Abstract

Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) adalah kegiatan memelihara dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tinggi secara berkelanjutan yang dijalankan secara internal untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi pendidikan tinggi serta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna melalui penyelenggaraan perguruan tinggi. Pada saat ini, SPMI yang dilakukan pada perguruan tinggi berupa monitoring dan evaluasi pembelajaran (Monevjar), audit mutu internal (AMI), penetapan Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), dan penentuan standar internal yang mengacu kepada peta proses bisnis, semua tindakan SPMI tersebut sesuai dengan pola penetapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, pengendalian dan peningkatan (PPEPP) dari Standar Nasional. Peserta workshop dan pendampingan yang diselenggarakan secara luring berjumlah 23 dosen Universitas Pawyatan Daha. Kegiatan dilaksanakan 6 kali dengan 2 kali tatapmuka dan 4 kali daring. Seluruh dosen hadir pada 6 kali pertemuan tersebut. Namun, yang aktif presentasi, bertanya, dan berkomentar terkait SPMI, SOP, AMI dan monevjar hanya 16 orang . Berdasarkan presentasi AMI, Universitas Pawyatan Daha sudah bisa mendesain AMI walaupun belum bisa menerapkan secara online. Berdasarkan presentasi SPMI, Universitas Pawyatan Daha sudah bisa mendesain setiap tahapan P-P-E-P-P walaupun belum bisa menerapkan secara online. Berdasarkan presentasi SOP, Universitas Pawyatan Daha sudah punya SOP walaupun dengan format yang lain, serta bisa membuat contoh 2 SOP yang sesuai dengan Permenpan RB Nomor 35 Tahun 2012. Berdasarkan presentasi Monevjar, Universitas Pawyatan Daha sudah bisa mendesain monevjar awal, tengah, dan akhir semester walaupun belum bisa menerapkan secara online. Berdasarkan respon peserta pada angket terkait workshop dan pendampingan penyusunan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal, 80,77% menyatakan sangat setuju dan selebihnya setuju, terkait pentingnya pelaksanaan SPMI di Universitas Pawyatan Daha.

