Abstract

Promotion mix is one way that can be done by the company to market a product or service. With promotion mix, consumers can find out information about a product or a tourist destination. One of the tourist destinations that carry out promotional mix activities is the M-Bloc Space Jakarta area. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotional scatter on the decision to visit M-Bloc Space Jakarta in the New Normal Era. The operational definition of the variables used in this study is the Promotional Mix which consists of four sub-variables advertising (X1), sales promotion (X2), public relations (X3) direct marketing (X4) and visiting decision variables (Y). Data was collected using observation, literature study, documentation and distributing questionnaires with the help of google form to 85 respondents with purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the promotion mix variables which consist of advertising (X1), public relations (X3) and direct marketing (X4) affect the decision to visit M-Bloc Space Jakarta. While the sales promotion variable (X2) has no effect on the decision to visit M-Bloc Space Jakarta. Furthermore, based on the results of the F test, it shows that the promotion mix variable simultaneously influences the decision to visit M-Bloc Space Jakarta in the New Normal Era with a coefficient of determination value of 63% and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

There has been a decline in domestic visits due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which has created a crisis in Bali Bird Park as a conservation area. The crisis due to the Covid 19 pandemic makes the attraction of animal conservation must strive to get income, not only the income sought by tourist satisfaction also needs to be considered. This research aims to find out the level of satisfaction of domestic tourists in Bali Bird Park during the Covid 19 pandemic. Referring to service management and Adaptation of New Habits (AKB) adapted to health protocols, the expected results can show the priority of the level of satisfaction of archipelago tourists when visiting in the new normal. This study was conducted at Bali Bird Park using 90 respondents determined based on the concept of Supranto (2011) indicator multiplied by 5, the sample in this study was selected using the purposive sampling method. The data was collected through questionnaires distributed to tourists who had been to Bali Bird Park during the Covid 19 pandemic, then analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis. The results of this study are: 1) The level of satisfaction of archipelago tourists in Bali Bird Park during the Covid 19 pandemic was in the category of less satisfied overall. During the Covid 19 pandemic, health attributes and health protocols were assessed as top priorities by travelers. Priority that takes precedence in improvement is the ability of employees to communicate, and employees provide fast / responsive service. 2) The priority service attributes desired by tourists during the Covid 19 pandemic are the ability of employees to communicate and employee budget in serving. So this research had recommendation to Bali Bird Park the need to educate employees, in order to be able to provide responsive services.

Abstract

In this comprehensive study, the focus revolves around delineating the intricate dynamics between service quality, hotel image, tourist satisfaction, and loyalty within the context of Artotel Group Hotel Bali. The pivotal role of service quality emerges as a central theme, elucidating that the realization of good service quality hinges upon the proficiency of human resources. The study underscores the significance of competent personnel in achieving maximum service values, which is further augmented by the presence of well-equipped infrastructure and facilities. Drawing on the theoretical framework of satisfaction, the researchers employ a quantitative descriptive method to delve into the nuances of these interconnections. Unveiling the outcomes of their investigation, the study propounds that both service quality and the hotel image wield a positive and statistically significant impact on tourist satisfaction during their sojourn at Artotel Group Hotel Bali. This illuminates a direct correlation wherein heightened service quality and a positive hotel image contribute to an elevated level of satisfaction among tourists residing at Artotel Group Hotel Bali. Consequently, the study not only underscores the critical importance of service quality and hotel image but also establishes a concrete link between these factors and the overall satisfaction of tourists, providing valuable insights for enhancing the hospitality experience at Artotel Group Hotel Bali.

Abstract

Glamping activities have become one of the trends in the world of tourism, making many tourism industry managers compete in fulfilling this trend. Taman Danu Camp is one of the Glamping areas in Bedugul. The existence of this competition makes Taman Danu Canp have to maximize marketing strategies to increase sales of Glamping rooms. This study used data collection techniques, namely observation, library studies, questionnaires, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to obtain data. The results showed that the marketing strategy at Taman Danu Camp, SO (strength Opportunity) Strategy: strategies to increase and maintain excellence and strategies to expand market share. WO (weakness opportunity) strategy: a strategy to improve product quality and a strategy to improve service quality to tourists. ST strategy (strength threats): strategies to maintain a positive image of Glamping both in the community and in the perception of tourists and strategies to expand cooperation. WT (weakness threats) strategy: strategies to improve the quality of products and services and strategies to improve the quality of resources.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the internal and external factors of the development of tourism and the creative economy of the city of Surakarta, so that it can be seen the right strategy to develop tourism based on the creative economy. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Qualitative descriptive analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis, IFAS and EFAS matrix analysis, and SWOT analysis were selected in this study. The internal environment was analyzed based on 4A potentials (attractions, amenities, accessibilities, and ancilliary) while the external environment was analyzed based on PEST factors (Political, Economic, Social and Technological). The scores obtained on the IFAS and EFAS metrics are in the category of Aggressive strategy, and the short-term strategy that can be applied is the SO (Strength - Opportunity) strategy.

