Abstract

This study investigates the influence of religiosity and job characteristics on organizational commitment among Muslim employees in the operational department of a Sharia department store in Banjar City. Employing a quantitative research approach, the study encompasses a population sample of 61 Muslim employees. Data was collected using validated instruments, including the religiosity scale (Cronbach's α = 0.863), job characteristics scale (Cronbach's α = 0.923), and organizational commitment scale (Cronbach's α = 0.914). Multiple regression analysis was conducted to assess the relationships between the variables. The results indicate a significant impact of both religiosity and job characteristics on organizational commitment, with a significance value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). Specifically, religiosity and job characteristics account for 52.9% of the variance in organizational commitment, suggesting that these factors are critical to enhancing employee engagement. Other variables not included in this study contribute to the remaining 47.1% of the variance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that management in Sharia department stores foster an environment that supports religious practices and aligns job characteristics with employees' values and expectations. This could involve integrating religious observances into workplace policies and tailoring job roles to enhance alignment with employee values. Future research should explore additional factors influencing organizational commitment, such as leadership styles and workplace culture, to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamics at play.

Abstract

This article aims to increase community empowerment by exploring the potential and mentality of children can be trained in instilling religious values and train children's mentality in communicating in public through competitions Al-Quran Learning Center (TPQ). The method used ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. It is as a model approach in which it contains community empowerment and development. The ABCD approach is made to invite the community to recognize and explore the potential possessed by a community. The retrieval of these informants is done by interviews, observation and documentation. The data used research directly accommodated by Mataram Udik and taken from several articles from the scientific publication database Publish or Perish. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are great children who have mastered the competition materials. From these results, it can be seen that public awareness to improve human resources is still very lacking. The lack of mental training of children makes children hesitate to show their talents in public. From the competition activities, it is hoped that the people of Mataram Udik Village will start paying more attention to the importance of mental training and developing children's potential to shape children's behavior and character for the better.

Abstract

This study aims to carry out a systematic review of planning to improve the quality of appropriate human resources in an effort to develop MSMEs in Pati Regency where quality human resources will be able to generate ideas, creativity, leadership skills and the courage to open up potential opportunities for MSMEs. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with snowball sampling method. The results of the study indicate that there are problems faced by business actors in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises cluster in Pati Regency, including aspects of capital, production, technology, marketing, human resources, bureaucracy, facilities and infrastructure, as well as social and economic aspects. In addition, the right strategy for developing. MSMEs in Pati Regency is the SO (Growth) Strategy. SO (Growth) strategy is a strategy that utilizes existing strengths to increase competitive advantage. MSMEs need to take more advantage of access to capital through related agencies such as Regional Innovation SIPENCAR (Synergy of Planning Assistance Through Clusters). SIPENCAR Bappeda oversees and ensures that from a planning standpoint, in the synergy of OPD planning assistance, the main tasks and functions overlap with MSME assistance. So that the OPD as mentioned above allocates its budget in planning documents to assist and facilitate MSMEs hoping that MSMEs can upgrade so that they can improve the people's economy.

Abstract

In the context of education in Indonesia, Al-Qur'an education does not receive serious enough attention because most children and adolescents in the surrounding community still do not pay attention to the science of recitation and makhorijul letters when reading the Qur'an, so a a method to improve reading of the Qur'an, namely the Qiro'ati method at TPQ Al Irsyadiyah. The Qiro'ati method is a method of teaching reading the Qur'an directly according to its tartil and tajwid. The purpose of this study is to describe the Implementation of the Qiro'ati Method in Al-Qur'an Learning at TPQ Al Irsyadiyah Dermolemahbang Lamongan. Data collection methods used in the form of observation and, interviews using the validity of triangulation data sources and techniques. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling using data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study show that implementing the Qiro'ati Method program, teachers must have a shahadah certificate through the process of developing teaching practice methodologies and teachers must also follow the rules of Qiro'ati. For the implementation of early learning there are tawasul, collective prayer, muroja'ah (asmaul husna, hadith and prayers), 2) Core learning 15 minutes classical read see later, 30 minutes individually 3) Read prayers after learning then, 15 minutes for the process memorizing and checking what has been written

