Abstract

A landslide is a natural disaster that often occurs in the Palaran sub-district, Samarinda, East Kalimantan. This sub-district with an area of ​​221.29 km2 is considered strategic as a buffer area for the National Capital City (IKN). Construction of toll roads, ports, factories, and housing has begun to be carried out here. However, in Palaran there are still many roads damaged due to landslides, one of which is Bantuas Road. To study soil stratification on the Bantuas Road section, research has been carried out using the dipole-dipole configuration of the resistivity geoelectric method. The data acquisition process was carried out at two locations, namely at the first landslide (STA 7+150) and the second landslide (STA 9+450), with each location consisting of three lines. The data processing uses Res2Dinv software to produce a two-dimensional model. Based on the resulting model, it is known that the landslide area at STA 7+150 is at a distance of 48 to 96 meters with the slip area at a depth of around 11 to 12 meters. Meanwhile, at STA 9+450, the landslide area occurred at a distance of 48 to 80 meters with the slip area at a depth of 8 to 10 meters. The slip area in the first landslide is interpreted to have occurred at the contact area between unconsolidated material and dense sand, while in the second landslide, it occurred at the contact area between weak silty sand and dense sandy clay.

Abstract

Salah satu langkah mewujudkan hasil uji yang akurat untuk laboratorium pengujian mekanis baja tulangan beton SNI 2052:2017 adalah melalui partisipasi uji profisiensi, namun keterbatasan pengadaan uji profisiensi menjadikan uji banding antar laboratorium sebagai opsi alternatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja laboratorium dengan mengimplementasikan uji banding antar laboratorium dan melakukan analisa akar masalah dari hasil evaluasi outlier serta memberikan usulan perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SNI ISO 13528:2022 untuk uji homogenitas, stabilitas sampel, dan analisa statistik Z-score untuk menilai kinerja laboratorium. Hasil analisa diperoleh 8 laboratorium dengan kinerja satisfactory untuk semua parameter uji,  3 laboratorium berkategori warning yaitu laboratorium A4 untuk kuat luluh DB 13 mm, laboratorium A5 untuk kuat luluh DB 13 mm, A7 untuk kuat luluh DB 19 mm, dan 1 laboratorium kategori outlier yaitu laboratorium A7 untuk kuat Tarik DB 13 mm. Hasil analisa diagram fishbone dari laboratorium outlier adalah personil laboratorium perlu pelatihan tambahan, pemantauan rutin terhadap akurasi mesin tidak berjalan, maintenance mesin dan pengecekan kondisi grip tidak berjalan dengan baik serta belum adanya prosedur pengecekan mesin uji menggunakan sampel referensi/acuan. Usulan perbaikan untuk laboratorium outlier adalah pelatihan bagi personel dan pemantauan kerja personel, pengecekan dan pengawasan akurasi mesin secara disiplin serta pembuatan jadwal perawatan seperti pengecekkan kondisi grip, kemudian pembuatan prosedur pemastian kondisi mesin uji melalui uji sampel referensi/acuan, serta pelatihan metode uji dan pemantauan terhadap pelaksanaan prosedur.

Abstract

PT Taco Anugrah Corporindo merupakan produsen HPL di Indonesia, dalam menjalankan proses produksi dibantu dengan dua mesin genset dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasokan listrik jika terjadi pemadaman listrik oleh PLN, padamnya listrik mendadak dapat menyebabkan proses produksi tidak berjalan optimal, dan akan menyebabkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Sehingga perlu mengetahui keefektifan sistem perawatan mesin genset, dan penjadwalan ulang perawatan. RCM merupakan suatu pendekatan perawatan dengan mengkombinasi praktik dan strategi. FMEA bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dengan memperhitungkan beberapa faktor kegagalan dari komponen sistem dan menganalisis dampak terhadap keandalan. MVSM adalah alat untuk memvisualisasikan sistem yang menampilkan aliran material dan data. Hasil pengolahan data didapat nilai RPN terbesar pada Filter oli yaitu nilai RPN 216. Proses perawatan mesin genset pada delay 2 dan delay 3 termasuk kegiatan yang tidak memberikan nilai tambah. Nilai efisiensi perawatan filter oli berdasarkan perhitungan meningkat dari 45,80% menjadi 57,69%, dan Belting kipas dimana sebelumnya 33,59% menjadi 47,36% dan komponen lainnya.