Abstract

Tourism is defined as a variety of tourist activities supported by various facilities and services provided by society, entrepreneurs, and governments. Bali is an icon of tourism in Indonesia. One of the famous tourist attractions in Bali is Bali Bird Park. This tourist attraction was closed for three months, that resulted in a decrease in the number of tourist visits. With the decrease tourist’s visit, management of tourist attractions must carry out strategies, especially in marketing, so that tourist visits, especially from Nusantara’s tourists, to the Bali Bird Park remain stable even though it is still in the new normal era. This research uses qualitative data analysis techniques, included the SWOT matrix and created a SWOT diagram, to determine the company’s strategic position. The technique of sample determination used purposive sampling with a total of 123 respondents. The results showed that the total score of Strength was 1.86 and Weakness was 0.55. For Opportunities was 1.94 and Threats was 1.17. From the total subtraction between strength and weakness, the result is 1.31, while the total subtraction between opportunity and threats is 0.77. The SWOT diagram shows that the company’s strategic position is in quadrant I, which means in a growth-oriented position, so the marketing strategy that can be implemented is an aggressive strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the tourism potential in Negeri Amahusu. Even though it has abundant potential, there is one natural tourist attraction in the form of beach tourism, which has not yet been used as a destination. Several historical/cultural tourist attractions are also currently it has not been used as tourist destinations. Even the local government lack of role sees these tourist attractions and related to the community has minimal awareness of the development of these tourist destinations. Based on the explanations that have been presented, the authors conducted research with the formulation of the problem, namely; 1) What are the potentials in Negeri Amahusu in terms of natural tourism potential in the form of beach tourism, cultural tourism, culinary tourism, historical tourism or religious tourism, to develop community-based tourism destinations, 2) What are the efforts or strategies made by the government and community in the development of community-based tourism destinations. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods, using data collection techniques in the form of interviews with several informants from both the Negeri Amahusu and the Ambon City, in this case, the Ambon City Tourism and Culture Office and the local community. The study results show that there are natural tourist attractions in the form of beach tourism and historical tourist attractions which until now have not been used as tourist destinations until now. There is a lack of attention from the local government regarding this matter and the lack of public understanding related to the existing tourism potential in developing this tourism.

Abstract

Kehadiran teknologi informasi yang semakin canggih berimplikasi pada munculnya berbagai inovasi dan kreativitas, dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan dari teknologi informasi tersebut. Salah satu yang sedang berkembang pesat yakni virtual tour sebagai pengganti perjalanan wisata ke suatu tempat secara langsung, yang dibawa ke dalam sebuah layar baik menggunakan device berupa laptop, PC, maupun mobile phone. Daya Tarik Wisata Sungai Taman Pancing sebagai salah satu DTW di Kota Denpasar yang baru saja wisata, salah satunya beriwisata susur sungai, Melihat tren virtual tour yang berkembang baik di Indonesia maka pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, yang berperan sebagai pemandu wisata diberikan pelatihan virtual tour. Daya Tarik WIsata ini memiliki keunikan, yakni sebagai daya Tarik wisata susur sungai dimana memiliki berbeagai macam atraksi wisata didalamnya saat ini masih dipertahankan berpotensi untuk mengembangkan virtual tour. Pada kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini, keleompok ini diberikan pelatihan dalam pemasaran secara digital serta meningktakan pelayanan dalam kepariwisataan terhadap wisatwan yang sedang berkunjung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of educational programs that can increase cultural awareness and tourism ethics in Puri Gede Kaba-Kaba. The qualitative research method focuses on collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation of thoughts to gain an in-depth understanding of the research subject. Through the Milles and Huberman data analysis method, this research identified implied meanings and comprehensive categorization of data, which was then interpreted to reveal relationships between categories. The research results show that the educational program developed successfully integrates the concept of Eudaimonia, Kant's deontological view, and Kohlberg's theory of moral development in character education. The program effectively teaches respect for local culture, environmental responsibility, and social awareness and contributes to preserving cultural heritage and the environment. This research concludes that comprehensive character education can improve moral character and wise decision-making among tourism actors and visitors, with direct implications for increasing the positive benefits of the tourism industry for local communities. The implications of this research also include recommendations for implementing similar educational programs in other tourism locations, involving more comprehensive collaboration with educational institutions and using social media to promote and evaluate tourism culture and ethics education activities.

Abstract

Tourists choose destinations to visit based on the description of the destination. If visitors feel satisfied with the tourist spot, they will visit the destination again and will then provide recommendations to other people. Destination image is not only a destination attribute, but also the overall impression displayed by the destination. The Eka Karya Bali Botanical Gardens is a unique place on the island of Bali that combines botanical research, plant conservation, education, and recreation and has a good rating from tourists as proven by the results of reviews on Google Reviews, many tourists gave positive comments. However, apart from positive reviews, there are also many negative reviews from tourists who have visited the Eka Karya Bali Botanical Gardens due to the environmental conditions being poorly maintained and the prices being quite expensive. Based on this negative assessment, this research was carried out to see the truth about the Eka Karya Bali Botanical Gardens. This research aims to determine the image of the Eka Karya Bali Botanical Garden destination among tourists. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire, then the sample determination technique used accidental sampling, namely determining respondents based on anyone who was met by chance at the research location. The sample in question was tourists who visited the Eka Karya Bali Botanical Gardens, totaling 240 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive, then hypothesis testing using professional smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this research conclude that destination image has a significant influence on satisfaction, satisfaction has a significant influence on intention to visit again, destination image has a significant influence on intention to visit again, satisfaction has a significant influence on intention to visit again, and destination image has a significant influence on intention to visit again. through tourist satisfaction.
