Abstract

The current digital era tourist loyalty is indispensable by the company of offline travel agent because many emerging online travel agent and one way to maintain the loyalty by always pay attention to the satisfaction and trust of tourists. This research aims to determine the influence of satisfaction and confidence of tourists towards the loyalty of tourists in AntaVaya Tour & Travel Denpasar. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is a double linear regression analysis. Research findings suggest that from Test F and test T have positive results, it can be concluded there is a significant influence between satisfaction and confidence of tourists in AntaVaya Tour & Travel. Results of the determination of determinations obtained the result that the tourists trust variables more influential by 69.9% against tourist loyalty in AntaVaya Tour & Travel, while the satisfaction variables have an influence of 50.9% against the loyalty of tourists in the AntaVaya Tour & Travel.

Abstract

This study aims to identify Paylater's position in payments between tourists visiting Bali and the Traveloka as a tourism business, the legal relationship between Paylater consumers and Traveloka and payment practices with Traveloka Paylater facilities. On that basis, it was deemed necessary to conduct research on the legal challenges and opportunities of using Paylater in consumer transactions with Traveloka. The research conducted was normative legal research. Researchers used data collection tools in the form of a literature study or document study by examining OJK Regulation Number 77/POJK.01/2016. Traveloka's position in implementing Paylater can be seen in three aspects, namely: In electronic transactions, namely as an issuer (Article 1 number 6) where the issuer is a bank and an institution other than a bank. Financial Technology, Traveloka Paylater provides online agreements with its consumers. Consumer Financing, namely as a creditor who provides financing to the debtor in this case is the consumer. In the implementation of Paylater, the legal relationship that exists between Traveloka and the user is: The legal relationship of the agreement, where Traveloka is the provider of funds, while the user is the party using the funds with the payment agreement made on credit. The legal relationship of financing, namely Traveloka as a financing company and the users are the customers. The relationship between business actors, where Traveloka as a business actor is entitled to receive his rights through a business agreement made with the user.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi-potensi wisata yang dimiliki oleh destinasi pariwisata Kuta Lombok, kemudian akan dirumuskan strategi yang dapat diterapkan di destinasi pariwisata Kuta Lombok sehingga membantu proses pengembangannya menjadi lebih optimal. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode obsevasi artinya melakukan pengamatan langsung di Kuta Lombok (lokasi penelitian), wawancara mendalam artinya bertanya langsung kepada informan yang dipilih sudah dipilih, dan dokumenasi. Teknik penentuan informan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sedangkan untuk teknis analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriftif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil yang didapatkan melalui analisis deskriftif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT adalah bahwa potensi-potensi yang dimiliki oleh Kuta Lombok merupakan potensi yang harus dikembangkan, karena destinasi pariwisata Kuta Lombok memiliki potensi yang sangat potensial. Potensi wisata yang ada seperti, pemandangan laut dan pantainya, pemandangan matahari terbit dan matahari terbenam pemandangan alam yang meliputi perbukitan yang berbaris dan hijau. Sedangkan potensi sosial budaya yang terdapat di Kuta Lombok adalah terdiri dari keunikan tradisi dan budaya masyarakat setempat seperti upacara adat sasak, kesenian radisional, tradisi presean dan Bau Nyale. Melihat potensi-potensi yang dimiliki oleh Kuta Lombok berdasarkan hasil dari analisis SWOT dalam pengembangan destinasi pariwisata Kuta Lombok terdapat beberapa strategi yang bisa dilakukan dalam pengembangan destinasi pariwisata Kuta Lombok, strategi-strategi tersebut yaitu: strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata dan strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata yang dihasilkan oleh strategi strength–opportunity (S–O), strategi peningkatan keamanan dan kenyamanan yang dihasilkan oleh trategi strength–threat (S–T), strategi peningkatan kualitas lingkungan dan strategi promosi destinsi pariwisatayang dihasilkan oleh strategi weakness–opportunity (W–O), strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang dihasilkan oleh ytrategi weakness–threat (W–T).

Abstract

The perception of tourist about accessibility from Penelokan village to Toya Bungkah destination” has objective to known the tourist perceptions of accessibility in Toya Bungkah destination. Kinds data used are primary data and secondary data. The data was gain through observations, depth interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentations. Sampling was gain by purposive sampling to option the data of accessibility. The respondents was choose by using quota sampling. Analyzed the perception of tourist by using attitude scale (Likert scale) to measure the results. The result of the research showed that the tourist perceptions of accessibility to Toya Bungkah were : Condition about access from Penelokan to Toya Bungkah get average score was 3.10 is good enough, Quality of access from Penelokan to Toya Bungkah get average score was 3.20 is good enough, Comfortable of access from Penelokan to Toya Bungkah get average score was 3.14 is good enough, Condition transportasion after arrived from Penelokan to Toya Bungkah get average score was 3,48 is good, View at around access the tourist can see from Penelokan to Toya Bungkah get average score was 4.08 is good, Safety with the path from Penelokan to Toya Bungkah get average score was 3.50 is good, Perception of the tourist about Toya Bungkah get average score was 3.76 is good.

Abstract

Local community participation in managing of local industry is important to tourism development in Sentani City, Jayapura Regency, Papua. The purpose of this study is to determine the participation of local community in the tourism industry entrepreneurship in Sentani City. The informant determination technique used in this research was purposive technique and the data analyze technique used in research was qualitative descriptive. The study result showed that local people in Sentani, have impulsive participation in tourist attraction business, waterpark, rent boats, and handycraft business. Coersive participation in rent car business, tour and travel, restaurant, and accommodation business. Induced participation in tour guide business.