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi tim PKM menemukan beberapa fenomena unik terkait UMKM Tahu dan Oncom di Desa Cibatu, salah satunya jumlah UMKM Tahu dan Oncom di Desa Cibatu merupakan UMKM paling banyak kedua dari UMKM Tempe. Fenomena kedua, UMKM Tahu dan Oncom di Desa Cibatu belum mempunyai media periklanan baik spanduk maupun petunjuk memproduksi tahu dan oncom. Fenoman ketiga, lokasi usaha belum terdaftar di google maps, sehingga konsumen baru sangat kesulitan jika menginginkan langsung datang ke lokasi usaha. Maka dari itu, tujuan PKM ini untuk melakukan pendampingan media iklan dan plotting lokasi usaha UMKM Tahu di Desa Cibatu Purwakarta. Metode PKM ini menggunakan sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Adapun perlengkapan yang dibutuhkan dalam PKM ini adalah laptop, sofware canva pro, spanduk, dan foto lokasi usaha. Hasil PKM dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan tim PKM mengenai pendampingan media iklan dan plotting lokasi UMKM Tahu Dan Oncom di Desa Cibatu Purwakarta mampu memberikan dampak positif, terlihat dari hasil monitoring tingkat pemahaman UMKM Tahu dan Oncom terhadap pentingnya media periklanan spanduk sebesar 90%, dan tingkat pemahaman UMKM Tahu dan Oncom terhadap pentingnya lokasi usaha di google maps sebesar 90% juga. Selain itu, UMKM Tahu dan Oncom sudah mengerti pentingnya media iklan melalui spanduk untuk mempromosikan produk, sudah mengerti pentingnya memiliki NIB (Nomer Induk Berusaha) guna kemajuan usaha, sudah menggunakan media digital instagram dan whatsapp sebagai media promosi, tempat UMKM Tahu dan Oncom sudah terdaftar di google maps guna mempermudah konsumen berkunjung ke lokasi usaha.

Abstract

Religious behavior is the most crucial point that serves as the foundation for equipping students with attitudes and behaviors relevant to daily life. Therefore, schools must be able to demonstrate good and religious behavior to students. Religious behavior development is the process of shaping behavior, morality, and character for students as a preparation for both the present and future. Schools must effectively manage their students to produce individuals who meet the expected and aspired standards. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe the management of student behavior in religious development at MTs Nurul Islam in Kediri City. The activities for developing religious behavior at MTs Nurul Islam in Kediri City include planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. Habitual activities are carried out through reading Surah Yasin, reading Surah Al-Kahf, Istighosah, Tahlil, performing Dhuha prayers in congregation, celebrating major religious holidays together, and participating in the Ramadan boarding activities. These findings suggest that students become accustomed to engaging in worship activities, which directly influences their character development for the better

Abstract

Because of quickly change, technology industry also one of side that has experienced a correction, and many stocks that were previously considered high-flying and aggressively valued have suffered significant losses. Logitech, which this analysis focuses on. These companies trade at low valuations and offer promising growth potential and profitability. This research is library research analyzing the financial performance of the Logitech or LOGI’s company obtained from the official website, Logitech Annual Report, and related journal documents. This research found that Logitech's company generated $41.5 million in net income and had a total $4.54 in sales in the fiscal year 2023. With a current stock price of $89.78 in March 2024. The company's market capitalization is $10.32 billion, resulting in a P/E ratio of 29.10 slightly higher than the average industry of 28.28. Logitech is in a good financial health, as shown by its balance sheet. Its total assets have been increasing consistently. Logitech has consistently impressive returns on capital, exceeding 20%. Logitech has a healthy future financial outlook, profitability, and financial performance that make it attractive to value-oriented investors seeking opportunities in the technology sector.

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis has become a world emergency disease, so it is necessary to treat TB transmission from patients. Therefore, knowledge about pulmonary TB itself is needed. In this case the nurse acts as an educator in the form of essential nursing care. The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of the role of nurses as educators based on the perceptions of pulmonary TB patients at the two Puskesmas Banyuwangi Regency and the characteristics of the patients. The method used is descriptive analysis method with a sample of 73 pulmonary tuberculosis patients and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire on the role of the nurse as an educator. The results showed that the role of nurses as educators 68.5% stated well, the average patient with a length of treatment of 4 months and an average age of 38 years. And the majority of patient education is high school, namely 43 patients. Most of the patients were 58.2% male and 78.1% of patients who did not have a family with pulmonary TB disease. Patients who have relapsed TB are 4% less than patients who have never had TB before, 94.5%. It is hoped that nurses can maintain their role as educators to stop TB transmission through health education

Abstract

This paper aims to describe how the Council for Libraries and Information of the Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (MPI PWM DIY) organized a cadre journalism school to equip Muhammadiyah cadres and administrators in the Muhammadiyah organization in Yogyakarta with journalistic skills aligned with the values of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah (AIK). The training was conducted in a workshop format, where participants were provided with ideal academic writing techniques and then introduced to AIK-standard journalistic principles. Subsequently, participants were guided to produce journalistic scripts ready for publication in the Muhammadiyah DIY-affiliated news media.
