Abstract

Olahraga masa kini tidak lagi sekadar soal gerak fisik, tetapi telah berubah menjadi industri besar yang penuh kepentingan, sehingga sengketa dalam pertandingan pun semakin sering muncul mulai dari protes hasil, masalah teknis, hingga konflik administratif dan pelanggaran etika. Penyelesaian melalui litigasi atau arbitrase memang memberikan kepastian hukum, tetapi sering kali lambat, mahal, dan kurang mencerminkan nilai pendidikan dalam olahraga. Di sinilah musyawarah mufakat menawarkan alternatif yang lebih manusiawi dan dialogis, sejalan dengan nilai Pancasila dan prinsip ADR yang mendorong keputusan cepat, efisien, dan menjaga hubungan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan empiris untuk melihat bagaimana musyawarah bekerja dalam praktik, khususnya pada Porprov Muba 2025 yang dijadikan contoh nyata penerapan penyelesaian sengketa berbasis kearifan lokal. Melalui observasi dan wawancara, ditemukan bahwa dari tiga sengketa yang terjadi, semuanya dapat diselesaikan melalui musyawarah tanpa harus naik ke jalur banding. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa musyawarah mufakat tidak hanya mampu meredam konflik dengan cepat, tetapi juga membantu menanamkan nilai fair play melalui dialog yang mendorong empati, kesadaran diri, dan integritas. Temuan tersebut menegaskan bahwa musyawarah mufakat memiliki peran penting dalam membangun ekosistem olahraga yang sehat, harmonis, dan berkarakter, sehingga layak diinstitusionalisasikan sebagai mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa utama dalam kompetisi olahraga di berbagai tingkatan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a flashcard-based in-depth learning approach to improve badminton skills in 5th grade elementary school students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) development model. The subjects of this study were SDN 3 Kasmaran as the experimental class and SDN 1 Kasmaran as the control class. The measurement instrument used the Games Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). This study was validated by 3 experts. 2 media experts and 1 material expert validated the flashcard media to have a validity level of 93.25% (very valid). The practicality test of the flashcard media reached 96.68% (very practical). The results of the normality test for the posttest scores of the experimental class and the control class were 0.889> 0.05, the homogeneity test was sig. 0.525 > 0.05 The N-gain test result is 0.4389 and the independent sample t test is 0.029 < 0.05. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of an in-depth learning approach based on flashcard media is valid, practical, and effective in improving the badminton skills of 5th grade elementary school students. Abstract

Teachers' pedagogical competence in organizing educational learning is through the use of learning media according to the characteristics of students. The problem found by junior high school physical education teachers in Ogan Ilir Regency is the lack of knowledge and utilization of science and technology in the form of animaker-based learning media, not yet understanding how to utilize Animaker optimally. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training and mentoring on the application of animaker-based learning media to improve teacher skills. The methods used are lecture, question and answer and simulation methods. The results of community service activities, namely the pre-test results, can be seen that the interest of participants in participating in the service activities was 93.8%, experiencing an increase in the post-test of 6.2%. According to participants, 100% considered the importance of learning innovation in the digital era. The pre-test results regarding knowledge of animaker learning media were 44,8%, increasing after being given training materials and animaker mentoring by 55.2% during the post-test to 100%. Participants, 35.5%, knew how to operate animaker-based learning media according to the pre-test results, experiencing an increase of 64.5% during the post-test to 100%. The implication is that Animaker-based learning media can be applied as a reference for teaching materials for teachers. The conclusion is that training and mentoring activities using Animaker-based media for teachers have a positive impact, namely improving the quality of physical education teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the infrastructure and facilities for physical education at State Elementary School 1 Karang Endah. The research used is in the form of quantitative descriptive research in the nature of a survey, in which research involves observing, recording the condition of objects or subjects in the field. The focus of this study is the population in this research is State Elementary School 1 Karang Endah, which will explain the state and quantity of infrastructure and facilities in the school to support the method of instruction and learning exercises. In order to gather data for this study, observation, documentation and literature. The instrument in this research is to use an observation sheet as a tool to collect data from the findings of the survey that was conducted. From the results of calculations of the availability and condition of infrastructure and facilities for physical education at State Elementary School 1 Karang Endah in athletics 6.25% games in the extremely bad category comprise 11.36% of the total, gymnastics 32.03% in the category lacking, martial arts sports 0% in the category of extremely poor. And the condition of physical education infrastructure in athletics is 16.6% Under the category of extremely poor, and games sports are 60% in the moderate category.
