Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas 2 siklus dengan setiap siklus melaksanakan 6 kali pertemuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes tertulis dan mendapatkan hasil nilai rata-rata siswa pra siklus sebesar 63,50 meningkat menjadi 67, 00 pada siklus I. Pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat 71,42. Persentase siswa yang memenuhi KKM pada pra siklus sebesar 58,33% atau 5 dari 12 siswa. Pada siklus I, persentase siswa yang memenuhi KKM sebesar 66,67% atau 8 dari 12 siswa. Pada siklus II, persentase siswa yang memenuhi KKM kembali meningkat menjadi 83,33% atau 10 dari 12 siswa. Terdapat 2 siswa yang nilainya belum memenuhi KKM hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor kecerdasan dan sikap siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan data yang diambil disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan implikasi penggunaan model pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Hal tersebut ditunjukan oleh peningkatan hasil belajar yaitu siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM >65 mencapai 83,33%.

Abstract

Purpose – Based on a survey conducted by the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) released in 2019, Indonesia is ranked 62nd out of 70 countries, placing it among the bottom 10 countries with low literacy levels. In response, the Indonesian government promoted the School Literacy Movement (GLS), a comprehensive initiative aimed at transforming schools into learning organizations where all members are literate for life, with the involvement of the community. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reading literacy movement program at SD Negeri 1 Kedungjat.Method – This research employs a descriptive qualitative design. The study employs the Goal-Free Evaluation model, which enables researchers to evaluate the program without concentrating on its specific goals. Data collection techniques include document studies, observations, and interviews. Data analysis techniques used in this research follow the Miles and Huberman approach, which involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with the data presented in descriptive text form.Findings – According to the study findings, the reading literacy movement involves instilling a 15-minute reading habit before commencing lessons. Supporting factors within this movement include a diverse range of reading materials, a conducive environment, and well-equipped libraries. The research indicates that the implementation of the reading literacy movement has been successful and has yielded positive outcomes, despite not being uniformly distributed across all classes. Research Implications – This study outlines the beneficial effects of the school literacy movement on students' reading interest, leading to an increased enthusiasm for reading. Furthermore, it demonstrates that the literacy movement enhances students' comprehension levels.

Abstract

Justice is the main goal in the justice system, both in the context of Islamic law and the national legal system. In Islamic history, the Prophet Muhammad SAW is known as a leader who not only conveyed revelations but also as a judge who upheld justice with wise, humanistic, and solution-oriented principles. This study focuses on the concept of justice in the trial of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, which prioritizes humanistic, rehabilitative, and non-discriminatory principles. This study is qualitative with a normative legal and comparative historical approach. Primary data sources from the Qur'an, Hadith, Islamic jurisprudence books, and sirah nabawiyah, which contain the practice of the Prophet's trial and regulations in Indonesia relating to restorative justice, and secondary sources come from scientific books, journals, and articles that discuss Islamic justice, the history of the Prophet's trial. The technique of collecting library data and analyzing it using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study indicate that the concept of justice in the trial of the Prophet Muhammad SAW is very relevant to the principles of restorative justice in Indonesia because both emphasize dispute resolution through deliberation, restoration of social relations, and protection of the rights of victims and perpetrators in a balanced manner. The Prophet prioritized humanistic and solution-oriented justice, not merely punishment, as the approach now applied in the Indonesian legal system through various restorative justice policies.

Abstract

Zakat menjadi subjek utama dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, yang melibatkan pembacaan literatur dari berbagai sumber termasuk buku, jurnal dan laporan dengan menggunakan pendakatan kualitatif dan deduktif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah zakat memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Karena dengan adanya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui zakat ini, dapat memberikan kehidupan yang layak bagi masyarakat, serta dapat membantu masyarakat dalam menggali potensi ekonomi yang dimilikinya, didukung dengan adanya pemberian bantuan modal, bantuan prasarana, bantuan pendampingan, penguatan kelembagaan, dan penguatan kemitraan. Dengan hal tersebut, masyarakat sangat terbantu dalam meningkatkan taraf hidupnya dan mengubah status ekonominya. Sehingga yang awalnya sebagai mustahiq berubah menjadi muzakki. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile Program (P5) with an entrepreneurship theme in elementary schools in Central Java Province, using the Discrepancy evaluation model. This evaluation study employed a mixed-methods approach, beginning with quantitative data presented in tables, followed by qualitative analysis. The research subjects included the school principals and classroom teachers for grades 4, 5, and 6 at SDN Tlompakan 01 in Semarang Regency and SDN Jejeruk in Blora Regency. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observations, interviews, and document studies. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and presented in tables, while qualitative data were analyzed descriptively.  The findings of the study revealed several gaps in various aspects of the P5 program at both schools. In the design aspect, the average gap at SDN Tlompakan 01 is 19.5%, and at SDN Jejeruk, it is 14.5%, both of which are categorized as low; however, infrastructure still requires improvement. In the installation aspect, the average gap at SDN Tlompakan 01 is 25%, while at SDN Jejeruk, it was 15.3%, indicating that the program installation at SDN Jejeruk is better, supported by a facilitator team. In the process aspect, the average gap at SDN Tlompakan 01 is 23.15%, while at SDN Jejeruk, it was 14%, indicating that the program implementation at SDN Jejeruk is more consistent and organized. In the product aspect, the average gap at SDN Tlompakan 01 was 16.7%, and at SDN Jejeruk, it was 11.16%, showing that the program implementation at both schools has met the expected goals, though reports need to be more in-depth and systematic. In the cost-benefit analysis aspect, the average gap at SDN Tlompakan 01 was 16.7%, while at SDN Jejeruk, it is 8.4%, indicating that the benefits for students are in line with the costs incurred, with SDN Jejeruk showing better cost-effectiveness. Overall, the P5 program at both schools has had a positive impact on the development of students' skills and entrepreneurial character. However, improvements in certain elements, such as reporting and supporting facilities, are still necessary to make the program more effective and to achieve better outcomes in the future.

