Abstract

This research discusses risk management strategies for managing productive waqf with the aim of minimizing risks and maximizing profits. This research uses a literature analysis method by prioritizing descriptive and qualitative methods. The research results show that risk identification, evaluation, and control are key stages in productive waqf risk management. Risk control strategies such as investment diversification, the use of derivative financial instruments, and creating contingency plans have proven effective in managing risk. Continuous evaluation and monitoring are also important to ensure risk control strategies remain relevant and effective. In conclusion, risk management is a key element in maintaining the sustainability of productive waqf programs. By implementing appropriate risk management strategies, waqf managers can minimize potential losses and ensure that waqf assets remain productive and provide sustainable benefits to society.

Abstract

The development of internet technology has marked the beginning of the industrial revolution era 5.0. In product marketing, the use of information technology allows consumers to know the product with a wider range. The ability to access information quickly and easily is a new opportunity for MSMEs. This study aims to understand marketing strategies that have been implemented appropriately through digital marketing and introduce Muslim fashion products widely. This research method is qualitative using a case study approach. Research results show that barokatuna stores tend to prefer to market products online because it can increase the number of sales. The most common strategy used in implementing digital marketing to market products is through social media such as reseller groups, e-commerce platforms such as shopee, and also through WhatsApp status.

Abstract

Standar kualitas semen yang berperan penting dalam keberhasilan inseminasi buatan (IB) sebagai upaya peningkatan populasi dan mutu ternak sapi di Indonesia terbukti tidak seutuhnya mampu menentukan tingkat fertilitas sapi pejantan di Indonesia. Studi terbaru membuktikan bahwa meskipun sudah memenuhi standar kualitas semen yang sudah ditetapkan, namun tiga dari enam ekor sapi pejantan di Indonesia masih tergolong fertilitas rendah (<60%). Potamine-1 (PRM1) merupakan molekul pada inti spermatozoa yang telah terbukti memiliki hubungan erat dengan fungsi fertilitas dan kualitas spermatozoa pada berbagai sapi pejantan di Indonesia. Hal tersebut mendasari usulan pengembangan uji berbasis molekuler PRM1 sebagai penentu tingkat fertilitas yang diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk proses seleksi dan kebijakan pengafkiran sapi pejantan unggul di Indonesia. Melalui policy brief ini diharapkan usulan pengembangan uji tersebut dapat lebih tersampaikan dengan segala solusi yang diberikan, termasuk terkait pendekatan uji berbasis molekuler yang paling tepat digunakan, kajian-kajian lanjutan, dan berbagai harapan dukungan dari segala pihak demi terwujudnya pengembangan uji PRM1.

Abstract

Pelaku UMKM memiliki peranan penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Untuk menghadapi era 5.0, sistem pemasaran harus berubah dari tradisional menjadi digital marketing. Sumberdaya yang dimiliki pelaku UMKM menjadi salah satu faktor yang menentukan bagaimana media sosial dan e-commerce ini dapat di kelola dengan baik yang berimplikasi pada kemungkinan terjadinya kenaikan omset, Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana pemanfaatan media sosial untuk memasarkan produk UMKM di Desa Pagerwojo, sebab Posisi UMKM dalam perekonomian nasional memiliki peran penting dan strategis. Kondisi ini sangat dimungkinkan karena keberadaan UMKM cukup dominan dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan produk UMKM kepada masyarakat luas untuk mencapai potensi pasar yang lebih besar. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan case study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 5 pelaku UMKM di Desa Pagerwojo dalam kualitas dan kemasan produk merupakan faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan agar memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Selain itu, pemanfaatan media sosial secara konsisten juga dapat memberikan prospek yang baik untuk meningkatkan angka penjualan produk UMKM di Desa Pagerwojo Kabupaten Jombang. Sistem pemasaran digital yang menyediakan platform jual beli secara daring dapat memudahkan proses pemesanan dan pembelian, sehingga pembeli dapat berinteraksi langsung dengan pemilik UMKM untuk melakukan transaksi.

