Abstract

Matematika sering dianggap sebagai ilmu yang bersifat abstrak dan terpisah dari dimensi spiritual. Namun, dalam perspektif Islam, matematika bukan hanya sekadar alat hitung, melainkan juga sarana untuk memahami keteraturan dan keindahan ciptaan Allah SWT, dan masih sedikit yang mengkaji nilai-nilai matematika dari segi refleksi angka dan keindahan ciptaan Allah. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai matematika yang terkandung dalam Al–Qur’an sebagai bentuk integrasi antara ilmu pengetahuan dan wahyu. Al–Qur’an, sebagai kitab suci umat Islam, tidak hanya menyampaikan petunjuk hidup secara spiritual dan moral, tetapi juga mengandung isyarat-isyarat ilmiah dan logika yang tersusun secara matematis. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dan metode studi kepustakaan, kajian ini menganalisis berbagai ayat Al–Qur’an yang menyiratkan unsur matematis, seperti bilangan, proporsi, keseimbangan, hingga struktur numerik yang sistematis. Beberapa temuan utama meliputi: pengulangan kata yang konsisten, penggunaan bilangan simbolik seperti 7, 12, dan 19, serta konsep keseimbangan dalam hukum waris dan perhitungan waktu. Penelitian ini juga mengusulkan integrasi nilai-nilai matematika Qur’ani dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam agar peserta didik dapat melihat keterkaitan antara akal rasional dan wahyu ilahi. Kesimpulannya, matematika dalam Al-Qur’an bukan hanya alat berhitung, tetapi sarana untuk merenungkan kebesaran dan keteraturan ciptaan Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the development of a Total Quality Management (TQM)-based management model at MTs Darul Amin Palangka Raya through the lived experiences of stakeholders. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research delves into how teachers, administrators, and parents perceive, interpret, and enact TQM within an Islamic educational framework. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 informants, participatory observation, and documentation analysis over six months, with attention to the essence of their subjective experiences. The findings reveal that the implementation of the TQM model at MTs Darul Amin Palangka Raya is influenced by five key dimensions: transformative leadership, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and integration of Islamic values in management. Participants described these dimensions not merely as managerial tools but as meaningful practices tied to Islamic concepts like amanah (trustworthiness) and itqan (excellence). Challenges such as resistance to change and resource limitations emerged as shared lived realities among stakeholders. The study culminates in an "Integrated Islamic Quality Management Model" (IIQMM), which reflects how TQM is experienced and contextualized in the madrasah environment. This research contributes to Islamic education management by uncovering the intersubjective meanings of TQM implementation, offering a model that harmonizes modern quality principles with Islamic values. The phenomenological lens highlights how stakeholders co-construct quality as both an organizational and spiritual endeavor.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need to understand the contribution of Al-Ghazzali's thought in Islamic education, particularly regarding the concept of rationality that integrates reason and revelation. Al-Ghazzali's rationality is considered crucial in addressing the challenges of the modernization of Islamic education, which demands a balance between spiritual and intellectual values. The objective of this study is to examine the influence of Al-Ghazzali's rationality on curriculum development, learning methods, and character formation in Islamic education. The method employed is qualitative research with a library research approach, focusing on content analysis of various relevant primary and secondary sources. Data were collected through documentation techniques and literature studies from books, journals, and scientific articles related to Al-Ghazzali's thought and Islamic education. Data analysis was conducted inductively by grouping main themes that illustrate the relationship between Al-Ghazzali's rationality and Islamic educational practices. The findings indicate that Al-Ghazzali's rationality plays a central role in building the foundation of holistic Islamic education, harmonizing reason and revelation. His thought encourages the use of reflective learning methods and an integrative curriculum that combines religious sciences with general knowledge, while also emphasizing character formation based on Islamic values. In conclusion, the application of Al-Ghazzali's rationality enriches modern Islamic education by balancing the intellectual and spiritual aspects of students. Recommendations for further research include conducting empirical studies to test the direct implementation of Al-Ghazzali's thought in contemporary educational contexts and comprehensively evaluating its impact on the quality of education and student character.

Abstract

Background: Mumps is a contagious disease caused by paramyxovirus infection that primarily affects children and adolescents. In 2024, a surge of mumps cases was reported in Samarinda, particularly at Sekolah Dasar Normal Islam Samarinda. This study aimed to describe the characteristics of mumps cases based on age, sex, and epidemiological distribution at the school during October–November 2024.Methods: This descriptive observational study utilized primary and secondary data. Purposive sampling was applied to include students who met the clinical diagnostic criteria for mumps, identified through school health reports and direct observation. Data collection covered number of cases, age, sex, symptoms, and transmission patterns. Analysis was performed descriptively using Microsoft Excel. A total of 78 students were identified with mumps symptoms. The index case was reported on October 3, 2024, in a male fifth-grade student presenting parotid gland swelling, fever, and history of close contact within the past 25 days.Results: The majority of cases occurred among male students (61.5%), particularly those in grades 5 and 6, with 11 years old being the most affected group. The most common clinical manifestations included fever and parotid gland swelling. Notably, none of the students had received the MMR vaccination. The epidemic curve showed a sharp increase in October 2024, followed by a decline in November, with an overall attack rate of 12.5%.Conclusion: Low immunization coverage, overcrowded classrooms, and delays in early detection played a significant role in facilitating transmission within the school. Strengthening vaccination programs, implementing health education, improving hygiene protocols, and ensuring early isolation of suspected cases are recommended to control and prevent further mumps outbreaks in school settings. Keywords: Mumps; epidemiology; imunization; disease prevention; school children

