Abstract

This study focuses on exploring how financial ability and human resource quality influence the financial performance of MSMEs, both directly and indirectly thru financial management as a mediating variable. This study applied a quantitative method survey approach with emphasis on primary data from questionnaires distributed to 125 MSME actors. Data analysis employed SPSS statistics with a multiple linear regression model and the sobel mediation test. The research the results show that financial literacy and human resource quality Provides a positive and meaningful contribution to financial performance. Financial management acts as a partialintervening variabel, strengthening the influence of financial literacy and human resources on financial performance. This investigation implies that improving financial ability and the quality of human resources, supported by good financial management practices, can enhance the financial performanceofSMEs.

Abstract

Hepatitis C is a virus infection of the liver that can lead to severe complications, including cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Despite the existence of established principles, there remains a prevalence of erroneous comprehension within the populace regarding this subject. The possession of knowledge by the general population is of paramount importance in the efforts to prevent and control hepatitis C. The objective of this study is to ascertain the level of knowledge of the residents of Pulo Gebang Residential Complex in Cakung, Jakarta Timur, with regard to hepatitis C. The nature of the research is quantitative descriptive, with a quota sampling technique employed to determine the sample size. The total number of respondents included in the study was 96. The collection of data was achieved through the utilisation of a questionnaire. The findings indicate that the majority of respondents are female (76%), aged between 18 and 59 years (83.3%), have a secondary education (50.1%), and are not employed (56.2%). The level of knowledge of the respondents was categorised as follows: 47.9% of respondents demonstrated a satisfactory level of knowledge, 33.3% demonstrated an adequate level of knowledge, and 18.8% demonstrated an insufficient level of knowledge. Nevertheless, a misperception remains regarding the manner of transmission and the existence of a vaccine. It is imperative that education on the subject is sustained in order to enhance public awareness and understanding of hepatitis C.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut mahasiswa untuk memiliki kemampuan literasi digital yang kuat agar tetap kompetitif di era digital. Namun, banyak mahasiswa di SMK Bangun Nusantara yang masih mengalami keterbatasan dalam keterampilan penerbitan digital dan pengembangan portofolio online. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital mahasiswa melalui pelatihan pembuatan website portofolio sederhana menggunakan Google Sites sebagai media untuk mempublikasikan karya dan membangun identitas profesional awal. Program ini menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis praktik partisipatif (belajar sambil melakukan) yang dilakukan selama periode satu bulan. Peserta terdiri dari 25 mahasiswa dari program Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ), didukung oleh guru mata pelajaran yang produktif dan tim dosen dari Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Buddhi Dharma. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi pengenalan publikasi digital yang etis, demonstrasi fitur Google Sites, praktik langsung terstruktur dalam mengembangkan halaman situs web seperti profil dan portofolio, dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan struktur navigasi dan kualitas konten hingga publikasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan siswa untuk merancang dan mengelola situs web pribadi yang berisi profil diri dan portofolio digital. Siswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan kemandirian dalam mengatur informasi dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip dasar keterbacaan dan konsistensi visual. Selain itu, program ini menghasilkan modul pelatihan berbasis cloud yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru untuk mendukung pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan secara efektif memperkuat implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan menumbuhkan budaya publikasi digital di lingkungan sekolah vokasi.

Abstract

This article executes a paradigmatic shift in jinayat verse hermeneutics, reinterpreting Islamic criminal law from punitive legal texts to potent moral education sources. The dominant legal-formalist paradigm, focused on punishment ('uqūbah), proves inadequate for contemporary digital moral crises. Employing a theo-pedagogical framework grounded in Maqāṣid al-Sharī'ah philosophy and utilizing Tafsīr Tarbawī methodology, this research demonstrates that Qur'anic prohibitions contain profound pedagogical purposes ('ibrah). Using Tafsīr Tarbawī methodology, this study extracts fundamental principles from verses concerning adultery, theft, false accusation, retaliation, and rebellion, identifying relational ethics, economic integrity, information responsibility, restorative justice, and civic cohesion. These principles synthesize into a three-pillar digital character education framework addressing cybercrime, disinformation, cyberbullying, and online exploitation. The principal contribution is a comprehensive Qur'an-based educational model transforming scriptural threats into transformative lessons, providing robust moral foundations for cyberspace integrity.