Abstract

Tourists visiting Bali diverse and consists of various nationalities. In this case the purpose of segmentation is done in order to target the right market to serve customers better and improve the name of Bali as a tourist destination. As for the more specific purpose, among others, to increase sales, improve market share, communication and promotion and strengthening the image. In this case the segmentation analysis is helpful to understand the needs and desires of purchasing power (needs, wants, and purchasing power). The purpose of this study was to determine differences in behavior, desires and lifestyles of foreign tourists visiting Bali. In conducting the survey questionnaire with a number of researchers spread respondent 138 people were divided on several continents, namely 54 respondents from Europe, 32 respondents from Asia, 30 respondents from Australia and 22 respondents from America. In this study data analysis using SPSS(statistical package for social science) version 20 with Microsoft Excel. The result showed that differences are significant third against segmentation surveyed: segmentation socio-economic demographic, psychographic, and behavior by continent. Travelers who originated from Europe prefer cultural tourism and stayed ? 6 days, travelers from Australia prefer beach activities and stayed more than 2 weeks, travelers from America also prefer beach activities and stayed ? 6 days, but Asia travelers showed they prefer Adventures activities when they visited Bali and stayed ? 6 days.

Abstract

Wisatawan lanjut usia memiliki potensi untuk melakukan kegiatan wisata, yang mana wisatawan pada usia ini telah mapan secara finansial serta memiliki waktu luang yang banyak. Wisatawan lanjut usia yang sedang berwisata ke Kawsan wisata Ubud memiliki keluhan mengenai kemacetan dan kurangnya toilet umum. Berdasarkan hal – hal tersebut maka dari itu perlu untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan wisatawan lanjut usia terhadap produk wisata di Kawasan Wisata Ubud dengan menggunakan konsep 4A yaitu atraksi, fasilitas, aksesibilitas, dan pelayanan tambahan. Fokus lokasi yang dijadikan tempat penyebaran kuesioner yaitu di Kelurahan Ubud. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan kepada wisatawan lanjut usia mancanegara yang berusia 55 tahun keatas sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan skala Likert, analisis tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja serta tingkat kesesuaian. Rata – rata tingkat kepuasan wisatawan lanjut usia terhadap produk wisata di Kawasan wisata Ubud adalah kurang puas dengan persentase sebesar 89,22%, dengan rata – rata tingkat kepentingan (Y) yaitu 3,99 yang berarti penting dan rata – rata tingkat kinerja (X) adalah 3,54 dengan artian baik. Sedangkan faktor – faktor yang dianggap penting dan perlu mendapatkan prioritas dengan tingkat kesesuaian yang kecil adalah kondisi trotoar, ketersediaan toilet umum, dan ketersediaan penunjuk arah menuju destinasi wisata. Saran yang dapat diberikan baik itu pemerintah, penyedia jasa wisata, dan masyarakat agar memperhatikan faktor – faktor yang anggap penting tersebut, dan menyediakan fasilitas khusus untuk wisatawan lanjut usia, serta dapat bekerjasama dengan beberapa pihak seperti travel agent sehingga dapat meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan lanjut usia ke Kawasan wisata Ubud.

Abstract

This Journal aimed to know the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment and opportunities as well as threats from the external environment and create strategies and marketing programs that can be applied in the Bali Easy Holiday. The technique data collection using observation, interview, questionnaire, the study of literature and documentation study. Sampling techniques using a purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis and Likert scale analysis. The results of this research are obtaining indicators of strengths and weaknesses of internal environment and the opportunities and threats of weaknesses in Bali Easy Holiday. Bali Easy Holiday gains 16 indicators of strengths and 4 indicators of weaknesses in Bali Easy Holiday. Bali Easy Holiday gains 9 indicators of opportunities 5 indicators of threats in Bali Easy Holiday. Marketing strategies can be applied to Bali Easy Holiday, namely : the creation of strategy and product development, market development strategies, promotion strategy, a strategy of improved human resources, the strategy of market penetration strategies, improvement of the quality of products and services and pricing strategies. This research has some advice for Bali Easy Holiday is to increase the intensity of promotion, provide ease reservations and payments to consumers, renew tour packages, provide affordable rates to customers and formed a marketing division.

Abstract

This research is aimed at to know the positive influence on the quality of service guides to tourist satisfaction mandarin Chinese. Sample in this study were 105 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire, interview, and literature study. Data were analyzed using analysis of Likert scale, validity, reliability, classical assumption (normality test, multicoloniarity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis (t test and f), the analysis of correlation and coefficient of determination. The result of analysis shows the fifth factor research (tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance) has a positive influence and significant to satisfaction rating of 51.2%. The test results of multiple linear regression analysis states that variable reliability has a positive coefficient 3,599 and greater influence to the satisfaction of Chinese tourists who visit the tourist attraction Uluwatu South Kuta Badung.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of using Bali Go Live Channel as media promotion digital of Bali Tourism by using EPIC Model approach. Effectiveness measurement is done by obtaining value of empathy dimension, persuation dimension, impact dimension, and communication dimension from digital promotion conducted by Bali Go Live Channel to know how effective promotion is done. Determination of samples in this study using accidental sampling method as much as 100 respondents tourists. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis, validity and reliability analysis, simple tabulation analysis, and EPIC Model analysis. From the results of quantitative descriptive analysis can be seen that the measurement of dimensions empathy, dimension persuasion, dimension impact, and dimension communication entered in the range of effective scale. The results of this study show the use of Bali Go Live Channel as a digital promotion media of Bali tourism declared effective. This is shown from the EPIC Rate of 3.98 which fall into the effective category.