Abstract

Penguatan peran dan fungsi Lembaga Adat Desa di Mendalo Indah merupakan sebuah pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis metodologi kemitraan Universitas Masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam memahami, mengamalkan, dan mempertahankan nilai-nilai budaya dan hukum adat yang ada di masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menjadi langkah konkret untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Mendalo Indah, tujuannya tidak hanya terfokus pada peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai nilai-nilai adat, tetapi juga memperkuat peran serta Lembaga Adat Desa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Melalui serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian, telah dilakukan pelatihan hukum adat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anggota Lembaga Adat Desa dan masyarakat, penyusunan ulang pengurus lembaga adat, serta FGD mengenai pencegahan dan penyelesaian kasus pelanggaran hukum adat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini disepakati beberapa aturan hukum adat yang akan menjadi acuan semua pihak dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah sosial yang timbul dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara serta sebagai upaya pelestarian untuk pelestarian nilai budaya dan hukum adat di Desa Mendalo Indah.

Abstract

A company that produces high quality tinplate with international standards. The product produced is tinplate, namely steel sheets coated with tin. In ETL downtime from May 2022 – April 2023, there is a gap between actual and target downtime, causing the production process to not run optimally, and will cause losses for the company. So it is necessary to determine the effectiveness value of the equipment in ETL and determine the need for spare parts for critical mechanical components. OEE is the magnitude of the effectiveness value of equipment or machines in the Company. ABC classification is a classification of a group of materials in descending order based on the cost of using the material per time period. The results of data processing obtained an average OEE value of 80.06% and for items in class A it was a mechanical seal sink roll. Items in class B are solenoid valve – 48VDC and scotch brite and items in class C are mechanical seal DN 45, filter regulator, bearing 7308DB, bearing NU308EC, and hose assembly.

Abstract

Drought vulnerability epitomizes a community's capacity to cope with drought-related calamities. In Muara Enggelam Village, the susceptibility to lake drought stems from diminished rainfall and lake water levels plummeting below 4.5 meters, as documented by the Mahakam River observation station in Kota Bangun. Consequently, the study focuses on the manifestation of lake drought vulnerability within Muara Enggelam Village. The research methodology encompasses a multifaceted approach involving observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires to gauge vulnerability levels. These assessments were based on key indicators of exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity. Employing a cluster random sampling technique, 75 respondents were selected to represent the village population. Data analysis entailed the application of scoring and weighting methodologies. The outcomes of the study reveal that Muara Enggelam Village falls within Zone D, denoting high sensitivity as the primary component of vulnerability. Specifically, the indicators yield values of 0.41 for exposure intensity (EI), 0.81 for sensitivity intensity (SI), and 0.49 for adaptive capacity intensity (CI). The highest sensitivity observed in the village can be attributed to factors such as low-income levels and a significant proportion of the population engaged in fishing activities. In conclusion, this research sheds light on the intricate dynamics of drought vulnerability in Muara Enggelam Village, emphasizing the urgent need for targeted interventions to bolster the community's resilience against future drought events.

Abstract

Parents, especially mothers, have taught the ability to speak good and correct Indonesian since early childhood. However, many still do not understand affixes in Indonesian vocabulary. In the school environment, Indonesian is a mandatory subject that students must study at every grade level in elementary school. Affixes in a sentence can provide and change the meaning and function of the sentence and the type of sentence itself. Affixes are used and adjusted to the sentences or specific paragraphs used. The purpose of the community service conducted by the KKM 41group students of Universitas Bina Bangsa, is to convey the knowledge they have acquired at the campus. The method used in this service is to educate elementary school students about affixes to improve their Indonesian language skills. The result of this service is that the students have a better understanding of learning affixes and practice directly by taking a test to assess their knowledge, with the test results being excellent.
