny weather conditions.The average increase of that is about 57.3%.Keywords: LDR, micro controller, optimal power output, performance improvment, sun tracking,

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi peternakan di Kecamatan Lopok yang masih bersifat tradisional dan belum adanya pasar hewan di Kecamatan Lopok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran yang dilalui oleh peternak dalam memasarkan ternak, margin setiap saluran pemasaran yang di lalui dan efesiensi pemasaran masing-masing saluran pemasaran yang ada di Kecamatan Lopok Kabupaten Sumbawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, responden penelitian ini adalah peternak kambing yang ada di Kecamatan Lopok kabupaten Sumbawa sebanyak 38 peternak, pedagang pengumpul yang membeli ternak diwilayah Kecamatan Lopok sebanyak 5 orang dan makelar ternak yang ada dilingkungan para peternak sebanyak 5 orang. Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut : (1) terdapat tiga saluran pemasaran ternak kambing di Kecamatan Lopok yang dilalui peternak dalam menjual ternaknya, saluran tersebut diantaranya (peternak - pedagang pengepul - konsumen), (peternak - makelar ternak - konsumen) dan (peternak -konsumen). (2) terdapat dua saluran pemasaran yang memiliki margin pemasaran, saluran pemasaran tersebut adalah (Peternak - Pedagang Pengepul - Konsumen) dengan margin sebesar Rp. 260.000,00, dan saluran (Peternak - Makelar Ternak - Konsumen) dengan margin sebesar Rp. 230.000,00. (3) Tingkat Efesiensi pemasaran yang paling baik adalah saluran pemasaran 3 (peternak - konsumen) dengan nilai 0,23% selanjutnya saluran pemasaran 2 (peternak - makelar ternak - konsumen) dan 1 (peternak -pedagang pengumpul - konsumen) dengan nilai 0,24% dan 0,26%.

This study aims to identify the role of Qur'anic dialogues in Surah Yusuf and use them to develop speaking skills. The researcher used a descriptive-analytical approach, by seeking information related to the topic to achieve results, analyzing those results and then applying them to develop proficiency in speaking. The dialogues contained in Surah Yusuf include sixteen dialogues. The various types of daily necessities for general public and the activities related to these items, lead people to think about the need for multifunctional wardrobe. Currently, there are many different types of wardrobe models sold on the market, one wardrobe design that remains much sought after is the modern minimalist style. The ability of a company to identify, understand customer needs, and be able to create a product quickly, is a challenge for furniture companies to meet the need for multifunctional and minimalist wardrobe. This research aims to provide a solution for developing a multifunctional and minimalist wardrobe concept, which can be used by furniture companies in facing these challenges. The multifunctional and minimalist wardrobe design was developed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, by creating a House of Quality (HOQ) to determine the technical parameters that provide the greatest priority value in efforts to develop the right product concept. As a results, the technical parameters that are the focus of designing this minimalist multifunctional wardrobe product are related to consumer needs and desires for affordable prices and minimalist sizes, that is: 'concept design', 'additional functions', and minimalist 'product dimensions'. Based on the priority of these technical parameters, the abstraction of the proposed wardrobe concept idea is: 'A minimalist multifunctional wardrobe design using strong materials at an affordable price, and having lots of storage space'.

Semantics is a field of study concerned with meaning. When speaking, meaning becomes the main issue. The understanding of meaning is an activity that cannot be separated from other linguistic studies. Therefore, knowledge of the relationship between linguistic symbols or language units and their meanings is essential for effective communication. This study aims to describe the acquisition of semantics in the noun class, verb class, adjective class, and function words of a child named Arsyad Ghani, aged 4 years and 8 months. The data collection method used in this research is the conversational method with the elicitation technique. The informant sampling technique is total sampling, with a total of 200 words analyzed. The data were collected through audio recordings using input media. The data analysis process consisted of five stages: data reduction (summarizing and selecting key points), data display (presenting data in tables, pictograms, and similar forms), data verification (to summarize conclusions), data analysis, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research conducted on Arsyad, his semantic acquisition in the noun class consisted of 67 words out of 90, in the verb class 34 words out of 50, in the adjective class 35 words out of 46, and in the function word class 13 words out of 16. Thus, Arsyad’s overall semantic understanding across all Swadesh word classes is 74.50%. Keywords: semantic acquisition, child aged 4 years and 8 months, psycholinguistics

