Abstract

Clamp meter termasuk alat pengukur arus listrik yang krusial dalam aktivitas pengawasan energi oleh PT PLN karena keterampilannya untuk mengukur arus tanpa menghentikan rangkaian. Akan tetapi, ketepatan pengukuran alat ini sangat tergantung pada proses kalibrasi yang diterapkan secara berkala dan selaras dengan prosedur. Studi ini dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa fisika instrumentasi mengacu pada pengalaman magang di PLN, dengan maksud untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan utama pada kalibrasi clamp meter serta menilai pengaruhnya pada akurasi pengukuran. Metode yang diterapkan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan adanya hambatan seperti terbatasnya alat kalibrasi, kurangnya konsistensi dalam pengoperasian kalibrasi rutin, serta rendahnya persepsi teknis dari operator mengenai signifikansi kalibrasi. Hasil ini menegaskan kebutuhan akan pelatihan teknis yang lebih mendalam untuk teknisi lapangan serta pentingnya kerja sama antara lembaga pendidikan dan dunia industri guna memastikan keandalan alat ukur dan meningkatkan kualitas pengukuran di lapangan.

Abstract

Mathematics education is an important and significant component of formal education,playing a crucial role in human life. The teaching of mathematics spans from primary school to higher education, it's a fundamental component of the curriculum. Among the topics taught in elementary school mathematics is solid geometry, which is analyzed to provide students with an understanding of problem-solving in real-life situations. By introducing problems in the form of stories, students can gain insights and choose strategies to solve problems.This research aims to examine the challenges encountered by fifth-grade students when tackling narrative-based mathematical problems. related to solid geometry. These story problems are designed to assess students' understanding of applying solid geometry concepts in real-life contexts. Additionally, interviews with students the studies were carried out the alteration of weather patterns due to global warming is having a profound impact on agriculture around the challenges they encountered while solving these story problems. To enhance students' understanding of solving story problems related to solid geometry, it is recommended that teachers employ a contextual and visual teaching approach. Exercises involving the application of solid geometry concepts in everyday life should be provided to help students comprehend the relevance and practicality of these concepts. Moreover, it is crucial for teachers to offer clear guidance and support to students in understanding the instructions provided in the story problems.

Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan dalam menganalisis penggunaan berbahasa Indonesia di kalangan pelajar terutama siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap salah satu guru kelas 2 di sekolah dasar 101771. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan berbahasa Indonesia di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar yang masih memiliki berbagai kesalahan seperti, penggunaan bahasa Indonesia hanya saat pembelajaran mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia saja, kemudian masih terdapat bahasa tidak baku yang digunakan oleh siswa di sekolah dasar. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini juga menganalisis bagaimana peran guru serta orang tua dalam memfasilitasi serta memberikan kebiasaan baru bagi siswa untuk lebih baik dalam penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar dalam lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan rumah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore students' problem solving abilities in understanding trigonometry concepts. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. This research was conducted on class XI students at one of the private vocational schools in Tangerang City, Banten, totaling 35 students. Data obtained from the results of written tests and interviews conducted by researchers. In this study, researchers analyzed students' abilities in answering Trigonometry questions using constant comparative analysis techniques which consisted of four stages, namely data reduction, data categorization, data synthesis, and working hypothesis.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that in 2020, the incidence of dysmenorrhea will be 1,769,425 (90%) women suffering from dysmenorrhea, with 10-16% suffering from severe dysmenorrhea. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of providing rosella drinks in reducing dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls at SMP Amanah 1 Medan. The research method was a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population was all teenage girls in grades VII and VIII who experienced dysmenorrhea, totaling 32 people. The sample used a purposive sampling of 15 people. Data were collected through observation sheets and numerical rating scales. Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately using the sample T test. The study's results showed Frequency distribution of the dysmenorrhea pain scale at the time of the pre-test was eight people (53.3%) with a moderate pain scale, while the dysmenorrhea pain scale after giving rosella drink was 11 people (73.3%) with a mild pain scale. The results of the T-Test statistical test showed a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that there is effectiveness of giving rosella drinks in reducing dysmenorrhea in female adolescents at SMP Amanah 1 Medan. It is recommended that health workers be more proactive in providing counseling on dysmenorrhea and women's reproductive health to students the education office adds a curriculum on reproductive health and schools should prepare rest areas for adolescents who experience dysmenorrhea.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the stages of public expenditure carried out by the City Government of Bukittinggi for Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in the education sector in 2022. Researchers see this phenomenon using the premise of Cheryl Williamson Gray, by explaining several stages of implementation, in the form. First, Review Policy, Second, Set Policy and Undertake Planning Activity, Third, Mobilize and Allocate Resources. Then Implement Planned Activities, Monitor and Account and last Evaluate and Audit. Using a descriptive qualitative research method that focuses on phenomenology, based on the main data of interviews and other document data as supporting secondary data. The results of the study then show that the City Government of Bukittinggi for the 2022 Fiscal Year has succeeded in carrying out public expenditure management based on Cheryl's thoughts without the slightest deviation with the results of achieving the target of minimum mandatory service to the community at 97% with most of the achievements at the point of educators who are still not all qualified S1/D-IV. In 2022, it is budgeted for funds from the Education and Culture Office of the City of Bukittinggi in the amount of Rp. 187,963,134,419 with Rp. 73,909,520.24 for the implementation of minimum compulsory services with details of Rp. 30,648,021,022 for basic education, Rp. 15,010,779,424 for junior secondary education, as much as Rp.9,009,534,136 for early childhood education and Rp.979,789,420 for equality/non-formal education, all of which will be used for spending on service needs in carrying out 8 main programs which contain 18 activities and 70 sub-activities from 57 UPTD schools with 122 sub- further activity.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan tahapan manajemen pengeluaran publik yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Bukittinggi untuk Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) bidang pendidikan pada Tahun 2022. Peneliti melihat fenomena ini menggunakan landasan pemikiran Public Expenditure Management oleh Cheryl Williamson Gray, dengan menjelaskan kepada beberapa tahapan pelaksanaan, berupa. Pertama, meninjau kebijakan (Review Policy), Kedua, Penetapan dan Pelaksanaan Perumusan Program (Set Policy and Undertake Planning Activity), Ketiga, Mobilisasi dan Menetapkan Sumber Daya (Mobilize and Allocate Resource). Kemudian Pelaksanaan Kegiatan yang Direncanakan (Implement Planned Activities), Selanjutnya, Melakukan Monitor dan Perhitungan (Monitor and Account), dan terakhir melakukan evaluasi dan audit (Evaluate and Audit). Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang menitikberatkan kepada fenomenology, dengan berdasarkan data utama obervasi, wawancara dan data dokumen sebagai data sekunder pendukung. Hasil penelitian kemudian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Bukittinggi untuk Tahun Anggaran 2022 telah berhasil melaksanakan manajemen pengeluaran publik berlandaskan pemikiran Public Expenditure Management tanpa ada sedikitpun penyelewengan dengan hasil pencapaian target pelayanan wajib minimal kepada masyarakat berada pada angka 97% dengan kekurangan sebagian besar pada point tenaga pendidik yang masih belum seluruhnya terkualifikasi S1/D-IV. Pada Tahun 2022 dianggarkan dana Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Bukittinggi sebesar Rp.187.963.134.419 dengan Rp.73.909.520.24 untuk pelaksanaan program pengelolaan pelayanan wajib minimal dengan rincian Rp.30.648.021.022 untuk pendidikan dasar, Rp.15.010.779.424 untuk pendidikan menengah pertama, sebanyak Rp.9.009.534.136 untuk pendidikan anak usia dini dan Rp.979.789.420 untuk pendidikan kesetaraan/nonformal, yang keseluruhannya akan dipergunakan untuk belanja kebutuhan pelayanan dalam menjalankan 8 program utama yang memuat 18 kegiatan dan 70 sub kegiatan dari 57 UPTD sekolah dengan 122 sub kegaiatan lanjutannya.

Abstract

UMKM play a crucial role in the national economy as primary contributors to economic activities. According to BPS data, approximately 1.5 million Indonesian MSMEs operate in the food sector. The aim of this research is to understand the determination of selling prices to optimize business profits, considering production costs, operational expenses, and other factors. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing primary data collected directly by the researcher. Analyzing all costs incurred in the production of "Ayam Geprek" at Lesehan Lala, the findings indicate that the establishment's pricing strategy does not maximize profits. Lesehan Lala sets its selling prices based on market rates without considering the overall production costs, operational expenses, and other relevant factors.

