This study aims to determine the effect of mind-mapping to enhance high school’s student career exploration in guidance group setting. This study use a single subject design with multiple baseline across subject models. The subjects of this study are eight (8) high school students in 10th grade. The data collection instruments in this study are the recording frequency of career exploration (sub components narrowing choices, specifies a vocational choice, and deciding an action implementation), career exploration skill instruments, and treatment instruments in the form of career guidance group guidebooks. The results shows that mind-mapping can be implemented to enhance the students career exploration skill, that is the all subjects’ first sub component exploration skills (narrowing choices) in group data shows average baseline 13.27 increased to 30.86; the second sub component (specifies a vocational choice) shows average baseline 9.67 increased to 22.18; and the third sub component (deciding an action implementation) shows average baseline 13.42 increased to 20.26. The results affirm that the use of mind-mapping is effective to enhance the exploration skills of high school students.

The purpose of this study was to determine and test whether the mechanism of good corporate governance (board of commissioners, independent commissioners, institutional ownership, managerial ownership and audit committee) and financial variables were measured by financial ratios such as liquidity, leverage, profitability and activity. have an influence on firm value. In property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses 135 property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which were selected using the purposive sampling method in the period 2018 to 2020. The data in this study were analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the board of commissioners, institutional ownership, and activities have an effect on firm value. Meanwhile, independent commissioners, managerial ownership, audit committee, liquidity, leverage, and profitability have no effect on firm value.

This research aims to determine the effect of corporate governance on tax avoidance as measured by the expertise or financial background of the audit committee, independent commissioners, executive compensation, public share ownership structure, largest share ownership structure, company size, and company performance. The sample in this research is a manufacturing company in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2020. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method by applying certain criteria to obtain 152 samples consisting of 38 companies. The method used in this research is quantitative method with classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The result showed that the company’s performance had an effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, the audit committee’s expertise or financial background variables, independent commissioners, executive compensation, public share ownership structure, largest share ownership structure, and company size did not have an effect on the tax avoidance variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of the characteristics of good corporate governance as measured by the proportion of the board of commissioners, the proportion of independent commissioners, the proportion of the audit committee, institutional ownership, and disclosure of social responsibility on the financial performance of infrastructure companies as measured by return on equity (ROE). The sample in this study were infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method by applying certain criteria to obtain 80 samples consisting of 16 companies. The method used in this research is quantitative method with classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the characteristics of good corporate governance in the form of the proportion of the board of commissioners and the disclosure of social responsibility (CSR) affect the company's financial performance which is reflected in the return on equity (ROE). Meanwhile, the proportion of independent commissioners, the proportion of audit committees, and institutional ownership have no effect on the company's financial performance.

This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between liquidity, profitability, sales growth, leverage, and activity ratios on firm value in the Property and Real Estate Sub-Sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. The population of this research is all property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period, totaling 174 companies. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method, which obtained 122 companies as research samples for three years of observation (2018-2020). Multiple linear regression analysis was used as data analysis. The results revealed that profitability, sales growth, leverage, and activity ratios had an effect on firm value, while liquidity had no effect.

The value of a company is determined by financial decisions such as investment, financing, and dividend policy. Shareholders have a strategy to increase their wealth by increasing the value of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability, activity, and firm size on firm value. The measure of firm value used in this study is PBV. The application used to process the data in this research is SPSS 21. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study found 153 which is data for 3 years, namely 2018-2020. The results of this study indicate that there are 2 independent variables that have a positive effect on firm value, namely profitability and activity. While the other 3 independent variables, namely liquidity, leverage, and firm size have no effect on firm value.

This purpose of this study analyzed the effect of Managerial Ownership Structure (SKM), Financian Performance (ROA), Financian Risk (RK) on Real Earnings Management. The study is based on secondary data from the annual financial statements on banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The data are taken from the website.idx.co.id. Sampling method used purposive sampling and the analysis method used multiple regression. The result showed that the SKM and RK variables have no effect on Real Earnings Management while the ROA variable has a significant effect on Real Earnings Management. The implication result of this study was the possibility of earnings having low quality and encouraging earnings management.