Abstract

Sharia business is a business activity that is developed according to the rules stated in the Al-Quran and Hadith. In order to be called a sharia business or business, all aspects of the activity must apply sharia principles. In running a sharia business, HNI has an important program in building the family economy. The formulation of the research problem is (1). How is the HNI program in building the economy? (2) What are the HNI sharia business opportunities in building the family economy? This field research descriptive in nature, with data collection through interviews with related parties, observations of the environment and documentation data conducted through official HNI websites, education through on-line and off-line broadcasts. The results of the study found that in building the family economy it was carried out with 4 programs (1) inviting lifestyle changes to halal products, (2) empowering family health and family economy (3) allocating funds for product promotion in Asia and the world, (4) ) provides businesses that meet the criteria as businesses that are in great demand today. HNI opens the widest possible opportunities for everyone, the same opportunities as well as opportunities for success in building the family economy.

Abstract

This study was aims to explain the efforts to improve creative thinking skills of fifth grade students of SDN Tingkir Lor 02 using the Mind Mapping learning model in the 2018/2019 academic year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were fifth grade students of SDN Tingkir Lor 02, 2018/2019 school year, totaling 31 students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the mind mapping learning model could improve the creative thinking skills of fifth grade students of SDN Tingkir Lor 02. After the study was held, the results obtained in the learning cycle I were from 31 students, 9 students (29.03%) received the title "Very High", 17 students (54.84%) received the title "High", 5 students (16.13%) received the title "Enough", and there were no students who received the title "Low" and "Very Low". Then in the second cycle results were obtained as many as 19 students (61.29%) received the title "Very High", 10 students (32.26%) received the title "High", 2 students (6.45%) received the title "Enough" , and not any students received the title "Low" and "Very Low". Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an increase in student creative thinking skills through mind mapping learning models.

Abstract

The current use of attitude assessment is not optimal because teachers only observe student behavior without using standard instruments to assess student social attitudes, especially mutual cooperation attitudes. Based on these problems, this research aims to develop an instrument for assessing mutual cooperation attitudes using a Likert Scale. This research uses development (R&D) involving fourth grade elementary school students. Based on the validation test of attitude assessment experts, the score reached 92.8%, included in the very high category. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, percentages and categories. Based on validation tests, language experts produced a score of 76%, included in the high category. Meanwhile, based on validation tests, learning design experts produced a score of 96.5%, included in the very high category. The results of the limited trial showed that of the 30 statement items regarding mutual cooperation attitudes, all items were declared valid with the lowest calculated r value of 0.361. The Pearson Correlation r calculated value was ≥ 0.248, indicating the validity of the instrument. Reliability shows a value of 0.953. Based on this trial, the instrument for assessing mutual cooperation social attitudes was considered valid and reliable, so it is appropriate to be implemented to assess the mutual cooperation attitudes of fourth grade students.

Abstract

This study discusses the existence of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah, which is still widely found in various regions. Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah plays an important role in educating the community—especially the younger generation—by instilling moral and religious values from an early age. This role becomes even more crucial amid the rapid flow of information and technological advancement, where the boundaries of space and time have virtually disappeared due to the extensive use of online (digital) data technology in daily life. Discussing an educational institution known as a madrasah will always be interesting and seemingly inexhaustible, particularly when viewed from the aspect of its management. Management is essential for any institution—whether consciously realized or not—as a fundamental prerequisite for achieving institutional goals. The better the management applied, the greater the likelihood that the institution will succeed in reaching its objectives, and vice versa. In reality, many Islamic educational institutions, particularly madrasahs, still exhibit levels of productivity that fall short of expectations. Therefore, this paper provides an overview of madrasah management, the problems faced within it, possible solutions, and formulations for further development of these institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the challenges in implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) within Islamic financial management in Indonesia. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis from several Islamic Financial Institutions (IFIs). The findings reveal that although the principles of GCG—transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness—have been applied, their implementation still faces various obstacles. The main challenges include limited human resources capable of integrating modern management with fiqh muamalah, weak supervision by the Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB), and overlapping regulations between conventional and Islamic systems. To address these issues, IFIs need to enhance human resource competencies, expand the strategic role of the SSB, and develop integrated digital-based compliance systems. This research highlights the importance of synergy between GCG principles and maqasid al-shariah values as the foundation for equitable and sustainable Islamic corporate governance.
