Abstract

Surat kabar bagian dari media cetak bertujuan menyampaikan informasi kepada pembaca yang ditulis sesuai Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengupas dan mengkaji kesalahan berbahasa surat kabar Radar Lombok 7 edisi Oktober 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kulitatif deskiriptif. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan adalah simak yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data dan catat untuk mencatat pemerolehan data. Teknik Validasi data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber/data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif meliputi aktivitas pengumpulan data, reduksi datan penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil dari kajian ini menemukan bahwa kesalahan penulisan pada media cetak siring dilakukan oleh para wartawan, seperi kasalahan pada penulisan huruf kapital dan huruf kecil, kesalahan penulisan kata depan, tidak menggunakan kata baku, tidak menggunakan huruf miring pada bahasa asing yang belum ada padanya dalam bahasa indonesia, salah dalam menulis kata depan dan imbuhan, serta ketidakefektifan dalam menulis kalimat perlu diperkuat pada siswa dan mahasiswa agar mereka bisa menerapkannya dalam keterampilan menulis.

Abstract

This article tries to map the political competence of legislative candidates and voters. It also attempts to formulate the simulation of the future democracy reality and formulate character education, which could be a comprehensive reference in political education. This becomes impor­tant matter for the democratic process,  which is initiated from a com­pre­­hensive political education based on plausible values and rea­sons. Employing qualitative-phenomenological approach, the re­sults of analy­sis show that the competence of incumbent legislators are low and they are unable to convince the voters. This condition is caused by the failure of political education and the weakness of political system. The emergence of transactional motive among the voters is an effect of the failure of political education.The writer argues that this con­dition should be elucidated through political educa­tion which builds character and guides the voters to vote for the politicians with good morality and ability.

Abstract

This article aims to find a concrete social capital that is important for gender equality development in Muslimat Nahdlatul Wathan (NW) and to find a new reconstruction of gender issue and its relation to social dynamic. The whole process of this research conducted based on ethno- graphic steps. The results shows that reality of gender in Muslimat NW could be reconstructed into four forms; 1) description through educati- onal process; 2) balance role distribution of public domain; 3) gender’ status gets more autonomy in its organisation, and 4) the relation bet- ween man and women individually and organisationally Secondly, the construction model of gender relation in Muslimat NW some strategic social capital: 1) the equality as a social capital; 2) autonomic status as social capital that helps women to get and admission and become more self-directed (independent) and 3) futuristic thinking as a social capital. A dynamic context makes Muslimat NW become more flexible in making decision for their future ogranisation.

Abstract

This article aims to identify the level of leadership of language teachers in developing students' learning progress based on conceptual and didactic qualities. This goal is achieved by answering the following questions: 1) the level of quality of concepts related to the progress of student learning; and 2) administrative components and educational processes. Question (1) was introduced with data from code A and question (2) was introduced with data from codes B and C. Data was collected through a survey of educational agendas using concept quality, management, and multi rate indicators. Analyzes were performed by describing regression data. The results of this study indicate that respondents have a good idea of their students' learning progress. A conceptual understanding of learning progression is inversely related to quality of learning and instructional management. Respondents continue to predominate as a motivator to achieve their learning goals through encouragement and guidance. On the other hand, they are still weak as moderators, designers, and initiators of learning objectives. A paradigm shift is needed in the teacher-student relationship.

