Abstract

This study aimed to determine how the material of political socialization mechanisms and patterns on the participation of first-time voters in the regional head elections in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. This study  used qualitative research with descriptive type. The number of informants in this study were 6 people who determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the political socialization of the participation of first-time voters in the regional head elections in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency was optimal. community and society. In the material stage of political socialization, the sub-district election committee had been optimal, such as holding social media networking and providing all education to novice voters and the public and still implementing health protocols that had been implemented by the government. Then at the stage the political socialization mechanism was optimal, the sub-district committee conducted it in every village to recruit new voters. Keywords: Political Socialization, Beginner-voter participation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Program Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat di Kecamatan Masalle Kabupaten Enrekang yang merupakan bentuk penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran sebagai bentuk data yang dikumpulkan dari lapangan secara objektif dengan tipe deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dengan sejumlah informan. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program Germas dalam menetapkan sasaran atau sasaran sudah tepat sasaran, yang diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat di Kecamatan Massalle. Sosialisasi program dilakukan oleh tim pelaksana di lokasi-lokasi yang telah ditentukan untuk program Germas untuk melaksanakan sosialisasi di masing-masing Kelurahan/Kelurahan sasaran agar puskesmas bekerjasama dengan aparat di Kecamatan Massalle dapat menyampaikan maksud dan tujuan program ini kepada masyarakat. Program GERMAS sejalan dengan tujuannya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, kemauan dan kemampuan masyarakat untuk berperilaku sehat dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas hidup.

Abstract

This study is to find out how to apply and describe and analyze Learning Organizations at the Center for Training and Development of Government Management Studies Makassar State Administration. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research that is sourced from primary and secondary data. The result of the research shows that the learning organization at Puslatbang KMP LAN RI Makassar is 1) learning organization that supports the implementation of the organization, namely learning culture, namely learning culture that prioritizes sharing. process, namely employees are given the opportunity to become facilitators in a training tools and techniques, namely the facilities can be said to be good and learning methods and learning methods such as interactive learning,  skills and motivation namely employees are forced to catch up so that they can improve the individual abilities of employees.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the Responsiveness of State Civil Apparatus in the E-KTP Service at the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Enrekang Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative method with a type of research. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using an interactive analysis model. The results of the study show that the responsiveness of state civil servants in e-KTP services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Enrekang Regency has not been maximized because there are several aspects, such as: the aspect of service speed and the ability to respond to complaints is still not optimal because there are still complaints from the community concerned rather than that aspect. However, in terms of the accuracy of the service, it has been said that this is the maximum, seen from the absence of public complaints regarding the accuracy of the aspect of the accuracy of the service.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the partnership between the community and the government in the procurement of raw materials at the Camming Sugar Factory, Bone Regency. The number of informants in this study were 6 people. This study uses a qualitative type with a phenomenological type of research, which is a form of research that emphasizes the subjectivity of human life experience to reveal events or facts, phenomena, and circumstances that occur during the research. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the form of partnership pattern that is carried out between partner farmers and the Camming Sugar Factory is a plasma core partnership pattern in which PG Camming is the core party and partner farmers are the plasma party. The results of the study also indicate the level of satisfaction of partner farmers with the partnership pattern with the Camming Sugar Factory. The partnership built between sugarcane farmers and the Camming Sugar Factory is to make contract agreements, provide professional services and assistance, not to give special rewards between sugar cane farmers and Camming Sugar Mills. They establish a partnership relationship by mutually benefiting without anyone being harmed. Keywords: Partnership, Commitment and Communication.

Abstract

This study purposed to explain the implementation of the Village Financial System Application at the Moncobalang Village Office, Barombong District, Gowa Regency. This study qualitative research with data collection techniques used interview, observation and literature study. The data was analyzed interactively which took place continuously until the data saturated. The results shower that in the implementation of the village financial system, in terms of policy content and policy environment, it had been implemented properly, but there were still some obstacles that occured, such as a lack of adequate human resources (HR) so that the financial management process was not optimal. In order for the implementation of the siskeudes had run well, the government had to hold regular training and guidance for the siskeudes.Keywords: Implementation of Siskeudes, Village Financial Management.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the performance of employees at Jejak7kaos Celebes Screen Printing Office in the City of Makassar. This study used a qualitative research methods and the type of research used descriptive. Data collection techniques were observation and interviews. The results showed  four quality indicators, namely by looking at the discipline of employees, discipline at work (coming on time, doing the job properly and correctly) and utilization of facilities (use of tools). printing equipment properly and correctly). Quantity, to improve employee performance in need of a motivation. Motivation could be seen form of additional salaries, vacations, and other gifts that could increase the ability and willingness of employees to work. Punctuality, on time to come to the office and on time in finishing his work. Effectiveness, the ability to use the raw materials used, for example the use of computers, printers, and other printing equipment.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the leadership style of the head at Makassar city fire department. The study  used qualitative, with 6 informants. Data collection techniques used the method of direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that transformational leadership seen from charisma, inspiration, intelligence, and individualism had run well  because the head of the department used it been in every  conditions and situations faced when leading. While the ability of employees and members of the Makassar city fire service team personnel showed that they worked optimally without having directions from the Makassar city fire department head because they already had their main duties and functions according to their respective fields.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how the influence of organizational culture variables on employee performance variables at Hadji Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital, Takalar Regency. This study used quantitative research methods. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with a simple linear regression formula. Then the data was explained in the form of tables, frequencies, pictures, and narrative processed data with the help of IBM SPSS Version 22. The results of this study showed that there was an insignificant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. From the analysis, it concluded that organizational culture had a very weak influence on employee performance, this could be seen from the results of the determination test, it was known that the R2 value was 0.048, which meant 4.8%, which indicated that organizational culture was influenced by employee performance and the rest was influenced by other variables. Which meant the values in organizational culture such as: individual initiative, tolerance for risk, supervision, management support and communication patterns did not contribute to improving employee performance.Keywords: influence, organizational culture, employee performance

Abstract

This study purposed to find out how the quality of service of regional water supply companies (PDAM) in Makassar City, customer satisfaction, and the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction of regional water supply companies (PDAM) in Makassar city. This study used quantitative descriptive research, while the data collection techniques used  observation, questionnaires and documentation. The total population of PDAM consumers in Makassar city was 172,000. Data Sources used  primary data and secondary data, data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the service quality of PDAM at Makassar City based on what consumers expected was considered very important. This was proved by the overall average score of 4.25 respondents 'statements at intervals of 4.20 to 5.00, then the consumer satisfaction of PDAM at Makassar City based on respondents' statements was very good. This could be seen from the average value of customer satisfaction amounting to 4.21 at intervals of 3.40-4.19, and based on the results of the influence of service quality of PDAM at Makassar City on customer satisfaction that there was an influence of service quality (X) on satisfaction consumer (Y). while the value of t-count was 4.002.Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (Pdam) Di Makassar
