Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam berpikir kritis pada muatan IPAS di di jenjang SD melatarbelakangi perlunya inovasi sarana pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung keterampilan tersebut. Penelitian R&D ini bertujuan mengembangkan media Game Mission: Ecosystem berbasis Scratch untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa SD. Menggunakan model ADDIE, penelitian melibatkan 55 siswa kelas V sebagai subjek uji coba. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar validasi dan kuisioner respon, rubrik penilaian keterampilan berpikir kritis dan instrumen tes. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan media game Scratch dinyatakan sangat valid dengan persentase validasi media (91,66%), materi (91,66%), dan desain pembelajaran (85%). Dari aspek kepraktisan, media memperoleh skor sebesar 86,66% dari respon guru dan 87,97% dari respon siswa, yang keduanya termasuk dalam kategori sangat praktis. Implementasi media juga menunjukkan dampak positif, di mana dari seluruh siswa, 63,6% diantaranya mencapai kategori sangat tinggi dan 30,9% mencapai kategori tinggi dalam keterampilan berpikir kritis. Uji signifikansi menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test membuktikan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada hasil tes (sig < 0,001) dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa yang mencapai kategori sangat tinggi (sig = 0,014). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media Mission: Ecosystem efektif digunakan sebagai inovasi pembelajaran IPAS untuk mendukung pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

The integration of local wisdom in English learning in Jayapura Regency is not optimal due to the gap between teachers' theoretical knowledge and practical skills in developing teaching materials. Factors that influence this are geographical constraints, the lack of written cultural references, and time constraints due to administrative burdens. This study aims to improve teachers' competence in developing teaching materials based on local wisdom through the Hyflex Participatory Workshop. Using the Stringer (Look, Think, Act) School Action Research method in two cycles, the study involved 35 MGMP English teachers in Jayapura Regency as subjects. This study design used a mixed method approach. Data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using inferential and descriptive statistics. The results showed that active participation of participants increased from 75% in Cycle I to 95% in Cycle II after optimizing hyflex learning (hybrid synchronous, online synchronous, and online asynchronous) with the help of valid and practical LMS and Flipbook guides. Teacher competence increased with an average score rising from 90.7 (pre-test) to 98.4 (post-test) and classical completeness reaching 100%. There was a significant difference in the pre-test and post-test averages based on the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with a Sig. 0.001 (<p=0.05). The action was proven effective in improving teacher competence as evidenced by an N-Gain score of 0.88 (g>0.7). This study resulted in an integrated digital teaching material bank. It was concluded that Hyflex flexibility and participatory collaboration effectively overcome technical and epistemological barriers for teachers in the English MGMP in Jayapura Regency.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the suboptimal competence of teachers in Cluster 3 of Jayapura Regency in creating digital learning media due to the existing training modules being too theoretical. This study aims to develop a digital training module to improve teachers' ability to create digital comic media with the help of Pixton and Canva. The research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) model of Borg and Gall modified by Sukmadinata, including preliminary studies, development, and product testing. The results of the validation by material and media experts show that the module is categorized as Valid with an average score of 3.06 and 3.25, respectively. The practicality test obtained a percentage of 91.07% with the Very Practical category. The effectiveness test showed a significant increase in learning outcomes from an average pre-test of 66.89 to a post-test of 90.44, with an N-Gain score of 0.71 (High Category). It is concluded that this training module is feasible, practical, and effective for improving teachers' abilities in developing visual-based learning media.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions for Azarine skincare products among female students at Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 97 respondents. Data analysis used  descriptive analysis using IBM SPSS 25 where the tests used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests. The hypothesis in this research is an associative hypothesis where the tests used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and analysis of the coefficient of determination.The results of this study were: (1) promotions had a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a sig 0.00 < 0.05 and t value 7.259 > 1.985. (2) Price had a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a sig 0.02 < 0.05 and t value 3.225 > 1.985. (3) promotion and price simultaneously had a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05,  F-value 62.188 > 3.092 and the R-Square  47, 4%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and validate a new MOODLE-based TPACK-SAMR pedagogical training model to enhance teachers' competence in designing learning scenarios that foster 21st-century skills. This research and development study adopted the Borg and Gall model and was conducted at Satya Wacana Christian High School using a mixed-methods approach. The participants consisted of 12 teachers and one principal. Qualitative data were collected through interviews, document analysis, observations, questionnaires, and focus group discussions (FGDs), while quantitative data were obtained through questionnaires and pretest-posttest assessments. Qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion verification. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including scoring, percentages, and categorization, while the effectiveness of the training model was evaluated using inferential statistical analysis. The study resulted in a validated MOODLE-based TPACK-SAMR pedagogical training model designed to strengthen teachers' capacity to develop 21st-century learning scenarios. The model achieved an average validation score of 95.02% (Excellent) from two instructional design experts and 84.98% (Good) from one e-learning expert. In addition, participants' evaluation of the training model reached 95.21% (Excellent). The post-test results showed a statistically significant improvement in teachers' competencies (Sig. = 0.000, p < 0.05), indicating that the proposed MOODLE-based TPACK-SAMR pedagogical training model effectively enhances teachers' ability to design 21st-century learning scenarios. This model contributes to teachers' professional transformation from technology users to digital learning designers capable of developing students' Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and 21st-century 4C competencies. Consequently, it provides an innovative pedagogical framework for strengthening teachers' digital pedagogical competence and addressing the evolving demands of education in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