Abstract

Kebijakan strategis untuk mengurangi penyebaran COVID-19 bidang pendidikan adalah belajar dari rumah. PkM ini bertujuan menyosialisasikan bentuk program belajar dari rumah yang diperankan ibu.  Melalui metode koordinasi dan sosialisasi, diperoleh data bahwa pemahaman maksud belajar dari rumah penting bagi para ibu karena mereka menjadi pelaku terdepan untuk kegiatan ini. Kegiatan ini akan sukses jika dikoordinasikan dengan semua pihak yang berkepentingan untuk kelangsungan belajar siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Sembalun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji foklor lisan masyarakat sasak dari sisi tematis pada mantra dan mitos pemali sasak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap secara nilai-nilai dalam kearifan local Sasak yang terdapaat dalam mantra dan mitos mitos pemali Sasak yang terkait dengan Islam. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah bersifat interpretasi menggunakan pendekatatan deskriptif kualitatif. Desain ini dipilih dengan beberapa alasan: (1) menggunakan dokumen mantra dan mitos pemali sebagai sumber data utama, (2) sumber data yaitu data tertulis, (3) penelitian ini memfokuskan pada kajiannya dengan penafsiran. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutik, yaitu dengan menafsirkan teks mantra dan mitos pemali Sasak sehingga dapat dipahami oleh pembaca. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik studi dokumentasi. Peneliti sendiri (human itrumen) sebagai instrument kunci. Analisis data mengikuti langkah-langkah: mengidentifikasi data, menyeleksi data, mereduksi data, mengklaasifikasi data, dan mengalisis serta menginterpretasi data. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu wujud keraifan lokal Sasak yang terkait dengan nilai-nilai Islam tercermin dalam mantra pengobatan, penolak penyakit, persalinan, asih-seariah, dan lain-lain. Wujud keraifan lokal Sasak dalam mitos pemali berupa larangan tidur menjelang dan atau ketika salat magrib, larangan membaca tulisan nisan kuburan, dan larangan bercakap-cakap waktu makan. Pantangan-pantangan ini ada yang didasarkan langsung pada hadits Nabi Muhammad Saw, ada juga yang merupakan perwujudan dari etika atau akhlak Islam.

Abstract

The Research and Development (R&D) aims to 1) produce a practical beginning reading textbook with an inductive model that is easy-to-use and improves their reading skills pleasurably, 2) to develop a beginning reading textbook with an inductive model that is easy-to-use and to improve their reading skills pleasurably and 3) to determine effectiveness, validity, and practicality of the inductive model beginning reading textbook. MI NWDI 5 Pancor Rakam, Lombok Timur, was selected for study intention. The ADDIE model development comprises five phases: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection was applied for interviews, observations, questionnaires for material experts, questionnaires for linguists, questionnaires for media/design experts, teacher response questionnaires, and test-sheet-form. Trials in terms of product are carried out with limited-size trials and large-size trials. The Research and Development (R&D) retrieves a practical beginning reading textbook with an easy-to-use inductive model that improves their reading skills pleasurably. In addition, the material, language, and media/design were highly feasible for use in feasibility tests and teacher response assessments. Furthermore, such measures were concluded to be effective in use.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing the discovery learning model and learning styles on the learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students. The research method uses quantitative experimental methods. The research results show that student learning outcomes using the discovery learning learning model and learning styles with a Mean Square number of 429.577 and a significance value of 0.001<0.05 or (A) less than 0.05 means there is a significant influence, which means H1 is accepted. Learning style has a significant influence with a Mean Square of 414,502.817 and a significance value of 0.01, which is smaller than 0.05, meaning it is significant. On the other hand, if we look at the interaction between the model and student learning styles, they can be correlated so that there is an interaction effect using discovery learning and learning styles on student learning outcomes with a Mean Square value of 301.517 with a significance value of 001, which is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

By utilizing discursive theory, social actors, and sociosemantics, this study aims to find the increase in women's working hours, reasons, and causality between working hours, types of work, and their respective recognition in social relations. The study used a qualitative descriptive method, with research data focusing on the context before and during COVID-19. Data were collected through online surveys and interviews. Data analysis was carried out based on sociosemantic analysis in Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), starting with calculating working time, reasons, and causality according to the CDA. The research findings show that women's working hours when COVID-19 has increased accumulatively. The accumulative increase relates to all types of work when COVID-19 requires women's access. Respondents admitted that everything was done as a custom for reasons of fate, obligations and traditions. It can be concluded that, there is a causality between working hours, type of work and respondents' reasons that prevalence occurs due to cognitive involvement, religion, and tradition. CDA views the context of this imbalance in this relationship as a social problem. Problem solving according to the CDA can be done through an educational process, with the assumption of solving problems for the future.

Abstract

Kajian ini memanfaatkan teori metafora dan ruang persepsi berdasarkan ekologi bahasa, dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi metafora siswa sekolah dasar sebagai gambaran persepsi pada ekologi. Data berbentuk metafora dalam puisi berdasarkan persepsi ekologi. Data dianalisis melalui distribusi kategori metafora dan ujud diksi pada ekologi bahasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, metafora dominan pada ekologi manusia, dan terbatas pada   delapan ekologi lainnya. Kondisi ini menggambarkan interaksi dengan ekologi manusia lebih intens dibanding ekologi lainnya.
