Abstract

Because of quickly change, technology industry also one of side that has experienced a correction, and many stocks that were previously considered high-flying and aggressively valued have suffered significant losses. Logitech, which this analysis focuses on. These companies trade at low valuations and offer promising growth potential and profitability. This research is library research analyzing the financial performance of the Logitech or LOGI’s company obtained from the official website, Logitech Annual Report, and related journal documents. This research found that Logitech's company generated $41.5 million in net income and had a total $4.54 in sales in the fiscal year 2023. With a current stock price of $89.78 in March 2024. The company's market capitalization is $10.32 billion, resulting in a P/E ratio of 29.10 slightly higher than the average industry of 28.28. Logitech is in a good financial health, as shown by its balance sheet. Its total assets have been increasing consistently. Logitech has consistently impressive returns on capital, exceeding 20%. Logitech has a healthy future financial outlook, profitability, and financial performance that make it attractive to value-oriented investors seeking opportunities in the technology sector.

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis has become a world emergency disease, so it is necessary to treat TB transmission from patients. Therefore, knowledge about pulmonary TB itself is needed. In this case the nurse acts as an educator in the form of essential nursing care. The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of the role of nurses as educators based on the perceptions of pulmonary TB patients at the two Puskesmas Banyuwangi Regency and the characteristics of the patients. The method used is descriptive analysis method with a sample of 73 pulmonary tuberculosis patients and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire on the role of the nurse as an educator. The results showed that the role of nurses as educators 68.5% stated well, the average patient with a length of treatment of 4 months and an average age of 38 years. And the majority of patient education is high school, namely 43 patients. Most of the patients were 58.2% male and 78.1% of patients who did not have a family with pulmonary TB disease. Patients who have relapsed TB are 4% less than patients who have never had TB before, 94.5%. It is hoped that nurses can maintain their role as educators to stop TB transmission through health education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL dalam pembelajaran PAI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus dengan tahapan kegiatan perencanaan, melakukan tindakan, observasi serta refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP QUR’ANI Petanahan Tahun pelajaran 2024/2025 yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan obervasi. Dari data yang diperoleh pada pra siklus presentase motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 28,3 %, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 60 % , dan terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa menjadi 90,3 % di siklus II. Dengan kata lain, implementasi tindakan pembelajaran melalui model pembelajaran PBL dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract

Religious behavior is the most crucial point that serves as the foundation for equipping students with attitudes and behaviors relevant to daily life. Therefore, schools must be able to demonstrate good and religious behavior to students. Religious behavior development is the process of shaping behavior, morality, and character for students as a preparation for both the present and future. Schools must effectively manage their students to produce individuals who meet the expected and aspired standards. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe the management of student behavior in religious development at MTs Nurul Islam in Kediri City. The activities for developing religious behavior at MTs Nurul Islam in Kediri City include planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. Habitual activities are carried out through reading Surah Yasin, reading Surah Al-Kahf, Istighosah, Tahlil, performing Dhuha prayers in congregation, celebrating major religious holidays together, and participating in the Ramadan boarding activities. These findings suggest that students become accustomed to engaging in worship activities, which directly influences their character development for the better

Abstract

This paper aims to describe how the Council for Libraries and Information of the Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (MPI PWM DIY) organized a cadre journalism school to equip Muhammadiyah cadres and administrators in the Muhammadiyah organization in Yogyakarta with journalistic skills aligned with the values of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah (AIK). The training was conducted in a workshop format, where participants were provided with ideal academic writing techniques and then introduced to AIK-standard journalistic principles. Subsequently, participants were guided to produce journalistic scripts ready for publication in the Muhammadiyah DIY-affiliated news media.