Abstract

The rapid development of the creative economy in Indonesia has fostered the emergence of diverse cultural practices that integrate both aesthetic expression and economic potential. Among these, festivals have become strategic arenas for showcasing creative works while simultaneously generating cultural and commercial value. One notable example is Kustomfest, an annual custom automotive festival held in Yogyakarta, which functions not only as an exhibition space but also as a vital node within the local and regional creative economy ecosystem. This study aims to examine the curatorial strategies employed in Kustomfest 2024 and to assess their contribution to value creation in the creative economy sector. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving festival curators, creative practitioners, local business actors, and audiences. The findings reveal that curatorial practices in Kustomfest encompass rigorous selection based on originality, a scrutineering process that ensures functionality and safety, professional documentation for archival and promotional purposes, and independent judging guided by international standards. Furthermore, curators are instrumental in shaping narrative frameworks, enhancing visitor engagement, and connecting creators with market opportunities. Beyond artistic curation, Kustomfest generates significant economic impact, particularly in supporting the growth of MSMEs in the surrounding area. This case illustrates how curatorship can serve as a multidimensional tool for cultural production, audience development, and sustainable economic advancement within Indonesia’s creative industries.

Abstract

Discussions on the existence of Prophet Khidr in Islamic tradition have long been debated. Questions about his status as a prophet or saint, whether he is still alive or has passed away, and other issues remain significant among Muslims. These debates have also drawn the interest of Sheikh Mahfudz al-Tarmasi, a prominent Nusantara scholar. In his work, “Ināyat al-Muftaqir bimā Yata`allaq bi Sayyidinā al-Khidr `Alaihi al-Salām.” al-Tarmasi offers detailed and critical insights into Prophet Khidr’s existence. This research examines al-Tarmasi views using Derridean hermeneutics to deconstruct traditional thoughts on Prophet Khidr and encourage new interpretations. Employing a qualitative descriptive literature method, the study aims to gain a deeper understanding of Prophet Khidr’s existence. By applying Derrida’s deconstructive approach, this paper shows how al-Tarmasi addresses the contradictions among the views of Sufis, hadith scholars, and jurists about Prophet Khidr. The findings suggest that al-Tarmasi supports the idea that Prophet Khidr is still alive, thus reinforcing the Sufi perspective in Islamic tradition. This alignment not only highlights al-Tarmasi’s critical stance but also contributes to the broader discourse on the diverse interpretations of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa yang masih rendah, masih banyak siswa yang belum memahami apa maksud dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh guru, Seringkali proses pembelajaran cenderung mengingat dan menghafal materi, serta kurang menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang membuat siswa aktif dan kritis dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering And Mathematics) karena mampu membangun pemahaman konsep, keterampilan berpikir kritis, toleransi, kreativitas dan rasa ingin tahu untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 24 siswa yang ada di kelas IV MI Darussalam Samarinda. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis menggunakan one sample t-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan data penelitian, maka disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis pembelajaran tematik pada siswa kelas IV MI Darussalam Samarinda. Hal ini dibuktikan pada perhitungan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji one sample t-test yaitu Signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat diputuskan bahwa Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat peningkatan rata-rata nilai posttest keterampilan berpikir kritis pembelajaran tematik dengan menggunakan pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain the ultrasound image of preovulatory follicle growth in gayo mares to predict the ovulation time. This study used three Gayo mares and one gayo stallion for teaser aged 5-10 years and weighed 200-250 kg. Preovulatory follicle growth was observed using transrectal ultrasonography which was performed when the dominant follicle size was 3.5 cm. Observations were made for 3 consecutive estrous periods on gayo mares at relatively the same time. The absence of previous follicular appearance and the presence of hypoechoic area in the same ovary indicate that ovulation has occurred. The result revealed that the diameter of preovulatory follicle of gayo mares was 4.020.32 to 5.050.04 cm. There was no significant follicle growth in the last 48 hours before ovulation and the preovulatory follicle shape altered from spherical to pearshape. Many small follicles (2 cm in diameter) were observed in peripheral area of the ovary indicated the recruitment of follicles which form the first follicular wave. To conclude, the alteration in the size and pearshape of preovulatory follicle and the recruitment of small follicles can be used as a marker to determine the time of ovulation on gayo mares.