Abstract

The form of nature lexicon in the Madurese folk song titled “Tanduk Majheng” reflects the cultural identity of its people. The song contains thoughts and noble values that have been passed down from generation to generation. The use of nature lexicon in the song is not only for entertainment, but also a medium for Madurese people to convey their ideas, advice, and outlook on life. Therefore, this study aims to describe and explain the form of nature lexicon used in Madurese folk song titled “Tanduk Majheng”, as well as the relationship contained in the song “Tanduk Majheng” as the cultural identity of Madurese people. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data source used is a Madurese folk song entitled “Tanduk Majheng”, while the data is taken from the form of lexicon related to nature as a form of ecolinguistic study. The results of the study found three forms of nature lexicon are 1) majhengan (fish finder), 2) abental ombek (cushioned waves), 3) asapok angen (covered with wind). The cultural identity of Madurese people in the song Tanduk Majheng lies in the form of nature lexicon which mentions that the habits of people who live on the coast with livelihoods at sea. The natural lexicon contains values such as hard work, independence, and a deep understanding of the marine environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji representasi ideologi humanisme dalam tagar Makan Bergizi Gratis pada platform media sosial Twitter X menggunakan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis Norman Fairclough. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kutipan cuitan di platform media sosial Twitter X yang diposting oleh para pemilik akun. Analisis pada tataran mikrostruktural berfokus pada aspek tekstual yang digunakan dalam menyampaikan proposisi. Analisis pada tataran mesostruktural dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi produksi, penyebaran, dan konsumsi proposisi kontroversi pemenuhan kecukupan pangan, pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi, dan pencegahan stunting dalam tagar Makan Bergizi Gratis sebagai wujud partisipasi aktif pemilik akun sekaligus pengguna platform media sosial twitter X dalam menyampaikan aspirasi. Pada tataran makrostruktural menghubungkan tagar dengan aspek sosial institusional yaitu terpusat pada pemerintah dan presiden selaku inisiator program, situasional mengarah pada peluncuran program makan bergizi gratis, dan sosial mengacu pada masyarakat pengguna media sosial Twitter X serta menginterpretasikan ideologi yang terkandung di dalamnya. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu tagar Makan Bergizi Gratis menjadi media publik untuk menyuarakan ketidakpuasan, kritik, dan saran terhadap program pemerintah yang baru saja diinisiasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang penggunaan bahasa dalam merepresentasikan ideologi dalam konteks kesejahteraan masyarakat di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Film “Tabula Rasa” menggunakan makanan sebagai simbol identitas budaya Minang. Melalui kajian gastrokritik, teori Ronald W. Tobin dengan konsep cita rasa kuliner dan identitas budaya penelitian ini akan mengungkapkan nilai-nilai budaya yang diwariskan dari generasi ke generasi dalam budaya Minang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif yang memungkinkan untuk menggambarkan secara detail karakteristik, situasi, dan interaksi antar tokoh dalam Film “Tabula Rasa”. Teknik analisis data observasi dipilih untuk mengamati adegan-adegan dalam film dan mencatat berbagai detail yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan (1) dominasi karakteristik rasa masakan Minang yaitu, pedas, gurih, dan asam yang merefleksikan prinsip hidup masyarakat Minang terkait keberanian, keseimbangan, dan adaptasi yang juga dikenal perantau ulung. (2) Nama makanan Minang dalam bahasa daerah menggambarkan identitas budaya Minang, sistem sosial matrilineal, serta sejarah yang dipengaruhi perdagangan. (3) Teknik memasak Minang, seperti marandang dan pemrosesan santan tradisional, merefleksikan ketekunan, kesabaran, dan transmisi nilai budaya. (4) Penyajian makanan Minang mencerminkan nilai adat, penghormatan terhadap tamu, keteraturan, dan kebersamaan, yang memperkuat identitas budaya Minang dalam konteks sosial modern. Temuan ini memberikan manfaat sebagai dasar untuk inovasi pendidikan berkarakter muatan lokal dan program pelestarian budaya.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the cognitive strategies of critical thinking in high school students' argumentative writing. Despite extensive research on critical thinking and argumentative writing, there is a lack of in-depth analysis of the specific cognitive strategies employed by high school students in their argumentative essays. Using a case study approach, data from 120 students at SMAN 2 Wonosari were collected through document analysis. Four findings related to the cognitive strategy of critical thinking were obtained in this study. (1) Interpretation is realised through the author's point of view and the formation of definitions, with positions expressed as either opposition or support. (2) The analysis was conducted by identifying the components and structure of arguments, where components included premises and conclusions, and structures were categorised as simple or complex arguments. (3) Inference is achieved through deductive and inductive reasoning. Deductive reasoning follows general patterns, such as chained arguments, modus ponens, and modus tollens, whereas inductive reasoning involves generalisation and causality. (4) The evaluation focuses on accuracy and logical correctness, with accuracy determined by the truth of the premises and logical correctness assessed through valid and strong arguments. The findings serve as a crucial resource for educators and students to enhance critical thinking skills in academic writing, potentially leading to improved teaching methods and student performance in argumentative essay writing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the need for content-differentiated digital teaching materials in learning to write negotiation texts. The focus of this research is to conduct a needs analysis based on the demands of the independent curriculum, previous research literature studies, classroom learning systems, and the needs of teachers and students. The grand design of the method used is qualitative method. Quantitative methods are used only to support quantitative data analysis in the needs analysis of students and teachers collected through questionnaires. The results showed that based on the needs analysis based on curriculum demands, needs based on analysis of previous research literature studies, analysis of learning needs in classrooms directly observed, and analysis of teacher and student needs, the development of differentiated digital teaching materials in learning to write negotiation texts is an urgent need in education.

