Abstract

Dianggap sebagai praktik pertama dan utama dari manajemen sumber daya manusia, perencanaan sumber daya manusia memainkan peran besar. Basis teoretis dari praktik perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia telah diselidiki secara rinci dalam artikel ini. Penulis telah berusaha untuk meliput dan menyajikan literatur yang komprehensif tentang praktik penting Sumber Daya Manusia ini. Pentingnya perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia, tujuan strategisnya dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya semuanya tercakup dalam studi literatur ini. Juga, penelitian ini mencakup kerangka kerja dan model perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia dan memberi tahu proses untuk mempertahankan dan memotivasi tenaga kerja organisasi.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pendidikan sangat ditentukan oleh kesediaan guru untuk mempersiapkan siswa melalui kegiatan pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Selain itu, posisi strategis guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil pendidikan sangat ditentukan oleh kepuasan kerja guru. Guru yang tidak mencapai kepuasan profesional tidak pernah mencapai kedewasaan psikologis dan, pada gilirannya, menjadi frustrasi. Akibatnya, guru sering terjerumus dalam fantasi dan moral. Sebaliknya, guru yang lebih puas dengan pekerjaannya biasanya menunjukkan perilaku disiplin dan meningkatkan prestasi kerja. Berbagai upaya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja guru seperti, kesadaran hasil, kegiatan promosi, pemberian tunjangan/insentif, dan berbagai tindakan yang dilakukan. Kepuasan kerja menciptakan semangat, dorongan, kesabaran, ketangkasan manual, inisiatif, dan kreativitas mengajar, sehingga guru senang mengajar dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang memaparkan serta menjelaskan bagaimana persepsi peserta kejuruan elektronika tentang pengelolaan pelatihan kerja berbasis kompetensi di Balai Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BPVP) Padang pada aspek perencanaan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi pelatihan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta pelatihan kejuruan elektronika di Balai Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BPVP) Padang tahun 2023 sebanyak 64 orang, semua populasi dijadikan responden. Instrumen dari penelitian ini adalah angket dengan menggunakan skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi peserta kejuruan elektronika tentang pengelolaan pelatihan kerja berbasis kompetensi di Balai Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BPVP) Padang, dilihat dari aspek (1) perencanaan pelatihan berstatus baik dengan nilai 4,35, (2) pelaksanaan pelatihan berstatus baik dengan nilai 4,37, (3) evaluasi pelatihan berstatus baik dengan rata 4,41. Secara keseluruhan persepsi peserta kejuruan elektronika tentang pengelolaan pelatihan kerja berbasis kompetensi di Balai Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BPVP) Padang berada pada kriteria baik dengan nilai 4,37. Kesimpulan bahwa pengelolaan pelatihan kerja berbasis kompetensi di Balai Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BPVP) Padang sudah terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

