Abstract

Ringkasan Pandemi Virus Corona 2019 (Covid-19) menjadi pandemik global sejak awal tahun 2020. Kata kunci:Android, Covid-19, Donor, Konvalesen, Mobile Abstract The 2019 Corona Virus (Covid-19) pandemic has become a global pandemic since the beginning of 2020. Many people have been infected with this virus and also many lives have not been saved. One of the methods to provide treatment for Covid19 sufferers is using additional therapy by inviting people who have recovered from Covid-19 to become plasma donors, or called Convalescent Plasma Donors. Government in Indonesia provide facilities for this donation, but it is not uncommon for this convalescent plasma stock to be in short supply, and it is not uncommon for people to look for donors by using broadcasts via status on Social Media which ends in a series of questions and answers, as a result, Covid-19 sufferers are hampered from getting therapy through this method. To overcome this, the Convalescent Blood Plasma Donor Application was created to make it easier for Covid-19 sufferers who need Convalescent Plasma Donor therapy to get donors from who have met the requirements and then meet at the location point of the Hospital or PMI chosen by the patient. Thus the Convalescent Blood Plasma Donor application can make it easier to help Covid-19 sufferers who need donors for therapy KeyWords: Android, Covid-19, Donor, Konvalesen, Mobile

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract Agriculture is an economic sector that plays an important role in supporting the sustainability of human life, because farmers are the main actors in providing food and guaranteeing national food security. However, farmers' income is often not commensurate with the hard work and risks they face. Meanwhile, the results from the agricultural sector can also be used as industrial raw materials and a source of food, which makes this sector increasingly important, covering social, economic, environmental and institutional components and is expected to become a driver of economic sectors in rural economic development. The problem in this research is analyzing the onion farmers' income from the variables of price, labor, production and land area. The data used is primary data taken from 33 onion farmers from 4 jorong in Nagari Sirukam. The method used is multiple regression analysis. Temporary research results show that prices and production results have a positive and significant effect on onion farmers' income, meaning that if prices rise and production results increase, then onion farmers' income will increase. However, labor and land area are not significant. Keywords : pendapatan petani bawang, harga, luas lahan, pembangunan ekonomi pedesaan

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the differences between the career development of students with disabilities in private and public schools. It applied a comparative method involving 84 special education teachers teaching vocational education at the junior and senior high school levels. Career development was examined through the development perspective using three components: career awareness, exploration, and preparation. The first instrument was used to collect the demographic data, and the second instrument generated the teachers' perception of the career development of students with disability in the special schools. The obtained data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test. Our finding suggested that the career development of students with disabilities in private and public schools was not substantially different. Meanwhile, their career development based on their various disabilities also did not vary significantly. Interestingly, the students with intellectual disabilities presented narrower career development than those with other disabilities, primarily in the career preparation aspect. Our analysis showed that this finding could be caused by more significant hindrances encountered by the students with intellectual disabilities in relation to their self-determination. This research can be used as a basis for providing career services for the career development of students with special needs, both in private and public schools.

Abstract

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of the article is to evaluate and emphasize the role of primary health care (PHC) in managing hypertension. It systematically reviews the integration of various pharmacological, non-pharmacological, and technological strategies used in PHC to improve hypertension outcomes. By analyzing studies from different regions and methodologies, the article identifies effective interventions, challenges, and areas requiring improvement in hypertension management. Methodology: This review was conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) standard statement. Our search strategy used electronic databases, namely Pubmed, Scopus, and Google Schoolar. Journal searches were conducted in November 2024. Pubmed and Scopus searches used the search keywords "Primary Health Care" OR "Primary Care" AND "Hypertension" AND "Management". Results: Our search strategy identified a total of 2698 articles. After full-text reading, 19 relevant journals were found. Applications/Originality/Value: The article's originality lies in its comprehensive review of primary health care's (PHC) role in managing hypertension, integrating recent evidence (2019–2024) from diverse regions. It highlights the importance of combining medications, lifestyle changes, and technology (e.g., telemonitoring, ABPM) while addressing barriers like poor access, low adherence to guidelines, and socio-economic disparities. By focusing on practical solutions, such as better training, patient education, and programs like Indonesia's PROLANIS, the article offers valuable insights for improving hypertension management, particularly in low-resource settings, emphasizing a holistic, actionable, and globally relevant approach.