Abstract

Purpose – This study investigates whether the regulatory framework governing Sharia banks effectively enforces their distinctive characteristics and fulfills the objectives of maqashid sharia, amid concerns about their perceived similarity to conventional banks. Method – Using a normative legal approach, the research employs qualitative descriptive methods to analyze primary legal frameworks and validate findings through secondary sources. Findings –. The study finds that Indonesia pioneered the concept of Islamic banking in the 1970s, requiring financial intermediation based on a profit-sharing system in accordance with Sharia principles. Despite these mandates, some Sharia banks continue to adopt practices resembling conventional banking markup schemes. Practical implications – The findings highlight the need for legal reforms to reinforce Sharia banks' adherence to their foundational principles, thereby promoting a genuine partnership culture based on the principle of taawun (mutual cooperation). Originality/value – This research underscores the gap between regulatory mandates and practical implementation, offering insights into how legal adjustments can align Sharia banking practices more closely with their philosophical roots

Abstract

This research was to find out the Qira'ah method that used in Arabic learning and to find out the obstacles in using it’s method. The researchers used a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach was a research approach that was oriented to natural phenomena. Because of this orientation, it was naturalistic and basic or natural and cannot be done in a laboratory but must be done on the spot. The results of the research on the application of the Qira'ah method explain that learning Arabic at MA Wali Songo Sukajadi Central Lampung must combine other methods, such as the Tarjamah grammar method, the auditory speech method or the direct method. Thus, inhibiting factors such as students' lack of knowledge about Hijaiyah letters, lack of interest in learning Arabic, and students' weak ability to master mufrada must be combined with the application of the Qira'ah method with other methods. And about the teacher's efforts to improve students' Arabic classes through additional study, pay special attention to it and need to emphasize memorization of students' vocabulary. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Cooperative Learning Model of Think Pair Share (TPS) in improving the Arabic language skills of tenth-grade students at MA Wali Songo Sukajadi. The research method used a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design with a sample of 30 tenth-grade students at MA Wali Songo. Data were collected through written tests before (pre-test) and after (post-test) the implementation of TPS. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in the Arabic language skills of students after the implementation of TPS, as indicated by an N-Gen value of 18.5. These findings demonstrate that TPS is effective in enhancing the understanding and mastery of the Arabic language by students. In conclusion, the implementation of the Cooperative Learning Model of Think Pair Share (TPS) can be an effective solution in improving the Arabic language skills of students at MA Wali Songo Sukajadi. This learning model encourages active student participation, facilitates collaborative learning, and has a positive impact on their understanding of religion.

Abstract

The FBI Optimization (FBIO) represents one of the most novel metaheuristics which has been experimented with to solve Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP), demonstrating superior performance compared to tradition-al algorithms. Unlike conventional approaches that start with exploration and gradually shift to exploitation, FBIO maintains a dominant exploration phase throughout its iterations. Beginning with 100% exploration and tapering to approximately 90% dominance in exploration by the end of the process, FBIO effectively navigates the solution space, uncovering more promising routes. This exploration-centric approach enables FBIO to achieve solutions that are 8.39% closer to the near-optimal result compared to its counterparts. The algorithm’s enhanced performance in TSP highlights its potential applicability to other combinatorial optimization challenges. By prioritizing exploration, FBIO offers a robust framework for addressing complex prob-lems and ensures a comprehensive search of the solution space. Its ability to deliver high quality near-optimal solutions makes FBIO a valuable tool for future research, presenting new opportunities for solving various optimization problems and advancing practical problem-solving methodologies

Abstract

This article discusses the role of the principal as a manager in implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam Jelutung, Jambi City. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that: 1) The school principal has a significant role starting from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the curriculum. 2) There are obstacles for the principal in carrying out his role as a manager in implementing the Independent Curriculum, namely that it takes a long time and is not easy for the principal to study the Independent Curriculum, time constraints and the physical condition of the principal as well as teacher motivation and understanding that need to be improved. 3) The school principal takes proactive steps to resolve these obstacles, such as increasing the principal's personal understanding, carry out rescheduling and time management, as well facilitating teachers in increasing their understanding and professionalism through training, participating in routine KKG activities, and direct coaching.
