Abstract

Pendidikan adalah bagian yang mendasar dalam kehidupan kita, hal ini dikarenakan pendidikan merupakan sebuah usaha yang dilakukan secara kesadaran yang bertujuan untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan mengembangkan manusia Indonesia sepenuhnya agar menjadi manusia yang berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri dan tanggung jawab hal tersebut secara langsung diberikan kepada seorang guru. Perjalanan seorang guru penggerak yang dilalui dengan berbagai tahapan seleksi menjadi seorang Calon Guru Penggerak hingga memperoleh predikat Guru Penggerak yang ke semuanya dilalui selama 9 bulan yang terdiri dari pelatihan kelas secara daring baik melalui Learning Management System (LMS) maupun tatap muka virtual yang dibimbing oleh fasilitator dan instruktur, lokakarya di mana sebuah pertemuan yang berkolaborasi antara sesama guru penggerak dan para pendamping/pengajar praktik hingga proses pendampingan individu yang dilakukan oleh pendamping/pengajar praktik selama pendidikan 9 bulan. Seorang Calon Guru Penggerak diharapkan dapat mengembangkan diri dan guru lain dengan refleksi, berbagi dan kolaborasi secara mandiri; memiliki kematangan moral, emosi dan spiritual untuk berperilaku sesuai kode etik; merencanakan, menjalankan, merefleksikan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran yang berpusat pada murid dengan melibatkan orang tua; berkolaborasi dengan orang tua dan komunitas untuk mengembangkan sekolah dan menumbuhkan kepemimpinan murid; mengembangkan dan memimpin upaya mewujudkan visi sekolah yang berpihak pada murid dan relevan dengan kebutuhan komunitas di sekitar sekolah.

Abstract

The role of governors in leading economic and social transitions in transforming regions of Indonesia is crucial to achieving sustainability and stable growth. This article explores the concepts of transformational leadership and adaptive leadership in the context of significant economic change, particularly in relation to reducing dependence on extractive sectors such as mining and fossil fuels. Drawing on existing literature, this article identifies the challenges faced by governors in leading their regions through the stages of start-up, turnaround, accelerated growth, realignment, and sustaining success. Through the application of Michael Watkins' STARS model and Heifetz's theory of adaptive leadership, this article offers a deeper understanding of how governors can manage the transition to a green economy and mitigate the social impacts of major change. In addition, this article also highlights the importance of collaboration between the public, private, and community sectors in creating policies that support long-term sustainability.

Abstract

This study examines how communities in the Muarajambi Temple area develop and apply digital literacy in promoting cultural tourism through social media. Despite growing adoption of digital platforms, community promotional practices remain inconsistent and largely undirected. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving eight informants from six local communities. Analysis followed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, with digital literacy assessed through the framework of Chodijah et al. (2022), encompassing internet searching, hypertextual navigation, content evaluation, and knowledge assembly. Findings reveal that community digital literacy has developed as a self-directed, adaptive, and experience-based collective practice. Communities utilize Instagram, TikTok, and websites through documentary, informative, and educational content patterns, yet face persistent challenges including inconsistent posting, limited devices, and the absence of strategic content planning. A critical gap was identified between stated practices and field observations, suggesting that interview statements partly reflect community aspirations rather than established behavioral routines. Strengthening community-based digital literacy through sustained training, internal accountability structures, and multi-stakeholder collaboration is key to building effective, innovative, and sustainable cultural tourism promotion

Abstract

This study analyzes service practices for pilgrim tourists in the Muaro Jambi Temple area as a cultural heritage-based religious tourism destination. A qualitative approach was employed, using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the Miles and Huberman Model alongside the 4A framework: attraction, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary services. The findings indicate that service practices have been implemented relatively well, supported by three main patterns: informative, mentoring, and facilitative. The area’s primary attraction lies in its historical and spiritual significance as a former center of Buddhist learning. Accessibility is generally adequate, although internal circulation requires improvement. Basic amenities are available but have not fully supported the spiritual needs of pilgrims. Ancillary services remain largely community-based and lack institutional integration. The study also identifies a pattern of devotional loyalty among the global Buddhist community, reflected in repeat visitation driven by strong spiritual attachment. Strengthening spiritually oriented services and integrated management is therefore essential for sustainable pilgrim tourism development. These findings contribute to a service quality framework tailored to heritage-based religious tourism contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan dalam layanan Video on Demand (VoD) berlangganan, dengan fokus pada layanan Netflix di Indonesia. Tiga variabel independen utama yang diteliti adalah Variety of Content, User Experience, dan Price Fairness dengan memperhatikan peran mediasi dari Customer Satisfaction. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei online kepada pengguna layanan Netflix di Indonesia, dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi dan analisis mediasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan Variety of Content, User Experience, dan Price Fairness secara signifikan mempengaruhi Customer Satisfaction. Selanjutnya, Customer Satisfaction juga memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty. Analisis mediasi mengungkapkan bahwa Customer Satisfaction memediasi hubungan antara faktor-faktor tersebut dan Customer Loyalty. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya Netflix untuk terus meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna, menawarkan beragam konten yang menarik, serta menjaga harga yang adil untuk mempertahankan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan mereka di pasar Indonesia yang kompetitif.