This Community Service Program (PKM) demonstrates a community-based circular model for reducing household organic waste through the following flow: organic waste bank ? eco-enzyme ? eco-soap ? non-commercial testing education. The intervention was implemented for approximately two months in Danawinangun Village, Klangenan District (Cirebon Regency) as the pilot location; the resulting tools were packaged into a Replication Kit for Kanci Village, Astanajapura District (dissemination replication baseline). The evaluation design was descriptive pre-post, including 4–6 training sessions (production SOP, K3, and QC), production of ?4 test batches, and household use testing labeled “Test Samples Not for Sale”. The results show an increase in partner capacity: pre–post knowledge/skills 47.8 ? 82.4/100, 87% of participants passed the practical test, and SOP/K3 compliance was 92%. Product quality performance was stable: pH 7.5–8.0 (household cleaner/dishwash variants), foam stability ?24 hours, consistent viscosity through gradual addition of NaCl following the salt curve. Usability test (n=120 samples; 80% response rate) resulted in good acceptance (74% rated ?4/5). Early impact on household behavior (n=84) showed organic waste separation +29 points, reduction in burning ?23 points, and ownership of organic waste containers +29 points. Local institutions (Team Decree, weekly meetings, Log/QC/Batch Card forms) ensured traceability and rapid learning. Findings confirm that a simple, standardized, participatory upstream approach is feasible in the short term and ready for replication through the Kanci Replication Kit, without transactional elements in the initial phase.ABSTRAKProgram Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini menunjukkan model sirkular berbasis komunitas untuk pengurangan residu organik rumah tangga melalui alur bank sampah organik ? eco-enzyme ? eko-sabun ? uji guna non-komersial edukasi. Intervensi dilaksanakan selama ±2 bulan di Desa Danawinangun, Kec. Klangenan (Kab. Cirebon) sebagai lokasi pilot; perangkat hasilnya dikemas menjadi Replication Kit bagi Desa Kanci, Kec. Astanajapura (diseminasi baseline replikasi). Desain evaluasi bersifat deskriptif pra–pasca, mencakup pelatihan 4–6 sesi (SOP produksi, K3, dan QC), produksi ?4 batch uji, serta uji guna rumah tangga berlabel “Sampel Uji Tidak untuk diperjualbelikan”. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas mitra: pre–post pengetahuan/keterampilan 47,8 ? 82,4/100, 87% peserta lulus uji praktik, dan kepatuhan SOP/K3 92%. Kinerja mutu produk stabil: pH 7,5–8,0 (varian household cleaner/dishwash), stabilitas busa ?24 jam, viskositas konsisten melalui penambahan NaCl bertahap mengikuti salt curve. Uji guna (n=120 sampel; respon 80%) menghasilkan keterterimaan baik (74% menilai ?4/5). Dampak dini perilaku rumah tangga (n=84) menunjukkan pemilahan organik +29 poin, penurunan pembakaran ?23 poin, dan kepemilikan wadah organik +29 poin. Kelembagaan lokal (SK Tim, rapat mingguan, formulir Log/ QC/ Kartu Batch) memastikan traceability dan pembelajaran cepat. Temuan menegaskan bahwa pendekatan hulu, sederhana, terstandar, dan partisipatif layak diterapkan dalam horizon singkat serta siap direplikasi melalui Replication Kit Kanci, tetap tanpa unsur transaksi pada fase awal.