The background of this research is still the need to improve the excellent service of Bank Muamalat Bengkulu. This study aims to analyze how the leadership role of Bank Muamalat Bengkulu in improving employee excellent service. The research design uses qualitative methods that are carried out based on guidelines in achieving research objectives. Data collection using observation and interviews with 34 employees as informants. Qualitative data was analyzed using Miles & Huberman's model technique. The research findings show that the leadership aspects of Bank Muamalat Bengkulu are at a good level and the aspects of improving the excellent service of Bank Muamalat Bengkulu are at a good level. This research also establishes the leadership role of Bank Muamalat Bengkulu in improving employee excellent service. Therefore, it is recommended that the leadership of Bank Muamalat Bengkulu carry out collaborative activities with employees and banking stakeholders in order to improve employee service excellence. Based on these results, the conclusion is that the leadership role of Bank Muamalat Bengkulu in improving employee service excellence can still be improved.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of work motivation on elementary school teachers' performance. The research method used was a quantitative method with correlational descriptive techniques. The research population was 258 students from 34 public elementary schools in the Lubuk Sikaping district, Pasaman Regency. The research sample was taken 30% of the total population, so the research sample totaled 77 students by the stratified proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research was a Likert scale questionnaire consisting of 5 alternative answers. The data analysis technique used was product-moment correlation and simple linear regression analysis, which was analyzed using the SPSS Version 24 program. The results showed that work motivation had a significant effect on teacher performance (41.7%). The rest was affected by other variables. The implication of this research is the need to increase teacher work motivation so that teachers can have higher performance.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the performance of the primary school teachers in realizing quality learning. The research method used was a quantitative method with correlational descriptive techniques. The research was carried out in the state primary schools in the Kamang Baru district with the research sample of 105 respondents. Research data were collected by using a Likert scale questionnaire consisting of the five alternative answers. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis by finding the average score, calculating percentages, and setting achievement criteria. Results showed that the teacher’s performance was in a good category. It means that teachers have performed well in realizing quality learning. The results imply the need for continuous improvement and development of teacher performance.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of transformational leadership on the development of human resources (HR) in an educational unit. The research method used is a library research approach or literature study, with analysis of relevant literature on transformational leadership and human resource development in the education sector. The research results show that transformational leadership has a positive impact on human resource development in an educational unit. Through high motivation, skill development, increased collaboration and creativity, improved performance, and continuous leadership development, transformational leadership creates an environment that supports individual growth and achievement of organizational goals. However, the implementation of transformational leadership is also faced with challenges and obstacles, such as changes in organizational culture, lack of support from related parties, limited resources, difficulties in measurement and evaluation, unsupportive policies and regulations, lack of leader skills and knowledge, resistance from interest groups. particular, and dependence on individual leaders. In conclusion, transformational leadership has great potential to influence human resource development in an educational unit, but needs to be faced with various challenges and obstacles in its implementation.

Abstract

The target of educational supervision can determine the success of an educational institution, among others, students, teachers, curriculum, infrastructure, management, environment and the general situation of the school. The implementation of academic supervision by principals in several schools has not been successful in improving teacher performance. However, at SLB YPPLB Padang, academic supervision has been carried out by the school principal and is able to improve teacher performance. This was caused by several factors including: high school principal professionalism, adequate academic competency of school principals, teachers who were on average ready to be supervised especially teachers in low grades (Class I - IV), principals were able to create good relationship patterns with all components of the school, the principal is able to overcome obstacles in the implementation of academic supervision, and adequate and adequate school infrastructure for teaching and learning activities (KBM). SLB YPPLB Padang has arranged academic supervision program planning, carried out, and followed up on the results of supervision in accordance with what should be.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of the principal's instructional leadership and teacher work commitment on teacher performance in Vocational High Schools in Padang City. This research aims to measure how much the two variables contribute to the effectiveness of teacher performance. Using descriptive quantitative methods, this research involved 133 teachers as samples. Regression analysis is used to analyze the relationship between variables. The research showed that the principal's instructional leadership contributed 7.8% to improving teacher performance, while work commitment contributed 22.5%. When these two variables were combined, they explained 23.1% of the variability in teacher performance. This research underlines the importance of effective instructional leadership and high work commitment in improving teacher performance. In addition, this research recommends that other factors that influence teacher performance, such as social support and school culture, be further explored in future research. In conclusion, these findings provide important insights for developing educational policies that support the role of principals as instructional leaders and motivate teachers' work commitment, which can ultimately improve overall educational outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui informasi tentang kinerja guru dan pengawasan kepala sekolah serta apakah kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh pengawasan kepala sekolah di SLTA Negeri Kecamatan Enam Lingkung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian yaitu tenaga pendidik di SLTA Negeri Kecamatan Enam Lingkung yang berjumlah 121 orang, teknik yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling dengan total sampel 65 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket model skala Likert kepada seluruh sampel sedangkan teknik dalam menganalisis data yaitu regresi sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinan dengan bantuan program SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru sudah terlaksana dengan baik, pengawasan kepala sekolah terlaksana cukup baik, dan pengawasan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 34,2%, sedangkan 65,80% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