Abstract

Abstrak Guru professional di abad 21 ini dituntut untuk memiliki empat kompetensi yaitu kompetensi pedagogi, professional, kepribadian dan sosial. Kompetensi pedagogi guru berkaitan dengan proses belajar mengajar seperti memdesain perangkat pembelajaran dengan media berbasis IT dan implementasi model pembelajaran inovatif. Pembelajaran gamifikasi merupakan salah satu metode yang mengintegrasikan teknik game dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan yaitu FGD, workshop dan pendampingan serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Kegiatan PkM yang dilakukan di SMP ‘Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang diikuti oleh semua guru yang ada di sekolah yang berjumlah 13 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan gamifikasi terdiri dari tiga yaitu pelatihan aplikasi wordwall, quizzis dan Kahoot! Kata kunci: gamifikasi; guru; kompetensi pedagogi. Abstract Professional teachers in the 21st century are required to have four competencies, namely pedagogical, professional, personality and social competencies. Teacher pedagogical competence is related to the teaching and learning process such as designing learning tools with IT-based media and implementing innovative learning models. Gamification learning is a method that integrates game techniques in the learning process. The methods used are FGD, workshops and mentoring as well as evaluation and reflection. The PkM activities carried out at SMP 'Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang were attended by all 13 teachers at the school. Gamification training activities consist of three, namely wordwall application training, quizzis and Kahoot! Keywords: gamification; teacher; pedagogy competencies.

Abstract

This study is based on the importance of implementing character education values ​​in madrasas, which in fact are educational institutions under the auspices of Islamic boarding schools. MA Bustanul 'Ulum under the auspices of the Bustanul 'Ulum Development Islamic Boarding School Education Foundation (YPPPBU) Central Lampung is one of the Islamic educational institutions that has long implemented character education. This qualitative research aims to determine and analyze character education management using a socio-cultural values ​​approach at MA Bustanul 'Ulum Jayasakti, Central Lampung. This research uses a qualitative research approach by taking research informants from foundation leaders, madrasa leaders, and five teachers' councils. Through in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation, data was collected from informants which was then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of the data, researchers used data triangulation. In the end, this research found the fact that the internalization of character education values ​​at MA Bustanul 'Ulum was carried out through a planning, implementation and evaluation process with certain steps. The planning involved the entire madrasah and Islamic boarding school management team, considering that this madrasah is a madrasah within the scope of Islamic boarding schools. With careful planning and determining the person in charge of the education program, the implementation of character education is carried out well through intracurricular and extracurricular learning activities that are integrated with Islamic boarding schools. The research results have implications for the importance of strengthening digital literacy in order to strengthen the values ​​of character education.

Abstract

Abstrak  Kekerasan fisik dan psikologis yang dilakukan oleh ayah terhadap anak perempuan dapat meninggalkan dampak jangka panjang terhadap perkembangan emosional, sosial, dan relasional anak. Dampak tersebut berpengaruh pada kemampuan perempuan untuk membentuk hubungan intim dan kesiapan memasuki pernikahan pada masa dewasa awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kesiapan pernikahan perempuan dewasa awal yang mengalami kekerasan fisik dan psikologis dari ayah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan dua partisipan perempuan dewasa awal yang mengalami kekerasan dari ayah, menyaksikan kekerasan serupa terhadap ibu, dan sedang mempersiapkan pernikahan. Partisipan dipilih menggunakan homogeneous purposive sampling, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur, dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik dengan tahapan pengkodean, identifikasi tema, serta validasi melalui member checking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua partisipan memiliki kesiapan finansial, tetapi menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek emosional dan sosial. Salah satu partisipan menunjukkan kesiapan pernikahan yang optimal melalui refleksi diri dan keterbukaan terhadap bantuan profesional, sedangkan partisipan lainnya belum mencapai kesiapan optimal akibat kecenderungan mengulang pola relasi tidak sehat dari pernikahan orang tuanya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa dukungan psikologis, konseling pranikah, serta intervensi berbasis refleksi diri dan pemulihan trauma penting untuk membantu perempuan korban kekerasan membangun relasi yang setara dan sehat. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam memperluas pemahaman tentang pengaruh kekerasan keluarga terhadap kesiapan pernikahan.   Abstract Physical and psychological abuse perpetrated by fathers toward daughters can have long-term impacts on emotional, social, and relational development. Such experiences influence women’s capacity to form intimate relationships and their readiness for marriage in early adulthood. This study aims to describe the marriage readiness of young adult women who have experienced physical and psychological abuse from their fathers. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied, involving two young adult female participants who experienced paternal abuse, witnessed similar violence against their mothers, and were preparing for marriage. Participants were selected using homogeneous purposive sampling; data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis, consisting of coding, theme identification, and validation through member checking. The findings showed that both participants were financially ready but faced challenges in emotional and social aspects. One participant demonstrated higher readiness through self-reflection, emotional regulation, and openness to professional support, while the other showed limited readiness due to reproducing unhealthy relationship patterns from her parents’ marriage. These findings underline the importance of psychological support, premarital counseling, and trauma-informed interventions to assist women who have experienced familial violence in developing balanced, emotionally mature, and equitable relationships. Moreover, the study contributes theoretically by expanding understanding of how domestic violence influences marital readiness and relational development in early adulthood.