Dinas Sosial Kota Medan bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial dan memberikan perlindungan serta pelayanan kepada individu yang membutuhkan, termasuk melalui seksi rehabilitasi sosial penyandang disabilitas yang menangani bantuan seperti kursi roda, alat bantu dengar, tangan palsu, kaki palsu, dan tongkat. Instansi menyadari kendala dalam proses pengajuan alat bantu fisik terkait akses informasi persyaratan, proses manual yang lambat, kesulitan menilai kelayakan penerima manfaat secara efektif, dan risiko kecurangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun platform berbasis Website untuk pengajuan alat bantu fisik, dengan menerapkan algoritma Preference Selection Index (PSI) dalam menilai kelayakan penerima alat bantu fisik bagi penyandang disabilitas. Metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif, fokus pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap proses pengajuan alat bantu fisik serta evaluasi kelayakan menggunakan algoritma PSI. Implementasi sistem informasi ini diharapkan memberikan kemudahan bagi pegawai Dinas Sosial dan masyarakat, khususnya penyandang disabilitas, dalam mengakses dan mengajukan alat bantu fisik. Hasil penelitian berhasil mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Penentuan Kelayakan Penerima Alat Bantu Fisik bagi Penyandang Disabilitas dengan Algoritma PSI, dengan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses pengajuan dan penilaian kelayakan, diharapkan memberikan dampak positif terhadap pelayanan sosial di Dinas Sosial Kota Medan.

Objective: Ovarian cysts are commonly detected in pregnancy due to routine prenatal ultrasonography. Most are benign and resolve spontaneously, but some may cause complications, risking both mother and fetus. Case Report: A 23-year-old primigravida at 30-31 weeks of gestation presented for routine antenatal care. She had a history of laparotomy and left salpingo-oophorectomy at 11 weeks 3 days pregnant due to ovarian torsion. A 9.16 × 6.32 cm left ovarian cyst with a depth of 5.13 cm was detected early in pregnancy and managed conservatively. However, due to worsening pain, surgical intervention was performed. At the current visit, she was asymptomatic, and ultrasound confirmed a viable singleton pregnancy with normal fetal parameters. Vaginal delivery was recommended. Conclusion: This case highlights the importance of timely diagnosis and appropriate management of ovarian cysts in pregnancy. A balance between conservative monitoring and surgical intervention is crucial to ensure optimal maternal and fetal outcomes.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berperan penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional di Indonesia. Namun, sebagian besar masih mengandalkan kerja manual dengan peralatan sederhana, penataan ruang kerja yang kurang optimal, dan minim perhatian terhadap kesehatan dan kenyamanan pekerja, sehingga sering menimbulkan keluhan fisik yang berdampak pada penurunan produktivitas yang saat ini dirasakan oleh UMKM Rumah Hawwa sebagai mitra kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di bidang fashion muslimah dan aksesori. Penerapan ergonomi menjadi langkah strategis dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan nyaman. Melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, diharapkan prinsip ergonomi dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan, kenyamanan dan efisiensi kerja. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup observasi awal, penyuluhan, pembekalan materi, pelatihan, pendampingan penerapan ergonomi saat bekerja, serta evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Depok pada Mei–Juli 2025 dengan melibatkan empat orang karyawan Rumah Hawwa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pekerja sebesar 32,1% setelah dilakukan penyuluhan dan pendalaman materi. Implementasi prinsip ergonomi juga memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan, ditunjukkan melalui perubahan nyata dalam penataan area kerja, perbaikan postur tubuh saat bekerja, serta pengaturan penggunaan peralatan produksi. Perubahan tersebut berdampak langsung pada peningkatan kenyamanan dan efisiensi kerja, sekaligus mengurangi keluhan fisik seperti kelelahan dan nyeri otot yang sebelumnya dialami pekerja. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan ergonomi pada mitra Rumah Hawwa terbukti mampu meningkatkan produktivitas sekaligus mendukung keberlanjutan usaha UMKM melalui kondisi kerja yang lebih sehat dan optimal