  This study aims to develop a Smart Box learning media based on wayang characters integrated with the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) model and to determine its validity, practicality, and effectiveness in fostering students’ nationalism attitudes. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model. The subjects consisted of 44 third-grade students. Data were collected through validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and a nationalism attitude scale. The results showed that the media achieved very high validity, with percentages of 96% (media), 86.6% (material), and 100% (instructional design). The effectiveness results indicated that 61.4% of students were in the very high category, 34.1% in the high category, and 4.5% in the moderate category, with no students in the low category. The practicality reached 96%, categorized as very high. Therefore, the media is valid, practical, and effective in fostering students’ nationalism attitudes.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers to write best practice scientific papers. The training participants consisted of 30 teachers from public elementary schools in Banyubiru District, Semarang Regency. The training was held on August 8, 15, and 22, 2024, including the following stages; 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, and 3) Evaluation. The success of writing best practice scientific papers out of 30 participants there were 5 (16.67%) participants with very good categories, 18 (60.00%) participants with good categories, 4 (13.33)%) participants with poor categories, and 3 (10%) participants with poor categories. Overall, there were 23 (76.67%) participants who successfully compiled scientific papers. The evaluation results showed: 1) Evaluation of reaction, participant satisfaction is very high (89, 81); 2) Evaluation of learning, students' knowledge increased from a score of 61.33 before training to a score of 79.00 after training; 3) Behavior evaluation, there is a change in behavior with a high score (80.00); 4) Result evaluation, the results of the training have a high impact (83.88) on teacher professionalism, learner achievement and school quality.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on an analysis of the needs and problems found in the SD located in Gugus Mawar, Suruh District. This study aims to develop a media, namely to determine the level of feasibility and practicality of integrated science flash card media with the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model to improve critical thinking skills in 5th grade elementary school. This research and development (Research & Development) chose a research development design using procedures that have been modified by Sukmadinata and using the ASSURE development model. Assessment questionnaire sheets for validator experts and response questionnaire sheets are used as data collection instruments. With that, expert lecturers, students and teachers of grade 5 elementary school were used as the subjects of this study. The results of this study indicate that IPA flash card media is considered feasible and practical with the acquisition of a percentage of material experts 92.7%, media experts 93.8%, and learning design 93.8%. As for the practicality of the media, it got a percentage of 79.2% from student responses and 88% from teacher responses. It can be concluded that the integrated science flash card media using the TSTS model to improve critical thinking skills for grade 5 elementary school is considered feasible and practical to apply to the learning process.

Abstract

The massive digital transformation in the Islamic banking industry has fundamentally changed the operational and supervisory landscape of Islamic banking. Furthermore, Islamic banking performance, measured through financial indicators and Islamic compliance, is a crucial factor in determining the complexity of supervision required by the SSB. The efficiency of SSB is crucial given its role as the guardian of the enforcement of Islamic principles in every bank product and operation. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of digitalization and Islamic banking performance (bank size, leverage, bank age, and profitability) on the efficiency of SSB. Digitalization is operationalized using a text-mining approach applied to bank annual reports, while SSB efficiency is measured through a disclosure score derived from the content of SSB reports. Using a quantitative approach, this research investigates how digitalization and banking performance influence SSB efficiency. Panel data regression via EViews 25 was employed to analyze 40 sampled Islamic commercial banks registered with the OJK during 2019–2024. The results indicate that digitalization, bank size, leverage, and profitability do not significantly on the efficiency of the SSB. However, bank age significantly influences the efficiency of the SSB. Simultaneously, digitalization, bank size, leverage, bank age, and profitability significantly on the efficiency of SSB. Practically, these findings suggest that Islamic banks should prioritize the accumulation of institutional experience and the strengthening of SSB member competence over reliance on digital infrastructure alone when designing sharia supervision mechanisms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangan media pembelajaran LKPD berbasis canva pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IVserta untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran LKPD berbasis canva terhadap efektivitas hasil belajar IPAS kelas IV. Pengembangan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Research & Development (R&D) dengan pengembangan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV SDN Blotongan 02 & SDN 03 Tuntang. Hasil validasi media sebesar 94,2% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik” dan perolehan hasil validasi materi sebesar 93,3% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Media LKPD berbasis canva dinyatakan efektif dikarenakan hasil post-test meningkat dari hasil pre-test. Adanya perbedaan rata-rata dari hasil post-test dan pre-test ditunjukkan dengan Signifikansi (2-tailed) .000 < 0.05 maka Ho ditolak. Dari hasil penelitian media pembelajaran LKPD berbasis canva yang dikembangkan memiliki kategori “sangat layak” untuk di implementasikan dalam pembelajaran.