Salah satu indikator kebagusan perencanaan proses pemesinan (machining)adalah dengan mengetahui rasio pemampatan tebal geramh. Diusahakan hsekecil mungkin agar temperatur pemotongan dan daya pemotongan jugakecil. Telah dilakukan pengujian pemotongan material baja S45C, VCN, danstainless steel menggunakan pahat karbida, untuk memperoleh data h. Nilaih dapat ditentukan dengan pengukuran tak langsung karena volume calongeram maupun geram tetap. Besaran yang diukur pada pengujian ini adalahpanjang geram sebelum terpotong (L) dan panjang geram (Lc). Hal ini bisadilakukan dengan cara memberi alur sempit pada benda kerja silindriksehingga geram akan terputus bila melewati alur tersebut. Variabel prosesnyaadalah putaran spindel, tiga tingkat, sedangkan gerak makan dan kedalamanpotong konstan. Dari data dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecepatan potongberpengaruh terhadap nilai rasio pemampatan tebal geram. Dari ketigamaterial yang diuji baja tahan karat adalah yang terbaik.h

The Indonesian government in facing the war against COVID-19 has taken various policies, one of which is the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), this PPKM suppresses household activities and company productivity in the form of restrictions on community movement and company operations, resulting in a decrease in household and company consumption, a decrease in income business and a decrease in the demand for labor. The tangible form that can be seen from the impact of covid on the economy that can be seen today is the incident termination of employment (PHK). The purpose of this research is to mknow the conditions and potential of workers affected by termination of employment (PHK). In the informal sector in Pekalongan City in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research type, with data sources obtained from informants, namely workers affected by layoffs and in the data analysis process, several stages are carried out, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study state that every worker who is laid off must survive in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic by utilizing their potential by utilizing assistance from the Government and other organizations or institutions for mastery and use of technology and the internet such as social media, marketplace, dropshipper, trading, youtuber, online motorcycle taxis, partners in go food.

Motivasi belajar siswa SMK Gajah Mungkur 1 Wuryantoro dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar fisika masih rendah dibandingkan saat mengikuti kegiatan belajar mata pelajaran produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menentukan karakteristik modul pembelajaran elektronik berbasis kontekstual untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa; 2) menentukan kelayakan modul pembelajaran elektronik berbasis kontekstual untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa; 3) menganalisis efektivitas modul elektronik fiska berbasis kontekstual terhadap motivasi belajar siswa; 4) menganalisis efektivitas modul elektronik fisika berbasis kontekstual terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Pengembangan modul pembelajaran elektronik berbasis kontekstual ini termasuk jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan 4-D Model Thiagarajan yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: tahap pendefinisian (define), tahap perencanaan (design), tahap pengembangan (develop), dan tahap penyebaran (disseminate). Modul divalidasi oleh 2 dosen ahli (ahli materi dan ahli media), 1 guru berkualifikasi magister (ahli bahasa), 2 peer reviewer dan 2 reviewer. Modul pembelajaran elektronik berbasis kontekstual yang dikembangkan diujicoba terbatas pada 10 orang siswa kelas XII TKR 1. Setelah direvisi, modul pembelajaran elektronik berbasis kontekstual diujicoba skala besar pada 35 siswa kelas XI TKR 4. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) karakteristik modul elektronik fisika berbasis kontekstual yaitu berupa modul elektronik yang menggunakan tujuh komponen pendekatan kontekstual yang mampu mengaitkan materi pelajaran fisika dengan materi pelajaran produktif; 2) modul elektronik fisika berbasis kontekstual layak digunakan berdasarkan hasil validasi dan dianalisis menggunakan cut off score dengan persentase keidealan 88,0 %, hasil angket keterbacaan modul oleh siswa modul layak digunakan (80,52%) dan hasil respons guru dalam tahap penyebaran modul layak digunakan (91,67 %); 3) modul elektronik fisika berbasis kontekstual efektif meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa berdasarkan hasil N-gain score sebesar 0,61 dengan kategori peningkatan sedang; 4) modul elektronik fisika berbasis kontekstual efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa berdasarkan hasil N-gain score sebesar 0,55 dengan kategori peningkatan sedang dan 77% siswa memperoleh nilai KKM.