Abstract

Sektor kesehatan saat ini telah berkembang pesat akibat adanya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin mutakhir. Bukti nyata perkembangan dunia kesehatan salah satunya adalah Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME). Saat ini, rekam medis elektronik di RSUD dr. H. Moch. Anshari Saleh Banjarmasin belum sepenuhnya diimplementasikan walaupun fitur RME telah ada. Rekam Medis Elektronik  yang berjalan  meliputi  e-resep,  e-billing,  surat pengantar, dan discharge summary pada rawat inap.  Rekam medis konvensional saat ini juga masih memiliki kendala, diantaranya adalah SIMRS belum sepenuhnya menunjang rekam medis dan angka kelengkapan  rekam medis yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui gambaran kesiapan RSUD dr.  H.  Moch Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin  rnenghadapi  irnplernentasi rekarn rnedis elektronik  di tahun 2024. Penelitian   ini   menggunakan   metode  penelitian   kualitatif.   Dengan   jenis penelitian  deskriptif   sedangkan  teknik  pengumpulan   data   yang  digunakan   adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Rumah Sakit, petugas rekam medis, dokter dan penanggung jawab  IT Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) dr. H. Moch. Anshari Saleh Banjarmasin. Objek penelitian adalah kesiapan RSUD dr. H.  Moch  Anshari  Shaleh  Banjarmasin   dalarn  rnenghadapi  Irnplernentasi Rekarn Medis Elektronik. Upaya yang dapat diselesaikan dalam menghadapi permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu pihak rumah sakit harus menyediakan anggaran dan melengkapi sarana prasarana yang dapat menunjang implementasi rekam medis di RSUD Anshari Saleh Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze collaboration between institutions in handling violations of the neutrality of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the 2024 Samarinda City Regional Head Election (Pilkada). Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this study highlights how the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu), the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM), and the Samarinda City Inspectorate carry out synergy based on the principles of collaborative governance which include forums, transparency, goal management, compromise, communication, democracy and equality, as well as commitment and stamina. The results of the study show that collaboration between institutions has been running with a fairly good work structure and coordination, but still faces a number of challenges such as weak transparency between agencies, limited resources, minimal public participation, and potential conflicts of interest at the local level. These findings emphasize the importance of improving communication, improving regulations, and periodic evaluations to ensure that ASN neutrality is maintained and the democratic process runs professionally, transparently, and accountably.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the steps of collaborative educative supervision periodically in preparing learning plans, implementing learning, assessing learning achievement, carrying out follow-up on student achievement learning. This research was carried out at MI Missbahussalam Sungai Punggu Lama Subdistrict Anjir Muara there was the 2017/2018 school year. This research is an action research and carried out two cycles with the stages of action preparation, action implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study consisted of four main activities, namely the initial data collection, data analysis results at the end of each cycle, and other responses from the teacher on the implementation of collaborative supervision of educational models. The data has been collected and then analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis is used to explain changes in teacher behavior in learning and supervisor behavior in implementing teacher supervision. The results showed that with peer supervision and collaborative educative can improve teacher performance in preparing learning plans, implementing learning, assessing learning achievement and follow-up on the results of assessment of student learning achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya pemerintah desa dalam mengembangkan objek wisata Pulau Kaniungan di Desa Teluk Sumbang, Kecamatan Biduk-Biduk, Kabupaten Berau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Informan terdiri dari Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, Sekretaris Pokdarwis, satu wisatawan, dan tiga warga setempat. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan wisata Pulau Kaniungan telah dilaksanakan berdasarkan program RPJMK 2021–2026, terutama dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Namun, pelaksanaannya masih belum optimal dan belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat setempat dan wisatawan yang berkunjung. Kendala utama meliputi status kepemilikan lahan yang belum jelas dan terbatasnya dana untuk mendukung kegiatan pengembangan pariwisata.

Abstract

A company with a corporate form resulting from the industrial revolution raises a principal and agent relationship. The separation between the company's owner and the people who run the company makes accounting needs more crucial. However, accounting, a solution for communication between owners and management, is often exploited by managers through creative accounting, also known as earnings management. This study aims to determine the effect of firm risk, tax risk, and sharia compliance on earnings management. The research was conducted on manufacturing sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. Using the purposive sampling method, the number of samples used is 69 companies, with 276 observations. The hypothesis examination used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis of pooled data. The result shows that firm risk from the perspective of debtholders has a positive effect on earnings management. On the other hand, firm risk from equity holders' perspective, tax risk, and sharia compliance has no effect on earnings management.