Abstract

Strengthening literacy competency is an effort to improve the quality of students in facing future challenges. The rapid flow of information has consequences for humans to be able to choose and sort information that is useful or beneficial for improving their welfare. For this reason, literacy competency is an important skill to be part of learning activities in educational institutions. Educational institutions are strategic institutions for strengthening literacy competency. In this regard, good and effective planning prepared by teachers must ensure that it contains activities that support the learning process that strengthen literacy competency. For this reason, this study examines literacy activities in the planning of Indonesian Language Subjects with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from documents in the form of RPP and teaching modules from teachers who had been trained in literacy by the Directorate of Junior High Schools, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The results show that the activities in these steps show a variety of activities that are interpreted as literacy competency strengthening activities. Potential strategies that emerge from learning steps vary because they are influenced by learning objectives and topics. Disposition can be accommodated in the sense that the formation of students’ behavioral dispositions is potentially easily formed. This depends on the implementation of continuous strategies in every learning process.

Abstract

The problem faced in this study is the low ability of students in writing descriptive texts. Therefore, this study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class VII D students at SMP Negeri 2 Kediri through the application of the quantum teaching learning model. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is implemented in two cycles. The research subjects consisted of 32 class VII D students. Data collection techniques were carried out using learning outcome tests at the end of learning and observation data. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the ability to write descriptions between cycles I and II. In cycle I, there were 26 students who achieved learning mastery with a percentage of 81.25%. Meanwhile, in cycle II, all 32 students successfully achieved learning mastery, with a percentage of 100%. These findings indicate that the application of the quantum teaching learning model is effective in improving the ability of class VII D students at SMP Negeri 2 Kediri in writing descriptive texts.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the quality of the creative writing assignment instrument for literature in the Indonesian Language Student Book of the Independent Curriculum Phase F (grades XI and XII), especially in terms of construct validity and cognitive level classification based on Brown's Creative Writing Taxonomy (C1–C3). The study used a qualitative approach with a document analysis method, with the main source Cerdas Cergas Berbahasa dan Bersastra Indonesia for grades XI and XII. The focus of the analysis was on four types of literary writing assignments: writing short stories from personal experiences, composing poetry based on short stories, writing drama scripts from short stories, and writing short stories with environmental themes. The results of the study showed that most assignments were at the C2 level (functional), with guided writing demands but still providing limited space for expression. Content and construct validity were relatively high because the assignments generally represented literary skills such as building plots, creating characters, and using language styles. However, the absence of an explicit assessment rubric and the lack of assignments at the expressive level (C3) indicated a gap between the curriculum aspirations and the available forms of assessment. Therefore, improving assignment design and developing measuring instruments that support ideational creativity is very necessary so that assessments are more authentic and in line with learning outcomes in the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

Pengembangan bahan ajar bertujuan memajukan kecakapan menulis cerita pendek di kelas XI. Bahan ajar dikembangkan menggunakan muatan budaya Madura serta penilaian yang berbentuk assessment as learning. Metode penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE. Uji coba dilakukan di kelas XI dengan jumlah 36 peserta didik. Bahan ajar telah dilakukan uji validasi dengan melibatkan dosen ahli pembelajaran dan praktisi. Hasil validasi oleh ahli pembelajaran memperoleh skor rata-rata 82,86% pada kelayakan isi, 72% kelayakan komponen kebahasaan, 73,33% kelayakan materi, dan 80% pada kelayakan tampilan bahan ajar. Sedangkan dari praktisi pada kelayakan isi mendapatkan skor rata-rata 97%, kelayakan kebahasaan 96%, kelayakan materi 83%, dan kelayakan tampilan 84%. Berdasarkan hasil validasi tersebut maka bahan ajar layak untuk diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran. Pada hasil uji coba bab I nilai rata-rata pretest 52,75% sedangkan posttest memperoleh skor rata-rata 90,67%. Selanjutnya hasil bab II pada pretest memperoleh rata-rata 60,56% dan posttest memperoleh 87,64%. Terakhir bab III, pada hasil pretest memperoleh skor rata-rata 59,58% dan posttest memperoleh skor rata-rata 85,42%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, terindikasi pengaruh penggunaan bahan ajar terhadap pengembangan menulis cerpen pelajar kelas XI.
